Do you have a favourite rock? I have some semi precious stones that I like, but I'm also very fond of some stones that I have just picked up from various beaches. Love a good palm sized rock. Feels nice.

Your boyfriend scans you up and down, in a way that betrays the nicety of his smile.

This was only the beginning of Yuta’s water torture. Every other day he’d see you talking up your newly established friend, and each time it came close to dismantling his well-mannered front.

With every playful gesture the two of you exchanged, it became hard for him not to stare possessive holes into you. Like he could capture you if he’d stared hard enough.

He was better than this; he was a good boyfriend. No, you’d even promote it to perfect. He knew this, and knew the bearer of such title wouldn’t throw a jealous fit. So on went his unbothered charade, suffering in silence.

The more he internalized it, the more it nagged him. Like a bad song stuck in his head. Why were you laughing with him, and not your own boyfriend with as much ease?

Yuta would be lying if he said he wasn’t starting to get frustrated with Yuji at least a little from his density. He was always too friendly; something Yuta viewed as good up until now.

It was now that when you’d offer him small pecks, he’d pull you in for just a moment longer with a sinister longing welling up in his deep blue eyes, confining your reflection.

Even after a few months his secret wishes went in vain, evident in the way that just today, you had agreed to hang out with Itadori outside of school.

Truly you thought nothing of it, but Yuta was having an anxious fit. His jaw even hung open for a moment at the news before quickly composing himself.

Even if he trusted both of you, even if it was in a public scene – It was eating him alive.

They say people tend to fill in blanks with pleasant imagery, but the opposite was true for Yuta.

His love for you was ugly; it whispered paranoia into his ears. The groundless prospect of you sharing flirtatious looks with another guy clouded his better judgment.

It was after school around 5, the two of you having fallen victim to cleaning duty.

“Can you follow me?”

His shift in mood was quite noticeable ever since you dropped the bomb on him, and that long silence was interrupted by his abrupt request.

You tilt your head inquisitively, but comply. The delicate hold he takes on your hand fails to foreshadow what’s to take place.

He leads you to your empty classroom. The dusk sky had dimmed all too soon, painting the scene with a mellow orange hue.

“Are you doing this on purpose?”

Yuta looks sad, like a dog, aching for a morsel of your undivided attention.

You answer his question with a quizzical look, blinking in ignorance – only until the pure, searing jealousy in his eyes burns through any confusion you may have had a second prior.

The realization kicks in, in the form of a quiet “oh”.

Of course. You wince, doing a mental facepalm.

Soon, his shadow envelops you snugly, making you shrink back and slide up the desk to sit fully.

Your feet swing above the ground, leaving you at his mercy. Nowhere to run. Furthered by how you were now caged within his arms, warm hands dearly holding yours.

You feel his breath against your mouth, eagerly closing distance until he kisses you as if running out of time, his grip grows more firm. Clumsy, even. You gasp as a tongue is shoved into you, fevered to explore every inch.

The kiss lasts nothing short of an eternity until he pulls away, desire only inflamed rather than satisfied.

You whisper out his name, slightly overwhelmed.

Yuta breathes softly onto your neck, bordering on animalistic.

"If you were trying to get a rise out of me, it worked."

You whine, trying to push him away weakly but failing miserably. 

“I wasn’t.” you stammer.

But seemingly nothing you say will salvage the situation now.

"I don’t want you to go."

It was a soft plea, but the demanding undertone sent shivers up your body. Such selfish requests were a novel concept coming from Yuta, but the delivery alone helps you realize they were underlying all along.

And now, that it consumed him.

He slides his left hand onto your shoulder to keep you still, the other inching inwards your thighs. Instinctively you wriggle away, but only end up falling flat on the desk assistingly.

“Wait… we’re still in school.” he holds back a laugh at how your flushed face was forsaking your prim act.

Yuta looms over you with little to no composure, hooking over your leg with his arm, holding your thigh. What was to come was unavoidable now, your heart racing miles per minute.

You squirm as he bunches your skirt up and his fingers graze over your clit, slowly pressing against the fabric like playing you for reactions.

And correspondingly, you flinch and let out a small noise. He rubs circles around you, grinning to himself at how quickly he got you soaked.

He keeps up until you whine – in his head a plea for more, which he’s more than eager to satisfy.

Wasting no time, he reaches into your panties, teasing you more before the roughness of his calloused hand invades your velvet walls, making you tighten them shut.

