I'm not gonna lie, I did their entire houshold without realizing that Siobhan was in fact a young adult instead of a teen..

I genuinely never interact with this family so I always thought she was a teen and somehow whilst making her, I didn't question anything about her that was shouting at me "YOUNG ADULT!" until I went to change her school grades and found out she had a whole job so I accidently made her younger than Morgan rather than older

Siobhan is like a sophomore in hs and Morgan is a senior.

The wonderful Ly family in Willow Creek was lovingly created for the save by @cowplant-snacks. All other neighbors were made by me, you can meet all of them here! Pets are from Pugowned, misc. townies from @cowplant-snacks and @simsontherope on the gallery.

The save is 100% CC free! Please note that I do have all expansions, packs, and kits (except for Castle Estate, Goth Galore + Crystal Creations.) For any items you don't own the game will try to auto find replacements for those items. The file is mostly blank this time around but does include the original EA builds in university and vacation type worlds (sans Granite Falls.)

Included is a folder of completely optional skin details/eyelashes for the neighbor sims. Thank you to @faaeish, @pyxiidis, @tamo-sim, and @landgraabbed! There are 4 pieces of CC I cannot include in the folder due to creator TOU. Please check the included "Read Me" file for more information.

⚠️ A couple of disclaimers here due to some existing EA bugs. EDIT 4/25: Included in that link are directions on how to avoid TOOL'd items from disappearing. If you want to keep powerlines and such please check this out! ⚠️

Everything was tested to work around these, but I wanted to put them out there as an FYI.

TOU: Please don't reupload my save/builds/sims, claim as your own, and absolutely do not paywall them. Other than that feel free to build your own Neighborhood stories however you'd like!

Because he is classically trained, Armin holds great admiration for instrumentalists and probably listens to a lot of jazz, orchestral, and classical music. I think he branches out as Mikasa and Eren influence him, and discovers other genres that appeal to him too—namely progressive metal. He’s drawn to music with experimental, impressive, or just pleasant instrumentals. Armin also probably focuses on lyrics a lot and can’t listen to a song if the words aren’t thought out or intentional in meaning.

Recently been binging the whole of the MLPFIM series after realizing that as a kid, I only watched up to S4A because I hated where the series was going, and despised Twilight being an alicorn + The School of Friendship, which goes against the message of the entire show.

With that, I made my own mane six 'reimagine' sheet and AU. I stuck to the original designs as close as I could, except for Fluttershy's lmao. These designs really just enhance the previous designs, as I wanted to toy with their silhouettes and the characteristics they had in the show, and to make designs more appealing to look at, albeit horrible to animate lol

Twilight Sparkle - A gifted unicorn with ancient heritage. She spends most of her time studying, and fixating on various books, topics, and magic itself. She is the top student in her school, and hopes to get a degree in Magic, and later become a Magic Professor. In this AU, while she studies under Celestia, she is not her protege. Celestia, worried over her favorite student, sends her to a day trip to look over the Summer Sun Celebration, where she meets her future friends show-style. Her design is heavily inspired by The Last Unicorn, and medieval portrayals of regal, feathered unicorns.

Pinkie Pie - A super duper party pony who takes her job very seriously. She works at Sugarcube Corner as a part-time party planner, part-time baker, and is well loved by Ponyville's townies. Before Twilight coming to Ponyville, and later moving in, she knew the other four quite well, and enjoyed organizing Applejack's family reunions. For her design, I really wanted to lean in on her chaotic nature by adding more colors, and confetti perpetually stuck in her curly mane. At first, I thought of changing her species into a pegasus, but I enjoyed her magical properties as an Earth Pony too much to remove them. Instead, I headcanon that she, and other Earth Ponies have magic inside of them, which can be manifested in different ways. For Pinkie, that is harnessed through Pinkie Sense, and high energy, only being enhanced by her small size.

Applejack - Rancher, and apple farmer, Applejack is the head of Sweet Apple Acres (with Granny Smith and Big Mac/ Orchard Blossom's help). The business is the foundation of Ponyville, and without it, the town would go into economic despair. Apples are very important to horses, I guess. I wanted Applejack's design to reflect her massive strength, and of course, the Apple-Family genes. She is a work horse, either a shire or clydesdale, and is used to hard labor on the farm. Thinking about it now, I should've given her a few healed scars, but maybe in future art of her! I made her mane and tail shorter, as I thought her in-show counterpart would have a tough time working on the field with sticky, sweaty long hair always getting in the way. Like work horses in real life, I made it short so it would be out of the way while she did her job.

