• their first date is a fall stroll in this really beautiful park with the leaves a million different colors in the soft sunset light

•todorki absolutely did not ask his mom, natsuo, fuyumi, jirou anyone for advice

•momo completely freaks when he asks her one day after-school while they’re waiting for their rides home

•but todo just stares at her calmly until she stops blushing so hard and stammers out a yes

•todoroki has been crushing since they first met at one of those stereotypical gala events when they were like 12

•they were always stuck together so they ended up learning things about each other through many late night, awkward conversations

•but anyway, watching her grow and believe in herself/become a badass means this boy slowly but surely fell for her

• however, since endeavor is an abusive asshole todoroki’s bad at feelings, he struggled to come to terms with this until second year

•jump to the date, and poor momo has the entirety of class 1-a’s girls in her bedroom scrambling, putting together an outfit and doing her makeup

•(this is the first time momo’s had a group of friends over because her mom’s horrible shhh)

•TODOROKI BEING SUPER POLITE YET SHADY TO HER PARENTS BECAUSE MOMO HAS INADVERTENTLY TOLD HIM HOW STRICT THEY ARE WITH HER

•but then, momo comes down the stairs with her long skirt and her hair down and todoroki.exe has stopped

•anyway, their first date is so soft and sweet and quiet because they’re both walking around eggshells but they gradually warm up to one another and by the end of the date, they’re passionately arguing about Parks and Rec vs Brooklyn 99

•(momo loves Brooklyn 99 because hello, Amy Santiago!! power ponytails unite!!! todoroki loves parks and rec because he does ok, he jUST DOES)

•todo is walking momo home and he just flexes his hand, prays he doesn’t live up to his Hand Crasher reputation, and swoops in to intertwine their fingers

•moMO BLUSHES LIKE CRAZY BUT SHE LOOKS UP AT HIM WITH THESE SOFT EYES AND

•todoroki’s usually cool eyes soften as well

•the sun is setting as he walks her to her door, and momo has never looked so beautiful as when she is framed by soft oranges and pinks

•todoroki reluctantly lets her hand go as she walks inside, and smiles softly the entire way home

Pairing 4

Being a pro-hero meant attending big parties, it meant spending time with the people belonging to the high-society in order to gain investors and that was exactly what Pro Hero Shoto wanted to accomplish today.

He could easily take money from his father, but he would never do that. Even if it meant being stuck between unbearable rich people who only cared about themselves.

He would have left way earlier if he hadn't spotted a familiar face amongst the crowd,

Yaoyarozu, thats who he found.

He mentally sighed, making his way towards her.

"Oh good evening! Todoroki-kun! I did not expect to see you here." She said, smiling.

"Yeah, me neither." He replied,

She just nodded, not quite understanding what he meant by that.

"So, how are you doing? We haven't seen each other in quite a while." She asked,

"I am doing good, thank you for asking. How are you?"

"I am doing good too," she replied, peeking over his shoulder, trying to find someone.

He noticed and turned around too, not seeing anyone that he knew.

"Are you looking for someone?" He asked,

"Oh yeah, I am sorry this mught seem so rude."

"Oh, not at all but may I ask who is it?" He asked,

"Oh it's just Y/n, she told me she has to greet someone..." She replied, looking around again.

Shoto's heart quickened at the mention of your name,

She is here too... He thought, looking around trying to find you, it felt like he hadn't seen you in ages when in reality it has only been a few months.

He remembered the last time he met you painfully well.

It wasn't something he was proud of, he said things that he didn't mean, he was scared that you didn't love him anymore and left you.

He was angered by himself for being so insecure that he destroyed one of the few beautiful things in his life.

You were always there for him, ready to tell him that he is perfect the way he is but it was his fault for not believing you and thinking that you would rather be with any other person except for his pathetic self.

"Todoroki-kun, are you alright?" Yao-momo asked him in a concerned voice.

"Huh? Yeah, Yeah I am. Thanks for asking..."

