Transitus címmel, egy szövevényes kísértettörténettel jelent meg szeptember 25-én az ex-Vengeance gitáros, Arjen Lucassen progos projektje, az Ayreon új konceptalbuma. Breakfast & Barbells. Watching Chyna Cho do #TommyV, while choking down way too many eggs. This morning's workout was #SpecialOps #Resistance. Like these eggs, my workout strategy is to just shut my mind off and keep moving (eating 😉). When you're IN the workout, yes you're hurting ...but taking more rest won't get it done faster. So you just have to tell yourself to keep moving, even if you have you slow down a bit. Slowing is OK. Stopping is not. Normally, I only eat until I no longer feel hungry. Since this is my first meal of the day though (fasted workouts), I force myself to keep eating in order to refuel afterwards. This is what works for me. You have to find what works for you. Fitness is NOT a one size fits all. So experiment. Play. Try different things. Tweak often. Just keep moving.