Rarity - An inspiring trendsetter fashionista, Rarity owns the Carousal Boutique and makes clothing for a living. She frequents town meetings, and has a seat in the council, often advocating for the repair of town parks, or old buildings that need refurbishing. She wears an ascot for that particular flourish a mare always needs. Being a unicorn, she trims the hair that grows down along her back to keep herself prim and proper, as she says. She finds unicorns that don't to be messy and dirty. She dare not fathom of how easily sweat and dirt gets in one's mane when so long and unkempt. Down her back, she still has a stripe of purple where her mane grows. Her design was heavily inspired by the one she has while making dresses, and the NightmareMoonverse manestyle. Like Twilight, she is also based on medieval unicorn portrayals, however, with some liberties of course.

Rainbow Dash - A daring, brave cloudbuster, working as part of the weather team in Ponyville to keep the weather on check for events and crops. However, she has bigger dreams to become on of the Wonderbolts, the most awe-inspiring, jaw-dropping fliers in all of Equestria. RD would bask in the fame, adoration, and praise like a reptile in the hot summer sun. Other than training, hoping, she can never muster up the courage to apply. While she show-boats and gloats about how awesome she is, RD suffers from severe anxiety, ADHD, and fear of rejection. In her design, I wanted RD to look more masculine and stream-lined than she does in the show. Her design never really spoke 'fast' to me. I still don't think this design truly did my vision justice, but I enjoy it for what it is. I darkened her mane colors a touch, and gave her feathered, colored hooves to make her look more like a bird instead of a pony with wings stuck on it.

Fluttershy - Shy, and rather fearful pegasus pony, Fluttershy boxes herself in close to the Everfree Forest, away from ponies who mock her appearance and lifestyle. She is part deer, and with the high separation and xenophobia of Equestria's ponies, she never could fit in. She looked far too deer to fit in with Ponyville and looked far too like a pony to fit in with her mother's herd. Instead, she chose an inbetween, only going into town for supplies and nothing else. It wasn't until meeting Twilight and the others, did she learn how to grow confident in her own skin, with lots of support of course. She finds great friendship and connection with Zecora, the zebra pony who lives in the Everfree Forest, and Discord later on. Her design is the only one I didn't really like in the main cast. It says soft, but it feels too safe for me. In my redesign, I leaned more heavily on a softer, lankier look. I made her wings fluffier, like Pipp's in G5, and gave her deer markings, ears, and hooves. I thought the brown block of hair was nice, but it could've used some dimension, and so I added a streak of yellow to tie it all in.

The Broke Family | Sims 4 Townies

I gave a makeover to the current Dustin Broke who came in TS4 Get Famous and created his mother, two younger brothers, and his grandparents based on Sims 2 and Sims 1 inspiration. I reimagined Brandi, Beau, and unborn baby (who I named Skip Jr.) a few years into the future from their Sims 2 counterparts as Dustin in a YA in TS4 - so now Brandi is an adult, Beau is a teen, and Skip Jr. is a child. I also resurrected Bob and Betty Newbie from beyond the grave and made them elders.

TOWNIES: to PLAY or NOT to play?

So interesting to see how others play. I only have these townies in my original Pleasantview, as I use Pleasant Sims' method of hiding them and the bin families from my other neighbourhoods. For my Reimagined Pleasantview I created my own versions of some of the Townies, changing wat I feel like but using the general idea of each of them.

so I reimagined the Landgraabs as "high powered #girlboss who is indirectly complicit in war crimes and hosts christian wellness seminars," "tech/business bro who was born rich and married rich and takes credit for his underlings' achievements but still goes on podcasts to talk about the power of investing and innovation," and "trust fund baby whose parents have bought his way out of several felony convictions."

usually when I rework townies I avoid going the "make them hotter and more fashionable" route and prefer to amplify whatever traits make them distinct, but the Landgraabs are billionaires who are in the public eye and definitely have their own entire team of stylists. and also I could not deal with Nancy's default makeup anymore.

