Map Of America At The Height Of The Second American Civil War And Toppat Activities In The Territories

(Decided to do some mapping again after a long time (former mapper in Reddit), this is based on the Hearts of Iron 4 mods (Kaiserreich and TNO: Last Days of Europe) and takes place in @crown-of-roses-thsc 's THSC universe mixed with some TNO characteristics)

"The Divided States of America"

Lore: In the turn of the 21st Century, the Germans have abandoned the ways of Nazism in favor of democracy after the cabinet loyal to the old and bigoted ways was overthrowned by a democratic opposition group with help from the US, Russia and her allies, finally restoring peace and harmony after years of being under the fascist boot. In Russia, after having unified the Motherland under the democratic banner of Shukshin have successfully reclaimed their western territories and the sacred capital of Moscow from the Germans, going so far as to reach all the way to Germania (Berlin) and humbling their ideas of being the master race with help from their allies and the Organisation of Free Nations. In Italy, although elements of fascism remained within the Italian Empire have managed to liberalise and relax their ideals, allowing democracy and prosperity to continue functioning as it is to preserve their empire and their colonies. In Japan, after years of claiming the title of "Hegemon of Asia" has finally been humbled by a coalition of Russians, Americans, Chinese, Filipinos, Indonesians, and other oppressed groups and within the Japanese Empire and allies, forcing themselves to give up most of their lands and submit to a joint CSTO-OFN occupation. Establishing a reformed constitutional monarchy with democratic characteristics. In West Africa, after coming on top, the French Military Alliance have re-established French rule over West Africa in preparation for their liberation of the French homeland from the Germans. After their inevitable defeat, the newly restored France aimed to democratise West Africa and relax their grasp over their Francophile native allies in West Africa. The world seemed to be on it's path to a democratic and bright future.

In the US, after strings of authoritarian and progressive presidents have managed to stay intact and lead the free world to a bright future. However, despite the light of the future shining a dark shadow of misfortunes would dampen the light as certain issues oppositions of the presidencies have not yet been addressed. Adding to the burden are the efforts of those opposition groups and politicians to remain prevalent, even resorting to ruffled the government with scandals and misdemeanors. All would be good until a certain group called the Toppats have emerged in the 2000s, wreaking havoc across the US and some parts of the globe through criminal activities from stealing artifacts to partaking in minor terrorism. Efforts have been made by the US military and OFN-CSTO troops to contain the group and to bring justice to the criminals. However, they would prove to be difficult in handling but they would be mostly idle for some time which did not concern the government, until during one event in Washington DC the Toppats under Terrence Suave had successfully assassinated the US President at the time along with some of his cabinet members through their airship and proceeded to raid the capital. After some time the airship was forced to flee after the US military pushed them back to international airspace. The aftermath of the assassination would be everlasting as not only another president was assassinated during office, but was done in the very capital of America with such technology. Seeing the opportunity, opposition, seperatist, and other non-affiliated groups rose up and declared their legitimacies to the "true" US, depose the weakened federal government, or separate from the decaying body of the United States. It is now the present, and the United States has be dragged into another civil war, adding to the burden of the Toppats who have taken over Las Vegas during the chaos and used as their new HQ to raid the territories of the United States. Allies in the OFN and CSTO have occupied the overseas American territories such as Russia occupying Alaska and establishing a military government and Italy being trusted with administrating the Panama Canal along with other OFN members to prevent the lands from suffering the chaos the mainland is currently facing. The questions for now are who will succeed the United States, will the US comeback or become a footnote in history and who will be the one who will deal with the Toppats once and for all.

