For this option, you send my some information about you and I match you with a member of a group of your choosing!

All you have to do is tell me a little about your personality, maybe a physical feature you like about yourself, what’s a word your friends would describe you with, etc… anything to give me a good idea of who you are. With this information, I match you with who I think would be a good candidate for boyfriend from a Kpop group of your choosing (nct dream, stray kids, tomorrow x together, and Enhypen) SEND THIS TO MY ASK BOX!

Example: “my personality is mom of the group. I like to cook, bake. I love to watch studio think I movies. I play baseball. I would like to be matched up with someone from skz”

These by default will be sfw, I will only do nsfw if you ask off anon and have your age clearly displayed in your bio! 18 + only for nsfw request!

ROUND ONE WRAPUP

Honestly, not a lot of surprises here. While I do always try to organize the bracket in a way that will be fair, I have to do that with mind to the next rounds as well, so the first round always ends up being the round for weeding out the ones that don't stand a chance. I do my best to give even those a fair shot but sometimes you just know something is going to sweep or get swept and just have to do your best. A lot of matchups that seem unfair looking at them are actually based on submission tallies and the tally of "which book do you want to win"; Reaper Man and Guards! Guards!, for example, were actually about even on those. This was also the only one that surprised me; I genuinely thought Reaper Man was powerful enough to beat Guards! Guards! and failed to consider the popularity of the Watch being enough to override the early-era stumbling blocks that often gets these books knocked down the list. (Stumbling blocks that I, personally, feel Reaper Man has fewer of.)

In any case, I think starting in round 2 will be the point at which we start to get the interesting matchups- I for one am excited for Fifth Elephant vs Feet of Clay, because those are my two favorite Watch books (I don't mind revealing this because they're about on equal footing with each other so I genuinely don't care which advances). I didn't realize that when I put them in the same group together since I was thinking more about how to balance the bracket, but I am a little disappointed in hindsight. It would have been fun to keep both of them in. But, we persevere!

As far as my own opinions go, Reaper Man and Lords and Ladies were the two that got me started on Discworld when I found them (with two others) in a Goodwill, so having both knocked out in the first round is gutting. Mort was one of the others (I liked the fourth a lot and will reveal it if/when it gets knocked out, as it's another fave), but I actually consider it pretty low on my list. A lot of my least faves got knocked out in the prelims, though, so very little actual disappointment in who advanced, beyond "I would have preferred x".

Round two will drop tomorrow; as of round two, groups 1 and 2 will be grouped together, as will rounds 3 and 4.
