Enoch and Lisa weren't the only ones who had different hair colours before death, Gabriel, Daniel, and Giovanni all had different hair before death. Gabriel's hair was a dark brown that was almost black, Giovanni's was a lighter shade of brown, and Daniel's was a brown ginger

Ayin had the best handwriting out of everyone, a simple print that looked almost mechanical, while Binah's, while a ridiculously fancy cursive, was nearly illegible. Carmen's handwriting was the definition of chicken scratch

When he went to the library, Argalia briefly got his pen back. He found it laying on the ground of the Kether floor

Chesed is scared of birds. Just in general. He loves them from afar and tends to admire them, but if the smallest parakeet gets near him he shuts down. Something to do with a facility breach

Roland is canonically the best cook, and I think Angela would be a close second since he tries his best to teach her as a way to enjoy food despite not being able to eat :) Malkuth and Hod are amazing at making pastries, and Tiphereth loves decorating whatever sweets they make

Netzach grew to have a bit of a crush on Angela after everything with the library happened and they all got sent to the outskirts. He thinks she's funny and loves talking to her. Constantly tries to find excuses to spend time with her and Roland

Angela is a trans man :)

Gebura, despite her massive mane of a hair, tends to be the one who helps everyone with haircuts. Gebura is the only one allowed to touch Tiphereth's hair since she is good at making braids. Netzach is also good with hair though, so whenever Gebura is busy, he's there to help in her place

Tiphereth also eventually warmed up a little more to Roland, and, on occasion, lets him braid her hair as well. Though it's nice, Roland does feel immensely upset when he does that, since it reminds him of a future he never got to have.

Daniel and Gabriel used to date, once Chesed and Yesod remembered their pasts, the two grew flustered when it came to being around each other

Angela, Yesod, and Binah tend to play mind games together, Roland gets dragged into their shenanigans sometimes. He never wins

Gebura started to drink tea with Binah to spite Chesed. He still refuses to give up on making her like coffee

Roland is good at singing! Chesed and Hod as well

Malkuth always signs her messages off with kaomojis

Malkuth and Yesod are best friends

Emma and Noah were married

Pierre's first kill were her parents, she made a little lemonade stand-esque shop in front of her house to sell what she made, and a chef in District 23 took her in due to her potential

Binah is a cat person, they love cats, but never really bring it up

Angela still has occasional emotional outbursts, the same with Roland, due to remembering their pasts. The two are always there to comfort the other though, and are sure to never leave each other's side unless the other needs some alone time to breathe

Hokma is good at painting, he loves impressionism, however, when it comes to his own works, he always takes a approach that could be classified as tenebrism, since he enjoys painting abnormalities. He does occasionally paint the other sephirah, as well as Ayin, often.

Tiphereth is really good at sowing dresses, she uses Roland as a mannequin for them

Kali was heads over heels for Carmen, Carmen brought out her kindness she thought she lost when she became a colour fixer

Aside from Roland himself, there is nothing that Angelica loved more than Roland's cooking

Angelica is taller than Roland by quite a bit, being the same height as Argalia. It makes Roland melt every time she stands next to him

Iori and Ayin knew each other

Tanya and Greta are really close. At first Tanya found Greta too loud and a bit annoying, but she is now fond of her somewhat. Greta thinks she is really cool and has a bit of a crush on her

Elena and Angelica are exes

When Hod first saw Greta, while disliking her, she also had to tell herself not to let her awaken anything in her

Chesed constantly invites Yesod over for coffee, and the two tend to ramble about their mutual interests in science often

Chesed is actually very good with technology, and likes to make little gadgets and trinkets with the stuff he finds on Yesod's floor

Benjamin and Ayin are teenage year friends, they became inseparable from the moment they met. Benjamin kissed his cheek to say bye once before heading out, and Ayin went quiet for the rest of that full day

Ayin originally considered becoming a fixer. Before the corporation grew to be the head of the district, he worked part time as one. He was a fairly high grade, but nothing too insane.

