tbh i havent thought about it the fun thing about genderfluid theres no need to Change your name that often BUT lets say we do

there are many Options

Marco could go with her og name Princess Turdina for fun or maybe she could keep it close to that name and Go with Teresaa

or we Stick with Marco more and use names like Marcela , Maria and maya

personally i kinda fuck with Maria and Teresa the most so thats probs my name for fem marco 🫶🏼