"The Onslaught Of The Toppats"

Lore of the Toppats: Since the start of the 2nd American Civil War, Terrence Suave, Chief of the Toppats have claimed responsibility for the raid in Washington DC and the death of the US President as a form of boast to those in the government and to the other factions about the wrath of the Toppats and his. As Las Vegas was contested territory and left to succumb to anarchy, Terrence led the Toppats to Las Vegas and claimed it for the clan. With the riches of Las Vegas under his grasp, he would loot the city and repurpose the businesses, luxury resorts, and casinos to generate income for the Toppats, although some claim that the services were either excellent or terrible and the staff were abused (despite most of them being Toppat themselves). Even when having Las Vegas under his grasp, the Chief of the Toppats is still not satisfied with the riches and luxury, so he formed a system where small to large dispatches of Toppats would be assigned to a certain territory and are given certain assignments such as stealing a valued artifact, corrupting the bureaucracy of the local government, smuggle weapons and illegal substances, and steal certain ships. Even factions the belong to the government have declared the Toppats as a terrorist group and Terrence as an enemy of the state. While the onslaught continues and his rule over Las Vegas tightened, he would slowly not feel himself and would become a tyrant who purges his fellow clan members in the same vain as Joseph Stalin and the Great Purge. This would go on until Ellie Rose and a group of rebel Toppats will overthrow Terrence as Chief and have Las Vegas be besieged by General Douglas Stickmin (Father of Henry Stickmin) of the USAF Central Command.

(Idk why I did all of this, I was bored and inspired by my current gameplay in Hearts of Iron IV. Check out the TNO lore for more context of the other half of my thingy)

– How I feel about this character

I really like Henry! I gotta explore more of what I can do with him because really, there is endless possibilities to him and with his timeline powers. Like it or not, he is literally like a god or at least a demi-god. Man probably hates it sometimes, but he'll do what he has to do in order to get what he wants

– All the people I ship romantically with this character

Ahh, it's mostly Charles and Ellie in a polycule. I don't mind him with RHM and/or Reginald. It's really cute!

– My non-romantic OTP for this character

Also Charles and Ellie, but sometimes I think of him and Dave. Like, what if Dave did know him before but if Henry knew that Dave would be the catalyst for whatever timelines he would explore, he probably found a way to erase Dave's memories. Perhaps in another universe, he and Dave are roommates and chilling with each other.

– My unpopular opinion about this character

Ah, hmm...Idk, I can't think of anything for him.

– One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

I do wish Henry had a chance to meet his other alternate selves in those timelines from CtM. Like, it could have been a secret ending or just a hidden secret that could canon or not. And the Henry who would stumble across these other Henrys, he is so conflicted on who he should even look at that suddenly, everything goes black and he's back in the timeline he originally was at. Probably has a self-existential crisis after that.

– How I feel about this character

God bless him and his terrible luck. All he wanted was to just do his job, and when he couldn't even do that proper, he somehow gets kidnapped into a criminal organization and held there for who knows how long?

– All the people I ship romantically with this character

Rupert and Burt! Mostly Burt at the moment, hehe.

– My non-romantic OTP for this character

Aside from Henry from earlier, definitely Rupert and Johnny! Oh and Charles! I'm sure Charles would be good friends with Dave =, given the chance.

– My unpopular opinion about this character

I feel Dave is competent, he doesn't always fumble his jobs or responsibilities. He just unfortunately keeps getting put into the wrong jobs that don't match his skills set

– One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

I do wish we saw him more in CtM or even FtC. I think I saw somewhere that Dave was supposed to be in FtC but it got scrapped

– How I feel about this character

LOVE. HER. I do wish we got more scenes with her because she's just so cool alongside Henry, especially with the fact that she casually has the Force and just, well, she's badass.

Henry and Charles! But I also don't mind her with Right or Reginald [huh, maybe should do a five person polycule at this point]

Let my girl be chaotic, let my girl commit crimes alongside Henry. She doesn't have to be the brain cell to bring them back together. Let my girl kill a person, as a treat.

Definitely more scenes with her in CtM. Idk how that could happen, but maybe just go into more depth with the Toppat Civil War ending, or have her show up in the background cause like, if Henry escaped the complex and he didn't help her, she could have stalked him before trying to kill him, like an assassin. Ohhh, that would be so cool...

dave deserves to snap so hard during TCW. he deserves to snap in general but i think TCW is where it's most likely to come out.

think about it. these four have to deal with people trying to kill them every single day along with bunch of other stressors, like finding shelter/food/recruiting others for their cause. dave isn't exactly defenseless but he doesn't have as much combat experience as the other do. so he's getting his ass handed to him day by day and the toppats from ellie's faction are always mocking him, probably treating him the same way they used to when he was a prisoner. like he's some sort of lame animal that needs ti be put down for his own good.