Yuta gives your head a small kiss - like a feigned apology for how he soon presses you down, one knee now touching your chest, welcoming his digits deeper against your will. Startled, you gasp for air both from the sensation and the compromising position.

He maneuvers his fingers like he has your body all figured out, curving to a spot you never knew you could hit with fingers alone. The uncouth feeling makes whatever dignity you clung onto get knocked out in bliss.

His pretty black locks hang over you as he smoothly leans down more, both worsening the feeling and making his voice vibrate quietly in your ears.

"How about now?"

"Mn, uh, yes..." It spews out of you, as if your body spoke for itself disregarding any rationale. The way you were in shambles from his hand alone made him sigh in anticipation. Just how you'd look when he stuffs you with something more…

“Will you stop talking to him?”

You can barely grasp what he’s talking about, and just nod automatically. He looks contented, kissing you as a prize.

For a moment his movements slow from your stiffness, but he subdues it easily. The pace unrelents, and humiliation doesn’t begin to describe what you feel in being so powerless over a few fingers. The overwhelming weakness of your limbs almost has you convinced that he must have sedated you.

You cling onto his white uniform with noises slightly resemblant of words, and he gets the hint. He laps his tongue against yours, continuing to toy with you.

Soon a firework erupts in your brain, blurring your surroundings, even your thoughts. Your shameless, muffled noises spew into his mouth.

You shiver as it slowly dies down, leaving you twitching and gasping.

Yuta pulls back to look at you pleased, and you reciprocate – only more dazed.

His fingers pull out steadily, as if sad to be parting with you.

He licks them clean, then meets you with a warm smile. Such a filthy act done so casually.

Through hazy vision you can’t help but see yourself in his dim eyes again, staring back like she’s trapped in his pupils forever.

“Let’s go back to my dorm.”

“Protector Saudramar, I need to get back to the others. The Seraphim are going to match me today.”

He pauses.

To you, it must have been less than a silent second, a moment of processing not at all out of the realm of normalcy. You don't know better, after all.

To him, it was a pocket out of time.

Saudramar ponders on all that has transpired since the day you were born. The Protector had already been assigned his tasks by then, had already supervised this growing "colony" of lessers for quite some time. Many humans had lived and died knowing only him and his celestials. As will you.

Time has consistently slipped between the gaps of his plentiful fingers ever since you became a young woman. You have blossomed into the most pleasant distraction he could ever silently and greedily hope for. The incredibly sparse and restricted moments he can steal away alone with you, under the guise of assuring your safety while foraging, have become his tender paradise.

The time he has with you is short. Torturous. As bitter as it is magnificent to his frayed sense of belonging.

He intended to milk it for all the subtle pleasure it can gift him.

So what compelled you to ruin it now?

Spring has arrived. The season of blossoming, the time of tangled dancing, the gentle lull of affection permeates the air while many lessers already laugh weightlessly, hold in their arms those most compatible with their souls. He plucks a ripe apple from a branch you'd never reach, holding it out under the guise of benevolent assistance.

No emotion shines on his pallid visage, but you're accustomed to his secrecy by now. It's not up to you to know a god's inner world.

There was a near inaudible swallow, a creak of dried leaves when you clutched the makeshift basket to your side. The second you reach for the fruit in Saudramar's hand, it refuses to leave his palm, your own fingers appear to freeze upon it too.

" What fortune, for one as hardworking as you. " His seated pose upon the ground graduates to a squat. " There was little doubt you would be selected soon. "

Doe eyes blink at him.

" Nubile, harboring potential, respectful and sensitive to the needs of a greater community. " Alluring, impeccable, irreplaceable. There's the ghost of a smile on his complexion. " Your selected mate will fail to meet the same criteria. "

Saudramar knows, he evaluated all who could be chosen to impregnate you. Not a single one holds the thinnest candle to your entirely chaotic perfection.

Even if you're visibly confused by the inertia of your extended limb, the siadar's words cause overwhelming flattery, a glow of euphoria which Saudramar easily allows you to soak in.

" You mustn't speak so highly of a mere lesser, my Lord-Guardian. "

No. Don't look away. He wants to see the creases of your cheeks when happiness reaches you.

" Do not mistake honesty for flattery. "

A silence so deafening passes between the two of you, unspoken, suffocating density accumulating in the air.

It feels as if you want to say something, mouth opening and closing as words die against the barrier of tense, grit teeth.

His mood is foul, and Saudramar fears he might be exuding it in thick waves by now.