"Oh don't ment— Oh!! There she is!" She said with an excited cheer.

He slowly turned around and saw you standing over in the corner, with a few people talking to them and radiating charisma as you always did.

Shoto looked at you like you were the most gorgeous thing he had ever seen in his life, probably because you were...

He felt a pang in his heart as he watched you laughing with the guy unaware of the fact that he was obviously fliriting with you.

Shoto felt angry, he could see that those guys just wanted nothing more than to sleep with you,

Then when one of the guys gently touched your shoulders, he noticed the uncomfortable glance you casted on the hand, too polite to tell them off.

That was it. That was the last straw. Even though Shoto wasn't very vocal with his emotions and rarely showed them, he wasn't able to control his anger right now.

Yeah you two broke up, but he just couldn't see any other guy touching you much less make you feel uncomfortable.

He stormed up to you, but you couldn't see him as your back was to him.

When he reached you, he wrapped an arm around your waist, pulling you closer.

You stood there, talking to a group of people, laughing at what they said to be polite, all you wanted to do was walk away from this torture.

While talking, one of the guys put his hand on your shoulder.

You cringed, looking at the hand but paid it no mind evwn though it made you extremely comfortable.

A strong minty scent, mixed with the woodsy scent of cedarwood hitting you, making you calm, it was a very familiar scent... The scent of—

You felt a warm arm wrap around you waist, sending shivers down your spine.

You turned around to find your ex, Shoto standing there, glaring at the guys around you.

You were staring at him, his left hand puling you closer, you could see his turquoise eye from this angle and that made you shudder.

"Hey babe, ready to go?" He asked, turning to look at you.l and giving your cheek a kiss.

Your breath hitched as his lips made contact with your cheek, a volcano of butterflies erupting in your stomach.

Your gaze met his heterochromatic one that held so many emotions that you couldn't decipher,

Babe... You haven't heard that word since your break up and boy did it sound good from his mouth.

What it also did was unleash all the emotions that you had kept locked deep inside your heart.

There was nothing you could do right now, except for going along with his plan.

"Yes, I was wondering where you were." You replied, giving him a sweet smile.

You both looked at each other, for what felt like eternity before he cleared his throat and looked back at the guys.

"Gentlemen, if you may?" He asked them, in the most well-mannered way as he could, when all he wanted to do was freeze them or burn them.

They all nodded and you both bid your goodbyes before Shoto led you away.

You both reached outside, and he reluctantly removed his arm,

You were dissaponted at the sudden lack of heat but you did not show it.

"Thanks for helping me in there. I appreciate it." You said, cutting the awkward tension that was settled in the air by giving him a smile.

"Don't mention it." He said,

He wanted to say more, he wanted to tell you that he wanted you back, no matter what. He wanted to tell you that he made a mistake.

"I... Uh... I should be heading back inside... Momo must be worried about me..." You said, dissapointing yourself.

You didn't want to go back inside, you wanted to stay near him, with him.

"Yeah, she was looking for you..." He told you,

You nodded at him, turning around to leave,

"Well, then, I should get going. Thanks again" You said, and started walking away.

You were hoping that he stops you or that you stop by yourself. You wanted to stop, to tell him that you still love him, to tell him that he doesn't need to be insecure, that he will always be the one for you but you didn't stop walking.

On the other hand Shoto was in the same predicament, he wanted to stop you, he wanted to apologise for being so insecure, he wanted to be with you, he knew that you were the only one for him, the person who understood him, his haven. The person he could turn to whenever he wanted.

The person he felt safe around, the person that made him feel at ease... You were that person to him and right now he was watching you leave, yet once again, but this time he was going to make a difference, he was going to stop you.

It was now or never...

"Y/n, wait." He called after you.

You immediately came to halt, breathing a sigh of relief, he stopped you, he did.

You turned around to see him standing there, a determined look on his face.

You watched him close the distance between the two of you in a few long strides.

