Pineal Guardian: Comprehensive Reviews and Insights
What is Pineal Guardian?
Pineal Guardian is a dietary supplement to support the pineal gland. It’s marketed to detoxify the gland, increase melatonin production and overall mental and spiritual well being. It’s formulated with natural ingredients that work together to protect and activate the pineal gland.
Pineal Gland: What is it?
Before we get into Pineal Guardian, you need to understand what the pineal gland does. The pineal gland produces melatonin, the sleep hormone. It also regulates reproductive hormones, mood and possibly even aging.
Besides its physical functions the pineal gland is also linked to spiritual experiences and higher states of consciousness. Some traditions call it the "seat of the soul" and believe that an activated and healthy pineal gland will give you more intuition, creativity and spiritual insight.
Ingredients in Pineal Guardian
Ingredients are everything in a supplement. Pineal Guardian has a blend of vitamins, minerals, herbs and other natural compounds that support pineal gland health. Here are some of the ingredients:
Iodine: Iodine is for thyroid function and some believe it can help detox the pineal gland by removing fluoride which is thought to calcify and shut down the gland.
Chlorella: A type of algae rich in chlorophyll, chlorella is known for its detox properties. It may help remove heavy metals and toxins from the body and support pineal gland health.
Turmeric: Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. Its active compound curcumin is thought to have neuroprotective properties that can benefit the pineal gland.
Boron: Boron is a trace mineral that can remove fluoride from the body and support the detoxification and function of the pineal gland.
Ginkgo Biloba: Known to enhance cognitive function and blood circulation, Ginkgo Biloba may support mental clarity and overall brain health.
Melatonin: As the primary hormone produced by the pineal gland, supplementing with melatonin can directly affect sleep patterns and support the gland’s function.

so i experimented w giving myself a rest day from physical therapy this week. i thought, maybe i need a little recovery cushion. still did my daily yoga, so, i figured i wouldn't really notice a difference. rest day was yesterday.
holy hell there is a difference. a bad one. oh my god. i'm so rice krispies today. oh my god. ow. owowow. ow. why. fuck fuck ow. i still did all my other stuff, just skipped the pt. why. ow. did you know we have shoulders and hips? bc i cannot be unaware of that fact rn. it hurts so bad guys. guys. guys it hurts. i need to return to the water like NOW it's the only thing that can save me
cruel that those home resistance swimming lanes are $50k (+god knows how much in maintenance and chemicals and electricity), my god. i could hobble out to the pool and put everything back in place and then float for a half hour and be fine but nooooo i've got all this fucking gravity weighing everything down and still not enough muscular stability to keep everything together while snapping myself back in, thus having to cycle snapping myself back together one joint at a time which usually takes hours and yes it's as painful as it sounds
had to crack all my knuckles several times, crunch my metacarpals together, twist my elbow in, and body my shoulder back in place just to type this post (and it's all locked in at the neck/jaw/temple now. hello tinnitus my old friend).
yes yes yes weed can help but i HAVE to exercise before getting couchlocked or else it will just exacerbate the problem. i have to do this dance of relaxing muscles enough to move but not enough to be too loose (waiting for the robax and gabba to kick in...). and then move in just the right way to fix them. and then somehow balance frozen vegetables all over to lock it in (hate cold hate cold hate cold). by myself. and if i can't? well then i'll just sob until physical therapy tomorrow and they can put it all back in for me. and what's nuts is!!! i'm one of the lucky ones!!! with physical therapists i see twice a week who aren't just gym trainers; with legal access to weed; in a situation where i don't have to have a job. no i don't have a vehicle; no i couldn't keep a job even if i had one; no i don't get disability or have any other income; yes those are huge problems. and yet. i'm lucky. hashtag greatest country in the world folks.
imagine joints like taffy. too cold and they're brittle and will break when you stretch them. too warm and they sag and tear. imagine finding out this isn't normal in your fucking 30s.

