Hi! So I want to make a Spooky Month OC but I suck at drawing, do you have any tips or advices about drawing characters in the Spooky Month artstyle?

Okay so, I might not be the right person for this, cause I also am not all that great at drawing in the Spooky Month artstyle, but I did some character design at school so I might be able to give a few tips! Please do take everything I say with a grain of salt tho!

Spooky Month's strong suit is definitely character design. It's SO expressive and well done it's genuinely unreal. You might want to know exactly what your character is gonna be doing, or how their personality is gonna be like, because character design in Spooky Month cares a lot about things like these. For example: Radford works at a cinema, so of course he's wearing 3D glasses, but also his HAIR IS LITERALLY SHAPED LIKE A POPCORN.

So maybe decide on a job for your character, and try to start from there, get crazy with shapes and have fun! Spooky Month characters have designs that are both extremely simple to draw, since they use mostly basic shapes, but also are extremely thought out and meaningful. Another example of great character design is Pump

Now, I have no idea if you already had an OC in mind, but make sure to choose the right shapes to represent it. Something I see around in the fandom is people making these OCs that are like, serial killers and dangerous people and stuff, but then give them the "Lila"-like oval head. And honestly, nothing wrong with that, that's a choice you can use! But still, shapes allow us to understand a lot about how a character is just by looking at them. So you might want to experiment around a bit!

Ovals in Spooky Month are the "good" shape, let's just say. Most character with an oval head are sweet, helpful, kind-natured! It's often paired with oval eyes, so it's mostly a shape that's used for not villainous characters.

Circles are a bit more complicated, because Spooky Month subvertes the Circle Characters. While yes, they're also used to draw children, such as Skid and Pump, so they may come off as unthreatening at first, most main villains, such as Eyes, Bob and Dexter Doll (which is meant to represent the likes of a child, so that's a nice contrast), are mostly circle-shaped.

There's a very wide range of Square characters in Spooky Month. Square characters are usually bulky, big and strong. They often come off as threatening (such as Moloch), but there are so many other fun things you can do with them. Like, take Frank. EVERYTHING in his design should alarm us, him being square-shaped, the black eyes, the wide smile. Yet, he has a shape of the eyes that's very relaxed and chill, so we end up trusting him. As for Dexter, he's a mix of circles and squares, so we can't really understand his intentions right away, because he's shaped in the most confusing way possible. He's just made to be unsettling and leaving us to wonder if he's a bad guy or just an oddball.

You can do SO MANY fun things by mixing up shapes of faces and eyes it's INSANE. Also, you can mix up other characters' features to create a new one, if you're planning to do a fankid or stuff like that. Look at Ross, he's literally a mixture of all his parents' features!

My main tips for drawing in the Spooky Month artstyle are mostly

1) Play around with shapes. Be as cartoony as possible.

2) Try to be consistent with proportions, because, based on personal experience, if you draw the pupils of the eyes slightly off it changes the whole character's expression drastically

3) don't worry too much about details, Spooky Month has a very simple artstyle. You don't have to draw a perfectly anatomically correct hand, just whip up some cartoony three-to-four fingers and you're good to go

4) try to redraw some pre-existing screenshots from the serie to get familiarity with the way Pelo draws expressions. It helps a bunch.

Never got to share some of my headcanons for the hfr characters but here we go:

Chai is a blind mf (near-sighted) and needs glasses. Like, right now.

I don’t really know what glasses to give him though. Maybe like John Johanas has. Those could probably suit him.

Korsica is sporty, without a doubt, all about that daily exercise and healthy nutritious diet. What sport would she do though? I think boxing, like with Macaron, would probably suit her, yet I’d also think of kickboxing and maybe some jogging on the side.

On that note, Chai seems extremely flexible, almost if not outright gymnast levels. It remains a mystery for how long Chai had his right arm the way it was before the implant. Maybe he had it like that since he was a baby, but I can imagine him somehow injuring it in his early years, and it was just so severe that he couldn’t get its fine motor skills back. Like, maybe Chai has a degenerative disease that either runs in the family or only affected him due to him being a gymnast.

