This week is bittersweet. Peak week for #TnStateShow ...the 1st show I ever prepped for &each year I use it as kind of a "benchmark" to see how many improvements I can make in a year... From getting my feet wet in 2012, my first state championship win in 2013, to beating that champ again last year... I've been able to see continuous improvement. Those one percents have added up. This year I'll be waiting a few extra weeks to see improvements over the past year. Definitely had a great experience this weekend! Got the chance to meet several competitors, met some "soon -to-be" competitors, competed with great competition, &FINISHED STRONG! So glad to be the 2013 Ms. TN Figure Overall champion :) I could not have done it without all the support and encouragement throughout the season. Final day of workouts before the competition. Cardio =beasted! Over 13 miles and 1500 calories burned with a upper body circuit training. Already on target to hit stage weight, picked up skin prep for tanning from Nutrishop Hendersonville, and going for extra cardio and posing tonight :) it's so close!!!
