I’ve had my share of panic attacks in the ocean but through my swim group I’ve gained more confidence and comfort in the ocean, knowing someone is always there to assist if I freak is a huge comfort. So, today, when someone asked who wants to swim (no assistance, small group), I hesitated. And then I jumped on in! This is still one of my favourite photos - and one that still makes me laugh! It was the first time I strapped on a set, and popped Nedge over something decent. From memory it was just over the 1.05 mark which was huge for me. He's such a powerful horse, just locks onto a jump, and goes for it. He used to launch me out of the tack, and as you can see by my face in the photo, I was having a 'holy shit' moment, haha. Nedge is happily retired, and will have a pampered life and a forever home with us here. Late night run and Physio sesh done! My usual routine is house, horse, and baby jobs done during day, off to work in the afternoon till 11pm, and then I come home and workout when everyone's in bed! 😂 Feeling my fitness slowly creeping back, and my hips and back feel much stronger as well 😁👊🏼 back on a horse within the week with a bit of luck, then no stopping us!