Or he’s just that naturally flexible and jumpy idk

Another headcanon for Korsica (me fine woman) is that she actually used to play drums and it’s not just a motive that she has in the game with her batons. Maybe she was part of the school orchestra and would only play simple tunes in there, while actually being good enough to pop off any minute. I instantly remember that video “When you’re overqualified for the job” when I think about it.

If the groups were to start a band, then Macaron would def be a piano guy and Peppermint the bass girly.

korsica is absolutely sporty. proof: sporty fit in shop. also she's head of security she literally HAS to stay in shape to spin that thang around. (also idk if it's just me but it's implied her batons are pretty heavy bc there's this one specific scene during her boss fight when the game is like "okay scratch parrying everything!" where she strains JUST a little bit to get into the spinning motion so she is SOOOOO absolutely muscular). ALSO did not think about korsica and macaron sparring!! macaron doesn't seem like the type to spar at his age LOL... but maybe he'd be up for it occasionally post game :0!!

i definitely think he would've tried to stay limber growing up all things considered, he has WAYYY too much stamina if he can beat up all those robots LOL but now that you mention it, he DID practically fold in half at the very end of the first stage... BUT i personally hc he has monoplegia as a result of an accident when he was really young as opposed to something he was born with. i'm by no means a medical expert, but it sounds... medically inaccurate for a degenerative muscle disease to stay in one arm? (if you ask me tho, i think he would have a brachial plexus birth injury IF he were to be born with it, but again) take that with a fistful of salt, i'm not a doctor and i don't know shit

18. The character that gave you the most trouble writing this year?

Already answered, so just to make it short - the Redknapps, since the Lampardverse is all about the Lampard(s) obsession with the Redknapp(s), and ofc that makes the Redknapp(s) hard to read/write/understand, since the only opportunity to see him/them is through the Lampardian gaze. Unreliable narrator, unreliable storytelling, and all that. Currently, I'm writing a Poch/Ange fic and I'm having a trouble to keep Ange's character in the "believable" spot, without making him a Zorba the Greek reincarnation lmao.

27. What do you listen to when writing?

That heavily depends on the story! So for example for "thematic" stories - like Txoria txori - I will listen to something that I imagine the characters listening to (so, in this case, Beti Mugan, Hertzainak, Oskorri...), or something that could accompany the scene if the fic was a movie.

Sometimes I will connect a song with characters for seemingly no reason whatsoever lmao. So for example to write emotional parts of Howe/Tindall fics, I will listen to Weather with you and The sun always shines on TV. I just imagine a movie with them as characters - two guys who weren't close in the playing days, but now are "made" to work together in very shitty circumstances, and they have to do everything on their own (cut the grass, repair stuff around the stadium, plan the trainings, scout the players...), and I just imagine them working their asses off, drinking bad strong coffee, driving for hours in a car together, eating awful egg sandwiches at gas stations, getting soaking wet outside, and growing closer and closer... All to the sound of very 1980s music (well, Eddie is an a-ha fan, so that could work).

But I think I am most productive when I listen to Binaural beats on Spotify, or some vaporwave/mall music with no lyrics, because then I can just concentrate fully on the scenes and sentences.

29. Favorite line/passage you wrote this year?

I am proud of the ending of Just a step from Heaven, hehe. I knew I wanted to end it on a sort of ... cliffhanger? Or, I just wanted the readers to follow Franko's messy thoughts the whole time, thinking "well, obviously he's not right in the head, he's imagining all this and giving it significance but he's unreliable" - and in the end, to realize that maybe he's not just wishing and dreaming and fantasizing, maybe Jamie ... knows. Or wants.

I'll put the rest under a read more cut since it's nsfw-ish and ... unai-esque.

As y'all might have noticed, I'm obsessed with objectum Unai. It's deffinitely more difficult than writing a regular smut I'd say? But it just makes a great opportunity to explore all the sensations that... a person can experience alone? just with their thoughts?

And of course all the stuff about Villa and Villa Park, and stadiums overall. Tbh, I'll never look at stadiums the same. And I might (?) get to go to Birmingham next year? (not just because of this; I have a friend studying in Coventry, but maybe on the way there ... ?)

