Would SKZ date a foreigner? MTL

Bangchan
He would. He probably has, and will continue to in the future. He finds a sense of fulfillment in these relationships. Like he probably dates Aussie girls a lot because they remind him of home. If they’re from far away he has this mentality of “Oh, you traveled all this way and your journeys ended with an amazing new relationship” towards them or something.
Changbin
Definitely. Like Chan, he probably prefers them. I think he thinks of it as an achievement? Because he has to work in those relationships, and they’re fulfilling. He feels like they both have to make that effort and have that sort of ambition to get there, and learn about each other’s cultures, languages, etc. it’s a sign of love. He likes dating foreigners also because they don’t know him as ‘Changbin of Stray Kids’, but as this foreign Korean dude they met. (Though I would say there is that aspect of wishing that they did know and appreciate his art if they didn’t.)
Jeongin
He would. He thinks there’s potential and he may get lucky. I’m getting a lot of…Finance indicators here. I’m gonna be so for real, he probably dates old white sugar mommies. Or daddies. Whichever way he swings. Said what I said. I’m also getting that…He loves the money. He’s young, and sure he’s rich but who doesn’t want to be wined, dined, and pampered? He’s not big on relationships or commitment as a general rule of thumb since he’s busy and working and just living his life and young. But if he does date someone? Might as well get something out of it.
Felix
Felix has no real preference. Though this may be because his terms of…What’s foreign and what’s not are broader? Is something foreign when the cultures are different? Is it foreign when the countries are different? Is a foreigner someone who’s not Australian or someone who’s not Korean? There’s a lot of gray area. But generally he doesn’t care where you are. If you can communicate, have things you have in common, and can compromise then hes okay with whatever. Cambodian, Indian, South African, American, Indonesian, whatever it is. As long as their minds and hearts are in the same place.
Seungmin
He doesn’t really seem to care. As long as they have that depth and emotional security he’s looking for, it’s whatever. I’m getting a direct message of “As long as I can be happy with them without sacrificing myself.” So essentially, he truly and honestly doesn’t care as long as they’re happy together.
Hyunjin
No. I think, practically, he would, he has, and he does. He enjoys learning about cultures and traditions and languages. Foreign partners are the perfect way to mix what he loves most. (This part made me giggle but I’m free styling this shit) Love, sex, and learning. It’s a win win win. Like that one conversation he had with Seungmin. With that being said, back to the no aspect of the tarot. His most recent ex was probably foreign. And that was DISASTROUS. I’m talking hopelessly, everything destroyed, life and mental health in shambles (I keep getting a lot of scratching images? Like scratched up clothes, scratched up skin, scratched up wallpaper. As well as just broken furniture. Possibly physically abusive but that’s just me speculating) so much so he probably threw the entire country they’re from away. “Never stepping foot there again” type shit. So, in normal circumstances he would, but the ex probably used cultural differences as a crutch. Like, “No, this isn’t abuse. This is normal in my culture. It’s showing how much I love you.” And Hyunjin loves love, but not that type of love. But poor little Hyunjin believed it and now he’s scared. I put him in the lower middle because he WOULD under normal circumstances but these AREN’T normal circumstances.
Lee Know
Honestly, I don’t think he would. He’s tried, but it hasn’t worked out. There’s cultural differences, language differences, etc. and there’s also just conflicting values, upbringings, etc. he finds a hard time connecting on those deeper levels because they lack a lot of shared experiences they would’ve otherwise had, even down to cuisine. He steers clear of dating foreigners.
Han
Another no. Another who has and didn’t like the experience. Honestly this might’ve been because of in-laws. The cultural differences stressed him out and I think he’s said he has social anxiety before anyways? Correct me if I’m wrong but I heard it somewhere. Can’t remember there. But he gets really restless and feels like his skin is peeling and crawling and wants to fucking die when he has to meet the in laws. He doesn’t know what to wear, how to act, what to bring, what to do, how to talk (If he even knows the language). It just stressed him out. And honestly, it’s probably the same vice versa. Also, he might’ve dated an American. And American girls are much more…Open with the opposite sex than Korean girls are. And because of that it stressed him out because he got insecure and over thought everything but also didn’t want to be overbearing because he knew it was a cultural thing. So…

Bommala Koluvu for Navaratri
Navaratri (Nava = nine, ratri = night), followed by Dussehra, is one of my favorite festivals of the year. I have many memories associated with it. Since my early teenage years, my mother and I would arrange a ‘Bommala Koluvu’ (Bommalu = dolls/idols, koluvu = arrangement) at home. Although it took almost a whole day to set up the steps and the idols/dolls, it was worth it. We would perform Pooja and other rituals in front of the Koluvu for all 10 days.