" ... Is this the last time? "

The siadar feels something in his composure creak ever so slightly.

" Do you wish it not to be? "

All four eyes land intensely upon you. It's clear this is far from a scripted interaction where you affirm to be beneath making any requests. This is as direct a question as it gets.

You could never hope to hold a Higher's gaze for longer than a few seconds without getting scalded.

" ... I wish some things would never change. "

Saudramar's eyes close. He fights this flood of familiar glee, spreading through his mind like the poison it has always been.

" All changes. "

Suddenly, your arm is free to move, the apple fits into your grip casually.

" Eat that. I will not allow you to join the seraphim on an empty stomach. "

Saudramar watches, savoring the quiet break where you do as he says, some hint of displeasure resting placidly on your features. Stress is not a rather becoming look on you, he determines.

How cruel, he inwardly admits, to make you eat a fruit, so that you may never bear any.

Yama: Many may think he sounds rough while in a way he does... But also he sounds like he's there to take you home. Exactly like your mother who came to take you home after the first day of school when you were anxious. His sound is comforting, it's to guide you back home.

Agni: whatever he speaks, he apeaks with a passion. A passion you'll feel is burning like the sacred flames. It have a certain warmth to it yes. You'll feel the safe fuzzy feeling you get sitting around the campfire. But when he's angry his voice will engulf you whole, give you no spac to escape and burn you fully.

Dyaus: Well... He just sounds... Vast. You'll never figure out where exactly is he speaking from, even if he's standing just infront of you. And you'll also never know which ear you heard him from... Was it left? Or was it right? His voice kinda sounds like an akashvani (lol pun intended) he takes his time while speaking and his tone is unchangeable to say the least.

Alakshmi: She sounds like she's in despair. She sounds hateful, sad and it will give you a sense of emptyness. Like as if you are sure you failed your interview but just the news haven't reached you yet... Anxiety is not the term to explain her voice but it's like that. It's empty, it's hateful. You won't want to listen to her again...

Ashwin Kumars: This two are what you call typical twin voice... They sound so similar yet so different. Their voice is like the soothing ointment you apply on your wounds, a bit straight forward but got a nice comfort to the voice. When they speak to you they speak in sync, completing eachother's sentences... It almost feels as if you just woke up from sleep after a horrible feverish night. You'll automatically feel better if you listen to them.

Vac: She sounds like every and any type of sound you can ever imagine.. You would be utterly confused trying to figure out what exact tone she's speaking in. But at the same time it's easy to understand. As if you're a child who doesn't know how to speak yet... And you're trying to pick up the words your parents are asking you to speak.

Shukra: Knowledged. If anything he sounds knowledged, but also most of the time he sounds strict like a teacher. But when he's not angry he's calm and you'll actually enjoy listening to him. But also like his graha's atmosphere his voice have a certain density to it. As if the dead might rise again listening to him (lmao bad pun sorry)

Ila/Sudyumna: There's a duality in their voice... When he's Sudyumna he sounds regal and poshed just like a prince. With softer tone and sweeter accent. But when Ila, she's a bit rougher.. even if not as royal as her male self, still sweet though.

Yamuna: Her tone is slow and she takes her time speaking just like the Yamuna river, it's sweet and enjoyable to listen... As if a storyteller from some far away land is telling you the tales.

Rudra: Powerful, sharp tone. A bit loud... Kinda like wild animals, but not bad. He speaks fast as if he's a storm or he's in a hurry. His tone will give you the feel of a hunter chasing down it's prey, it's like a lion's cry majestic and can scare you on occasions..

Savitr: His voice is pleasant to hear, a reassuring tone, just like a gaurdian. It's a bit deep and have a heavyness to it, as if protecting you from something... But at the same time it's warm like new sunrays hitting the baby plants on the morning.

Ayyappan: His voice is boyish, and sounds innocent yet as if it holds all the knowledge of this earth. It sounds like the soft jingles of temple bells or the laughter of children running around. It gives a somewhat a sense of nostalgia to you

Shani: Straight forward and sharp. A bit too sharp for liking. Also whenever he speaks it's as if he knows, now what he knows that you'll never know... His voice may sound a bit like, as if he's criticizing you.. which he maybe is. It got both the ability to scare you or make you feel safe.

You knew there would be exotic wildlife when you agreed to go with your friends on this jungle trip, but you had no idea what you were in for until it plucked you from the forest floor!

