Nothing is

Going wrong but nothing is going right either. I love my best friend more than anything. I cherish them dearly. I've never been this close to someone in such a platonic way before. I can sleep next to them in a bed and it doesn't turn sexual. I do think because they are my only friend that actually knows whats going on with me I feel a lot more disconnected to the world. They dont see it but I do. I can see myself becoming insanely attached to this person. There is nothing wrong with a healthy attachment. My only concern is if it becomes my only attachment. Im happy..ish. I tell them everything and as of recent I found out they dont view me the same way either. Im not asking for anything in return I was just under the impression " you tell me everything and I'll tell you everything " was still in effect. I guess forever really does have an expiration date. I must admit I have recently stopped telling them as much. I know they care for me, truly. I think their crush on me makes them biased in some situations. They say they arent. I see through it. There are some situations where I feel like I have to overly defend myself or explain things I shouldnt have to. Content but also not really. They go back to their friends and I don't have mine. I fill up my day with work and studies but avoid social interactions- in a way I'm just waiting for them to call me again. I want friends. I want someone to want me too. I want to be able to reach out to others again. I love my friend so so much. I also think because I'm so comfortable being around them I dont need anyone else. And I dont but dang I really want to. They have their own support system and every person plays a roll in their life. I just hope I get to meet mine and so with that: To my current best friend, future self and friends, Thank you for everything you have/are/wilk do with me. To even want to be around me means so much to me I hope one day youll understand. I cant really generalize that would be an understatement I just know if we're all happy we are doing something right. Take care of eachother because you're all you've got.

Update on Career- To my future self

The last time I wrote on Tumblr was I wrote about how much I hated my job. So a little update on my current situation, I hated my job so much that whenever I walked out of the office I used to mumble to myself to quit this job soon and look for another job. It was somewhat like an abusive relationship where it was helping me to solve some financial problem but was also so bad for my mental and physical health. Whenever I made a mistake I used to be so stressed out with the fear of my boss sending me passive aggressive messages. I felt like my lack of experience and weakness was being exploited with little money at that company.

This year with little encouragement from my friends, I began to look for another job. After applying for so many jobs and getting rejected from few companies which I managed to hear back, I finally got a job at a company which I feel like I will be valued as an employee. I am excited about my future in this new company. Although I will not have much free time but I will still be treated like someone who graduated from international university with a bachelor degree not as a someone who don’t have any qualification.
