Ask A Genius 991: Was it cough medicine or old age, or both?
Rick Rosner: So, it’s been two days since the Trump-Biden debate, and Biden appeared at 2 a.m. the night of the discussion when he arrived for a rally the next day in North Carolina. At 2 a.m., he was fine. The next day at the rally, he was strong, coherent, and energetic. Today, there were some more public appearances. Again, he was solid and cohesive, unlike during the debate. What’s been going…

My Upcoming Research Study: The Effects of Yogic Breathing on Chronic Sinus Symptoms
This week I have been putting together a presentation that I will be giving about my new research project. It's a study of a yogic breathing technique called Bhramari Pranayama as an adjunctive treatment for people with chronic nose and sinus issues.
Essentially the premise is this:
Our sinuses produce nitric oxide, which then in turn effects our nasal airway and our lungs. The nitric oxide can improve nasal airflow, up-regulate mucociliary clearance, and enhance anti-viral immune activity. Additionally, humming actually temporarily increases the amount of nasal nitric oxide released by about 15 fold. Therefore my study is intended to examine the effects of this pranayama technique that utilizes humming on patients with chronic nose and sinus symptoms.
Typically for patients with these symptoms, we start them out on a steroid nasal spray (flonase) as well as sinus irrigations (something like a neti pot).
I always hear from people outside the medical field about how no one studies these things--non-pharmacologic interventions, the beneficial effects of non-proprietary supplements, or other alternative medical options. People often think that if big pharma (or someone expecting to profit) isn't paying for a study, it cannot happen.
This really isn't true likely 90-99% of the time. The problem isn't funding. I'm conducting a prospective randomized control study with human subjects in order to evaluate the benefits of yogic breathing for patients--something that if found to be helpful will bring in no additional monetary profit for anyone. How much will my study cost? $0.
But do you know what it did require?
Two things: interest and opportunity.
Firstly I, a resident physician, had an idea. I learned about nasal nitric oxide and thought it was cool. I read about how humming has a bolusing effect by transiently increasing nitric oxide output by 15x. And then I recalled that there are pranayama techniques that utilize humming.
With my interest piqued, I spoke with one of my bosses, an attending physician at an academic medical center. He's the head of our Rhinology and Skull Base Neurosurgery division and he is cool as hell. He's all about healthy lifestyle and benefiting patients as much as possible. He loved the idea immediately.
And lastly we roped in a medical student. Med students are very helpful with doing the grunt work of collecting the data into spreadsheets, running the statistical analyses and such. Sometimes they bring some excellent ideas of their own as well. In return for their work, med students are often given a significant portion credit upon publication of the study and this allows them the opportunity to add some scholarly publications to their CV. I don't really need more publications under my name, but they do.
My point with sharing all of this is that people often claim there are health benefits to doing or imbibing certain things but that they'll never be studied because there's no money to be made. And it may be true that private companies such as those in the pharmaceutical industry may not have such interest; their existence in a capitalistic economy relies on profitability. But this is part of why academic institutions are so important--because learning and discovery is part of the essential mission there. Profit doesn't dictate their avenues of research.
When it comes to the study and validation of alternative/complimentary medicine, the focus really needs to be on raising awareness and interest. Talk to your doctors, nurses, physician assistants, etc. The good ones listen. The younger they are, the more likely they are to be open-minded about it too (the older ones are hit or miss--some are so cool and some are very old school).
Just some errant thoughts this week as I work on my slide deck.

For Kaguya, immortality is being infinitely alive. It is joyous and infinitely so. After growing up in a world eternally between and devoid of life and death, to experience life is all she ever wanted. Life, death, good, bad--she wants all of it, and with the Hourai Elixir, she has it. There is so much life out there to see, and she has all the time in eternity to enjoy it. Oh, sure, it seems that person after person wants to hide her from the world and hide the world from her ‘for her own protection,’ but, really, a whole society and a distance of 382500 kilometres could not bar her way. What is a mansion and a forest compared to that?
For Mokou, immortality is never dying. She can blow herself up, burn herself to ashes, and still wake up in the morning. She can die infinitely and never die. For much of her life, that has been a misery. All of the existential despair of living without direction or purpose or meaning dragged on into infinity. But the thing is... that with time, it became a blessing. Because there are joys in her life and there will continue to be joys in her life. Transient joys, and eternal joys, and all kinds that make life worth living. If she had been able to die when she wanted to, she never would have seen them... but then again, if she had, she wouldn’t have also had to survive all those miserable centuries. There are ups and downs and, if she has no other option, best to enjoy the ups for all they’re worth. It’s been said that you can do anything forever as long as you know you can stop at any time - I think if Mokou could die, she wouldn’t, but it’s not having the choice that pains her.