Your guide made absolutely clear to stay together and stay with the group, and you had been keeping up with everyone, admiring the myriad of sights and sounds the deep jungles had for you…until you caught a scent. It was subtle amid the rich variety of smells, but it was *pleasant,* drawing you off the trail toward its source. The aches in your muscles from the terrain gradually melted away, replaced by a need you couldn’t place, only that this scent promised fulfillment if only you followed it on.

You didnt see the web until you walked right into it, and even then its thin strands could only be seen by the sheen of condensate on their strands, but it held you in place sure as anything. The vibrations of your collision alerted something, and you heard branches snap and alarmed animals flee as something big and heavy descended from the canopy, its presence announced by numerous legs touching down. You couldn’t move your head to turn and see it, but you didn’t need to, as that pheromonal scent became almost overpowering, the ache deep inside you rising in response. The creature approached you, and you could feel long thin arms tipped with claws touch you with a gentleness that belied awful strength. It took several sharp inhales of you, taking your own scent, then one more from between your legs — and then you felt the web vibrate as it positioned itself, pressing you into the web with its bulk.

You felt something ridged and spiny run itself between your legs — when did it remove your shorts?? — narrowly grazing your lips as if to tantalize you. it ran its length between your legs a few more times, getting closer and closer with each stroke, before a flared tip plunged itself inside you. the arrowhead-shaped organ plunged deep into you, making a smooth entrance; withdrawing was quite another matter, as those same ridges and spines raked against your walls, and the head of it prevented exit. it seemed to expand inside you, widening you by degrees, the sensation amplifying and the scents intensifying, before—

You felt it run up the length of what you quickly realized is an ovipositor, the arrowhead tip having opened up your womb, and with a little more pressure — pop! its spherical density passed and settled inside you. another one quickly rolled up the ovipositor, pressing those spines and ridges into you even harder, the pressure sending it through with another pop! again and again it sent more of those eggs into you, until your belly had begin to push outward with their mass. just as you were certain you couldn’t take anymore, one last pop! sent you over, and its strong limbs took hold of you as you went limp and faded from conscience.

you awakened back at camp, your friends and the guide as confused as they were relieved to see you. amazingly, you found your way back alone, unharmed and relatively unblemished, sleeping in your tent! you were ready to write it all off as some weird fever dream when you sat up and felt several somethings shift within your belly. putting your hand on it and gently pressing it confirms what you already know: it wasn’t a dream.

You wonder how long you'll carry the cargo before it demands to come out, how soon it'll be before you start to show, if you start to show at all. But you do. You return home from your trip, and people think you're pregnant, as you continue to grow and grow until you're so gravid you can only waddle, too ashamed to tell people that you were bred by a drider... and when you finally lay your clutch, your body aches so badly you cant help but book a trip right back.

Synopsis: Fyodor feels satiated at finally having what he's been looking for in his hands, but it would be a shame if it were taken from him so unscrupulously. Pairing: D.Fyodor + Fem!Reader. Genres: Drama/Tragedy, comedy in some respects. Warnings: themes of possession and servitude.

Yokohama's Ferris wheel seemed an overrated spot in your eyes, but nonetheless very popular with tourists and local children alike. you wondered why for a moment, but didn't let it spoil the ride, not at this point, since it was the only fun you'd been having for the last few days. You opened the city map been holding in your hands for some time, a little crumpled from everything he'd had to deal with throughout the day. If you had some time, perhaps could stop by a tea store and have a dessert you liked, there were very positive indications around where was and perhaps could indulge your palate with a less bitter taste than usual.

Cosmo-World's Ferris wheel had stopped, and they were now at the top, with the wind scratching the tip of their noses, with the perfect view to capture all the beautiful sights of Yokohama harbor. You was enjoying the view from the top, as you would soon be back on the floor, where the density of your 'Chief Sad' enemies was setting in. “You didn't answer my question” Defeat fragmented out of you like a sigh. Fyodor groaned looking at your defeat. 'Ah, so that's it,' he mused. “Of course, let's do as you wish.” He finally gave his answer, doing your gluttonous, childish bidding. The controlled timbre of his voice irritated your ears, as if he were dictating how far you could go, and indeed, that's what Fyodor did.