Note: Usually, in the culture that I come from, ‘Bommala Koluvu’ is observed during the festival of Sankranti but it can be observed during Navaratri and Deepavali, as well. My mother did this for both Sankranti and Navaratri.
Normally, people have the steps pre-built so that they don’t have to be arranged each for each festival it is used for. However, in our home, the steps were arranged differently. My mother did want to be restricted by the uniform size of the steps, which she would be if she had them built. She, instead, kept a few of our old furniture, like center tables, side tables and some cardboard boxes and used them specifically for the Bommala Koluvu. My mother and I would then cover the steps with a white or off-white cloth so the dolls would show up. We had almost 5 or 6 large moving boxes full of the dolls we would use to arrange on the steps. The set up of the steps and the white cloth would take most of our time. Arranging the dolls was the easy part.
What is the meaning behind this tradition?
The significance behind this tradition is that it pays homage to Goddess Mahishasura Mardhini (an avatar of Goddess Durga) who fought an epic battle against the demon, Mahishasura. It is Her victory that is celebrated during Navaratri. Another meaning behind the Bommala Koluvu is to tell multiple stories from South Indian mythology. It can range from scenes from Ramayan, Mahabharat, Srimad Bhagavatam and Krishna Leela. Some modern arrangements have specific themes like Sri Krishna Leela which focuses on stories ranging from Krishna’s birth to his marriages.
One of our family friends once did a Lord Ganesha themed Bommala Koluvu. In our home, we arrange a Vrindaavan on one side which shows all of Lord Krishna’s childhood. On the other side, we would arrange Kailasam (Lord Shiva’s abode) and in the middle we would arrange seven steps where each step would be dedicated to a Hindu God. For example, the first step would be for Goddess Durga and her avatars., the second step for Ashta Lakshmi (Ashta = 8), the third step for Lord Vishnu, and etc.
The best part of this tradition is that you can be as creative as you like. There are no rules on how the dolls should be arranged. And there are no restrictions as to what kind of idols and dolls you want to put in your Bommala Koluvu. You can even include some of your show pieces to make it look even more pretty!
Cultural Aspect
Bommala Koluvu is a great way to teach young children about our ancient culture, traditions, customs, mythology and the Puranas. It is also a creative of storytelling with live visuals. When dolls/idols are arranged this way, kids will be curious to learn more about each character and scenario being depicted. Plus, it also gives kids a chance to participate in the worship of Goddess Durga.
Social Significance
In the past, Hindu families were very orthodox which meant that women were did have the time to step out and catch up with friends. Moreover, some women were not permitted to leave the house as well.
The best part about Bommala Koluvu is that whoever is hosting invites friends, relatives, neighbors and so on. This is my favorite part because it meant that all our friends and relatives from all over California used to come over to our home and spend the whole night catching up with each other. This tradition ensures that friendships become stronger and helps women maintain their friendships since they can get caught up in their personal lives.
Economic Significance
India is an agricultural country where traditions like Bommala Koluvu and agriculture are related. Back in the day, the idols, dolls, and other items featured in a Bommala Koluvu were made with clay, wood, wax, glass, stone, etc. and were painted with natural paints. India is also home to many traditional handicrafts such as terracotta, Kondapalli, cloth dolls and more.
By purchasing these handcrafted items for Bommala Koluvu, the artists are encouraged to make more of them each season. All of the idols we have a home are made of clay, glass, and wood. We also have Kondapalli Bommalu (dolls) that have been passed down from my great grandmother. Another perk to purchasing these handcrafted, natural items is that they are eco-friendly!
Although arranging the dolls was tiring, catching up with friends, relatives and neighbors was made all the hard work worth it. Plus, there would a lot of leftover good food which we would eat for the next couple of days.
I hope you all enjoyed getting to more about this fun little tradition! Comment down below about a tradition you follow at your home for Navaratri!

