Mahabaleshwar
The historic hill town of Mahabaleshwar is renowned for its breathtaking views and several vantage points. Many places give panoramic views of the Jor Valley, such as Arthur's Seat, Elphinstone Point, or Wilson Point, which is the highest point (1400 metres), on this huge plateau that spans 150 kilometres. Numerous historic temples, like the Panchganga Temple and the Old Mahabaleshwar Temple, are nearby in the Old Mahabaleshwar. Most significantly, Mahabaleshwar is where the Krishna River originates.
Panchgani
This stunning hill town, which is situated in the heart of five Sahyadri Mountains, is around 100 kilometres from Pune. Surprisingly, Panchgani's volcanic plateau, colloquially referred to as "Table Land," is Asia's second-highest plateau. It is the Deccan Plateau's expansion. Sydney Point, which gives a breathtaking view of the Dhom Dam Lake, and Parsi Point, which offers a viewpoint of the Krishna River Valley, are two of the more well-known locations.
Chikhaldara
230 kilometres from Nagpur lies the well-known hill station of Chikhaldara, which is located in the Amravati District. There are plenty of stunning views, lakes, waterfalls, and animals in this area. The Melghat Tiger Reserve, which is also close, contains a sizable population of Bengal Tigers (around 41 in 2017) in addition to 80 other mammalian species. The two notable lakes are Shakkar and Kalapani.
GaganBawda
The little hill village of Gagan Bawda is located less than 300 kilometres from Pune. You can discover soul-satisfying hiking options in the foggy Western Ghats if you take a detour to Mudagad Fort, 60 kilometres north, or Shivgad Fort, 60 kilometres south. The Gagangad Fort, the Karul Ghat, and the Bhuibawada Ghat are a few of the must-see locations in this area.
Bhandardara
This oasis beside the lake is situated in the Ahmednagar neighbourhood. Numerous hikes, including the Kalsubai Peak Trek, lead to and from Lake Arthur, a popular destination for campers. Water falls from 170 feet at the Randha Falls of the Pravara river, which is about 7 kilometres from the camping area. Bhandardara, a Cenozoic-era region, also has Maharashtra's tallest mountain. With a low height of 1645 metres, Kalsubai is about 13 kilometres away from Lake Arthur by car and is a short stroll away. There are even more reasons to visit this location when you have the most recent Makemytrip discounts & cashback deals.

12 Best Places to Visit in South Korea
South Korea is a fantastic place to visit. One of the things I appreciate most about the country is its diversity. It not only has some magnificent panoramas and protected coasts, but it also has some of the most incredible spots in South Korea spread out over the country.
That's the thing with South Korea: there are so many sites there that I'm pretty confident you'll want to see. It's the nation where you'll go once and then wonder where and how you'll go again. At least, this is the situation for me.
Korea will be easier to travel to if you know the Korean language fluently. It is an excellent choice if you want to gain a deeper understanding of French culture. If you live in Nagpur, you should join the best French language class in Nagpur city.
After touring Seoul, I wanted to see more of the nation. I wanted to offer some of my favorite spots in South Korea that I believe you should visit. Best of all, I've attempted to include a handful from around the country - this way; it doesn't matter where you fly into.
Take a look at the most excellent spots in South Korea below. Have the finest vacation ever!
1. Gyeongju
Gyeongju, located on the southeast coast of South Korea, is one of the top destinations to visit in South Korea if you enjoy history.
If temples are your thing, make your way to the Bulguksa Temple, which dates back to the 8th century. You may also visit the Seokguram Grotto, which houses a massive Buddha. It also boasts some spectacular views of the city. Best of all, this is an excellent location for watching the dawn.
After touring these temples and grottos, proceed to the Gyeongju National Museum, which houses a wealth of history. But if museums aren't your thing, head to the (relatively nearby) Gyeongju National Park. The scenery and vistas are breathtaking.
For a delicious meal, go to Cheonnyeon Hanu Bomun, which serves some of the most outstanding Korean beef in town.
2. Seoul
Seoul is undoubtedly one of the most excellent destinations to visit in South Korea. It's enormous, but it's also rich in history, neighborhoods, and influences that are a joy to discover.
