Adrien Agreste had never been given any formal lessons on bovine anatomy as part of his homeschooling, meaning anything he concluded about cows and their bodies would simply be up to him guessing. But as his teeth sunk into the thick buttercream of the cupcake, he vividly imagined for a second that the milk ducts in a cow's udders might occasionally deal with blockages, slowly filling with all manner of milk and pus and creamy, thick fluid and creating large painful lumps deep inside tissue. And should they be surgically removed, he surmised, Adrien could imagine these hypothetical mounds of milky buildup being rather thick, rather dense, and rather buttery, perhaps even heavy enough to suffocate him.

Adrien had to bite back a wave of bile from surging up his throat as the buttercream invaded his tongue, heavy and sweet and spreading like a viral film throughout his mouth.

He was sure the buttercream was, by all technical accounts, some of the best in the city. He was sure anything made by the Dupain-Chengs was probably flawlessly delicious to the average person.

"How is it?" Marinette asked, her fingers laced together as she awaited his answer with wide, bright blue eyes.

Adrien moved the muscles in his face into the closest thing to a smile that he could possibly manage. "It's great," he reassured her, his voice coming out slightly whiny as tears pricked his eyes. "...Thank you so much."

Adrien swallowed deeply, his shoulders moving up as he felt that creamy, buttery synthesis slide down his throat like the slimy path of a snail. Oh, the wonders of sugary pastries.

Me: [rocking in the therapist chair] But Elphaba asking Glinda whether she and Fiyero ever had an affair is so heartbreaking to me. Of course the very idea is ludicrous—not even Sarima’s sisters believed it—and Elphaba should know better. But she still loves Fiyero so much that the very possibility lived rent-free in her mind, so much so that she just has to ask Glinda whether or not she banged their mutual college friend. Freakin’ Glinda, whom she hadn’t seen in almost 20 years (!!). And no, I don’t think Elphaba wanted to alleviate her misplaced guilt by believing Fiyero’s death was really the result of Sir Chuffrey getting into a jealous rage. I think it’s rooted in the fact that Elphaba never believed she was good enough for Fiyero. After all, she was never enough to make her own father love her, at least more than her sister, so why should Fiyero stay faithful to her, why not Glinda? [Starts sobbing] Well, jokes on you, Elphie, because Fiyero did not go for Glinda and probably would have, yes, he found her lovely but he was also WTF-ing over her new chipmunk personality and refused to take her up on her offer to meet up, and instead homeboy went to the Chapel of St. Glinda just because he knew you went there for some reason, because news’ flash he was not chill about you either, not even once, oh God

Epic the Musical is based on The Odyssey and Act 2 is getting rather hairy. So for clarification, I decided to search if The Odyssey is a tragedy just to confirm because it never registered to me for having tragic elements when I looked at it in high school since Odysseus still made it home and they never told me that the other men had names.
