In honor of #winenotwednesday, here's a selfie I took this past Saturday while wine 🍷 tasting in Napa. ❤️ So besides enjoying wine (and cheese)... 1️⃣ I recently embraced the power of prayer and meditation and its helping me change my perspective on life and my attitude. 🙏🏼💕 I tend to get lost in the hustle and bustle of daily life, but taking a few minutes throughout the day to stop, reflect, embrace the present and be grateful helps me stay positive and focused on my purpose and priorities; 2️⃣ I am obsessed with notebooks; actually I collect them to journal, take notes, jot down ideas and goals, to make endless lists on lists...but for some reason I rarely fill up an entire notebook. Anyone else have this problem 🤷🏻‍♀️?; and 3️⃣ I tend to fall off the program by week 5, but the #TIUhubby and I are celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary in Paris and the Greek Isles this summer so I am FULLY COMMITTED to sticking to the #TIUBikiniSeries so I feel + look my most confident (and toned) inside and out! Ah yes. 🙌🏼 Bikini yoga for the win on this blazing hot Thursday. 🔥☀️ So happy I started my morning early to beat the heat. #latepost Tuesday workout vibes = Total Body Barre Workout + 1 mile walk. Those fine toning moves were killer and I know I'll be feeling it tomorrow. 😁 most of my meals were #TIUapproved but Ive been struggling with snacking in between meals. Bah!!! I'm taking it one day at a time...I have not been taking the time to meal prep during the weekend and that has definitely set me back on my progress. One foot in front of the other...This is progress not perfection.
