Just starting out and taking inspo from true freaks like you that are turning their growth fantasies to reality. All I want is to be addicted to growing.
What are the most important things I can do right now to transform myself like you into a muscle freak?
The fastest was to very good high quality results will always be getting a bodybuilding coach online or in person 
It takes all the guess work out of growing
No more how do I Train? What do I eat? What supplements Should I be on. When do I start gear? ect ect
For me this have literally made me explode with muscle gains 🥵
The only thing you then have to do is do what they say and work hard 💪🏾
But I understand this isn’t always financially possible for some
Another key factor ( for me at least )
Try and separate
🔮fantasy🔮 and 📊realityℹ️
Muscle growth fantasy and fetish is fun and exciting but I’m sure 99% of the true monsters don’t have that and yet they are always bigger
The reality is that bodybuilding is slow mundane with the repetitive behaviours of meal planning and routine and ticking off lots of micro goals days weeks months years over time
so getting locked in with what actually works looking at all the clues that the very big guys are doing what they are concentrating on as important what they obsess over usually lots of other things with gear/roids actually at the bottom of the pile 
That’s when the magic starts to happen 🫡

September is already kicking off to be a good month of shooting. Fashion week in couple weeks...so I'm looking forward to the collections. Wish designer Lulu Liu every success with your collections and fingers cross for this particular season!   Lovely job coming up in #Knightsbridge soon

"..You don't know what real training is...You haven't done a vertical leg press until your head bleeds!"- @trainedbyjp I was thinking about this quote right before this drop set. During the set it felt like my left eye was going to pop out of my head but now looking back at the video...I should have done more. The weight was coming up pretty fast. So next time I just have to push myself harder. It's hard to teach intensity. It's something that usually develops over time. You just have to be honest with yourself. Did you truly give it your all? If not...do some more fucking reps