but dave gets tired of it. so tired. everyone's got their limits, and dave's have been pushed further and further in year-long span he's spent getting dealt the worst hand ever. got fired? yeah, whatever, it happens. museum got destroyed? unfortunate. got kidnapped by the toppat clan? i guess this is happening now. got freed from the toppats and dragged into a civil war where you're constantly being beaten down by the same people who kept you imprisoned in the first place? yeah, safe to say he's a little fed up with it all.

it all culminates with another physical altercation with some random toppat. he gets beaten down and thomas/henry/geoffrey are about to come to his aid, but then dave gets back up and lets out a horrifyingly blood-curdling scream and just starts pummeling the toppat. and he doesn't stop even after they lose consciousness. henry has to drag him away from them and dave doesn't realize what's happening until he sees the blood on his hands.

i think at that point, that's probably when he becomes a real part of henry's faction. he steals the toppat's hat and makes it his own. after they took everything from him, it's only fitting he takes something of theirs in retaliation.

Mission 2 of 6: Golden Handshake

Details: The Toppat Radical’s had just torn up a city just so they could eliminate one of the Toppat Clan’s High Ranking Leaders, Édouard Labarthe. The city has been reduced to nothing but a warzone, and GEOGRAM Personnel is attempting to keep Édouard safe. We need the full support of the Toppat Clan for this mission. Édouard is in an armored vehicle and we are attempting to extract him by the beach via air transport. We will need 2 members of the Colorstreak Battalion in Aircraft, another 2 in Ground Vehicles, and 1 with the VIP Édouard in his personal vehicle.

Complications:

Enemies Unmarked: The Toppat Radical’s has used jammers to block out satellite links. Because of this, all allies and enemies are marked as unknown and difficult to identify to due toe time of day being night, let alone the massive storm taking place. You must manually identify Toppat Clan Members (Friendly), GEOGRAM Personnel (Friendly), and Toppat Radicals (Enemy). This goes over to ground personnel, aircrafts, vehicles, and boats.

Defend VIP: Édouard is valuable for the operation against The Toppat Radicals, he must be protected at all costs. If he dies, the mission is a failure.

Enforcers: Terence has equipped his people with protective armor and weaponry, they’re not screwing around just trying to kill Édouard, be careful and do not let your guard down.

CHAPTER 3, ACT 6: THE ABYSS DEEPENS

(Alter and Vi are in the air, Henry and Ellie are on the ground, and I'm in the VIP car defending Édouward. We marked all members of GEOGRAM and the Toppat Clan as "Friendly" before we left. However, this man is very---)

(---yeah, that. Annoying. Annoying the ever-loving piss out of me. He's constantly trying to belittle me. And I'm about one insult before I---)

(---y'know what? FUCK. THIS. SHIT. I immediately slam the breaks on the vehicle and turn to him with my gun aimed dead-center at his forehead.)

(I immediately turn the vehicle back on, but it seems as though Terence's lackeys have caught up to us. However, it seems Alter and Vi have a way to get us out of this.)

Kyle! There's a tanker up ahead of the Radical's fleet!

Shoot at it and they should scatter.

(Me, Henry and Ellie all shoot at the tankers...which EXPLODE, taking out the Radicals' vehicles. Luckily, the armored vehicles withstand the explosion and continue moving.)

My 3rd Henry Stickmin based fanfiction. I may one day make it a comic or let someone else pick it up. But.... YeaH probably will release the first few chapters in the coming months.

'Wages Of Time Corrupting Hearts'

RD Summary:

Dave is stuck between a rock and a hard place. Can he ever get a break? Finally free from the Toppat airship, he is forced to cooperate with the defected criminal leader and his followers in order to survive. But, what they ask if him, holds to high of a cost. With his life on the line, does he have a choice? As history and the past unfold before him, Dave and the defectors are asked to question, what are they willing to do to survive? How far, is to far?

