Made a #singani #cocktail with @rujerosingani, @vermouthdolin blanc, & #peychaudsbitters. Since the Singani is highly aromatic and I wanted a mostly dry #martini type cocktail, I used the Dolin blanc due to its elderflower character, and the peychauds aromatic hitters to tie it all together. It's simple and delicious! Rittenhouse Straight Rye Whiskey is great & affordable. Name for Rittenhouse Square, it was named North American whiskey of the year in 2006 at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The brand is originally from Maryland but it's now produced by @heavenhilldistillery in Kentucky. They also make Elijah Craig.