For Eirin, immortality is the ultimate fruit of her unassailable genius. You might ask “but what about the ethical and existential concerns? What is it like for you to be immortal?” and she will smile and redirect the conversation to be about her work anyway. Is she too proud to admit to the negative effects of her work now that she’s realized them? Is she so confident and self-assured that she simply will not perceive them? Is it because, as goddess of thought who has already lived for billions of years and will continue to live as long as there are thinking beings, immortality makes really very little difference? ... In fact, could it be that she was always destined for eternity--As embodiment of thought and also a thinking being herself, could she sustain herself unto infinity--could she be Cogito Ergo Sum made flesh, the self-evident, absolute, and undeniable truth that thought proves the existence of the thinker even if all other reality ceases to be or never was?
Unknown. And irrelevant.
Eirin is a perfect mind and so everything she designs is necessarily also perfect. Not only the Hourai Elixir, but also all of her other medicines, and also the lunar society that she was architect of, and the gilded cage she keeps Kaguya in, and the thread of doubt that may one day unravel her her counter-plan that foiled Yukari’s second lunar invasion

Source: Historical Fact, 'The Queen's Necklace' by Alexandre Dumas
Region: Europe
ENDURANCE GAUGE: [ X / X / X / / ]
MANA CHARGES: [ X / X / X / X ]
COMMAND SPELLS: [ X / / ]
A man who proudly asserts himself as the Ruler-class Servant summoned by the Interlopers. His True Name is 'Giuseppe Balsamo', though he is most commonly known as 'Count Cagliostro'. His reputation and history is shrouded in mystery. A fraud and a hero. A healer and a magician. A prince and a pauper. The definition of someone with a 'multiple-choice' past. As a Ruler, he's summoned with as his traits a healer, having spent his youth in a monastery and his adult years as a traveler throughout Europe, healing the sick.
One of the last of the Interloper's Servants of the Origin War, he was ordered by the Interlopers of the past to wait for their return and gather information in the meantime. However, once his masters had been sealed away, the hate-filled curse that plagued his heart had vanished, and he had simply found himself aimless until seeing the newly-revived Interlopers and their Servants arrive in the Transient Megalopolis.
Now with renewed vigor and purpose, he joins the Masters in their quest to save the Solar Cell.
SKILLS:
Espionage (A Rank): Giuseppe Balsamo was known as a great swindler, able to deceive Parisian high society with ease. He has the ability to hide in plain sight and even make enemies believe that he's their ally. However, such a skill takes time and preparation to use to the fullest.
Product Construction (Fake) (EX Rank): An ability to 'forge' items- a variation of the 'Item Construction' skill. Given the proper time and research, Giuseppe can create copies of items identical in effectiveness to the real thing. The rarer the item, the more time it will take. With his apothecarial knowledge, he's best suited to replicating healing items.
Human Anatomy Research (B+ Rank): A skill that expresses an understanding of the physical body and medical techniques.
I am Asherah (EX Rank): A skill rooted in deception. Giuseppe's knowledge allows him to pull off grand illusions.
Althotas Continuum (C Rank): As a student of the great Alchemist Althotas, he's learned a variety of secrets pertaining to the study of Magecraft. He has inherited the secret of his teacher, a skill that seems to be equal to immortality on the surface, though it has it's limits.
Eastern Martial Arts (A+ Rank): Rather than having simply an understanding of magic and medicine, he also has knowledge of Eastern, bare-fisted martial arts, giving him a degree of physical proficiency.
-
Strength: D
Endurance: C
Agility: D
Mana: B+
Luck: A
NP: B
NOBLE PHANTASM: Rébellion au Monde
A whirlpool of magical energy that engulfs the area like a Reality Marble. The laws of the world are twisted to a disgusting degree, and order itself begins to unravel. A great spirit of revolution sweeps across, and the 'structure' that serves to chain others is shattered with aplomb. The longer Giuseppe has time to prepare and sow the seeds of discord, the more powerful this Noble Phantasm becomes.