The bus came with all the lights off and it’s pitch dark outside and as I stepped on I was listening to metal music so loudlyy phone keeps yelling at me about audio exposure (this is why I have tinnitus) and I was like omg this is so cinematic this is so congruent with aesthetics . I was going to take a picture and make a joke about it looking like the beginning of a puppet combo game or even #hashtag cult classic survival horror game for the ps2 Rule Of Rose but then the driver turned the lights on as I was so the image came out like this
Which looks like the backrooms

[Image ID: screenshots of tumblr hashtags. In all capitalized letters, the text says “#spotify lets you do that??? #I’m gonna cry oh my god is this true #please let it be I need it”. End ID]
Hi @kingindecisive ! Yes Spotify has quite a few accessibility features. As someone who’s career is in sound design and acoustics, I’m quite into this kind of thing. Let me show you the options!
In the app, if you go into settings -> playback you can select “mono audio”. This means that both sides/headphones will play the same audio (as opposed to stereo, where each side will have different audio tracks), which can be helpful to people with unilateral or uneven hearing loss.
You can also change which frequency ranges are louder or softer, by going to settings -> playback -> equalizer. It will look like this:
[Image ID: a screenshot of the Spotify app. At the top is a label saying “Equalizer”. There is a line graph with a green horizontal line. There are 6 white dots on the line. There are six horizontal labels for the graph, which correspond to each dot. From left to right, the labels are 60 Hz, 150 Hz, 400 Hz, 1kHz, 2.4 kHz, and 15kHz. End ID.]
This function is helpful for many disabilities including:
For people with hearing loss within a specific frequency range
For people with tinnitus to mask the ringing. To do this, boost the frequencies both at and slightly above the frequency of your ringing. They’re actually making heating aids for this too!
For people with auditory processing disorder and similar disabilities to differentiate between speech and other sounds. To do this, make the 150 Hz and 2.4 kHz dots higher.
For people with sensory issues, to lower overstimulating frequencies. Most frequently overstimulation occurs with higher frequencies, so lower the 15kHz dot and maybe the 2.4 kHz dot.
And for anyone who wants to protect their ears: if you’re using in-ear headphones, for the love of god LOWER the bass (60 Hz and 150 Hz). Listening to “bass-boosted” music or even just a lot of low frequencies too often can lead to hearing damage much more easily than higher frequencies.
Anyway that’s a summary of how to use Spotify for accessibility!
“Little” things that are accessibility features
Some of these might not have been intended for accessibility but are nonetheless very valuable for disabled people:
Railings on stairs
Textured stairs and walkways
High visibility markings on obstacles (again often found on stairs)
Easily accessible rewind features on videos
Ability to edit the size and color of captions/subtitles on videos
Ability to change the playback speed of videos and audio content
Features to boost or cut the bass, high end, or mid range frequencies (this feature can be found on Spotify)
Similarly, features to fine tune the presentation of different colors and contrast on devices
Wide passageways in shops, classrooms, offices, sidewalks, etc
RB with more small things that make a big difference to disabled people!

