very early TPtM concept time:

back when i was first brainstorming Lunatic’s character (before they were even called such and were decided as a main antagonist), they were meant to be seen during pivotal moments in the story as an omen, of sorts

their first official appearance in reality remained mostly the same, with the large, black wings, the mold covering the right side of their face… but they were meant to be seen crying black blood in their remaining eye (like Miranda kinda) and actually feel pity for Reader earlier on

(original concept of Reader and Lunatic)

anyways, i just thought i’d share a little bit of what they were supposed to look like before :3 i imagine this Lunatic sitting up in one of their signature unreality trees as they watch Reader freaking out and going into a crisis, just “😕”