Jean Baptiste Point du Sable (c. 1745 – August 28, 1818), a frontier trader, trapper, and farmer is regarded as the first resident of what is now Chicago. There is very little definite information on his past. It is believed by some historians that he was born free in St. Marc, Saint-Dominique (Haiti). His mother was an African slave, and his father was a French mariner. He traveled with his father to France, where he received some education. It was through this education and the work that he performed for his father on his ships, that he learned languages including French, Spanish, English, and many Indian dialects.
He arrived in New Orleans in 1765 whereupon he learned the colony had become a Spanish possession. Having lost his identification papers and been injured on the voyage to New Orleans, he was almost enslaved. He migrated north, up the Mississippi River, settling in an area near present-day Peoria. He lived in what is now Michigan and Indiana as well. He was arrested at what is now Michigan City, Indiana by British troops who considered him a spy and was imprisoned at Fort Michilimackinac before being released to manage a tract of woodlands in Eastern Michigan. He married a Pottawatomie Indian woman, Kitihawa who was called Catherine in a traditional Pottawatomie ceremony. The couple had a daughter and a son.
They settled on the shore of Lake Michigan called Eschikagu. He built a home on the north bank of the Chicago River, claimed about 800 acres of land, and established a thriving trading post that included a mill, smokehouse, workshop, barn, and other smaller buildings. The post became a major supply station for other traders in the Great Lakes region. Their cabin was filled with fine furniture and paintings indicating that the family had become prosperous for the time and region. Their granddaughter became the first child born in what would become Chicago.
He sold his trading post for $1,200 and moved to St. Charles, Missouri which at the time was part of French Louisiana. He was commissioned by the governor of Missouri to operate a ferry across the Missouri River. #africanhistory365 #africanexcellence

Maximize Charm, Minimize Square Footage: Innovative Interior Design Ideas for Small Spaces in Noida.
Tumblr media
Living large in a small space might seem like an oxymoron, but with a dash of creativity and some clever interior design tricks, your Noida apartment can transform into an oasis of comfort and style. Here at MITS, we specialize in helping you unlock the full potential of your compact abode.
Embrace the Power of Multifunctional Furniture:
Gone are the days of bulky furniture hogging precious real estate. Invest in pieces that serve multiple purposes. Opt for a sofa bed that doubles as a guest room, a coffee table with hidden storage compartments, or a dining table with expandable leaves. Consider ottomans with built-in storage or nesting tables that tuck away neatly when not in use.
Lighten Up with Smart Space-Saving Techniques:
Mirror Magic: Strategically placed mirrors not only reflect light, making your space appear larger, but also create an illusion of depth. Place a large mirror opposite a window to bounce natural light throughout the room.
Folding Wonders: Folding furniture is a lifesaver for small spaces. Invest in a foldable dining table, a wall-mounted ironing board, or even a convertible desk that folds up when not in use.
Verticality is Your Friend: Utilize vertical space to maximize storage. Install floating shelves, bookcases that reach the ceiling, or hanging storage solutions to keep clutter off the floor.
Embrace the Power of Light:
Natural Light is King: Let the Noida sunshine work its magic! Keep windows free of clutter and consider translucent curtains that allow natural light to filter through.
Strategic Lighting: Employ layered lighting to create a sense of spaciousness. Opt for recessed lighting, sconces, and task lighting to illuminate specific areas without overwhelming the room. Consider warm white LED bulbs to create a cozy yet bright atmosphere.
Declutter and Create a Sense of Calm:
Less is More: Declutter ruthlessly! Donate items you no longer need and find clever storage solutions for the essentials. A cluttered space feels instantly smaller.
Soothing Color Palettes: Paint your walls in light, neutral colors. Whites, beiges, and light grays create a sense of airiness and spaciousness. Consider accent walls with calming colors like light blues or greens to add visual interest.
Open Up the Floor Plan:
Embrace Open Floor Plans: If possible, consider knocking down non-load-bearing walls to create a more open and airy feel. Partition spaces with room dividers, curtains, or strategically placed furniture to maintain a sense of separation without sacrificing flow.
Personalize Your Space:
Statement Pieces: Don't be afraid to incorporate a statement piece, like a bold rug or a piece of artwork, to add personality to your space. Just be mindful of the scale and ensure it doesn't overwhelm the room.