He needed it to get a sense of any club he's ever been to, to be able to feel what the supporters felt, to walk into a stadium and breathe the club in, see the walls of the stadium, and not think of them as walls of a stadium covered in advertising boards, but to consider them part of the club's identity. Not think of the fastest way to make it past the walls, but think of the generations that have - or will have - seen them and walked along them in the rhythm of collective choreographies of congregation, interaction, rest, and relaxation, passing them in the secular rituals and pilgrimages in the quest of being there, at the stadium, where the club existed in its purest form, not just as a profitable cash-cow in the marketing team's wet dreams. The club wasn't an idea or a brand roaming the globe there; it was real, made of bricks and turf and wood and plastic seats in its colors, and it was tangible, present, smelling of fresh grass and soil and omelette bocadillos and cheap canned beer that was sold nowhere else but the stadiums, but also of the strong gassy smell of petrol that was used for travels to these places of worship. It felt like a piece of home away from home. The ending of the word, it wasn't lost in the air like Paris Saint-Germain or hidden under the tongue like in the name Arsenal  - Villa was a two-syllable whisper ending on a high, having a sense of expectation - Vil-la, Vil-la, there was hopefulness in the suffix; where Arsen-al was closed inwards, Vil-la curled outwards, reaching out to the new heights. He rolled the syllables around in his mouth and could taste them - in a way that no other club has ever made itself known to him.

He usually prefers to just stay under an umbrella on the sand and keep an eye on you.

Calls you every two hours in advance and helps you reapply sunscreen.

He’s very pale so I feel like he burns pretty easily, meaning he needs to reapply super frequently otherwise he will become a tomato. He brings like three bottles of the good shit. Tch, rich boy.

If you ask him to build a sandcastle, he will pretend to be annoyed but do it anyways. Ends up finding it kind of enjoyable.

He has the maids prepare a nice picnic basket for the two of you!! It’s got all your favorite foods plus grape juice cuz y’know.

Of course, he won’t have to resort to such violent lengths. Everyone in Mondstadt knows who Diluc is and they probably know you’re his s/o, so they’re usually smart enough to mind their own business.

If they don’t, don’t worry. Diluc’s glare is more than enough to scare them away.

All in all I definitely recommend a beach day with him! I’ll give it a solid 8/10 (-2 for not wearing floaties and getting in the water with you or letting you teach him how to swim.

🖌Albedo:

You guys definitely 100% take Klee out with you on a beach day.

You guys bring snacks, beach toys like buckets and shovels for optimal sandcastle building, a picnic blanket, etc.

Jean definitely packs a lot more stuff for you guys to take with you than you actually need.

It’s only cuz she’s worried for Klee and is nervous about not being able to go with you guys though! It’s very sweet really.

Klee tries to bomb the fish and cause havoc at the beach 😭

I think Albedo is a good swimmer and gets in with you and Klee so that he can help her (which is very cute omfg)

He’s set total workaholic, as we know, so it took a lot of convincing to get him to put down his experiments and accompany you to the beach (however, he’s particularly weak to yours and klee’s puppy dog eyes so he caved eventually)

Though, looking at you and Klee happily building sandcastles and decorating them with pretty seashells of all shapes and colors, he can’t really find it in himself to complain.

He, of course, takes this opportunity to take out his sketchbook and draw the waves, seagulls, you… Of course he won’t let you see the sketch book no sir. He’s a bit embarrassed to be honest, but an artist such as himself recognizes beauty when he sees it so he simply had to draw you. (God I love him so much)

If a creepy person approaches you,- well don’t worry. The sight of a small arsonist child blowing up fish is enough to scare them away 🥰

At the end of the day, all three of you are all ticketed out. Albedo has to carry Klee back to Mondstadt because the poor baby fell asleep the moment you started drying her hair with the beach towel. You’re, of course, carrying back Dodoco and your bags. (You also manage to sneak a peak at Albedo’s sketchbook and find some very pretty drawings of you and Klee with your sandcastle)

At the end of the day, you guys tuck Klee in and read her a bedtime story (she woke up and insisted). Afterwards Albedo takes you back home and thanks you for coming with you and Klee (which you ofc say wasn’t a problem because how could you not???)

