"Oh honey~!"

Alastor heard you call from the entry way.

He was currently reading today's news paper and drinking coffee.

"Yes darling?", he replied, not looking away from the paper.

"I have a joke for you.", you said.

He heard you put away a few things in the hallway closet.

"What's black and white, and red all over?", you ask, holding back a few giggles.

Too easy. The Radio Demon thought.

"Why, a news paper my dear!", he answered confidently, reading on.

"Nope!", you giggled and stepped into the room.

No? He thought confused and turned to look at you. "What do you mean-?"

"Its me! Tada~!", you say cheerfully, presenting yourself covered in blood.

"Hahahahahahaha-!", Alastor laughed so much he started crying.

You laugh along with him and walk over, giving him a peck on the forehead once in front of him.

After calming down, he wipes a tear away. "What happened, hm? Tell me what poor unfortunate fool crossed you my sweet.", he asked and wrapped his arms around your waist, not minding the blood.

"No one of importance, but!", you say and lift up a bag with some blood and wrapped up meat. "I got you some food out of it!"

"Hmm~ How thoughtful of you.", he hummed and placed a kiss on your lips. "I'll put them in the fridge for later."

Standing up, the red dressed demon takes the bag from you and goes to the fridge.

"Though I do love you in red, it would be best if you washed up.", Alastor said.

"I suppose you're right.", you sigh. "This shade of red is nice though."

All you hear is a hum of agreement before you go upstairs to clean yourself up.

Once you returned downstairs, you found your love in the same spot as before. Sitting on the couch with the news paper, cup of coffee most likely refilled.

"All washed up!", you smiled and went over, plopping down next to him.

"How was your day so far?", he asked, placing the paper to the side and pulling you into his hold. "The light of my life, the apple of my eye! The cream in my coffee~", he tells you, peppering your face with kisses along the way.

"But you drink your coffee black?", you say.

"Wait, you're right.", he says, pulling away and pausing to think. "My coffee cup then! You do hold me together~"

All you do is shake your head with a smile and wrap your arms around him.