“Just know that trying to fill your frustrations with candies won't get you anywhere.” True, as much as you wanted to avoid the facts, you were now just a small bird on Fyodor's big wing, where he was the only one to decide when and if you would fly again. Not that your life before him was exactly a euphoria of sensations, but it was better than being kept as Fyodor's pet. His confession almost made her heated, but you couldn't allow herself to enjoy the flattery of someone like Fyodor. Fyodor was handling her as if he were playing with the food on his plate, leaving her unsettled and soft enough to mold it as he saw fit. If he was close enough to touch you, he knew that a sensitive woman like you would melt into his evil touch, like a buttery sweet. You snorted, shaking your head, pushing away the tide of the man's impure courtship. The excessive frills of your dress fluttered with the movement, like the feathers of a bird about to take flight. Frankly, he didn't even make the effort to give you decent clothes for the occasion. “You don't have poetic license, don't think you can seduce me by talking about these… things, about destinies, and victory. I'm not a... A whore!” She raged, the map almost suffering the consequences of her anger. Fyodor stared at her with a confused face. He found her a difficult woman to please, rather annoying, but your exploits instigated him. Can you talk about Mr Sylvester's perfume making process? He's a fucked up lil guy doing fucked up lil guy things and I'm curious about that

I gotchu. Tw bodies, medical, some violence?? Blood talk.

Let’s start with the most important note: Sylvester does not put the entire body INTO the perfume, but he sure as hell tries to leave no leftovers.

For one, some parts just really can’t work (bones & teeth, bro), so what he does is he works with the fluids of the body.

Now there are 2 major ‘fluid’ systems of the human body that Sylvester works with: blood and lymph. 5 litres of blood of a 154 lb person constitutes 7% of weight, is 52-62% liquid plasma, and 38-48% cells. The plasma is mostly water but tends to be a tad heavier than water, with a density of 1.057 v. waters simple 1. This means that the blood will simply be a thicker substance when removed, and will have to be diluted before being added in the perfume process. To do that, it's p much a baby autopsy (or embalming ig??).

Sylvester often moves quickly when it comes to these things and deals with the body before all other ingredients, but on the rare occasion he’s called for a clean up, he gets a rigor mortis case. These means the major muscles have tensed up and you’re pretty much a mannequin. To get the body drained, he has to break the rigor mortis so he can insert this pipe that basically drains the blood out (like... reverse embalming machine). So, the rigor mortis is broken by massaging the major muscles to force them to relax (which, by the way, is a SUPER uncomfortable experience when you gotta do it ☠️), which then allows Sylvester to proceed by inserting the pipe into the carotid.  When the pipe is inserted after the counter and the embalming machine [reverse vs. inserting] is switched on the blood is pulled out of the body. Now you got 5 litres of blood in a blender. So what's next?

Lymph, the second fluid, is clear, transparent, colourless, and flows all around our organs. That, coupled with fluids within our organs, poses an issue. Sylvester initially drained the fluids by hand through suctioning, but that proved to be risky – probably because that equipment gets pinged when you buy in bulk in Attollo. So instead he went a step further and began to design his own Still.

Now Stills are these copper machines that are basically tanks full of alcohol used to break down yeast and all the other exciting ingredients in various things. In Attollo, he works with machines taken from old brewery’s, which are tall old-fashioned Stills that were initially built in 1930’s France FOR perfuming, but were taken to America when pharmaceutical industry began booming. The tunnels under his house prove useful because they can fit the machines. He also uses Mash Tuns and a Cremation Machine. The Fermenter he uses holds the liquid that is produced after the distilling process – aka whoever was unfortunate enough to be... yknow.

So, he has them drained of blood. But the Lymph is still there so what can we do? Well, he puts them on what mimics a hospital bed and he wheels them down the hallway to the next room – this is his distilling chamber. He loads the body into the chamber, which is this giant copper tank mentioned above, closes and secures the door, and then turns the machine on. The machine will do what’s required next by breaking down the components of the body by fermentation, in a way. And when that’s all done, the fluid by now has been suctioned through the copper pipes into the Fermenter, or the machine that holds the liquids, and what remains inside the chamber is this... soapy body, which is not to pleasant. At this point Sylvester will either a) load the body into the cremator and turn it on or b) take a souvenir and then do part a). This is either because of preference or request: some of the particularly foul like to put a lock of hair into the bottle before sending it away as a gift (aka what was in Sysbas office). When the body is loaded into the cremator, the doors are locked and the machine is turned on. After about an hour or 3, depending on the body, what remains is 3-7 pounds of white chalky powder that Sylvester disposes of.

