Week 4: Timeline and Designer Research & Content
1) EXISTING TIMELINE POSTERS
This is a collection of existing timeline poster and infographic designs. They follow a range of layouts and aesthetics to represent different events.

4) IMPORTANT DESIGNER DATES
EDUCATION
1992 to 1995 - Tana studies at Victoria University (Wellington, NZ) and graduates with a Bachelors degree in English Literature and Art History.
1996 to 2000 - Tana then studies for and graduates with a degree in Visual Communications Design.
2003 to 2006 - Emma studies at Unitec Institute of Technology (Auckland, NZ) and graduates with an Honours degree in Graphic Design and Communication.
2010 - Emma graduates from Massey University (Auckland, NZ) with a degree in Cultural Anthropology.
CAREER
2005 to 2009 - Tana works at Designworks as a creative lead, designing for brands such as Air New Zealand, Comvita, Methven, Britomart, Montieth's etc.
2006 to 2010 - Emma joins Designworks a year later as a designer.
2010 to 2015 - Emma works at Special Group, a global independent creative group.
2008 to 2013 - Tana works at Union Design as a designer and Brand Consultant. Union Design is a New Zealand based multi-disciplinary design studio that ‘crafts engaging brand experiences.’
2015 - Studio Akin is formed as a collaboration between Emma and Tana, as they had met at DesignWorks years prior.
2020 - Emma launches ‘Tradespeople,’ a directory consisting of listing for women who work in the trades industry.
MEDIA
2020 - Emma does an interview about Tradespeople with Design Assembly.
2020 - Emma does an interview with NZ Herald about her personal life and hobbies.
2020 - Emma and Tana appear on a podcast for Design Assembly and discuss their stories and work.
2020 - Emma and Tana do an interview for a Britomart magazine they designed called Here.
