Okay I guess I’ll do Tieran since he’s both someone I’ve talked about before on here and someone you’d recognize.
4. Where does he see himself in five years? Ten years?
In his original incarnation in my own setting, in five years he sees himself graduating from Wilderaine Academy as an accomplished wizard, and in ten years he sees himself teaching there and also living with his current traveling companion Steve (and possibly getting engaged? Haha just kidding…unless…? O///O)
The version of him I’m currently playing in Waterdeep: Dragon Heist sees himself as a fully fledged member of the fire guard, protecting the city from arsonists, wildfires, and any other flame-based dangers. He also sees himself continuing his baking, though as a hobby rather than a profession. He very much imagines himself becoming a cool hero type of person who isn’t afraid of anything, as unlikely as it probably is to happen that way.
12: What is his ideal vacation?
This one’s the same for both versions of him - spending a couple of peaceful weeks in a cozy, sunny cottage on the edge of the woods, with good food and plenty of books to read.
28: Who, if any, does he dislike the most?
Honestly he’s not the kind of person who dislikes easily. Someone would have to cross him consistently, multiple times, over a long period of time, before he even started to think less of them. He tends to be a bit too forgiving. We’ll see if that changes later.
55: Who does he look up to the most?
In his original incarnation, the headmaster of Wilderaine Academy, and later on, his friends Steve and Carole.
The D&D version? He looks up most to various senior members of the fire guard as well as the Blackstaff, then after that, his mother and father, though Kalleria is slowly moving up that list.

our d&d group signed a contract with a devil and the punishment for breaking it is everyone will get horns (except the tiefling who will lose his). Probably won't happen as the terms are actually something the party WANTS to carry out, but I was curious about what the party would look like with horns so I drew it

OC-tober Day 3: Sidekick
Again characters from the four stories I’m interested in developing more
1. R'chai of Zerth'ad'lun - The Brothers of Razorvine
R'chai is a Githzerai monk who’s trained at the Monastery of Zerth'ad'lun since childhood. About two years ago, Mellane came to the monastery and passed the trials required for an outsider to train there. Since then, the two have become friends. After a group of shady individuals launched a surprisingly well-coordinated attack on the monastery, R'chai and Mellane left to track down the attackers and discover their purpose. This is R'chai’s first time out of the monastery, and there is still much about the planes that is not *known* to her.
2. Tieran Thistleby - Steve IV: Much Ado Abput Steve
An apprentice wizard from the Mages Guild of Wilderaine, sent to the Northern Isle to investigate some odd rumors. After getting stranded on the island, he teams up with Steve IV to find a way back to the mainland and discover just what is behind all these odd occurrences. Tieran is a bit high-strung and has a tendency to stutter when he’s nervous.
3. Lord Dunaith Avensil - A Shadow Over Andreth Mir
Dunaith would balk at being called a sidekick and would immediately argue that he is the protagonist and Kat is the sidekick. There is something to that argument considering he IS the party leader. But, this story follows Kat, because she’s the one who does all the cool hero stuff while Dunaith just stands around trying to look important. Dunaith is a stuck up nobleman and government official with a raging inferiority complex that arises from his complete lack of magic ability in a country where even the lowest class peasant is at least a bit magical. Unfortunately his way of compensating for this insecurity is to act EVEN MORE STUCK UP. The Council of Saris has sent him on a long and possibly very dangerous mission to re establish diplomatic relations with Andariel, a country that has just recently reopened its borders after centuries of magically sealing themselves off from the rest of the world. Recognizing the potential danger they assigned him a bodyguard - a convict whose guard duty would serve as their sentence. If all this has you thinking that Dunaith’s boss and co-workers really dislike him a lot, you are absolutely right. He’s a pain in the neck and no one can stand him. He is a decent person deep down, though. Just. Really annoying.
4. Milly Banewater - Journey of the Heart
An accomplished halfling rogue, one of Samarre’s oldest traveling companions, and the group’s resident Mom Friend. While she does have a bit of a silly streak, Milly can be counted on to be the voice of reason and to temper Samarre’s often impulsive behavior with her patience. Also she can drink pretty much anyone under the table, so watch out.