Back in late August I ahd a crazy Henry Stickmin themed drama round the events of Toppat Civil War. Which involved alot of stuff and probably came fro. I sort of wasreading some fanfics around it, one I recall being very mature one off in which Dave's character and personality ahd been corrupted and changed. Prompting the dream but also spurn in ng the idea of "What if???" Would his personality change if forced, etc... what would cause it???

So The story and dream unfolded... I wrote it all down and called it a day.

Then early to late October this idea for art cover involving a clock cane ro mind and wouldn't leave. Then a reminder of an omd art project I never got to but a rough format for a Chaotic fanfic came about in my head with a new idea going towards this story. Involving characters standing on a giant clock and themed after a poster I used to see non stop in my 8 years previously working at a movie theater... finally I sat down and just started drawing....

I still need to fully write out the first few chapters of this story. Only the concept of the first few chapters is down. I have many later chapters fully written out and have the e ding solidly locked down as well as many of the building and final climaxes at least written down in some capacity. This could be a 20-40 chapter story depending. But it seems fun to write and workno when I need a break fro. S.T.R.Y.

HOWEVER yeah this story probably will contain heavy material. Maybe not R based. But it will still have soem heavy chapters. Yes Dave's way of thinking slowly gets corrupted hence the title.

Little concept for an ask blog/comic that's been rolling around in my head this summer, ever since the THSC confession blog went up and my interest in the game was piqued again. Also a general desire to try and make cool looking outfits for these little guys.

What do you prefer and why? (Triple Threat or Toppat King)

Apologies but I will be rambling this whole post-

Toppat King, my reason is it has a lot of story potential even after the ending is complete. Same with why I like Toppat for life, Revenged, and Toppat Civil War! Like I enjoy Triple Threat a lot and all but I feel like there is more story device potential with Toppat King. I am always fond of the Toppat Clan so I do have a bias and the Triple Threat Toppat Series is one of my favourites!

What’s interesting though is that well Toppat King is a favourite my personal Favourite ending that goes well for the Clan is Toppat 4 Life because of the presumed dead and the destruction of the government forces. I have an AU about Toppat 4 Life that might see the light not sure yet!

Triple Theat to come back to that is still a beloved of mine but I find that it ending is complete and doesn’t have much to push forward. Maybe slice of life, dangerous mission, new world threat, and even some old threats coming back! Like it has potential but it’s also a bit over done, especially when a lot of post-canon au have the CCC as the main threat and tend to be repetitive, do not get me wrong I love the stories a lot. I just want more variety and there not much with Triple Threat. Toppat King also has this slight problem but it’s not noticeable due to the Triple threat being a romantic pairing between Charles, Henry and Ellie.

Overall love them both and have no issues with either ending or aftermath AUs! Which one I prefer would be Toppat King because of Bias with the TTT series but other than that I enjoy both equally honestly!

it's me. ya boy. the mod. mod circus. here to ramble. about what led to this.

so basically

it all started with a doodle. i thought "hey, wouldn't it be cool if henry was haunted by the other endings?" and of course, chose the ones that didn't go so well. the ones i happen to be VERY normal about (trust me).

and so it devolves.

next, i thought "hey, what if they could talk to each other?" and so civil was named for an interaction. and of course im posting all of this to my friends who give.. minimal reaction. which kinda discouraged me- it's not any fault of theirs of course !! they're good friends.

and then i realized i got attached.

and i started thinking about them more. little nicknames, tiny details, POWERS! all of it's self indulgent since.. i don't let myself have that often. this doodle isn't actually where "rat" spawned- that was a previous toppat civil war ellie doodle. this WAS, however, where them becoming physical spawned.

and so i thought of the consequences.

and henry would be EXHAUSTED after basically pulling an entire PERSON out of NOTHING! he'd need a nap. so i gave him a nap.

and so i thought, what's next?

and so they woke up. and valiant had run out of time to be physical. and civil became the decently reasonable one.

and so i thought, what would happen if civil was physical?

it wasn't as fleshed out a concept, but she wielded a gun, and it was fun! a fun concept!

and nobody was interested. so i came and made a blog. because it was fun. and i made this whole thing for fun.

man that was really just a villain backstory, huh.