For the last 600 years, Seoul has served as Korea's capital city, a metropolis rich in history. This implies that many major historical structures are located here, making it ideal for a long weekend getaway.
Once in Seoul, be sure to see some of the city's key attractions and explore the city's colorful neighborhoods. After you've had your fill of strolling, travel to Changdeokgung Palace, Myeongdong for a massive retail area, and Bukchon Hanok Village.
Go to Jogyesa Temple, Bongeunsa Temple, and Gwanghwamun Gate to see other temples and history.
If you're hungry, go to Jungsik for some proper delectable, exquisite food. Seoul has over 100,000 eateries, so you'll be spoiled for choice. If you're genuinely stumped, check out our guide on the most fantastic meals to eat in Seoul.
Also, if you're looking for a beautiful hotel in the city, check out the L7 Myeongdong — it's a beautiful location.
3. Jeju Island
Jeju City, perched on Jejudo Island, is one of the most incredible destinations in South Korea to combine with visiting the island. It's also a favorite destination for South Koreans because it's its southernmost metropolis.
Once you're here, don't miss out on Dongdaemun Market, a typical Korean market selling everything you can think of. If it isn't your thing, go to Jejumok, Ghana. The old central government office, which comprises roughly seven old homes, goes back to the 14th century and is a magnificent sight to witness.
After a city break, make your way over to Seongsan Ilchulbong. It's the massive volcanic tuff formed by underwater volcanic eruptions. It's incredible to witness.
4. Suwon
Suwon, located in the Gyeonggi Province, is one of the top destinations in South Korea to visit in the country's northwest.
One of the most renowned places to visit is the Fortress and the massive gates with towering pagodas. In addition, not far from the stronghold lies the palace of Hwaseong Haenggung, which is readily seen after the Fortress. Don't miss out on the perfect banquet space — it's insane.
Mr Toilet House is the place to go if you want something more out of the ordinary. This is one of the world's only toilet museums and one of the oldest and most unusual museums you'll ever visit. Ha!
The museum is around 30 minutes from the city center and usually is free to attend. It's crammed with sculptures and models of excrement, toilets, and other bathroom-related items.
5. Busan
Because of its position, Busan is one of the most incredible destinations to visit in South Korea. Perched on the southeast coast, it's the ideal place to come if you want to experience a bit of city life while still enjoying South Korea's fabulous beaches and mountains.
Visit the lively (and crowded) Haeundae Beach and the 14th Century seaside temple of Haedong Yonggungsa while you're here. If beaches aren't your thing, take a walk (or drive) to Taejongdae. It's a big seaside park with some spectacular views of the surrounding area. Just make sure you bring your hiking shoes because the routes can be challenging.
Check out Solaria Nishitetsu, which boasts one of the most significant locations in the city, for a terrific place to stay in Busan. (No. 6)
6. Hwaseong
Hwaseong, located not far from Seoul, is one of the most excellent sites in South Korea to visit for a day trip.
Visit the UNESCO World Heritage sites such as Hwaseong Fortress and Yongjusa Temple while you're here. Go to Everland and ride their big wooden rollercoaster if you're looking for a thrill.
Also, for some delicious Korean BBQ, go to Bonsuwon Galbi; their kalbi is delicious.
7. Gunsan
Gunsan, located on the banks of the Geum River, is a delightful South Korean city to spend a few days exploring. Visit Hirotsu House, Dongguksa Temple, and the Modern History Museum while you're here (which is perfect on a rainy day).
Don't forget to visit Seonyudo Island as well. It is connected by a long bridge and is worth visiting to view the spectacular mountains and beaches.
8. Gwangju
Gwangju, located in the country's south, is one of the most incredible destinations to visit in South Korea, with a beautiful combination of old and new.
Visit the Jeungsimsa Temple with its stone pagoda, the Mudeungsan Mountain National Park, and the Mahanji Gorge while you're here. They have one of the greatest Korean BBQs in town. You'll be so full that you'll roll back into bed. Just make sure to sample their pork ribs... they're delicious.
9. Chuncheon
Chuncheon, located in the country's northernmost areas, is a city worth visiting while traveling through Gangwon Province.