I've headcanoned for years that pon-farr-based prostitution on Vulcan has got to be basically a medical science. Like, oh, you need to temporarily bond and mate with someone so you don't die? That's medicine, baby! The doc diagnoses your transient fits of rage as the oncoming fever and says "You are experiencing a normal hormonal fluctuation. I am transferring you to our colleagues in the P.F. Dept. who will help you through these trying times. Please allow them to help you select a compatible associate and utilize their services. Follow up with me if the symptoms do not resolve in the usual manner." That's just logical!
Of course, for anyone who will only accept their partner but can't be with their partner for any reason (distance, death, etc) they can always do like Tuvok (from Voyager) who utilized a holographic recreation of his wife, since he refused anyone else's assistance. Apparently that worked out swell for him, so it must be an effective fix.
I think the main problem with that is: how important is it that they have a bond? Tuvok was okay with only using a hologram, but his bond wasn’t severed or anything like that (at least to my knowledge)
And if it’s absolutely important to surviving, then what effects would it have on medical staff to bond and then sever those bonds repeatedly to help people through pon farr?
Also I think there’d be the issue of Vulcans feeling shame over losing control, so maybe they don’t care about being medically helped through intercourse and maybe even being bonded or not isn’t an actual concern, but having to make it to a medical building and be seen by strangers in such an emotionally vulnerable position? If there was a setup like that, a majority of the Vulcans would probably still avoid it
I think what you’re describing is something that would be ideal for Vulcans, and something they wish they could have, and it’s probably what a lot of non-Vulcans would assume they have if they heard about Vulcans having a mating season that could kill them, but due to other factors (bonding and the shame and secrecy involved in pon farr) it’s not something that could actually exist in reality
Editing to add: I hope this doesn’t come off as dismissive or insulting to your headcanon!! This is just my 2 cents on if I could see that being a reality!!
#star trek#Vulcans#vulcan culture#pon farr#anon#ask box#there’s probably an alien species that has this set up and it works perfectly for them#and Vulcans are super fucking jealous about it

Beloved, let us gather around this noble truth: vaccines are not merely a gift of modern science, but a moral imperative of shared survival.
In this world of chaos, uncertainty, and all too fleeting mortality—memento mori—we are reminded of the fragility of our existence. Life, brief as it may be, is susceptible to the cruel touch of microscopic assailants—viruses, bacteria, parasites, an endless onslaught against which our bodies wage war. In such a war, vaccines are our shields, forged in the fires of human intellect, refined by the crucible of empiricism, and tempered by the irrefutable rigor of statistical analysis.
Now, pause, dear reader, and listen carefully. There are those who, in misguided defiance, refuse these shields. They claim sovereignty over their own immune systems, as if invincibility lies in ignorance. But the cold, unyielding mathematics of epidemiology tells a different story. For every hundred thousand souls who receive a vaccine, the adversities—yes, those feared adverse reactions—are but a whisper in the cacophony of survival. A few per million may encounter side effects, transient and minor, while the scourge of the disease—left unchecked—claims one in twenty. The numbers speak, not in tones of deception, but in cold, uncompromising truth.
Consider the statistics of measles: before the advent of vaccination, it ravaged populations, with fatality rates as high as 30% in developing nations, causing blindness, encephalitis, and death. Yet, with vaccination, measles cases have dropped by over 99% worldwide. It is not serendipity; it is not fortune’s whimsy. It is, rather, the ironclad triumph of preventive medicine over viral anarchy.
What of those whispered tales of harm from vaccines? Yes, we must admit to their existence, for we do not deal in falsehoods. But consider this: life itself bears risk. The air we breathe harbors toxins, the food we consume carries threats, and even the sun, giver of life, scorches those unprotected by shade. Yet we do not cower in fear, we calculate, we weigh, and we make choices—rational choices based on evidence and proportionality.
So, let us not be seduced by the fallacy of rare exceptions, magnified by those who peddle panic and paralyze reason. Instead, let us remember that vaccines are a calculated wager against the capriciousness of fate—a wager that stacks the odds in our favor, that allows us to continue walking this earth just a little longer, to stave off memento mori just a little further.
To embrace vaccination is to engage in an act of communal stewardship. It is to acknowledge that our lives are not solely our own, that in this interconnected web of humanity, the fate of one is bound to the many. It is to say that we value the elders, the infants, the immunocompromised, and the vulnerable, for whom vaccination is not merely protection but salvation.
