This year, I've decided to make another Christmas fic! (Instead of finishing Kristmas Karma II first, because I'm a jerk.) It follows Gakuhou, featuring the big 5 (plus Karma), in his own, very much needed Christmas Carol! It's got four chapters out so far and the plan is to post one each day until Christmas, and I'm very proud of it. ^^

SINOPSIS

The Asano Graduation Album Info-Dump

It seems like there’s bits of information from the Graduation Album floating around on Tumblr and elsewhere. It’s hard to tell which pieces have been mentioned already, so I figured I’d translate all the pages related to the Asanos and stick it in one post. Compared to the first data book, there’s much less regurgitation of info from the manga, plus I thought Matsui’s word choices in his descriptions of them were pretty interesting (“He shines like a star”... really Matsui?), so it seems reasonable just to give you all the whole text! It’s still a sizable amount of text though, so it’s entirely possible that there could be a few errors .w.

I numbered the sections so that you can see which part from each page I’m translating since there’s pictures that go along with some of the text. 

Page 1 – Gakushuu’s Page

Section 1: The Members of the Asano Household

Father: Chairman of Kunugigaoka

Mother: Housewife

He’s an only child. He’s worried about his hair because his mother’s younger brother went bald at a young age.

Section 2: The student council president who commands class A with masterful planning

With superior grades, proficiency with languages, extraordinary business ability, all kinds of martial arts, an imposing air, smooth speech, and bursting guitar skills, he’s the excessively talented student council president and leader of the Five Virtuosos. He and Karma are mutual rivals with an open, white-hot competition over their exams. However, his nobility makes him hate unfairness, so he’s not the type to use any means necessary to win.  

Section 3:

He was naturally born to gaze from the top. “Classmate” and “subordinate” mean the same thing to him. Sometimes, he accidentally makes this known out loud.

Section 4: Asano Gakushuu’s Hidden Side!

No matter how many times they fight, he thinks of E-Class like war buddies. …In spite of appearances, things have become harmonious between them.

Section 6: The min… the remaining members of the five virtuosos

Koyama Natsuhiko: The Five Virtuoso’s mad scientist. In spite of his appearance, his self-confidence makes him surprisingly flashy.

Araki Teppei: The Five Virtuoso’s commentator. His specialty is social studies. He also serves as the moderator for school assemblies.

Seo Tomoya: The Five Virtuoso’s man with attitude. He tends to boast about how he has gone abroad.

Sakakibara Ren: The Five Virtuoso’s philanderer. He has a sharp eye when it comes to women, and has made advances on Kanzaki.

Page 2 - Gakuho’s Page

Section 1: The untiring investigator who rules over Kunugigaoka Academy

Student council president Asano Gakushuu’s father and Chairman of Kunugigaoka. In the past, he had opened a private school in the old school building, but one of his students took his own life because of distress caused by bullying. With this, he began pursuing “strength” and opened Kunugigaoka Academy.  He established the Class-E system using the former school building as a warning to helpless students.

Section 2:

The duel against Korosensei where everything was disclosed. After that, their relationship became one where Gakuho would sometimes visit the old school building to have tea together.

Section 3: Asano Gakuho’s hidden side!!

When Gakuho begins talking about his son, it becomes impossible for him to stop. It’s surprising, but is he one of those doting parents…!?

Section 4: Private School-Era Chairman

With an education style centered on discovering and taking on the “good” of each student, no matter what kind, he was exceedingly similar to Korosensei.

Section 6: Private school students

Nagai: His spirit is weak, but he is a diligent, bespectacled student. He hates to exercise, but he remembers he ought to. Out of the three students in Gakuho’s first graduating class, his grades were the best.

Mori: A bright girl who cares for others. She was once hospitalized while attending the cram school, but she recovered and entered a high-level middle school. She’s good at grasping the essentials, so she leaves behind good results.

Ikeda: A basketball loving young boy who has his worth in his energy.  After being bullied by a nasty senior in his middle school basketball club, he chose to take his own life.

Page 3 - Personal Histories

Gakushuu’s Career Track:

Kunugigaoka Middle School-> Kunugigaoka High School-> MIT (Earned an MBA there so that he would have all he needed to start a business) -> Started a business in Silicon Valley

Starting his first year in high school, he laid out his system of governance and was able to rule over all the students except Karma. They graduated with violent sparks between them. As an overseas student at MIT, he managed to rule perfectly. Using his connections everywhere, he took along the most talented people he knew and has taken the lead at Silicon Valley.

Gakuho’s Career Track:

Resigned from his position as Kunugigaoka Academy’s Chairman -> Opened Asano Cram School (concurrently holds the positions of manager, office worker, and lecturer)  

He opened a new private school. After being released from his shackles, he has been enjoying a peaceful living as an educator…not. Rather, in the end, stories have been dropping in one after another about big projects he’s been doing without any hesitation. He just shines like a star. He’s currently scouting Nagisa.

 I believe that’s all the info on them in the Graduation Album. Hopefully, I’ll spot more facts about them in the data book, but this might be the end of the Asano-specific information…Time for headcannons :D
