girly!airhead!reader who eddie’s had a crush on for the longest time, he’s a loser, that much is sure, and you’re so fucking…perfect. you’re pretty, you’re funny, you have good taste in music (not at all what people think it is)— basically everyone wants you, and if they don’t want you they want to be you. eddie is the former.

but you never ran in the same group until you became friends with steve and robin. and then you all finally hang out and as soon as you saw eddie and saw how absolutely hopeless he was with his shitty jokes and anxious rambling, you practically picked him up by the scruff of his neck and said “i choose this one!” and eddie just went along with it and has never questioned it and never will.

eddie gets lots of questions about it— “how did a guy like you end up with a girl like her?” and eddie just shrugs everytime, all ‘i’m just happy to be here’ type of attitude. and when the people find out it was you that asked eddie out instead of the other way around, well the story only gets more confusing for them but it makes complete sense to the two of you and that’s all that matters

and yes he does eventually get his shit together, but he’s still a lil loser while you’re dating. gets flustered and blushes like a little boy when you push his hair back and call him your baby. chokes on the smoke of his cigarette when you step out of your house in the tiniest little skirt known to man because you just look that good. gets so entranced with how pretty you are and the sound of your voice that he misses the table when putting down his beer during dinner (robin witnessed it all and definitely teased him about it)

but he doesn’t care if he gets teased for it. he’s yours 100% and that’s perfectly fine.

hello hello!!! tysm I’m SO glad you like my stuff 😭🙏✨ I’ve got tons of trad work shoved in old sketchbooks of mine! This era of art was SO FUN and hands on, my iconic big lines and messy pencil marks is smth I miss in my works, my art style was very recognizable and carefree here

When I was first getting into tf I drew everything on paper and scanned my art into Autodesk to color. I didn’t have a proper stylus at the time and preferred doing my line work by hand (yall I went through so. many. pens, and books, and printer paper…man I just HATED trees ya know🙄🙄🙄)

these are just some of the stuff I’ve got in my books, there’s loose cutouts of many others shoved in a folder SOMEWHERE and I’ve got like three sketchbooks back home that I haven’t gone through in a bit, so expect more!

I don’t know if this has been talked about already, but on my rewatch of S1, I noticed that, in the episode Sauron and Galadriel first meet on the raft (1x02) Celebrimbor tells Elrond about the beauty of the silmarils and how it affected Morgoth:

“They say that Morgoth found the Silmarils so beautiful that after he'd stolen them, for weeks, he could do nothing but stare into their depths. It was only after one of his tears fell upon the jewels and he was faced with the evil of his own reflection that the reverie was finally broken. From that moment, he... he looked upon their light no more. Feanor's work nearly turned the heart of the Great Foe himself.”

In 1x01, Arondir also tells Bronwyn that “Beauty Has Great Power To Heal The Soul.”

Can these quotes somehow explain why Sauron looked so flabbergasted at Galadriel (2x01)? We know Fëanor was inspired by how the light reflected on Gal’s hair to create the Silmarils, so there is a connection there. Sauron didn’t exactly “stole” Galadriel, but we do see him staring at her for weeks, even in the background. I think they went with the “repented Sauron” in the first episodes, but then he return to evil because of his bounds to Morgoth (“Sauron in truth repented, if only out of fear, being dismayed by the fall of Morgoth and the great wrath of the Lords of the West (…) he hid himself in Middle-Earth; fell back into evil, for the bonds that Morgoth had laid upon him were very strong” - The Silmarillion). And many people have noticed that Galadriel could have helped Sauron stay “in the right path” (and he himself might have believed this for a while).

the observation you made also explains why he saved her, risking his own form that he regained at least, after just having abandoned the old man to die!

from the battlefield to Ost-in-Edhil, he keeps looking for her and calling her. it's not a stretch to say that he is obsessed/fixated on her.

and yes, i think it's clear that sauron was genuinely regretful for having a hand in something that caused galadriel pain, just look at his expression when he hears her confession and apologizes for everything! he didn't apologize as halbrand, he apologized as sauron!

maybe he believed that if she stayed with him, he'd be good for the middle-earth bc he wanted to be good to her (would that really happen? probs not bc galadriel is more susceptible to the darkness than sauron is open to the light). but then she rejected him and he just cared to achieve his goal, not caring about how he'd get there. and yet! yet he ever so groped for her and her thought, his fixation never went away, the devil got bewitched for eternity!

What do you think abt Cat! TF141 ? In my not-so-trusted envision the loudest one would be cat! Johnny, he also has night zoomies. Cat! Price needs to scold him for being loud and disturbing your precious night rest. Absolutely loves to be near with you. He often head butting into your palm or legs just to gain your attention. Cat! Gaz might be the chillest but no doubt he can be the pioneer in wrecking havoc in your house along with cat! Johnny. Oh, cat! Gaz also loves to screw the cat tower. You have to avoid him from scratching your couch or rug.

Cat! Simon is the grumpiest and savage cat, often avoiding your initial touch but actually he craves for it. Chin scratch, head pats and belly rubs are his favourite. He has the girliest meow despite his rugged appearance, something he's not so proud for and major reason why he choose to be silent most of time. Cat! Price is like their leader. One day you heard him meowing very loud just to shut them up (mostly it's for cat! Johnny since he's too much energy) when you have fever and couldn't sleep. His pupils shrank and bared his teeth like he's about to attack. You thanked him later with snack and some kisses. Cat! Price can been seen chilling near window when the sun ray appears. He's not that affectionate but he doesn't decline your head pats or nose bop.

And listen, if they were a young married couple back then, it is VEEERY likely Francis was called to war :((( so he had to leave Nacha behind for a while (probably knew she was expecting a baby at the time, probably not, whatever).

That would be another explanation as to why his eyes look like that, and speaks with very few words. He probably came back very different to how he used to be, eventually causing them to divorce, but that doesn't mean he won't care at all about Nacha and Ann, it's just he's not mentally capable of doing more for them.