how did you come up with the storyline for your sims? like with the supernatural element… cause if i remember you were doing supernatural sims before the pack came out, so like what or who started it (sim wise) and what made you keep up with it?

it similar to why I keep centering my sim gameplay with this one family and base things around them but it was so random. I want to play with more supernatural sims and create a storyline/gameplay around them like yours but it’s so hard lol

it started with Duprée.. she was a random townie in my game that i took hostage as my own. i saw that she had this vibrant red hair with dark skin &for some reason that stood out to me. this was right around the time supernatural was released so i made her a vamp sim, changed her name, developed her arc, etc.

i had Caio from a different save and decided to incorporate him into her life somehow. then Fénix once Xander became pregnant. i knew that her pregnancy wouldn’t be a natural birth so i ran with that &everything else just flowed naturally for me.

Mateus &Jaide came later because I wanted Zero to have friends his own age. as they got older i played around with the fact that something genetically went horribly wrong. Mateus’ Wendigo form wasn’t planned. it just made sense to me as time went on that it’s what he’d become.

Outside of sim related gameplay i do have character sheets on them all that goes more in-depth lore wise. but i’d say if you want to incorporate more supernatural elements to your game then you should go for it. let your imagination do whatever it needs to.. watch film for inspiration.. revisit your childhood &remember what was terrifying to you in those times.. reimagine it.

it is hard to stick to something but i think if you’re having fun with your game then it just makes the process easier.

Townie Makeover #10 | Moyer & Lobo

I'm ngl, I originally wasn't gonna end up keeping either of them in the my save but I saw somebody do a makeover for them on reddit and was OBSESSED so now they're here lol

They're best friends who are polar opposites living in Del Sol Valley together. Alex is a lazy writer (who has a lot of ideas but never executes them) and Diego is an incredibly strict art critic who is well known in the art community (and will absolutely ruin your career with no hesitation.) They met in college and are somehow still best friends (which is funny considering Diego hates lazy sims and Alex hates hard working sims so ig they just make exceptions for eachother lol)

Alder's Save File Build Masterlist

I'm working on my own save file for future playthroughs. I, personally, prefer a heavily modded game for additional realism and gameplay so this little project is primarily for me but I thought other people might be interested, if not in the entire save, then in some of the builds, etc. So this masterlist will direct you where to find every build used in the save as they are made and explain some of the logic behind the layout if you'd like to use them in your own games.

Willow Creek

This world is reimagined as an upper class to upper-middle class suburban neighborhood, with good schools, high end stores and contemporary homes that are in line with designs popular today.

Courtyard Lane

This is the upper-middle class neighborhood. The homes here are new construction or recent remodels and take up more of the land with smaller yard space left. If you drive through a neighborhood where recent construction is maximizing the house over yardspace, you know what the vibe is. Luxury houses, modern finishes, smaller outdoor space for activities.

36 Alder Lane

Foundry Cove

This neighborhood is in process of conversion to the kind of neighborhood that Courtyard Lane has already shifted into. Entry level homes still exist in this neighborhood as do homes that are much more conservatively remodeled. They have larger outdoor space and smaller floorplans and lower price points for purchase.

23 Mercy Court

Crawdad Quarter

This strip has been turned into the retail center for the world. Higher end stores and services and space for outdoor play and gathering along the waterfront. In my build, it also provides the majority of the necessary builds for SimRealist's mods as I wanted those to go in one of the base worlds for people that don't have all the expansion worlds as well as the grocer for SCCO.

Forgotten Hollow remains the nexus for vampire activity in this save but also includes the main mortuary build for the Mortem mod. Straud's residence is replaced with St. Straud's Mortuary Home.

~Bookworm ~Gloomy boi ~Leader of the Dead Poet Society club ~Mortimer secretly helped Alex get into Britechester’s Language and Literature Program by “donating” some highly valuable gothic novels to their library ~Not really sure if he’s not met anyone he’d like to be involved with or if he’s just not interested in being romantic/sexual? He doesn’t want to put a label on it just yet

So in my game one of my sims is bffs with Elsa Bjergsen and Alexander Goth so of course i had to reinvent their looks when they aged up to teens :) This is just how I imagined them to be. I also had to try out @pickypikachu‘s mm eye lashes on Elsa and I absolutely looove them <3
