Another in our series of random customer plates. Nice variety here with the small mixed sashimi, a couple pieces of our beautiful toro nigiri, a yam roll and an ebi ebi (tempura prawn) roll.

This was an awesome tray. Seldom do platters have this kind of variety. This customer was having guests for dinner and didn’t want to cook. How would you like to serve your dinner guests something like this? It’s got a rainbow roll, a couple dynamite rolls, a B.C. roll, a California roll with masago on top, some great looking tuna tataki and some very lovely toro nigiri.
