Pochi uomini sanno.
Sei disceso dai monti. Canti versi di amore e di morte.
Orfeo: Sciocca. Con te si può parlare almeno. Forse un giorno sarai come un uomo.
Bacca: Purché prima le donne di Tracia…
Orfeo: Di’.

You walk in on hands and legs — quite literally. Your left hand, and your left leg, loping and stumbling as you fumble your way through some kind of parody of ambulation. Your ball joints creak and scream as they twist in directions they weren't designed for, the old wood in the core of your porcelain limbs reaching the very edge of their lifespan. You are wrecking yourself, pushing your body beyond any reasonable limit. A trillion warning lights are flashing inside of your empty mind, begging you to slow down; begging yourself to believe that this just isn't worth it. You've already lost the right half of your body to this cruel trial, and your left isn't long for this world.
"Tracia?" She tips her head to one side as she watches you waddle your way in, confused — but more amused by your abject suffering. It is a mercy that pain receptors weren't invented when she made you. "Status report?" She swallows once or twice as the shambling corpse of a carefully-crafted teapot-doll drags itself into her room, and up to the foot of her bed. She can already see how bad it is, but you need to run through the protocol before you can beg her to fix it.
"Aaa—ah." Your jittering vocal chords fail to sequence the correct words at first, jangling about in your throat like an orchestra let loose. "R-Right side, damaged beyond — beyond repair." Reliving the experience, the flames of the mansion's oven engulf you once again, superheating your faux-flesh. It petrifies you, scalds you, and then tears you apart, all in a splitsecond. Recognizing that they're beyond saving, the limbs on your right side just eject, and clatter onto the floor, whilst the less-fortunate half of your torso is left to be near-incinerated. Torched, blasted and smeared with soot. "Ruined while preparrr-rr-rr-ring your lunch." You gasp, feeling another chord of your speech centre fray and dribble out of your neck.
"And lunch? How is my lunch?" She preens over the curves of her body, letting a slim finger trace around her starter-tummy. It's evident enough that you've been obliterated; what matters is if you went out actually succeeding in something. A victorious death. She licks her lips, just imagining how delicious it's got to be, if it stole half of a doll just to exist. Padding across the softness of her bed, she grabs her ritually-engraved magi-claw, fastening it to her right hand with the same boredom that she might sign a check.
"Lunch is — augh — almost ready." You whine, letting your arm and leg finally relax and drop you to the floor. You crumple up, satisfied that you've made the journey to your saviour's side in record time. "All to specifications. Three-thousand, six-hundred and fourty-two calories." You drone off the exact numbers that've been programmed into your head. You were never taught the meaning of calories, but judging by Her expression, they must be something good. Something worth smiling over. It makes you feel fractionally better about the punishment that's been exacted upon you for it's sake.
"Mmmh..." She giggles, jostling her hips and letting her tiny tub jiggle. You don't have the sensory-sensitivity to see the precise wobbling, but you know that she is enjoying herself. The thought warms you through, even without the magi-claw's humming getting closer and closer. "Sounds good!" She sign-songs, reaching over the footboard of her bed so she can grasp your cranium in the claws of her right hand. "I'll reward you after I finish, Tracia." After a moment's notice, the magi-claw throttles up to full power, and the grinning witch is pumping herself through you. "I'll let you fetch me dessert." Her wine-red locks explode with power as she re-energises your potteried flesh, her eyes sharp and knife-like. She is beautiful, but she's grimaced over this fact a million times — She should've specialized in shapeshifting.

myth of procne and filomela
Procne and Filomela are two princesses. Procne marries Tereo, king of Tracia, who happens to be a dick.
After the wedding, Tereo kidnaps Filomela, sister of his wife, and fascinated by her beauty, as the douche he is, rapes her. To make sure that the poor Filomela doesn't tell her sister, he cuts her tongue.
However, Filomela wants justice, so she weaves the moment on a canvas and shows it to her sister, who, enraged, kills her and Tereo's own son, Iti, she cooks his flesh and feeds Tereo with it.
This gruesome story ends with the metamorphosis of the protagonists in birds, since the greek gods were disgusted by tereo: Filomela becomes a nightingale, so that she can use her voice by singing for the rest of her life.

pluto
From my understanding pluto is basically official fanwork for manga god tezuka osamu's astroboy.
I get the feeling homeboy aint gonna get that vacation.
Hmm a serial killer who is physically a robot but who isnt bound by the robot's rule to not kill humans and who the police bot identified as human
Aw north #2... Just wanted to play piano
Oh you know this manga is from like 2000 because future turkey is part of europe
Geischt is worrying. He remembers 500 to buy (scrap?) when brando talks about getting kids and then he get hung up on atom being sold to the circus.
Ok so all the murdered humans were part of an investigation squad in the 39th central asia conflict but it seems like all the robots were too. Montblanc, #2, brando, atom, hercules. Was gesicht there too?
Nightmares and inconsistent memories compared to evidence thats never a good sign
Hmm thracia acted to maintain the status quo. Halted robot development so that no one else could get super powered robots except its allies amd used it as a justification to destroy persia (also persia now has a democracy maybe this is the better timeline)
... wait... if the dr teddybear controlling the tracia president?
manga is now implying geischt might have killed robot kkk's brother or at least he is one of the few possible. 3 years ago dude was murdered by a robot. 3 years ago geischt has inconsistent memories. Uh how'd they make an entire robot out of zeronium ifits explosive. Ooh i see gesicht killed the dude and then europol covered it up including ltering his memory its a coverup all the way to the top. Gesicht looking sussy.
Bora, another super advanced robot, pluto... hmmmm. Welp we found tornado man. Another serial killer suspect! Robot schizophrenia. And we have robot ghost possession. Notices this with Brando too but robots cant operate 2 bodies at once. Hmm the robot murders abd human murders dont necessarily have to have the same culprit. But this seems like pretty good confirmation that pluto is killing the 7 robots on orders of the persian scientist dude and is also and em wave being.
The robot dog got to me ok. Ah it was bait.
Isn't this a tribute manga to atom? Wow that takes chutzpah to kill him. Now what IS the connection between gesicht and pluto?
Ooohh all the set up. Kf setting up gesicht for the long game fall. Adolf trying to kill gesicht. Gesicht assigned to shadow adolf. And kf trying to kill adolf.
Oh i should have put this together faster. Persian dude the us accused of building robot weapons is the one murdering bora squad members because he can jump bodies with his cyborg bugs. And then he's sending pluto to kill the robots.
Tenma who fully believes robots need hate and errors to be human (*slaps roof of robot* this baby can fit so many mental illnesses) was the one to create atom called the perfect robot and who is the opposite of hate. Gesicht is a robot capable of hate. The panel transition after "gesicht didn't do it out of hate"? Oh yeah he totally did it out of hate
Come to think of it why isnt uran considered one of the super robots she gets emotions better than anyone else. And why is teddy bear not considered one if it's the most powerful super computer?
Manga hasnt shown adolf's brothers crimes but wow literally everyone thinks he's a shit bag what did he do?
A common trope in robot stories is how robots cannot die, their ai can be reinstalled, their memories copied and reuploaded. It's interesting how here in Pluto death is very final.
