I always saw Sasha as a mom with a light souther accent. Or maybe like Joyce from stranger things. Either way she has “that haircut” idk if you know what I’m talking about-

Oh god it's been like almost two years since the last panel redraw (and when I originally started this drawing) but it's finally here!!!

A lot has changed since I last posted about Clouded Frost, most notably being the updated designs for Hawkfrost and his siblings! Hawkfrost's changes were pretty major by comparison to his siblings (something you'll soon better see in a future post), but Mothwing also now has more of a moth motif to her tabby markings. This redraw also features my design for Sasha which I think I'm pretty satisfied with. I do intend to make references for them all someday, but life as of late has just been too busy with stuff like work and college. ^^;

Super happy that I finally got around to getting this done though! I like this one a whole lot more than the last one, possibly because of my new color choices and improvement in regard to scenery. XD

Thinking about how Tigerstar’s “true love” is Sasha yet his favorite child is Brambleclaw

Hawkfrost is Sasha’s son, Brambleclaw isn’t.

When Tigerstar looks at Brambleclaw he sees only himself, there’s no Goldenflower in him.

However, each time Tigerstar looks at Hawkfrost, he’s staring into Sasha’s blue eyes.

Tigerstar went against the very beliefs he killed others for when falling in love with Sasha. Sasha brought out his hypocrisy & that weakened his authority.

Hawkfrost was born out of an affair Tigerstar would consider shameful & sinful. Tigerstar killed Stonefur for being a half-clan cat. He tried to kill Stormfur & Feathertail for the same thing. And he HATES Kittypets.

And yet, he made Hawkfrost. His own little half-clan demon that he fathered on a Kittypet.

Brambleclaw was bred to be his perfect son. Goldenflower was nothing but a “proper” womb for his “heirs”.

Tigerstar may have loved Sasha as much as someone like him possibly could, and I believe a small part of him loved Hawkfrost as well, or at least wanted to, he kept him by his side after all

but Tigerstar’s ego can’t allow him to love anyone more than he loved himself, his pride, & his ambition.

GIRL LEAVE HIM!!!

I unapologetically love the sasha mangas. I think they're a great character study. Sasha means so much to me, I absolutely adore her. I hope we get a Sasha novella one day.

I wanted to make Sasha look a bit smaller to kinda convey that she's a bit more naive. Like she's been a house cat her whole life, she isn't used to fending for herself in the wild. In my head she is cartoonishly cute as she endures the horrors.