Greenery is Good: Plants not only add a touch of life to your space but also act as natural air purifiers. Opt for low-maintenance indoor plants that thrive in small spaces.
Find Inspiration in Noida:
Noida itself can be a source of inspiration. Visit local design stores, art galleries, or even traditional Indian markets to find unique pieces that reflect your personal style and add a touch of local flavor to your space.
Finding the Perfect Interior Design Help in Noida:
At MITS, we understand the challenges and joys of living in a compact space. Our team of experienced and creative interior designers in Noida is here to help you translate your vision into reality. We offer a personalized approach, working closely with you to understand your needs, budget, and style preferences.

Chess table of wood and ivory inlaid with lacquer, with carved ivory chess pieces, Kerala, late 18th Century.
‘This table is an early example of courtly furniture made for Indians in a European style. Its height suggests that it was used by people sitting on low seats. According to tradition, the table was looted from the palace at Mercara (Madikeri), the capital of Coorg (Kodagu). British forces took this small princely state to the west of Mysore in 1834.’

meet cain: during his senior year in high school, cain tries to balance his studies, love life, and social life. however, he finds it much harder than he could have ever imagined with a serial killer on the loose.
learn more about him here:
Basic Information
Full Name: Cheasequah Awenasa
Cheasequah: The name Cheasequah is derived from the Tsalagi language and it means Red Cardinal Bird. Cain didn't receive his first name until a week after his birth. His great-grandmothers, grandmothers, and mother all participated in naming him, just as they had for other relatives around his age. They chose Cheasequah, inspired by the bright, windy day with sun-dappled maroon leaves that match the colors of a Red Cardinal Bird.
Awenasa: The name Awenasa is derived from the Cherokee Language and it means My Home. Native Americans did not adopt the custom of having surnames until 1900. Therefore, the only recorded Awenasa was a young man who went by the name of Salonitah “Sharp Shooter” Awenasa. Salonitah never knew his father as he died before he was born. In honor of his mother, he took her name "Awenasa" and used it as his official surname. She passed away in 1905.
Nickname(s)
Cain: Cain's nickname originated from the story of Cain and Abel. He found the drama of bloodshed, carnage, and family conflict thrilling, so he adopted the name for himself at the age of 7. His parents were obviously shocked and surprised, but much to his childhood annoyance, would still call him by his birth name.
Chess: Chess is derived from his first name, Cheasequah. His family mostly calls him by that name.
Age: 18
Date of Birth: September 27th, 2005
Birthplace: Seattle, Washington, United States
Cain was born in Seattle because his parents were temporarily living there for their careers before moving back to Ocean Shores a couple months after he was born.
Hometown: Ocean Shores, Washington, United States
Current Location: Ocean Shores, Washington, United States
Ethnicity: American Indian
Nationality
Cherokee: On his mother's side, he comes from the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (EBCI), and on his father's side, he is from the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians. He has direct ancestors who were associated with the Indian Removal Act, The Trail of Tears and the 800 Cherokee Indians that lived amongst the Oconaluftee River that avoided the Trail of Tears entirely.
Gender: Cisgendered Male
Pronouns: He/Him/His
Sexuality: Bisexual
Religion: Cain’s family have notoriously preserved and raised each generation on traditional Cherokee beliefs. He’s raised to believe in Unetlanvhi (the Great Spirit) and practice those beliefs by participating in stomp dances and other ceremonies. Every year, he participates in two events held in Oklahoma, despite living in Washington.
Occupation: He works part-time as a ice cream scooper at an ice cream parlor and as a farm hand with his uncle during summer breaks.
Living Arrangements: Cain lives with his mother, father and three younger siblings in a 5 bedroom home in Ocean Shores, Washington.
In 1985, Cain's grandparents Yansa and Tsula Awenasa bought a plot of land and built their first home. After 15 years of living there and expanding the property, Tsula gifted the home to her youngest son (he was still living with them at the time), Cain's father Kanuna, in 2000. Kanuna and his wife Hialeah then raised their children in the home from 2005 onwards.
