Hot-hatche jsou u výrobců aut oblíbené, v nabídce je má spousta značek působících v Evropě. Do svého porrtfolia teď další zařazuje i Toyota. A právě svůj nejnovější počin, kterým je GR Yaris, předvádí na trati v Goodwoodu s Krisem Meekem, rallyovým řidičem za volantem.

Přístup Toyoty k výrobě aut se nám v posledních době líbí. Už dlouhé desítky let nabízí hybridní modely, které jsou ekologické, ale zábavy za volantem si s nimi příliš neužijete. Pro petrolheady tak Toyota neměla moc co nabídnout, ale změnilo se to s příchodem modelů GT86, Yaris GRMN a později i nové GR Supry. Japonci ale se sportovními modely zdaleka nekončí. Tím nejnovějším v Evropě bude GR Yaris a rozhodně se máme na co těšit.

Nová Toyota GR Yaris se má oficiálně veřejnosti představit na festivalu rychlosti  Goodwood SpeedWeek, který se letos uskuteční od 16. do 18. října 2020. Toyota na to láká už teď, když připravila video, kde její malý a zběsilý hatchback řídí Kris Meeke. Jak vidno, auto je to hodně potentní a zábavné, vždyť „lítá dveřma napřed“ tak jednoduše… 

Toyota GR Yaris: nový hot-hatch má široký rozchod, pohon všech kol a technologii z WRC

A kromě toho, jak jezdí, je zajímavá i jeho technika. Vždyť tenhle prcek má vážně široký rozchod, pohon všech kol a technologii z WRC. O jeho pohon se stará benzinový turbomotor s objemem 1,6 litru. Ten pohání všechna čtyři kola svými 192 kW/261 koňmi a 360 Nm točivého momentu. Motor je spojen s manuální šestistupňovou převodovkou. Zrychlení z 0 na 100 km/h je otázkou 5,5 sekundy a nejvyšší rychlost je 230 km/h.

Hodně zajímavá je například konstrukce podvozku. Jde totiž o kombinaci dvou podvozkových platforem: v přední části je to Toyota TNGA-B, kterou používá Yaris, a v zadní části TNGA-C, na níž stojí Corolla. I díky tomu tak bylo možné do auta zabudovat stálý pohon všech kol GR-FOUR a zároveň zlepšit jízdní vlastnosti, protože torzní příčku vzadu vystřídaly dvojité lichoběžníky. Mimochodem na přední nápravě jsou vzpěry McPherson.

Systém pohonu všech kol také není jen tak obyčejný. Toyota odhalila, že systém čtyřkolky v ostrém yarisu používá mírně odlišné převodové poměry u přední a zadní nápravy a umožňuje teoreticky rozdělovat hnací moment mezi přední a zadní nápravu v poměru od 100:0 (pohon samotných předních kol) až po 0:100 (pohon samotných zadních kol). Díky flexibilitě uvedeného řešení má vůz výhodu oproti systémům s pohonem ‚AWD na vyžádání‘ a dvojicí spojek, resp. systémy s permanentním pohonem AWD a centrálním diferenciálem. Systém GR FOUR je rovněž znatelně lehčí. Rozložení pohonu se také liší v rámci použitého jízdního režimu (Normal: 60:40, Sport: 30:70 a Track: 50:50).

Hot-hatch Toyota GR Yaris je možné už v Česku objednávat, cena začíná na částce 899 000 Kč. K prvním zákazníkům se auto dostane nejdříve koncem letošního roku.
