Just watched a playthrough of Mouthwashing and now my brain chemistry is changed forever.

#its a remarkably dark and lovely game #the story it tells and how it tells it??? remarkable. absolutely awestruck by its delivery of such a disturbing tale #tbh from the name alone it was not the game I expected to be. def tried to judge it too quickly.#gonna be real I kinda assumed it would be like...just your average indie horror these days. Not fleshed out enough and made to just be scary #dont wanna say “cash in” but ya know what I mean. some horror games kinda just quickly make something to follow a trend and dont do anything #too interesting with the concept #Mouthwashing is NOT that. Def plan to buy it and play it myself now after watching a playthrough. Theres def details I know I missed #and I wanna support the game! like genuinely!!!#we live in a time where horror writers can REALLY tell their stories is such fun ways and I want to support that so so bad

hey there!! i'd been checking this blog for a while, and I really wanted to say you're a great source of inspiration haha! I really love your dog characters and your lore! The amount of research and dedication is really amazing!! about ludovica's gf, do you mind if I come in with my vision as well? I think she'd be a really fluffy dog, maybe with curly hair. so my mind went to the portuguese water dog; but then i thought of two versions: long hair and short hair. so i drew both (tried my best to make her look like a lady and not a grandpa haha)

#I'm so sorry this ask is almost a year old at this point and I'm only now responding to it auh #but I keep thinking about this version of the mystery girlfriend habitually I think this is the first headcanon design anyone came up with #I absolutely adore that she's a fluffy curly dog it's such a bold and distinct choice #I don't have any ocs with this specific fur type so it would be a new and interesting challenge trying to get used to drawing her #and I totally get the struggle about the unintentional grandpa look heh it's the same thing with wirehaired dogs #the portuguese water dog is a fitting breed to pick considering the setting imo #I previously tried to make a lagotto romagnolo version of her but the curly face fur was really muddling her expressions #the white eyebrows are a clever move they're pretty and make her face so much more readable than a solid black would #the white streaks on her ears are a wonderful detail too they kind of remind me of frankenstein's bride haha #and I appreciate the fact you drew her in a period accurate dress! the rosy pink goes really nicely with her stark black and white fur #the sketches are so sweet their chemistry comes through so clearly #thank you so much for putting this much thought and effort into her! again I'm sorry I kept you waiting #I truly hope you didn't think I disliked your concept although I wouldn't blame you at all if that's the impression you got #I think I have another ask of yours somewhere in my inbox I'll try to find it #gift art #pouletpourrisoldblog #Ludovica #own characters #I'll come back to give the gf her own tag once I've decided on the name

luke fumbling in recruiting percy has to be one of his greatest failures. a beautiful thing the show does regarding luke and percy's relationship is building rapport between them through shared moments like settling into camp, eating meals together, but especially through swordfighting lessons. the swordfighting scene at the beginning of episode 8 not only reveals that percy and luke already share similar beliefs about the fear-based system the gods have cultivated, but it's clear the conversation stays with percy when he fights ares and later calls out zeus on his waning skills as a father and a king. however, luke's plan fell through the moment percy learned that the winged-shoes were meant to drag him to tartarus. not only that, but the shoes nearly killed grover, a friend percy cared for deeply. if nourishing loyalty and trust was the key to ensuring a partnership with percy, then it was luke's faulty planning, arrogance, and impatience that cost him the greatest ally he could ask for.

#i think it's incredibly interesting to see how easy it would have been to recruit percy #if luke omnitted the shoes from his initial plan #then percy would've returned to camp angry at zeus for being a neglectful parent and king #angry at hades for encasing his mother in gold and trapping her near-dying soul in the underworld #angry at hepheastus for designing a trap to encase other demigods in gold as a test of faith #and angry at athena for leaving annabeth to die over something that was percy's fault alone #i think hermes and poseidon are the only gods percy would tolerate because they've expressed remorse and longing for their mortal family #and i think THAT is where percy and luke would have clashed had luke been successful in recruiting #luke insisting the gods will never change and percy over the years learning that maybe they can #and then annabeth telling percy abt the great prophecy and he has to decide if he wants to follow destiny or create his own #i would eat that shit up y'all #anways rant over #percy jackon and the olympians #pjo text post #pjo #pjo headcanon #percy jackson #luke castellan #the lighting theif #the lightning theif: the series #pjo tv series #pjo tv concept #luke fatal flaw should've been impatience #(too quick to act on a decision without thinking it through)#(the one trait from his father he can't seem to escape)#luke recruiting percy #traitor percy

A bit ago I was looking through the g1 timeline wiki and I saw that Skyfire and Starscream now had a 5 million year old age gap and I was like oh? That makes their dynamic so much more interesting especially how innocent he was portrayed in fire in the sky, I also wanted to share my hc on why Skyfire never brought up Starscream again

#I worked on this for too long and now I can't really be satisfied with it but I can accept the fact that it is 3am and I should sleep #Okay time to ramble about monsterhaul. So obviously its something of an atypical form which means it isn't included in fan content too much #but when it is usually Nemoto's (for lack of a more eloquent term) fusion gets the spotlight which is fair and cool I love it too #However there is definitely something to be explored in the fact that Rikiya represents the violation of abstinence from err. contact #Which makes him interesting to be mushed together with the very literally and symbolically touch-averse character that is Chisaki.#And when placed before Kurono there's appeal in putting two characters normally so laden with inhibitions into a #situation where those are somewhat repealed by existing inherent filth and the dispositions of a third party.#Good concept. Anyways there's also the secondary factor I got caught up thinking about in this piece pertaining to #the escalation of Chisaki's severity in action and Hari's continued support in spite of the other's ever-decreasing resemblance to #the kid he met years ago as Chisaki abandons internal and external standards #In short I'm unwell #Going to ignore this for a while now so I don't scold myself for the anatomy #chronohaul #kurono hari #hari kurono #kai chisaki #chisaki kai #orb draws #mha #bnha #my hero academia