By now he would have begun preparing the rest of his ingredients necessary for the perfume, including diluting and distilling again, and the fluid that was produced from the body in the chamber would have been drained from the Fermenter. Sylvester often takes small portions and puts it into one bottle, mixed with a small portion of the blood that was drained, so what follows next is a lengthy process of disposing a LOT of waste in a way that won’t seem guilty. This means flushing down the toilet is not adequate. Often, he disposes it in the sewers through drainage pipes, digs a hole and dumps it in there (gardening king wow) or even goes as far as selling it to a few weird individuals who are interested in such things.

Finally, he completes the rest of the ingredients, creates the bottle that he wants to put the perfume into, bottles the perfume and either stores it in the stock room or delivers it to his client.

And yeah. LMAO.

These are simply my own personal ideas and headcanons for this specific AU of mine, I am by no means stating them as absolutes or “canon” or anything of the sort, just sharing my thoughts and having a little fun. :3 )      A FnaF: A Wound Left Bleeding AU Guide to Remnant and Agony. Remnant and Agony in a sense, can be seen as two sides of the same coin, as such, they do hold some similarities, though their effects and behavior can differ wildly. Let's start with similarities: Both Remnant and Agony can have the same base source, the two they share are Memories, and Emotion. Strong positive emotion and memories usually results in Remnant, where as strong negative emotion and memories will often cause Agony, however, the two aren't mutually exclusive, while there must be some degree of negativity to summon or create Agony, Remnant can appear in conjunction with negativity or positivity. Both in their own ways can “Extend” life, though one does so in a far more... well. Pleasant way than the other, we'll get to that later. Both are capable of affecting any living or at least intelligent thing, as such, AI can be affected by Remnant and Agony, thus, machines and computers can at times be affected. Both have their own tell-tale “marks” that are left on those affected, though they can be easier, or more difficult to spot depending on the creature. Both are most easily destroyed by fire, or extreme heat. Now, lets move onto the differences, starting with:                                        Appearance.                                         Remnant: Remnant primarily comes from 3 base sources, the most common being Memories and Emotion, with the third being Souls. All forms of Remnant tend to look rather close to one another, with Memory and Emotion based Remnant being basically identical. They appear as small, colorful orbs of light, that usually drift near metallic objects, and sometimes draw close to living things, seeming to regard them almost curiously. The color of the Remnant Orb can sometimes denote the type of memory or emotion that created it, other times, though this isn't always the case. Memory and Emotion based Remnant tends to be quite small, and the more transparent/less “dense” than Soul Remnant, density of a Remnant Orb can denote how powerful it is, the less transparent and “tight knit” it is, the more power it contains. Memory and Emotion Remnant is still very powerful stuff, but it pales in comparison to the third type in regards to absolute raw power. Soul Remnant tends to appear much larger, more opaque, and denser that it's smaller and more commonly found counterparts, as such, the effects, capabilities and longevity of Soul Remnant tend to greatly outweigh the capabilities of the other 2 types.                                               Agony: Agony as previously stated usually only comes from powerful negativity, emotions, memories, ideas, if its strong and negative enough, you may just end up with Agony on your hands. “Soul” Agony does technically exist, but usually doesn't form naturally in living creatures, more often appearing alongside the spirits of those who's lives for one reason or another were shrouded in suffering or malice. Agony's most common physical appearance is that of thick, tar-like sludge, which tends to leave ink-like stains on anything it lingers on for more than a few moments. Formless and shifting, it often pulls its blobular form into the shapes of claws and hands to help drag itself along, though it's also capable of slithering like a snake, it may also form gaping mouths from its shifting form. Remnant can often be seen hovering in and around more sizable masses of Agony, and can appear like tiny glowing eyes in and around the sludge. Remnant that is left to linger among Agony too long can become “tainted” losing most of its positive properties, but allowing the Agony the drift about in the air like Remnant does. “Soul” Agony appears much like it's Remnant counterpart, though the light is far more faded, and parts of the sphere will be utterly marred and/or drowning beneath the thick Agony sludge, a Soul fully taken over by Agony will retain the spherical shape, and little else.                                       