Powerhouse Singer Celine Dion Forced to Cancel Tour Due to Rare Neurological Disorder: Fans Rally Behind Her #SupportCeline
Powerhouse Singer Celine Dion Forced to Cancel Tour Due to Rare Neurological Disorder: Fans Rally Behind Her #SupportCeline Powerhouse Singer Celine Dion Forced to Cancel Tour Due to Rare Neurological Disorder: Fans Rally Behind Her #SupportCeline Celine Dion is one of the most iconic singers of our time. Her powerhouse vocals and emotional performances have won over fans all around the world. Unfortunately, Celine has been forced to cancel some of her upcoming performances due to a rare neurological disorder called Patulous Eustachian tube. This condition affects the inner ear and can cause dizziness, hearing problems, and even complete hearing loss. Celine’s fans have rallied behind her, showing their support and concern for the singer. In this article, we’ll take a closer look at Patulous Eustachian tube, how it affects those who have it, and what Celine and others with this condition can do to manage it. What is Patulous Eustachian Tube? Patulous Eustachian Tube (PET) is a rare condition that affects the inner ear. The Eustachian tube is a small canal that connects the middle ear to the back of the throat and helps regulate pressure in the ear. When the Eustachian tube is working properly, it opens and closes regularly, allowing air and fluid to flow in and out of the ear. However, in people with PET, the Eustachian tube stays open most of the time, which can cause a variety of symptoms. Symptoms of Patulous Eustachian Tube The most common symptom of PET is hearing your own breathing, voice, or heartbeat, which can be extremely distressing for some individuals. Other symptoms include: - Tinnitus (ringing in the ear) - Hearing loss - Feeling of fullness in the ear - Dizziness or vertigo - Ear pain or discomfort Causes of Patulous Eustachian Tube The exact cause of PET is unknown, but there are several theories. Some researchers believe that hormonal changes, such as those that occur during pregnancy, menopause, or menstruation, may play a role. Others think that weight loss, dehydration, or stress can contribute to the development of PET. Some medications, such as diuretics or nasal sprays, can also cause or worsen symptoms of PET. Treatment for Patulous Eustachian Tube There is no cure for PAT, but there are several treatment options that can help alleviate symptoms. One common treatment is the use of Eustachian tube exercises, such as the Valsalva maneuver, which involves forcefully exhaling while pinching your nose and keeping your mouth closed. Another option is to use nasal sprays or drops to help narrow the Eustachian tube. In severe cases, surgery may be necessary to block the Eustachian tube permanently. Celine Dion’s Experience with Patulous Eustachian Tube Celine Dion first revealed that she had been diagnosed with PET in early 2020. She had been experiencing symptoms of the condition, including hearing loss and feeling like she was hearing her own voice in her head, for several months. Celine was forced to cancel several performances in Las Vegas in order to focus on treating her condition. Despite the setback, Celine remained positive and optimistic about her recovery, telling fans that she was “doing better” and that she couldn’t wait to return to the stage. Supporting Celine Dion and Others with Patulous Eustachian Tube Celine Dion’s fans have shown an outpouring of support for the singer since she revealed her diagnosis. Many have taken to social media to express their concern for Celine and to share their own experiences with PET. Others have used the hashtag #SupportCeline to show their support for the singer and to raise awareness for the condition. By sharing their stories and showing compassion for those with PET, Celine Dion’s fans have demonstrated the power of community and solidarity. Conclusion Patulous Eustachian Tube is a rare and poorly understood condition that can cause a range of symptoms, including hearing loss and a feeling of fullness in the ear. While there is no cure for PAT, there are several treatment options that can help alleviate symptoms. Celine Dion’s experience with this condition has highlighted the importance of raising awareness for rare diseases and supporting those who are affected by them. By showing her resilience and positivity in the face of adversity, Celine Dion has inspired millions of fans around the world. FAQs 1. Is Patulous Eustachian Tube a serious condition? While it can be distressing and uncomfortable, PET is generally not considered a serious medical condition. However, it can have a significant impact on a person’s quality of life. 2. Can Patulous Eustachian Tube cause hearing loss? Yes, one of the symptoms of PET is hearing loss. However, this is usually temporary and can improve with treatment. 3. How is Patulous Eustachian Tube diagnosed? A doctor can diagnose PET through a physical examination and tests such as a tympanometry or audiogram. 4. Can Patulous Eustachian Tube be cured? There is no cure for PAT, but there are several treatment options that can help alleviate symptoms. 5. What can I do to support someone who has Patulous Eustachian Tube? You can show your support for someone with PET by listening to them, offering to help with errands or tasks, and educating yourself about the condition. You can also participate in fundraising or awareness-raising activities to help support research efforts. #NEWS Read the full article
