Exclusive bonus just for you: Some fans of Zucest (my absolute OTP in any media ever), especially back in the days when the show was still airing, were REALLY fond of slandering Mai nearly as much as Zutara fans do. I has thankfully become mostly a thing of the past, but I still find some unpleasant surprises every now and again.

I have no problem calling out "people on my side", anon. You should try doing to the same.

i read that anti tokka ask you got and it is true. Sokka would clearly be abused by toph rather than suki. suki's prettier too, and sokka deserves someone as pretty and amazing like suki. her character arc is existent unlike tophs. that space rock bracelet is a canon headcanon now, he clearly meant to give it to suki. sokka deserves to be with a pretty and developed character like her. toph is a practically a gremlin with no emotions.

I heard a rumor that the tears she shed on the show were actually fake tears to gain sympathy from the Gaang and to guilt Sokka into liking her.

Good thing Suki was there to put a stop to it.

I also heard that they had to tone down Suki's character arc just so that Toph didn't feel useless in the show. I mean, c'mon. She's like a rock lamp in the show. No development or independent thought whatsoever.

You know, I think I heard about the canon headcanon thing too. There's also the non-canon headcanon canon that Toph is a baby stealer. That one is just... It's obvious, isn't it?

3. What is your writing ritual and why is it cursed?

Well, I write out all my current WIP titles and WIPs I want to add/work on, I roll a virtual die, and then I write for 15 minutes for that story. Then, I roll again and sprint again. Roll, sprint, repeat.

It's cursed only because I'm jumping from stories a lot until one just takes hold and I want to write more for it. It's been effective in getting words on my docs for almost all of my stories, but it also is aggravating when I get a WIP I don't feel like working on LOL.

And often, my WIPs start as one shots or short stories, and then people ask for more and then it becomes a multichapter that doesn't have an end to it ope.

9. Do you believe in ghosts? This isn’t about writing I just wanna know

Yeah, I believe in them! But I don't think about it much. Like, the question of whether ghosts exist in the world or not doesn't make me lose sleep at night. Quastion tho. Do you?

27. Who is the most stressful character you’ve ever written? Why?

Hmmm, tough question. I'd say that Sokka is a character I have trouble writing. His depiction in fanfiction often doesn't sit well with me because he's got a delicate mix of humor and seriousness to him. Fics I've read with him as a main character are usually Tokka stories, and the characterization in a few stories I've read just seems off idk idk.

So because of that, I'm really picky with how he's depicted in my stories, and he often ends up being a side character. I don't like it when he's just comedic relief and has dumb jokes every other sentence, but I also don't like it if he seems like a character that knows everything and is "perfect."

He was also never one of my favorite characters, so I'm never that interested in exploring his thoughts so I just—yeah. He stresses me out LOL.

28. Who is the most delightful character you’ve ever written? Why?

Probably Toph! A lot of her characterization in ATLA is subtle, and her story in canon is interesting, even if I don't agree with all of the choices. It's a fun challenge to write in her perspective, it's fun to consider what her inner thoughts are about a topic or situation, and it's fun to explore her growth opportunities.

She's the best earthbender with a no nonsense way of dealing with things, but she's also extremely considerate and thoughtful. She's not just comedic relief or just the "muscle" of the group, she's got a lot of depth to her character, and I think that people often ignore that when they write about her.

Also, Kanto. I love Kanto, even if he is a character that we basically made up. And I will protect him with every fiber of my being. No Kanto slander in my house LOL.