Effects And Use                                              Remnant: Remnant's main effects have to do with healing and longevity, regardless of how long something has been dead, or how grievous the injuries or illness effecting whatever Remnant is introduced to, they can be healed and/or revived. In order to use Remnant for these properties, the substance needs to be introduced to heat long enough to shift its form from the weightless orb of light, to a more malleable, semi-liquid state, the most common and effective means of introducing Remnant into ones system is via a needle and syringe, directly into ones veins, however, ingesting it or forcing it into an open wound can also work. Injuries that, in theory, could be healed simply with time, and/or proper medical care will be healed in mere moments by Remnant, likely with little to no risk of the injury ever returning without it being inflicted again, common illnesses can also usually be cleared up by Remnant in a single dose. When it comes to fatal injuries and illness however, it can vary in a case by case basis on if using Remnant once will be enough to keep the effects at bay, or if you may develop a lifelong, or rather, eternal dependence on the substance. A single clean but fatal wound for example, will likely need Remnant no more than once to allow the victim to recover and revive. The same can be said if what caused the fatality was a myriad of smaller wounds, that simply resulted in death due to things like blood loss or infection. Whereas a multitude of severe wounds, loss of vital parts, or in general, extreme damages sustained to a multitude of the body will likely result in dependence on Remnant for a “comfortable” existence. Remnant is a healer, not a replacer, if parts are removed or otherwise missing from the victim, Remnant can still revive what is left of them, but cannot replace what's no longer there on its own; though with its affinity for metal and organic materials, Remnant can bond new parts to the old body; for better or for worse, and use those in the place of what's missing. How long a dose of Remnant lasts for those dependent on it depends on how severe their injury or illness is/was, the type of Remnant used, and the volume of Remnant in the dose; generally speaking though, the worse the injury or illness, the more power Remnant is going to have to expend to keep you functioning, thus, shortening how long it stays in proper effect before another dose is needed. Soul Remnant, even just a piece of it, generally lasts at the very least twice as long as Memory or Emotion Remnant. All Remnant, once used, has the effect of instilling it's user with effective immortality, keeping them alive even when it lacks the power to make sure they're alive comfortably. The only known way to negate this effect of Remnant is by burning the body of the user, and even then, results may vary. Upon entering the body, Remnant will burn a “star” like scar into the flesh of the user at its initial entry point, even if you say, were to inject it into your right arm one day, and then the left the next, you'd still only bear the mark on the right arm. These scares are often surrounded by a random pattern of smaller scars that somewhat “Halo” the star scar. In the case of the Remnant entering the system via ingestion, the mark usually appears on the tongue or throat. Along with the mark, each time a dose of Remnant is taken, the star scar will glow briefly, creating a vein like patter across the skin of the user as it spreads and dissipates through the rest of their system, this display is difficult to miss, but only lasts a couple minutes at most. Remnant that hasn't been heated to be used in these manners can be used to relieve, or project memories, or, approximations of them when touched. Depending on the mental state and connection to the memory of the one in contact with the raw Remnant, and the potential presence of others who may have been there during the time the memory or emotion was created, may result in an approximation of the memory held within, rather than a clear cut replay. The presence of Agony or “tainted” Remnant can twist these memories and projections even further from their basis.                                                  Agony Whereas Remnant is a healer and preserver, Agony is far closer to a parasite who needs a host to properly express its abilities and properly survive. (in most cases.) Agony left out on it's own will quickly attempt to locate and amass more of its kind in order to try and survive by itself, but more ideally, it will seek out something “living” or at the very least, intelligent to infect and inhabit, humans and AI heavy machines are it's most preferred targets, though animals and plants can suffice in a pinch. When the situation presents itself, it's also quite keen on infesting Remnant to sustain itself. Smaller amounts of Agony left out in the open tends to quickly fade away and expire. Agony most often infects a host of it's own accord, rather than needing to be placed within ones system manually, Agony needs little more than an sized open wound, if it can bleed, Agony can slither its way in; once inside, it seals the wound itself in an attempt to keep itself from being removed before the injury it entered through can heal on its own. Afterwards, off-colored scars, and strange “bruising” remain visible on the skin, with the “bruises” slowly fading as the Agony slowly spreads out and latches onto more of the victims systems. Though Agony cannot heal, once it has a firm grip on it's victim, it tends to at least try and block out their ability to feel the pain being caused by any injuries or illness they may have, or have ended up with due to the Agony itself; this behavior is mostly common in more powerful masses of Agony, or more widespread infections, as Agony needs Agony to sustain and power itself up, it will usually try and ensure it's host suffers to some extent first. Agony infections that fail to take proper hold, but don't “die”, tend to concentrate into one or two areas of the body and lay dormant until a situation to amass more Agony and power presents itself, or, the need to even “protect” it's host to ensure it doesn't get cast out arises. Agony