Gebura treats Nothing There like her pet dog

Ayin, Benjamin, and Carmen all lived together. They all slept on the same bed, and they almost had to kick Carmen out of the bed since she would roll around in her sleep a lot. (They didn't, they are nowhere near that mean)

The Batter; - i would walk on my toes until someone pointed it out and then i got really embarrassed because i wasnt thinking about it,, - // pulls switch zach: welcome to The Void™ - i mean?? vader was a nice woman but she rlly scared me,, like she would have violent paranoid episodes and,, god i hated seeing her like that - one time she was convinced that hugo wasnt our son and beat him an inch from death asking what hed done with our son and she only snapped out of it when i lost it and yelled at her to stop. that event caused brain damage and developmental issues in hugo that were irreversible. - i kind of,, wanted to put her out of her misery and i knew i couldnt take care of hugo becsuse i wasnt a good father so it was _all i could do_ - Guilt™ - rlly i saw how dedan was treating his workers and i was Pissed™ and i wanted to teach him a lesson but i took it s bit too far,,, - this goes the same for enoch and japhet tbh?? enoch was _making addicts that worked for free_ and japhet just started having outright delusions that hed been forgotten and,, both of them were just _awful_ - i didnt know the judge was still alive and!! i didnt want him to suffer!! so killing him was more of a mercy for me!! - ace/grey-aro (not sex-repulsed) Sucre; - i wasnt very stable tbvh - the whole basement thing was for a) my own protection b) the protection of others - i never really understood that?? i thought i was pretty ok and that i was just 'dancing' when i killed or hurt people,, - the batter actually was shocked to see me aha - he looked like bad batter the entire time i think?? Speaking of Suraya, she was adopted by Devrim and Marc, another canon gay couple! This bit from Dawning lore made me cry honestly:

She was orphaned as a young girl, and Devrim and Marc took her in. Honestly, I think having these two as role models is part of why she's as strong as she is.

I usually only thought of Marcus Ren and Enoch Bast as an implied gay couple, but given how the lore has been using "partners" for Saint and Osiris recently, we should revisit them too considering this lore:

Enoch fist-fought a Cabal (while Lightless) to save Marcus and then carried him bridal-style. They're called partners. Marcus makes a note that the arms of a Titan are "familiar." This is about as confirmed to me as that goes.

Drifter is for sure bi/pan. Among other things, this was the most obvious confirmation to me:

Note how he never specifies a gender. There are more examples of this (Rahool x Drifter honestly).

There's probably more that we just don't know about yet, especially when it comes to different genders and trans characters.

just want to talk about how much i LOVE the queer representation in destiny. i started playing just over a year ago and going into i had no clue that any of the characters who were in it were queer, which made me so happy when i found out they were. like ive never seen anyone advertise the game as “look! we have gay characters!” it’s just something that’s treated as normal in the game world, which makes it feel less like them trying to conivce queer people to play the game or adding in the relationships for “woke” points. i genuinely can’t express how happy i felt when i found out ana liked women. i was reading the comic and then the kiss! and i was like! oh! that’s me! oh holy shit she’s actually gay! and then finding out about devrim and marc like?? it’s just so… nice to have queer characters who just exist in the universe and aren’t there just to fill a plot point or queerbait people into playing the game. idk what the point of this post is, this game just makes me happy and i just wanted to say… yeah :)

Do you have any trans Enoch head cannons?

You know I do and quite a few of these are angsty. No I'm not sorry

He never actually came out to anyone, I don't think. He hates explaining it to people so he just doesn't. If someone he doesn't know asks why he sounds like that or why he's so small, he'll make something up about his age or genetics, but if it's someone he's close to he just gets kind of quiet and tries to change the subject.

The others do know about it--Enoch isn't exactly great at being subtle about anything. There were some awkward conversations, and there was a bit of fumbling here and there due to confusion on some of the more sheltered kids' end, but they all accept him. There hasn't been any conflict or anything about that. (In fact, a good handful of the others are trans too.)