Once there, visit the old Cheongpyeongsa Temple and observe the cherry blossoms (near Soyangho Lake) in spring.
If you want to see something a little different, go to the International Mime Festival. The event begins at the end of May and runs until the 2nd of June. It's worth watching the fire shows and music that make it such a good time!
10. Andong
Andong, located on the Nakdong River, is one of the most incredible destinations to visit in South Korea if you enjoy museums and history.
When you're here, be sure to stop at the Folk Museum, which features local folklore and traditions from the area. Alternatively, visit Hahoe Folk Village, which serves traditional Korean foods in ancient structures.
After that, pay a visit to the Dosanseowon Confucian School. It's a location where time seems to have stopped. If you're utilizing public transportation, make sure you take bus number 67 from the city center. It will take around 30 minutes in total.
11. Daegu
Daegu, surrounded by mountains, is a clean and almost dazzling city to visit (if that makes sense?). The Oriental Medicine Cultural Center is one of Daegu's most well-known attractions, but there's so much more.
Once you've arrived, don't forget to unwind in Donghwasa. The grounds are beautiful, and it's a beautiful place to spend a sunny morning. Alternatively, go to Apsan Park and explore the many pathways and trails.
Sangju Shikdang, which provides lovely Korean foods, is an excellent place to have a local bite to eat. Expect nothing spectacular, and you may not even get a menu, but the cuisine is delicious!
12. Gangneung
Gangneung, located in the province of Gangwon-do, is one of the most incredible destinations to visit in South Korea if you want a comprehensive itinerary. There's just so much to do! It's the city where you could spend a week and still not see or feel anything.
When you visit, check out Gyeongpo Beach, Gangneung Seongyojang, and the views from Gyeongpodae.

Rapid population growth: the above factors have led to a high population and high living standards. This is an excellent ground for investors to reap high ROIs.
What your builder offers
Your venture into real estate will be a team effort between you and your builder. Your builder, however, will bear enormous responsibilities for your project viability. Therefore the success of the project will hinge heavily on your choice of builder. This makes it critical for you to pick the right builder to avoid disappointment.
Tips for choosing the right builder
When picking a builder, one needs to consider several factors. Together these will determine the success of your project.
Experience: always do a history check of your company before you bring it on board. It is wiser to do this with a more experienced company. This is because information regarding it is likely to be more widely accessible. A newcomer will be relatively unknown and will generate less trust. Moreover, more experienced companies have proven competence.
Success rate: A company’s track record speaks volumes about what you can expect from it to achieve targets. Some of the relevant questions are what are the company’s delivery times on projects?
Number of ongoing projects: when a developer has several current engagements- suggests that it enjoys a good reputation. It reflects the high level of confidence that customers have with it. It also shows the developer’s capacity to handle large volumes of work to the satisfaction of customers.
Testimonials: there is perhaps no better clue to knowing a good builder than buyer experience and testimonials. What past buyers tell you that a developer will offer you a direct picture of the builder’s expertise and competence. You can discover reviews by customers on different platforms, such as social media or face-to-face meetings with homeowners. This will give you a good idea of customer satisfaction.
Accreditations and licenses: Is your developer qualified to take on its tasks? Choose a builder who is properly credentialed to guarantee good performance.
Planning and architecture: How thorough or meticulous is your developer? Property development demands a lot in terms of attention to detail and planning. Many things can go wrong on a project, but a developer with proper planning can preempt missteps before they can happen.
Quality of workmanship: you can judge the quality of a company’s future projects based on its previous completed works. You can visit the completed units and evaluate them based on quality-related criteria. For example, how durable are they?
Also, look at the construction techniques used. Do they entail the latest know-how or trends in the industry? It always inspires confidence when your builder is untiring in adopting cutting-edge building technologies to up his game.
Service and post-care: the ideal developer will take into account all your needs in a comprehensive way. This includes the financing process up to the approval of construction.
You also want to go with a developer who offers you great post-care.

Several well-recognized players dominate the Nagpur property development space. These include Mahindra Lifespaces, Amrapali, Godrej properties, and more. Each of these is reputed for specific expertise and capabilities.