The numbers, my friends, do not lie. We may reject them, dismiss them, or choose to remain

Navigating the Depths of Dharma in a World of Distractions and Spiritual Materialism
In the ever-evolving landscape of contemporary spirituality, the essence of Dharma stands as a profound beacon of wisdom and guidance. Yet, amidst the cacophony of distractions and the allure of spiritual materialism, its true significance often becomes obscured. The journey of aligning with Dharma in the modern age requires a nuanced understanding of its principles and a steadfast commitment to its application as medicine for the soul.
Unveiling Spiritual Materialism
At the heart of the modern spiritual dilemma lies the concept of spiritual materialism. It embodies the tendency to seek refuge from suffering through transient states of mind or external gratifications. Whether it manifests in the pursuit of fleeting moments of peace through meditation practices or in the numbing effects of substance abuse, spiritual materialism veils the true essence of Dharma.
The Dharma as Medicine
The teachings of the Buddha emphasize the application of Dharma as medicine for the afflictions of the mind and spirit. However, in today's society, there exists a tendency to misuse these teachings as a means to escape, rather than confront, the challenges of existence. It is imperative to recognize that the essence of Dharma lies not in avoidance but in courageous confrontation.
Confronting Inequity and Suffering
To be a genuine practitioner of Dharma in the modern era necessitates an honest examination of societal structures and personal privilege. The glaring disparities between the privileged few and the marginalized masses underscore the urgent need for introspection and action. Dharma calls upon individuals to question the imbalance of wealth and privilege and to acknowledge the interconnectedness of all beings.
Cultivating Altruism and Bodhicitta
True enlightenment is not a solitary pursuit but a collective journey rooted in altruism and bodhicitta—the awakened heart-mind. In the face of ceaseless suffering inherent in samsara, the path to enlightenment unfolds through compassionate action and selfless service. Each moment presents an opportunity to embody the teachings of Dharma and to sow the seeds of enlightenment for oneself and others.
Conclusion: Embracing the Journey
In the labyrinth of modern existence, the profundity of Dharma shines as a guiding light, illuminating the path towards inner peace and collective liberation. To navigate the complexities of our time, we must transcend the allure of spiritual materialism and embrace the transformative power of authentic practice. Through mindfulness, compassion, and unwavering dedication, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and societal transformation—one step, one moment, at a time.

Hey so I've been researching schizophrenia (and other schizo-spec + psychosis-spec disorders but mainly schizophrenia) and it essentially explains a lot of my life + experiences.
I have a question about when or even if I should/need treatment for it? I'm pretty sure I have early onset schizophrenia or had a premorbid schizo-spec/psychosis-spec disorder and I've read that early/earliest intervention is best.
I know needing to be treated is a very person to person thing but I really do want help because it's seem to have been getting worse in the past few years. I'm just not sure when it's appropriate to get help for it.
Hey there! So in my opinion the time to seek treatment is when the symptoms you are having feel unmanageable to a degree where you are willing to brave the associated complications of formal diagnosis and side effects of medicinal treatment etc.
Everyone's threshold is different, and there's obviously no guarantee that treatment will help you personally, but it does help plenty of folks so you can't just write it off either.
I'm sceptical of the idea of early intervention, where people get (medicinal antipsychotic) treatment for symptoms they may be about to develop based on other associated signs. In my opinion this is a pretty risky move given the side effects etc of antipsychotics.
But at the same time I'm not interested in gatekeeping treatment. I have personally benefited from antipsychotics on a day to day basis for psychotic and psychosis adjacent experiences of a more transient or less intense nature. Like the right dose of risperidone took me from crying from paranoid anxiety every night, to sleeping consistently, and it felt like a miracle at the time.
So I think if formal diagnosis isn't a problem for you, and you are feeling bothered by these types of symptoms, you could give it a try.
I think the important thing is to keep an open mind, and remember that most psychiatrists have an irrational fear of psychosis in their patients. So make sure that you are a part of making decisions about your own health, and don't just go along with whatever.
Some psychs don't like it when you research medicine and doses and so on. But frankly it's bullshit, and please do so. I know a few sad cases where people got put on way high doses of antipsychotics for no particular reason, and it set them back by a lot, as it took them years to realize that many of their newfound mental issues were a result of the very medication they were taking in hopes of feeling better.
So like. Stay informed and advocate for yourself, if you do seek treatment.
Hope this vaguely helps :p

Insights and Tips for Managing Panic Attacks | Solh Wellness
A panic attack is an unplanned, rapid onset of intense fear or discomfort. Bewilderment, a sense of impending doom, a pounding heart, shortness of breath, shivering, shaking, and perspiration are among the symptoms. It can appear to be too much. Occasionally, people may worry that they will become insane or lose control when having a panic attack. These anxious bouts can last anywhere between a few minutes and an hour. Although panic attacks seldom put a person's life in risk, it's important to keep in mind that they can still be terrible and have a big impact on a person's daily life.