You watched him as he cupped your face, looking at you with the utmost sincerity.

His hot breath fanned your face, making goosebumps rise on your body.

"Stay..." He mumbled, his thumb tracing your lips as he looked at them, his thumb lingering on your bottom lip.

"I don't want to loose you... Not again..." He whispered, looking back uo at your eyes.

You held his hand that cupped your cheek, smiling gently at him,

"You never lost me Sho... I love you too much for that..." You told him,

His breath hitched as soon as you said that and blushed at the fact that you had this effect on him...

"Really? You still love me?" He asked you, not believeing it,

Your heart ached at his question, you wanted to protect him, to make up for the love he did not get while growing up. He was so love-deprived that it made you want to shower him with love at every moment, with every breath.

"Of course I do, How could I not? In fact, I never stopped..." You told him,

"I can never stop loving my heterochromatic icyhot..." You said, giving him a small smile.

He blushed, and looked down, before looking back up at you

"I can never stop loving you too..." He said,

Now it was your turn to get flustered, you were sure that you were a blushing mess, it took all your self-control to not melt right there...

"Good to know..." Your smiled at him, looking at him through your eyelashes and tucking your hair behind your ear.

"I... Really want to kiss you right now..." He mumbled, looking back and forth between your lips and eyes.

"Who's stopping you?" You asked, smirking at him.

Thats all it took, for him to smash his lips against yours, kissing you passionately,

The sheer passion of the kiss, made you weak in your knees.

You missed this feeling, this feeling of love that consumed you, that occupied your mind throughout,

You felt his arms wrap around your face, while you wrapped yours around his neck, tangling them in his hair.

Todoroki Shoto was never one to love openly, but when he did, he did it with such a passion that consumes him. A fire that burns him from within was how he loved and you were all there for it, to burn with him, to be consumed by that passion. That is all you wanted.

When Time Doesn’t Stop The Pain

Fandom: Bnha Mha Parings: Shoto Todoroki x Reader, Shoto Todoroki x Momo Yaoyarozu Rating: 14+ Warnings: Alcohol, unrequited romance, angst Words: .5k81 A/N: This is just a short scene I can’t get out of my head. It may become a series depending on the reaction? Also yes I know i’m posting a lot of angst rn leave me alone 🤣

Shoto clenched his eyes shut, his left hand gripping the phone to his ear and his right desperately clutching his clean white dress shirt, bunching up the fabric over his heart.

“Who do you think you are Todoroki?” Y/n’s drunk voice slurred over the phone. “What gives you the right to- to- to-” she hiccups and starts to sob.

“I’m sorry Y/n/n,” His voice is strained and painful, his heart breaking into pieces.

“How could you?”

It’s been five months since it happened- Since Shoto asked Momo to go on a date with him. “I didn’t know,” he whispered, leaning over his marble bathroom sink as tears stated to fall from his closed eyes, “I didn’t know.”

Five months and still, Y/n calls him whenever she’s drunk. Five months and she still cries, still screams, still destroys herself.

“...Y/n?”

The sudden silence that fell over the line which was usually filled with sobs and shouts was more alarming than anything she could have said.

“Was it,” she paused, “am I really that hard to love?”

Her voice was the most sober he’d heard since their fight- the clarity in her tone shook him to his core. The wobble in her voice broke his heart.

“No,” he cried, before coughing to strengthen his voice, “No it wasn’t you. I just-” he shook his head at the memories, “I just didn’t know.”

There was another pause of silence, “How could you not know?”

Todoroki had been asking himself that very same thing for five months. How could he not know? She’d loved him since freshman year- his Y/n loved him for six years and he couldn’t tell.

She’d been so open about her emotions, so caring and supporting with everything he did, and he just... didn’t realize it.

He looked up, glaring at his disheveled appearance in the mirror. “I was an idiot.”