Bedroom Description
Cain’s bedroom can be described as cozy. The color theme of his bedroom is sage green, with dark wood floors. He has cream colored carpets that are 80% always littered with some kind of clothing until he picks it up. He has two huge connecting windows behind his bed that reaches out to the balcony (that he sneaks out of) that are covered with sheer taupe curtains. His furniture is made of dark wood to contrast that his entire room is painted a cream color. His nightstands are littered with an air diffuser, his keys, an alarm clock, two table lights, jewelry, emotional support water bottle and a framed picture of him with his favorite director Wes Studi. He has a desk that’s suppose to be for homework but it’s really to support his PC Gaming Desktop/Computer that supports games and editing videos. He has a low dresser that holds most of his trophies, awards, and other pictures of friends and family and a closet that’s built inside of his room. All over his walls are posters of movies, gaming and records of his favorite albums.
Cain's room is his personal space. If he's not out and about with his friends and family, he's usually vibing in his room.
Language(s) Spoken
Cain is fluent in two languages: English and Southern Iroquoian, which is spoken by the Cherokee Native Americans. His fluency is heavily reliant on the teachings of his grandparents, parents, and extended family members. Their objective is to prevent the near-extinct language from dying out completely within their family.
He can also speak Spanish, having been taking classes since Freshman Year. He is slightly above average in that language.

Love Language
Acts of Service
" Can helping with homework really be an expression of love? Absolutely! Anything you do to ease the burden of responsibilities weighing on an “Acts of Service” person will speak volumes. The words he or she most wants to hear: “Let me do that for you.” Laziness, broken commitments, and making more work for them tell speakers of this language their feelings don’t matter. When others serve you out of love (and not obligation), you feel truly valued and loved."
Quality Time
" In Quality Time™, nothing says “I love you” like full, undivided attention. Being there for this type of person is critical, but really being there—with the TV off, fork and knife down, and all chores and tasks on standby—makes you feel truly special and loved. Distractions, postponed activities, or the failure to listen can be especially hurtful. Whether it's spending uninterrupted time talking with someone else or doing activities together, you deepen your connection with others through sharing time."
Physical Touch
" A person whose primary language is Physical Touch™ is, not surprisingly, very touchy. Hugs, pats on the back, and thoughtful touches on the arm—they can all be ways to show excitement, concern, care, and love. Physical presence and accessibility are crucial, while neglect or abuse can be unforgivable and destructive. Appropriate and timely touches communicate warmth, safety, and love to you. "

Family
Parents:
Kanuna Awenasa (47 years old): Kanuna is Cain’s father and has been a constant presence in Cain's life, as well as that of Cain's three other siblings. Not only has Kanuna been emotionally supportive of Cain, but he has also been physically present, providing guidance and a nurturing environment where Cain can express his emotions freely to him.
Hialeah Awenasa (45 years old): Hialeah is Cain's mother and they share a close relationship. Hialeah has a deep sense of protectiveness towards all of her children, but especially towards Cain since he will be leaving soon to attend college. Like any mother, Hialeah is always going to great lengths to ensure that she can be the best mother she can be and Cain, like any good son, is always appreciative of his mother and her efforts.
Sibling(s):
Amadahy “Ama” Awenasa (14 years old): Ama is Cain's younger sister, and they have a close relationship. However, things have recently become tense between them. This tension is somewhat expected, as Cain is leaving high school just as Ama is entering it. They are both at different stages in their lives, with different priorities and interests, and are generally shifting in different directions. While Ama wants to carve out her own future, Cain is using the excuse of being her big brother and knowing what and who is best for her. Despite their differences and ongoing bickering, Ama and Cain have always been there for each other, supporting one another through thick and thin.
Welala “Wesa” Awenasa (7 years old): Wesa is Cain's younger brother, and they have a close relationship. Though they share a typical big brother-little brother bond with all the arguments, fights, and annoying behavior that come with it, their bond runs deep. Cain hopes to set a good example for his brother, but his naturally rebellious nature is a contrast to that. At the same time, Cain cherishes their unique sibling dynamic.
Inola “Nini” Awenasa (6 Months old): Inola is Cain's younger sister, and they naturally have a close bond. Her arrival was a surprise to everyone, but Cain easily took on the role of as a big brother, as he has done twice before.

On top of that, The Awenasa and Kanagagota Family have had stable to comfortable jobs + careers since they moved to Ocean Shores and Carnation, Washington around 50 years ago. Although some family members live in various other states across the west coast, they all stay in touch and are able to support themselves and each other financially.
Cain himself has over $110,000 in his own personal savings due to his mother being an Eastern Band Cherokee.