For efficient coping and assistance, having a set of ready-to-use panic attack management techniques is essential:
Keep in mind that panic attacks are transient and will end. Recognise that this phase of extreme anxiety is passing quickly.
You might be able to regain control during a panic attack by using deep breathing exercises. Regularly taking deep breaths can help you to relax and slow down your breathing. Practising 4-7-8 breathing or concentrating on relaxing hobbies can also be beneficial.
To relax and feel grounded during panic episodes, choose soothing smells like lavender. Consider bergamot orange, chamomile, or lemon if you'd like an alternative to lavender.
Locate a quiet area to block out outside distractions and enable you to concentrate on coping mechanisms. It is simpler to utilise soothing techniques and helps to cleanse the mind when one removes themselves from busy or stressful settings.
When having a panic attack, concentrate on one thing only. It can help to deflect attention from disturbing ideas by drawing focus to its specifics and characteristics.
Use the 5-4-3-2-1 method as a grounding technique when experiencing panic episodes. To engage your senses, name and describe the five objects, four noises, three textures, two scents, and one taste in your immediate environment.
When you have panic attacks, repeat a mantra or a comforting word to yourself. Comforting affirmations like "This too shall pass" can help to deflect attention from anxiety.
Take a stroll or perform a little exercise while controlling your breathing. Exercise has long-term advantages and can lessen panic attacks and anxiety.
When having a panic attack, try to picture a serene setting or your favourite spot. To feel calm, try to picture the sights, sounds, and sensations of this location.
If using prescription medicine is advised for treating panic attacks, do as your doctor advises.
If you frequently get panic attacks in specific locations, tell a trustworthy person. The sympathy and kindness of others may provide you comfort and enable you to cope with the situations that follow.
Find out what makes you anxious so you can manage or stop panic attacks when you can. The frequency and severity of panic attacks can be decreased by identifying and dealing with triggers.
Conclusion
It takes knowledge, preparation, and the use of effective coping skills to treat panic attacks. By being aware of the symptoms, exercising relaxation techniques, getting treatment, and giving self-care a high priority, people may handle panic attacks bravely and regain control over their wellbeing.
At Solh Wellness, we give you access to a variety of self-help resources as well as trained specialists that can help you deal with and manage panic attacks. You may find a number of resources and professional advice to help you improve your mental health on our website. Given the difficulties, we are committed to giving you the tools and professional advice you need to properly manage panic attacks since we are aware of the challenges they create.

How Does Ayahuasca Affect The Brain
Ayahuasca, an ancient medicinal brew used by the indigenous people of the Amazon, has witnessed a surge in popularity in recent years. Its increased use in urban settings, once scarce two decades ago, has prompted extensive research into its components. This has especially intrigued the scientific community, which is exploring its potential therapeutic applications, particularly in the realms of psychiatry and neurology.
Over the last decade, Ayahuasca research has flourished, shedding light on its primary constituents—DMT (Dimethyltryptamine) and the Beta-carbolines (Harmine, Tetrahydroharmine, and Harmaline)—resulting in a deeper understanding of its cerebral mechanisms and effects.
Must Read Blog: What is Ayahuasca
Components of Ayahuasca: Ayahuasca derives its main alkaloid substances from two plants: Banisteriopsis Caapi vine, yielding Beta-carbolines (Harmine, Tetrahydroharmine, Harmaline), and Psychotria viridis leaves, known as chacruna, providing N, N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT). Both components collaborate to induce psychoactive effects that facilitate altered states of consciousness, contributing to mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.
DMT and its Significance: DMT, a crucial component in Ayahuasca, shares a structural resemblance with serotonin (5-HT). Classified as an endogenous trace neurotransmitter, DMT is naturally present in the body, albeit in low quantities. Serotonin, a neurotransmitter, plays a pivotal role in various bodily functions, and comprehending its functions provides insights into Ayahuasca's impact on the brain.
Serotonin and Neural Communication: Serotonin interacts with at least 14 different receptor types in the brain, each with specific functions and signaling pathways. Neurons in the raphe nuclei are the primary sources of 5-HT, with various pathways forming from these neurons. Ayahuasca, containing DMT, acts on brain areas similar to serotonin, affecting neuronal receptors. Beta-carbolines in Ayahuasca also function as neurotransmitters, binding directly to stimulated brain areas or inhibiting serotonin degradation through monoamine oxidase-A (MAO-A) inhibition.
