man the visit wouldve been so much more fun if they actually WERE the grandparents and its just that in the 15 years the mom hasnt seen them theyve gotten REALLY into this weird alien cult/created it.

#now THATS a delusion I could get behind #too many horror movies are abt cults that have actual magic power #not enough like the reality that is often times way crazier and scarier than these spooky demon versions #now im kinda mad cus that tiny bit was actually a great seedling of an idea #yea no sorry I dont care about spoiling it if thats the twist its not worth it #imagine they go there n theres just 7 other weird old people n all the rehab folks theyve convinced
