There’s a lot of things this year that I need to come clean with, and confront and move forward from. Maybe after reviewing last year I’ve come to realise a lot of new ways to think about things. I didn’t think it were even relevant the concept making resolutions brings to the thinking of the new year but I guess some are in order. Time to view things without the restrictions of the views of others and time to let myself know that one day I will do all the things I want. That it isn’t a race to get to do all of those spontaneous creative things I’ve got planned for my future. To acknowledge that it will be in my future. And to put my head down finally and consider how far I’ve come and what I’ve accomplished on my own. Sometimes we spend far too much time making the plans then actually acknowledging when we get there. I’ve gotten one step ahead, a new year, with the path of new beginnings paving my outlook and this time I will ride with it. Try to avoid complications and confusion. Try to put an end to the way I view I should be treated. Try to put a new light on hopefulness. And try to see that things will be okay if you let them. Do not avoid the responsibility that ownership of ones own actions and concepts brings to the understanding of your own achievement. Put time aside to plan things and always remember to acknowledge your achievements. Not through conversation but through deep realisation and a true look into yourself with a breathe that says ‘I’ve done this’. Time. A concept to not understand but just to acknowledge. Acknowledgement. A word I will try and understand over time.