Monoamine Oxidases (MAO) and Ayahuasca: MAOs are enzymes controlling neurotransmitter availability, influencing DMT when orally ingested. Ayahuasca's Beta-carbolines act as MAO inhibitors, temporarily blocking MAO action. This inhibition enables DMT to reach the brain, elevating serotonin, noradrenaline, and dopamine levels.
Effects on the Brain: Ayahuasca's impact on the brain is intricate and varied. The brew takes effect approximately 30 minutes after consumption, inducing a transient introspective state marked by dream-like visions, personal memory recollection, and intense emotions. Research suggests associations between Ayahuasca intake and modulation of neuronal plasticity, influencing the brain's capacity to form new connections.
Substances in Ayahuasca and Their Effects: DMT, harmaline, and tetrahydroharmine exhibit antioxidant effects at the cellular level. Harmine and harmaline increase dopamine concentration, potentially beneficial for Parkinson's disease management. Harmine demonstrates anti-inflammatory effects, while DMT promotes neurogenesis and has protective effects on cells against oxidative agents.
Psychological and Behavioral Effects: Ayahuasca consumption has been linked to increased creativity, ethical lessons, and profound subjective experiences fostering connections with the self and the 'source.' It enhances introspection, reduces stress, improves judgment processing, and induces changes in perception, ultimately aiding in the management of anxiety, depression, and addictions.
The Default Mode Network and Ayahuasca: Ayahuasca's effects extend to the default mode network in the brain, impacting self-recognition, thoughts about others, memories, and emotional processing. Studies indicate significant activation in specific brain regions, alterations in neurophysiology, and increased "decentering" ability post-Ayahuasca consumption.
Conclusion: Research into Ayahuasca's brain mechanisms and neurotransmitter functions underscores its therapeutic potential. Reported benefits include improved mood, cognitive processes, introspection, stress management, impulse control, and creativity. Ayahuasca's effects on neurogenesis, myelination, and antioxidant activity at the neuronal level further emphasize its potential to facilitate emotional processing and enhance psychological well-being.

Horowitz: Confidential Pfizer document shows the company observed 1.6 million adverse events covering nearly every organ system
Daniel Horowitz
Over 10,000 categories of nearly 1.6 million adverse events – many of them serious and debilitating – brought to you by Pfizer!
You might not have heard it in the news, but in recent months, Pfizer’s pharmacovigilance documents requested by the European Union’s drug regulator, the European Medicines Agency, have been released. They show that Pfizer knew about a sickening level of injury early on. An August 2022 document shows that the company already had observed the following scope of vaccine injury:
508,351 individual case reports of adverse events containing 1,597,673 events;
One-third of the AEs were classified as serious, well above the standard for safety signals usually pegged at 15%;
Women reported AEs at three times the rate of men;
60% of cases were reported with either “outcome unknown” or “not recovered,” so many of the injuries were not transient;
Highest number of cases occurred in the 31-50 year age group, and 92% did not have any comorbidities, which makes it very likely it was the vaccine causing such widespread, sudden injury.
These numbers alone suggest that all COVID shots should be defunded and Congress must immediately remove liability protections from the manufacturers. But a more recent document released by the Europeans is even more devastating, because it breaks down the 1.6 million adverse events observed by Pfizer by category and subcategory of ailment and injury.
The 393-page confidential Pfizer document, dated Aug. 19, 2022, shows that Pfizer observed over 10,000 categories of diagnosis, many of them very severe and very rare. For example:
Pfizer was aware of 73,542 cases of 264 categories of vascular disorders from the shots. Many of them are rare conditions.
There were hundreds of categories of nervous system disorders, totaling 696,508 cases.
There were 61,518 AEs from well over 100 categories of eye disorders, which is unusual for a vaccine injury.
Likewise, there were over 47,000 ear disorders, including almost 16,000 cases of tinnitus, which even Mayo Clinic researchers observed as a common but often devastating side effect early on.
There were roughly 225,000 cases of skin and tissue disorders.
There were roughly 190,000 cases of respiratory disorders.
Disturbingly, there were over 178,000 cases of reproductive or breast disorders, including disorders you wouldn’t expect, such as 506 cases of erectile dysfunction in men.