seldom has any positive uses, if anything, it's pretty much an instrument of torture and in rare cases in which a sentient being gains its favor, a means of control. Other visual effects of an Agony infection can manifest as: -parts of the body temporarily or permanently being twisted in monstrous ways. -Faded eye color, missing pupils, and the darkening of the whites of the eyes. -External “veins” of Agony weaving in and out of the skin. -Agony occasionally leaking from the eyes, mouth, or open wounds. These vary in presence and severity depending on how much Agony is in ones system, how strong it is, if its widespread or concentrated, and the general physical and/or mental/emotional state of the victim. Infections are usually initially characterized by the aforementioned darken “scars” and “bruises” but initial infections can also result in general weakness, high fevers, exhaustion, sudden boughts of strong negative emotions or a phantom hopeless or paranoid feeling.                                             Behaviors While Remnant and Agony aren't exactly fully “sentient” or completely “alive”, both display behavior unique to themselves, and at times, even seem capable of displaying some levels of understanding and intelligence.                                            Remnant: Between the two, Remnant is the more “Shy” of them, usually opting to avoid contact, and preferring to say hidden in rubble or within metal objects over being spotted, though it also seems to grow curious towards people and spirits at times and will drift closer, though (usually) just out of reach as they follow, or even lead the individual they've taken interest in about. Voices can emit from Remnant on occasion, usually only a few words or sounds at a time are clear, with the rest sounding like disjointed whispers or mumbles. Raw Remnant when touched will temporarily “transport” whoever came into contact with it with the memory it contains, direct contact with soul Remnant can occasionally result in the temporary possession of the individual making contact, with the soul of the individual; Soul Remnant that comes into contact with a corpse, or machine will possess this thing fully until released via burning. Remnant will also, strangely enough, despite having the ability to phase through solid objects, will stay within confined spaces if intentionally placed there, making it rather easy to keep for long periods of time so long as you're able to get close enough to catch it.                                                Agony: In contrast to Remnant, Agony is far more aggressive, willingly darting towards anything capable of feeling pain or with enough sentience to experience mental or emotional pain any chance it gets. The presence of blood or open wounds only seems to prompt this behavior even more from Agony. Unlike Remnant, Agony's “voice” can't be heard unless you're making direct contact with it, or are already possessed by at least a portion of the Agony mass you're dealing with in that moment, otherwise, Agony tends to only make low growls and hisses, and the occasionally incoherent mumbling or whispers in a low, deep tone. Raw Agony when touched will likely attempt to hold the victim in place in order to search for, or create an open cut or wound to enter from, the sensation of Agony against the skin is icy cold with an extreme “pins and needles” sensation accompanying it. Agony is near impossible to contain in anything it doesn't already want to be a part of. Agony on its own is usually a rather thoughtless creature, acting primarily on instinct to survive, and cause harm in order to “feed” itself. However, once introduced to a more “intelligent” creature, whether they be human, machine, or otherwise, Agony will inherent quite a bit of their thinking capabilities, allowing it to better plot out ways to cause pain and torment per the situation, instead of always relying more solely on brute strength and physical pain. Agony also, oddly enough, can die out even after finding a host, (without burning it), if the host in question was already far too physically weak or ill for it to properly worsen the situation without killing the host itself before it had time to properly take hold. Agony that's taken proper hold of a host tends to slowly chip away at them until it has full control, at which point, it will attempt to remove or destroy the host's soul, or equivalent there of, ultimately “killing” the host, and taking full control of it's body for itself until it can no longer function, it will however, attempt to prolong functionality by replacing worn, broken, or missing parts with more Agony, or, metallic components. As previously stated, Agony infected “Soul Remnant” seldom happens naturally, most times this is encountered, it was created artificially by force. However, a truly tormented and agonized soul may end up with such an infection naturally; the souls of the dead that never moved on are also very susceptible to these Soul based Agony infections, but generally speaking, the living won't need to worry. As such, Agony, despite how much it would love to get its claws on that sort of power, will usually just try and remove or destroy the soul of its host all together in order to take control, as absorbing it takes far too much time and energy. In some rare cases, when Agony finds it easier to inflict mental or emotional pain on a target than physical. (like if they have a high pain tolerance, or some other means of blocking out the feeling), it may manifest to its host as shadowy creatures in order to assist in tormenting him, these shadowy constructs are often difficult, or even impossible for most others besides the victim to see.