Shoto Todoroki was in love with Y/n Y/l/n for all of high school, but when college came around he gave up on the idea. She was bound for greatness, she deserved someone who suited her temperament, not a friend from childhood that couldn’t match her newly founded maturity.

“I’m sorry,”

Y/n’s voice was soft and sad, her words bounced around in her chest before she let them escape from her lips- a newly found emptiness followed. She knew what she had to do. “Y/n-”

“Goodbye.”

For the first time, she was the one to end the phone call.

In the end, Shoto never got another call from his childhood bestfriend. In fact, he heard nothing about her until he saw the photo on his Facebook UA alumni feed when he was sitting in his office months later.

Y/l/n Y/n raises to Koreas top 3 hero list after only one year- is this foreign hero Korea’s new heroic legacy?

Mina had shared it- showing that she hadn’t cut off everyone, maybe only him. He looked at the photo along with it- two side by side. One had Y/n in her hero uniform after a successful mission, caring for one of the injured children. The picture on the right had her in a beautiful dress, receiving an award from the head of the Korean Hero Association.

The familiar pain in his chest welled up again- his eyes shut and he clenched the mahogany desk. Why does it still hurt so much? She’s happy, Y/n’s happy- He looked at the photo of him and Momo that sat on his desk- but was he?

🍀Hello lovely! I'm answering this sooner then the others since it's short and sweet, I'll have the next ask in my inbox answers shortly :)

Class 1-A x sports festival winner

Class 1-A x gn!reader, fluff

You done it, finally done it, you won the first year sports festival

You have been training for months, you are so happy that your hard work paid off

You received messages from family and friends who watched the event either live on TV or where there in person, either way the support was much welcomed

As you step down from the podium and made your way over to Todoroki to give him congratulations on getting third since Bakugou was er occupied

"Congratulations L/n, you earned your title, I'm sure the class would like to celebrate" the duel haired boy says as you both walk off the field

You were greeted by your classmates congratulating you and Todoroki,

"Yo wheres Bakugou? He still out there?" Kaminari asks as he give you a high five

"Yeah I think he is talking to Allmight, not sure" you say as you hug Tsuyu back

"*ribbit* we should celebrate later, I'm sure we can go to a restaurant *ribbit*" Tsuyu suggests as everyone gathered their belongings from the lockers and make their way home

As you were on your phone flicking through different social media platforms, you thanked each classmate for posting about your win online, aswell as reading some headlines and broadcasting stations who televised the event

You met with your classmates to celebrate the sports festival being over, you all began ordering your meals as Iida decided to make a toast

"Its wonderful everyone could make it this evening to celebrate the victories of class 1-A today, especially Todoroki, Bakugou and L/n. I hope you all get a good rest after the performance you put out here today!" Iida says with a big smile on his face as he raises his glass "a toaste to class 1-A's future heros"

Everyone raises their classes and cheers ,

As people finished their meals, you were asked a question by Kirishima "hey L/n let me know when we can hit the gym as gym buddies! I need a new partner" he suggests as he looks at you with a bright smile

"nah I didn't go against them in the festival, I need to spar" Sero said as he picks up another bread roll

"Tch as if you could beat them, I've had a headache all say because of that dumbass," Bakugou says as he looks at you "also- learn to not hit guys in the balls, it fucking hurts, Deku wasn't able to walk, ya seen him get dragged of like some rag doll? Pathetic" Bakugou snickers as he remembers the green eyed boy almost die from pain

You take a mental note for next time, yeah you didn't mean to hit Midoirya- there of course not! You were trying to counter his attack

As people trickled out of the restaurant you were given small gifts as a reward for your success

Yaoyarozu gave you a gift card to a sports wear shop, Kaminari got you some hero merch, Todoroki paid for the meal, you tried to split it as did everyone else but he insisted

Midoriya gave you one if his note books that was about your progress and what you should try with your quirk

You were so grateful that your classmates were so supportive of you even if you have only known them for a such time :)

Bakugou made a promise that he will kick your ass next year, yeah all right katsuki