Very disturbingly, there were over 77,000 psychiatric disorders observed following the shots, lending credence to Dr. Peter McCullough’s research observing case studies showing psychosis correlating with vaccination.
3,711 cases of tumors – benign and malignant
Of course, there were almost 127,000 cardiac disorders, running the gamut of about 270 categories of heart damage, including many rare disorders, in addition to myocarditis.
There were over 100,000 blood and lymphatic disorders, for both of which there’s a wealth of literature linking them to the spike protein.
When reading what Pfizer knew early on juxtaposed to independent studies, it’s clear that nobody could have mistaken most of these AEs for mere incidental ailments. Here is a list of 3,129 case studies chronicling vaccine injury in every organ system observed in this Pfizer document.
What is so jarring is that there are hundreds of very rare neurological disorders that reflect something so systemically wrong with the shots, a reality that was clearly of no concern to the manufacturers and regulators alike. One of the infamous cases of vaccine injury was Maddie de Garay, an Ohio teen who became disabled for life immediately after participating in the Pfizer clinical trial. Her story is chronicled in chapter 16 of my book. I checked this confidential document and found that they knew of 68 cases of her rare diagnosis, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy.

Elixir of Ogre's Strength
Difficulty:
Intermediate alchemy. Alchemy trainers do not teach this recipe in major Horde or Alliance cities and the recipe for it is rather rare, but is only moderately difficult to learn.
Ingredients:
One-part Earthroot, diced.
One-part Kingsblood leaves.
One crystal vial, for bottling.
Makes one elixir. Adjust by multiplying reagent measurements in a 1:1 ratio for larger batches.
Recipe:
The brewing of an Elixir of Ogre's Strength is a meticulous ten-step process that requires precision, patience, and a keen understanding of alchemical principles. The core ingredients, diced Earthroot and Kingsblood leaves, must be prepared with utmost care. The Earthroot should be cleaned, peeled, and diced into small cubes. The Kingsblood leaves need to be fresh, with only the youngest, most tender leaves selected. These are then finely minced. Once the preparation of reagents is complete, the actual brewing can commence.
Purified water is brought to a roiling boil in a cauldron before the Earthroot cubes are added. The mixture is stirred counter-clockwise seventeen times with a wand, then allowed to simmer for seven minutes. Next, the shredded Kingsblood is added and the brew stirred clockwise thrice. The cauldron is removed from the flame and allowed to cool until wisps of purple vapor stop rising from its surface. Strain the elixir through a cheesecloth while decanting it into a crystal phial.
The Elixir of Ogre's Strength is a potent alchemical concoction with a distinctive olive brown hue and an aroma of earthy, medicinal herbs. The effects of the elixir are both acute and transient, manifesting rapidly after consumption and persisting for a duration dependent upon the dosage and the constitution of the imbiber -- up to one hour maximum. While under the influence of this elixir, the drinker will find themselves capable of lifting enormous weights, shattering sturdy barriers, and engaging in prolonged bouts of strenuous labor without succumbing to fatigue. However, the elixir's effects are not without consequence, as the rapid increase in strength can place inordinate strain on the body's tissues and metabolism, potentially leading to exhaustion or even injury if not used judiciously. As such, the Elixir of Ogre's Strength is a tool to be wielded with caution and respect, its impressive might balanced against the need for prudence and restraint.

Homeopathic Remedies for Vomiting & Nausea Problem
Vomiting and nausea are two of the most unpleasant and common symptoms that people experience at some point in their lives. Whether triggered by indigestion, infections, motion sickness, pregnancy, or stress, these symptoms can disrupt daily life, causing discomfort and distress. For many, over-the-counter medications may offer temporary relief, but homeopathy presents a holistic approach to treating vomiting and nausea, offering long-term solutions without harsh chemicals or side effects.
In this, we will explore how homeopathy medicine for vomiting can be an effective and natural remedy for nausea and vomiting, how it works, and why it may be the ideal choice for those seeking alternative treatments.
Understanding Nausea and Vomiting
Before diving into homeopathic remedies, it's essential to understand what nausea and vomiting are and what causes them.
Nausea is the sensation of needing to vomit but without actually doing so. It can occur with dizziness, excessive salivation, or abdominal discomfort.
Vomiting, on the other hand, is the forceful expulsion of stomach contents through the mouth. It is often a reflex action triggered by various factors, including infections, toxins, motion sickness, or a disturbed gastrointestinal system.
