I've now officially survived a week's worth of T25 workouts! Today was the stretch day, which feels amazing after all the hard workouts I've been doing.
Tomorrow those insanely hard workouts start all over again! Hopefully in a few weeks they won't be kicking my butt so much.

Goals and General Plan
Alrighty, gonna start with my goals and whatever. So here we go.
So current weight is 180lbs. Not a bad weight by any means, but I’d like to get down to 170lbs and tone up everywhere. Specifically targeting the stomach, middle area. 
Also looking to be able to run long distance/periods without a stop. Ultimately looking to enter into a 5k at least late next year.
Ultimate goal is to trim fat, get lean and tone. Among all the other stuff up there.
So how do we do it, you ask? Glad you asked!
After much talk with my doc (because a healthy diet and exercise plan is important, kids!), I’m looking to do a lean protein, low calorie, more fruits and veggies, type of thing. I’ve got a specific diet plan that I’m not gonna post because it’s not meant for everyone. If you want your own, talk to your doc or dietitian. Also gonna do small multiple meals through the day instead of the three big a day. 
Also gonna keep track of my water intake. Drinking more water should also help with hunger urges, since sometimes when you’re dehydrated you can get hungry. 
So. Goals and Meal Plan. Yay!

I can’t believe I signed up for a gym. I’m stuck going for 12 months since it’s a contract and Jon can’t go without me so I know he��ll be bugging me a lot for it. I’m going do it! I want to get fit. I want to get rid of this stupid permanent food baby I’ve been rocking for over a year. I would love to get below 150 again (heck, 140 would be amazing!). I just need to stick with it. I need to stick with my vision board and I need to stick with becoming a better version of myself, without changing the significant parts of myself.
I’m also pretty excited to utilize our bathroom mirror for daily reminders of what I need to do on the regular (like take my stinking vitamins!). I am definitely that person who needs things in their face until the habit is formed (which is rare/hard for me). 
Side note: I can’t help but wonder what people think if they were to ever read these posts. I probably seem pretty crazy! I’ll go with different/unique. I’m figuring my ish out. lol

Time to sort my shit out...
So, a little back story I think. I've suffered with depression since I was probably around 16years old because of something I had gone through that was severely traumatic. I've recently gone to Councelling to be able to deal with this problem and on Saturday I will finally be discharged as I am deemed of healthy mind again. Which for the first time in about 8years I feel like this is actually the truth.
Anyway, one of the things that will keep my mind healthy is if I keep my body healthy too. Which I understand completely but quite frankly I'm a super lazy bitch and the thought of exercise makes me break out in hives. I'm currently 5'4 and a size 20 meaning I'm probably roughly around 15stone (maybe more, I don't know. Scales freak me out!)
However, to be able to keep my mental shit together I need to get my physical shit together. So I told my therapist that I would join a Gym before Christmas. He was very pleased to say the least.
So I went out this afternoon to get some new tops because mine are getting old and ratty (but they're the ones you practically live in and can't bare to get rid of you know?) anyway, so I went to try on some tops and a size 18 didn't fit (which I knew I was just hoping it would, ‘De Nile’ you know, ain’t just a river in Egypt, also, just so ya’ll are aware, I’m fucking awful at puns...) but then I tried on a 20 and low and behold that didn't fit right either. So my brain did this funny thing and I had a stern mental voice say to me 'bitch, ya'll not getting a size 22! You are going to a gym and you are getting your shit together because you have a 3year old son and he needs his mumma alive and not ill from some disease that could have been prevented.'
So do you know what I did? I went and bought some sports bras for my massive jug-a-lugs and I'm going to go join a gym to get my shit together and get healthy and lose this mother fucking weight.
I am better than this. And so is everybody else who struggles with weight and mental health issues. You can beat it and you will! ✌️👌

My first day using the Runtastic app, I’m trying to get into shape. This is my first step in the process along with eating healthier which I’ve been trying to do for the past couple months. I am in no way a runner or ever have been. I used to be a competitive swimmer in high school but since then I haven’t kept up my physical fitness. This is a new beginning and I plan on seeing what comes from it. I know this is my starting point and each week I hope to improve little by little so I can maybe compete in my first marathon next year. 🏃🏼‍♀️