There's only been one incident in the Acre thus far because of it, and it started because he and Horace were being a little less careful about being gay in public in 1886 than they should have been, and also because Enoch is physically incapable of shutting his mouth and is happy to list off plenty of reasons he's going to hell when prompted.

On bad dysphoria days he doesn't leave the basement, not even for food. He only lets Miss Peregrine, Horace, and Bronwyn in his room to bring him meals. (The others can come in if they ask really nicely, but he doesn't like it because he knows how bitchy he can come across sometimes and he feels bad about it.) This does not get better after the whole face scar thing.

No one in the house knows his deadname. No one would ask, but he's still not telling you.

Someone suggested he named himself after his peculiarity (the Book of Enoch is about the revolt of God's angels before the flood. Fall of Lucifer, stuff like that) and I fucking love that idea and I'm stealing it. That's canon now fight me

Enoch has had... not great experiences with people outside of Miss Peregrine's loop finding out about this. It was another big reason alongside his peculiarity that he was treated so badly in his old loop. Sometimes that makes him refuse to talk loud enough for anyone but whoever's next to him to hear, because "people always guess right, and then I open my mouth and they 'correct' themselves."

Horace helps a lot, doing anything from helping him pick out clothes to actually yelling at people for making transphobic comments even if they weren't actually about Enoch, which makes Enoch happier than he thinks he has any right to be. Horace insists this is stupid and is happy to be the big loud scary one for once so Enoch won't feel as bad.

opinions/headcanons (if it applies) on trans enoch

Opinion is yes canon I’m trans and I said so

Headcanons (this almost entirely comes from my own experience being transmasc):

Noor had to drag him to the present to get him an actual chest binder because he kept using bandages he stole from the medicine cabinet because “it hasn’t hurt me in 70 years I’m fine Noor I promise”

Even after that he has to frequently be reminded to take breaks from the thing because he just. Forgets

None of the others, including Miss Peregrine, have ever known him at a time he didn’t at least socially pass. He’s just young enough that his voice could make sense for a cisgender boy but he still doesn’t like it

His last ymbryne was not a fan of him being transgender. It was one of many things she took as him being stubborn and rebellious which is a pretty big reason he is now both of those things

For a few decades, only Miss Peregrine actually knew he was trans. There were a few slip-ups and some things that had to be quickly explained away, but for the most part no one knew for certain until he started fully opening up to the others later on. Abe and Victor never knew.

He’s incredibly insecure about how he looks. He can’t look in a mirror for very long without picking apart the things he thinks make him look feminine, and he’ll spend half an hour in the bathroom scrutinizing himself if you let him. Horace helps with that, but he can’t really make it go away.

Horace is a big help with a lot of this stuff, especially once they start dating. Having a fashion designer boyfriend is fantastic when half your clothes are too form-fitting to wear outside, and it especially helps Enoch’s insecurities knowing that even being cisgender Horace is proudly more feminine than Enoch is. He may not fully understand, but he knows far more than most of the others do, and having someone to bat away the toxic masculinity and gender dysphoria and all the other stuff swirling around his head is very helpful. Plus he gets kisses out of it. So.

There’s possibly more and there are some that are implied or can at least be interpreted that way. Besides Saint and Osiris, we also have another canon gay couple: Devrim and Marc (who also adopted and raised Suraya). And I’d say that characters such as Uldren and Jolyon, and Marcus Ren and Enoch Bast are heavily implied to be couples as well. Basically, Destiny is for gays only.

Beyond Light gave us a heavily implied trans character as well in Micah Abram/Micah-10. Details are still a bit murky about them but basically, as a child, Micah was referred to as a “son” and mentions how they’ll have a beard growning up, but once they become an Exo (Micah-10), they adopt and use female pronouns. 

It’s also worth noting that the Yang Liwei, aka Exodus Green, the ship that carried the people that would eventually become the Awoken, listed 485 people as “other” (as in, not men or women). So trans (and everything that falls under the umbrella) people are beyond doubt not rare among the Awoken. 

How the ffuck did i miss that saint and osiris are canon??? Hell yeah
