I animated this cute gif of Typhlosion doing a little dance.

On ToonSquid, is there a way to just snap pixels of a symbol to pixels on the canvas? Because uploading with the symbol still between the pixels makes it come out weird if you try to upload with resampling set to nearest neighbour.

practice. it[s pretty rough but this isn’t as scary as i thought it’d be!! The hardest part of animating so far is keeping proportions consistent and figuring out how to use camera movement in an entertaining way. Biggest pet peeve right now is trying to use keyframes across multiple frames so that something moves across the screen smoothly while also moving. I wish there was a way to group frames and only have to do one keyframe😢 anyone familiar with toonsquid have any workarounds for this…? I’d just do camera movements but the pixel screen size is inconvenient to adjust, and pasting something onto a frame that had an adjusted pixel screen size will just reset it and cut off parts of the drawing that were originally outside of it at it’s default state.

Btw i KNOW her main(? skin doesn’t have the singular pixel blush, and that its more of a shadow, since it goes all under the hair, but i REALLY like how it looks on her season 10 skin so i did whatever i wanted, as i should. 😡😡/j im sure that if i didnt say anything most people wouldn’t even notice but, for those who did notice, know it isnt a mistake

Okay okay, so, this is a game about dreams and missing people!! A short summary of the plot would be….Minty (main character) starts having strange dreams when her best friend goes missing, they almost feel real. The dreams take place in an apocalypse, one year from the current year Minty is in irl. Collecting a small team, she, S, D and R all go searching for that friend. Shenanigans ensue as Minty slowly becomes more depressed-

It’s gonna be an RPG!! But sadly I missed the sale for RPG maker mz (damn my ‘I’ll do it later’ mindset brain…) so I can only really develop characters and storylines atm!!

As for the software I use, I use procreate for art/doodles and ToonSquid for animations!! I think I might die if I tried a drawing tablet on my pc….

Yo!!! Thank u so much 4 suggesting toonsquid man this is SO COOL!! It’s literally everything ive ever wanted from an animation program you’re like an angel to me now !!! im running into a problem though, whenever i copy a drawing from one frame and then paste it onto a new frame (to make minor pose adjustments & stuff) it lets me erase parts of the drawing until i click onto a different frame bc then, when i come back to the frame w/ the pasted drawing it won’t let me erase anything😔😞ive had no help at all from google or toonsquid tutorials.. do u know what might be going wrong ?? AGain thanks 4 recommending this app i love it

Honest to god im having so much trouble visualising what ur describing. If u could send a video of what happens maybe thatd help and i can see if ive ever had that happen?

Uhm off my head one thing that might be messing you up is using a vector brush/eraser on a pixel layer and vice versa

HI! i use an alternate version of pixel perfect! All I did was up the pixel limit to 10 for lineart, and 100 for coloring/erasing

Hey! Its almost been a year since ive made one of these.

ive been cooking up a couple recently since i learned how to create pixel animations in toonsquid

Heres a bunch of emoticons ive made over the last few months i wish i had some more ideas to make because these are a lot of fun to make and i dont have to invest a ton of time into making them because they usually only take 30 minutes to 4 hours to make
