I do think that Garth and Donna parallels are neat, but not necessarily by just telling the reader that they have parallels

The Garth I know is also. way less warrior-y. I'd emphasize more their outsider-status*, but if we do go with a more warrior-y interpretation for Donna (which I don't mind, I've seen it also in other comics, especially titans/yj graduation day, return of donna troy, and some WW comics IIRC), I would have that be a big difference she has with Garth.

*I know Donna acclimated super quick into Man's World, but that's b/c Bob Haney is a coward who just wrote her as "generic teenage girl as a man in the 60s imagines" and didn't read any wonder woman comics

it’s so impressive that in a team with Dick Grayson, Donna Troy, Wally West, Roy Harper and Lilith Clay, Garth of all people had managed to be the hottest person in the room. Props to him for getting the glow up he deserves

Is Rebirth Garth always supposed to be aggressive, or is this just b/c he's in a time of extreme stress and the world flooding and turning people into fish monsters?

When was the last time each of the Titans cried?

Nightwing: This morning. He poured a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch but there was no milk in the fridge so he tried to use orange juice. It did not go well.

The Flash: A little less than a week ago. A kid told him that she wanted to be just like him when she grew up and asked if she could give him a high five. He was smiling for the rest of the day.

Arsenal: At midnight four days ago. He saw a picture of Red Hood and his new team. He saw how happy Jason was without him.

Donna Troy: A few years ago. The Amazons trained her to never show weakness if it could be helped, but Dick had been beaten within an inch of his life and she was furious.

Tempest: Two weeks ago. It was movie night and his first time to see Finding Nemo. He was bawling by minute five.

Bumblebee: This morning. She didn’t sleep last night and watching Dick try to eat his breakfast from hell just to prove to her that it had, in fact, been a good idea to use orange juice had her in stitches.

Omen: About ten days ago. She had a splitting migraine and couldn’t even get out of bed to go buy some pain meds.

Bonus!

Starfire: Two or three months ago. She found out that sugar gliders exist.