Pet(s)
American Quarter Horse: Stormcloud
Spanish-Norman Horse: Nightbreeze
Pyrenean Mountain Dog: Koda Awenasa
Entlebucher Sennenhund Dog: Misun Awenasa
Russian Blue Cat: Wahya Awenasa
Sidenote: Stormcloud and Nightbreeze do not reside with Cain. Instead, they live on the farm in Carnation, Washington with the Kanagagota Family.
Life Stages
Childhood: In the early days of Cain's life, joy and health were prevalent. His parents chose to be hands-on and hands-off when necessary, a sentiment echoed by his extended family, who he has been surrounded by since birth. Growing up, Cain didn't own many toys. It wasn't because his family couldn't afford materialistic things, but because he found more joy in mundane activities. During his 6th birthday party, his father bought him a brand new PlayStation set which he played with for a few hours. But the next morning, Cain was outside making mud pies and playing with a few of his friends who had stayed the night. His childhood, filled with nature, would only strengthened his need to get into trouble due to curiosity. He was rebellious to a fault and quick on his feet, so no one could catch him doing stupid things if they tried (but that doesn’t mean they never did). As a result, he was enrolled in school sports to expend some of his excess energy towards something positive, which worked until the racism against him became apparent. Cain had been surrounded by people who looked like him and had always been kind enough to make friends wherever he went, but many people can take advantage of that and thus he was bullied because of it, which started to irritate him. He had always been raised with the idea that one should treat others the way they would want to be treated.
Adolescence: During his teenage years, Cain has experienced many ups and downs. From the end of friendships to the end of relationships, but he believes that this is what shapes a person and he’s one to always learn from his mistakes. But, like all teenagers, nothing is ever clear-cut, no matter how hard he expresses his feelings about situations and people. Over the course of his middle and high school career, he’s became quite popular with the students but a little less popular with the faculty, except for his art and physical education teachers. He makes good grades, some above average to maintain a well adjusted GPA but his heart has always lied with telling stories and that’s mostly due to the influence of his grandparents, Yansa and Tsula, who are the family’s storytellers.

MarK Drake-Briscoe produces classic paintings, using styles of the great artists of the past.
"Mark Drake-Briscoe was born on the 19th of December 1964. In Watford, Hertfordshire, U.K. His early years were spent in the West Country in the county of Somerset. When he was six his father bought a house on the moorland countryside of Dartmoor in Devon. From an early age he showed a strong interest in artistic activities and when he left school he studied graphic design and fine art for two years at college in Torquay. He then went to live in London in the mid 1980's and it was here that he learned some fundamental techniques in paint finishes while employed at a painting restorer's workshop in Covent Garden. He had also at this time started to develop a fascination with oriental lacquer and eastern miniature painting. The museums of London provided a rich source of inspiration, with their collection of Chinese and  Japanese artefacts and the "Art of India" collections at the Victoria & Albert museum.
Briscoe started to experiment with some techniques for painting lacquered furniture. The experience he had gained working for a restorer had taught him a few tricks, in particular the use of gesso in priming a wooden surface which enables one to achieve a highly smooth ground on which to apply lacquer, a traditional technique that has been used by craftsmen over the centuries. He also learned some methods for painting fine gold decorative designs in the Persian style which he used to decorate small items of furniture. Although he was producing some fantastic results Briscoe was not fully satisfied with his achievements, and in 1988 he made a trip to India where he met an artist called Ram Krishna Sharma who made a living painting traditional Indian miniatures. Sharma lived in the beautiful city of Udaipur in the state of Rajasthan, Northern India.
Sharma invited Briscoe to stay and learn the art of miniature painting, an opportunity which Briscoe jumped at having already seen what could be achieved with the skilful handling of an Indian miniaturists brush. The next few months of tuition under the guidance of R K Sharma taught Briscoe more about painting than all the years he had spent at college back in England. The use of line as practised by the Indian Masters with a very fine squirrel hair brush and a gum based paint solution were the basic foundations of all the great Eastern traditions of painting, whether Indian, Chinese, Japanese or Persian, the use of a gracefully flowing stylised line ran through all of them. By mastering the brush techniques employed in Indian miniature painting he realised that they could be successfully applied in other forms of artistic expression and would be of particular value in Chinoiserie decoration on lacquer furniture."
