Question for Moral Orel fans

#personally i think he's gay but there's evidence to support either #the main thing that solidified it for me was him having already decided that he wasnt going to get married #but then this begs the questions of #1. why'd he have the affair with censordoll?#2. why'd he order female prostitutes?#3. why was he ogling other women at the reception?#to which my answers are #1. he wasnt attracted to her he was attracted to what she could do for him #and she was capitalizing on his mommy issues #2. i think he was just desperate for anyone who wasn't bloberta #and maybe part of him was still in denial & wanted to prove to himself that he could love women #which would also explain why he doesnt just go to stopframe #3. honestly idk #could be bc he was drunk but then again drunk clay is 'his true nature coming out'#honestly there's probably more evidence for him being bi i think i'm just being stubborn #curious to see what everyone else thinks #moral orel #clay puppington

the question of fic comments is very straightforward actually. readers do not owe writers comments. writers do not owe readers fic. there is no bargain, no transaction, no debt.

fic is a gift. comments are a gift. gifts are exchanged between friends, out of love, not out of obligation.

I write for myself. I post it for others, as a gift, because their joy brings me joy. I read for myself. I comment for the author, as a gift, because their joy brings me joy. perhaps we were not friends before, but we are now, however fleetingly, because we have given each other gifts out of love.

Step One: Add your base color of marker, stipple with a darker color, then stipple with the colorless blender (if using alcohol markers)

Step Two: Stipple darker shade of similar color gel pen

Step Three: Stipple White Gel Pen

Step Four: Draw little crosses and stars to represent glitter catching the light

Step Five: More dark gel pen

They're natural! He's missing triangular notches on the outer edges of both, but they're supposed to be tall and pointy.

All dogs are born with soft and floppy ears, and it can take some time for the cartilage in them to harden enough for the ears to stay upright reliably, especially if they're particularly big, thin and batlike.

I made this little age chart a couple of years ago, specifically to demonstrate the evolution of his ear situation.

The same progression can be seen in many real dogs, like these ibizan hounds for example.

#poorly drawn mdzs #mdzs #wei wuxian #granny wen #a-yuan #It's always fascinating how colours translate from the page to the screen.#It would probably surprise a lot of people to see what some of these comics actually look like in physical form.#My lighter colours takes about 3-4 washes before it shows up on scan which means it tends to ripple the page.#And my yellows and oranges are drastically different colours when scanned compared to the ink colour.#There's about 20 or so comics where everyone's hair is purple - because it scanned in the exact same colour as my light grey.#Wait my book is right here in front of me so I can...yeah...Comics 57-77 were indeed purple.#This is all to say - is it not fascinating how what we see is often not the full truth of what the subject truly is?#Is it not fascinating to open another episode that reminds us that despite everyone's claims they could totally spot the evil YLLZ-#-The man walks around among them for months as no more than a man haggling for deals like the rest.#It's almost as if he's just a person. It's almost as if none of us - no matter what we do are really anything more than just a person.#Your good acts will be overtaken by how other's interpret you in negative light.#Just as easily are people willing to forgive crueler actions if they hold you in high esteem.#But what's real? Is the page I hold the real version of this comic? The cut they did with the latest chapter...Malleus was straight up a HORROR VILLAIN IN THE BEST AND MOST TERRIFYING WAY EVER.

now, let's be fair to Malleus, he started out very politely! a dainty little knock on Idia's door. graciously allow a couple of minutes to give him a chance to realize that his rebellion is futile and all shall succumb in the end. then, when that doesn't work, a firmer but still unquestionably mannerly knock. then just straight-up haunting his shit

honestly, there was a surprising amount of Twst trying out just a little bit of horror movie in this one! like. you're having a nice cup of tea one minute and then it turns into Alice in Wonderland Does The Cube. everything's red for some reason. your friend's mom is actually a mass of giant shrieking arms rising from the depths to drown you in an ocean of chamomile. this is all a precursor to being hunted as the most dangerous game throughout a labyrinth by dopplegangers of your best friends. what's going on, Twst. are you okay.