All in all? I’ll give it a solid 10/10. You’ve got tasty food, fun times, your boyfriend and his cute kid adoptive sister (yes I am very biased idc)

🦋Xiao:

I think it would take a lot of convincing to get Xiao to go out on a beach date with you.

He’ll probably see it as a distraction getting in the way of his slaying of monsters and demons.

However, he also worships the grounds you walk on (hehe, simp XD), so I don’t think it’ll take that much convincing on your part (especially because it’s is self appointed duty to keep you safe so if you insist on going with or without him, he supposes he’ll have to go)

Is definitely a bit tense at first. He doesn’t know how to let loose and chill so while you’re sun tanning on a beach chair he’s like 🧍‍♂️ahdgshjsjd

Eventually calms down a bit though! You get him to relax and eat some almond tofu you brought along with you. It definitely gets him to perk up.

I don’t think he would mind getting into the water but I do think he’d rather walk along the shore and collect pretty seashells and sea glass.

He later gives the ones he deems pretties to you (he hands them over to you with a blush on his face and pretends it’s not a big deal and he definitely gets all pouty and grouchy when you coo at how adorable he is)

As for creeps, Xiao is both intimidating and well known in Liyue. No one is brave enough (or, let’s be honest, dumb enough) to approach you with any bad intentions.

Sure, Xiao has sworn never to harm a human/citizen of Liyue but that doesn’t mean he can’t scare the absolute shit out of them.

I think Xiao would definitely enjoy a beach day 🥺🥺. He’d find it very relaxing to go out with you and just hear the sound of waves and feel the sand under his feet.

He’d definitely hint at wanting to do it again later. Of course, he won’t tell you. No, that’s a foolish mortal activity and he has much better things to do.

All in all, I give Xiao a 9/10. It’s a very relaxing day (which he deserves 😤). And you get to see a whole new side of him.

OK SO ORIGINALLY I WASN'T GONNA WRITE ONE FOR HER (at least not in this post) BUT THEN I THOUGHT OF LADY NINGGUANG TAKING YOU TO A WHOLE ASS PRIVATE BEACH

She knows you don’t care about how exclusive the beach you go to is (in fact, the fact that you don’t care about where you are or what you do is one of the things that make her fall more and more madly in love with you) but you deserve the best so she’s gonna go all out.

She’s a busy lady so days like this where the two of you get to go somewhere and be together are few and far between.

She knows it’s hard to be in a relationship with someone who is busy 24/7, so she appreciates how you remain by her side despite all hardships. (Y’all are a whole ass power couple istg)

The two of you spend your day relaxing. Sun bathing, drinking piña coladas, maybe taking a dip in the ocean. It’s all very pleasant!

Ningguang doesn’t quite feel like the type of person who would sit in the sand and make sandcastle, however you’re more than welcome to make some yourself. She finds it endearing <3

If you insist on her helping, she’ll eventually comply. She loves you too much to say no. I feel like she’ll either be terrible at it or like a total architect.

Sand is technically like tiny rocks right? So maybe she can use her vision to help her? If that’s the case, she’s making a replica of the Jade chamber out of sand.

If any creepy person comes up to you don’t worry. Ningguang will buy the whole beach and then use her right of admission as owner to permanently ban them from the beach you’re at.

The only downside to a day at the beach with Ningguang might be that there’s a big chance she’ll be called to tend urgent matters, seeing as she is the Tianquan of the Liyue Qixing and all.

If that does happen, she’ll be sure to make it up to you somehow, whether it be rescheduling or taking care of the matter as soon as possible so that the two of you can get back to your day of relaxation and fun.

