Thor was sitting in front of the brother's home, zoned out and looking beyond the horizon. There was quite a bit of the Mushroom Kingdom he could see from here, it was nice. The sudden hug from the youngest twin was unexpected but never unwelcome. Luigi's embrace is tight, familiar, and grounding all at once. The twining of their electrical signatures causes Thor's cheeks to spark up involuntarily for a few moments, causing Luigi's mustache to frizz, as a pleasantly warm tingle of energy hums through him.

He leans back into the hug, curling his arms over the top of Luigi's forearms, wanting to hang onto the embrace for a bit longer. He then turns his head up slightly so his nose is able to brush against the bottom of Luigi's chin, giving the plumber an affectionate nuzzle.

i love the ted movies and what I’ve seen of the tv show to pieces and I wanted to draw the teddy bear of the hour

One thought that persists in the last couple days is

Did they not keep the tails?

Because like... if you are constantly at sea with little access to food then surely you wouldn't pass up on the opportunity to fill your pitifully empty food stores, right? I imagine the crew is surviving off fish but that may be harder to come by since Poseidon is mad at them and everything.

So if you're going around chopping sirens in half to prove a point then why not keep the parts that seem edible? The tails are probably akin to fish and I'm guessing the top half may not be too far off a human's internal composition. They captured a fair amount of them too so there would likely be enough to possibly stretch it out past Scylla. After which there's 6 fewer mouths to feed, meaning slightly larger rations for the others. Even keeping nothing but the tails would have been better than nothing.

Listen, all I'm saying is that maybe if they had siren jerky on board, somebody wouldn't have felt so starved he insisted on divine steak.

Pat & Pa: "SUCH an amazing sibling dynamic. They’re so supportive of each other and always there for each other, especially when it counts the most. Pat being able to confide in Pa about dating Pran at a time when he can’t confide with many others and them having gay double dates together with their respective s/o’s is sibling goals. Their little squabbles and Pa’s awful timing are so fun to watch, too. Also, just the fact that there was the whole plot line where Pat was trying to navigate his old crush on Ink with the slow realization that he has feelings for Pran, and Pa, the entire time, is just going, “Yeah, it’s totally understandable that you would have feelings for Ink, she’s just so amazing and cool and wonderful and beautiful, who wouldn’t?” before Pa realizes HER feelings for Ink. Queer disaster siblings if I’ve ever seen any!"

“If you tell anyone about this I won’t be baking the cookies for Chris’ bake sell” Buck said as soon as Eddie stepped through the curtain that separated him from the rest of the ER, Eddie smiled at him.

“Please tell me you’re not gonna say you fell on a bottle and it’s stuck up your ass”

Buck scrunched his nose “Ew, Eddie, no, I have toys for that” Eddie did not blush.

“Then what brings you to my ER tonight, Buck, I thought you were off shift today?”

Buck groaned “I was, I am”

“Okay, then?”

Buck groaned again, and slowly pulled the sleeve of his hoodie up, revealing an already bandaged wound “I tried to do it myself, but it started hurting again a few hours later and I figured better safe than sorry, right?”

Eddie frowned confused and started to remove Buck’s bandage to reveal a burn in his forearm, it didn’t look too bad, not like it had happen during a fire, but the skin was blistering and raw, it looked very painful.

“Buck” Eddie said softly, reaching for the antiseptic cream with anesthetic, that at least would help him with the pain “How did this happen?”

“I might’ve forgotten the basic laws of thermodynamic for a second or two”

“Which means?”

“I was trying to make Bobby’s lasagna, and when I went to put it in the oven…”

“You rested your forearm on the grill inside” Eddie finished, taking another look at the burn and clearly seeing the way the blisters were formed in lines, he shook his head “You’re a firefighter”

“I know!” Buck groaned, “I just, I didn’t think, okay? I’m sorry”