These symptoms, although common, can be distressing and even dangerous if they become chronic or severe. Prolonged vomiting can lead to dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, and nutritional deficiencies.
Traditional treatments for vomiting often involve medications that suppress the symptoms. However, homeopathy offers a more natural approach that aims to address the root causes of nausea and vomiting, improving overall health and wellness.
The Principle of Homeopathy in Treating Vomiting
Homeopathy is a system of alternative medicine that was developed in the late 18th century by Samuel Hahnemann. It operates on the principle of "like cures like," meaning that a substance that causes symptoms in a healthy person can, in small, diluted amounts, treat similar symptoms in a person who is ill.
In the case of vomiting and nausea, homeopathy focuses on treating the underlying causes of these symptoms, whether they are digestive disorders, emotional stress, or other factors. Unlike conventional medications that only mask symptoms, homeopathy medicine for vomiting aims to restore balance in the body, helping to prevent future episodes.
One of the key benefits of homeopathic remedies is that they are individualized. In other words, two people experiencing nausea and vomiting for different reasons may require different treatments. This individualized approach ensures that the remedy selected matches the person's overall constitution, emotional state, and physical symptoms, leading to more effective and lasting results.
Homeopathy for Acute Vomiting and Nausea
Acute vomiting and nausea often arise suddenly, typically due to infection, food poisoning, or a transient illness. Homeopathy can be a valuable option for those looking to alleviate the symptoms naturally. Some common triggers for acute nausea and vomiting include:
Gastrointestinal infections (such as viral or bacterial infections)
Motion sickness (e.g., car, boat, or airplane travel)
Food poisoning or indigestion
Pregnancy (morning sickness)
Stress or anxiety
Overeating or consuming rich, fatty foods
For acute cases, homeopathic remedies are designed to relieve discomfort rapidly and encourage the body's natural healing processes. The goal is to alleviate symptoms quickly and allow the body to recover without any harmful side effects.
How Homeopathic Remedies Work for Vomiting
The way homeopathy works for nausea and vomiting is through the stimulation of the body's vital force or self-healing mechanism. Homeopathic remedies are typically made from natural substances such as plants, minerals, and animal products, which are prepared through a process of serial dilution and succussion (vigorous shaking). This process results in a highly diluted solution that is believed to stimulate the body’s healing power.
For example, when a person experiences nausea from a stomach infection, a homeopathic remedy may be selected based on their overall symptoms, including the nature of the nausea (e.g., whether it's worse with certain foods or improved by fresh air). The remedy works by stimulating the body's immune response, helping it to fight the infection and restore balance in the digestive system.
Benefits of Homeopathic Treatment for Vomiting
There are several key benefits of using homeopathic remedies for vomiting and nausea:
Non-toxic and Safe: Unlike conventional anti-nausea medications that may have side effects, homeopathic remedies are prepared in extremely diluted forms, making them safe and non-toxic. They are suitable for children, pregnant women, and the elderly.
Individualized Treatment: Homeopathy treats each person as a whole, considering not only the physical symptoms but also the emotional and psychological state. This individualized approach often leads to more personalized and effective treatment.
Long-term Relief: Homeopathic remedies aim to address the root cause of the nausea and vomiting, which can lead to long-term relief rather than just masking the symptoms. This is especially helpful for those suffering from chronic conditions.
No Dependency or Addiction: Unlike some conventional anti-nausea drugs, homeopathic remedies are not addictive, and patients do not develop a dependency on them over time.
Natural Healing: Homeopathy supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself. By stimulating the immune system and improving overall health, it can help prevent future episodes of vomiting and nausea.
Why Choose Homeopathy for Vomiting & Nausea?
Holistic Approach: Homeopathy takes a comprehensive approach to healing, focusing on the entire person – body, mind, and spirit. It considers how lifestyle, emotions, and genetics can influence health.
Minimal Side Effects: Homeopathic remedies are prepared in such a way that they rarely cause any adverse side effects. This makes them a safer choice, especially for individuals with sensitive constitutions or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Preventative Benefits: Homeopathic treatment doesn’t just address the immediate symptoms of vomiting and nausea; it can also help prevent future occurrences by restoring balance to the body.
Cost-Effective: In many cases, homeopathic remedies are less expensive than traditional prescription medications, and they may offer a more sustainable long-term solution.
A Natural, Gentle Alternative: Homeopathy offers a gentle and natural way to address vomiting and nausea, making it a preferred choice for many people seeking a more holistic approach to their health.