All in all?? Lady Ningguang will treat you like total royalty and the two of you will have an amazing time! I give her an 11/10 (she would literally buy a whole beach for you to be comfortable I mean c’mon)

● Prefers being able to see you in front of him, though

● Usually sleeps in an oversized t-shirt or hoodie and shorts, but sometimes you can get him shirtless

Katsuki:

● Likes to be the one holding you

● Is ALWAYS the big spoon

● Other nights you switch, and he really likes putting his head on your chest

● Y'all like playing with each other's hands while you drift off, sometimes even keeping your fingers intertwined in your sleep

● He's definitely more of a big spoon and you like being held in his strong arms. It makes him feel manly to be able to hold you, no matter how big or small you are compared to him

● Will let you be the big spoon every once and a while, but doesn't go for it often (although he does like the feeling of your chest squished against his back)

● He started out sleeping in the classic oversized tee, but after you kept pestering him to take them off, he just kinda sleeps shirtless out of habit now

● When it comes to spooning it's pretty fifty-fifty

● He loves being in your arms but he also loves having you in his

At first I thought about doing a scenario where they turned into cats because of a curse, but I changed when thinking about a tittle to put on the edit. I also changed how this was gonna be write, so know that most of my others headcanons will not be like this — Shiro

⚘݄݃  Lucifer: Even tho Luci was a really good looking cat, most people didn't wanted him because of he being a black cat. A lot of people were afraid or promised violence if he got close, so he saw all the others cats being adopt but not him. Until you came, you had gone directly to the cats area, Luci didn't even bother to directly look at you, he lost hope of being adopted, it really surprised him that you chose him instead of the others cats.

⚘݄݃  Mammon: Mammon as always got in a lot of trouble, even being a stray cat he did a lot of people mad. One time when running from another cat he got on your way, you almost kicked him, but thankfully at that time you had a fast reflex and took your leg off the way. Since then, Mammon always followed you when passed thought that area and one day you simply decided to take him in.

⚘݄݃  Leviathan: Levi was the most shy cat, afraid of everyone and everything. He run away from everyone that tried to get next to him, so it was really difficult to find a owner for him. You were a friend of one of the people that worked in the pet shop, they asked you to get something for them and let it on the shop and you did it. As you had some free time, you decided to play a little with the animals there, you got to the cats area and found Levi in a corner all alone. Tried to play with him, and for the first time he didn't run away from someone, you two played for a time and you decided to adopt him, he was so cute it's impossible to resist.

⚘݄݃  Satan: Satan was a really "savage" cat, always fighting with the others cats and trying to escape from the visitors and staff. No one could tame him easily, he was really fast and scratched everything that gets to close. You decided to adopt a kitten so you went directly to the cats area, getting close to Satan and trying to get him close, he of course attacked you too. But you were persistent, you comeback almost everyday to visit him, so he would feel more comfortable around you before adopting him.

⚘݄݃  Asmodeus: Asmo were the cat that everyone wanted, people looked at him and was immediately enchanted, but he is really picky, so it was difficult for him to find a owner since he rejected most people. Of course, until he saw you, you were the first person he wanted to be close by choice what really surprised the staff, even tho you weren't enchanted as the others you still liked him and decided to adopt it.

⚘݄݃  Beelzebub and Belphegor: Beel and Belphie were both stray cats, they were abandoned by their mom at a really young age. In your way home, you found both cats cuddle up together trying to get some heat from the chilly night, before trying to take them in you checked if their mom had really abandoned them. Since you didn't found the mom cat, you took both in, with some fight from both of them, but they weren't strong enough to stop you.

⚘݄݃  Lucifer: Luci is a really scary cat, no one ever knows what's going on his head, but you know exactly how to read him and you respect his space. Likes to go out during the day, but don't worry he will always comeback, sometimes even with a gift because he's afraid you gonna die of starvation, since in his point of view you have no idea how to hunt and find food.

⚘݄݃  Mammon: Mammon is a really greedy cat, he always wants your full attention and pets. He also give headbuts on everything that in your house, he sees like everything is his so he put his smell on everything and everyone, but specifically on you and your rooms things.

⚘݄݃  Leviathan: Levi is a really anxious cat, he is afraid of everything that makes loud noises and things that move alone. If you want to make something and you know it's gonna make a lot of noise, put him as far as you can and don't let him comeback or he will be really scared and get anxious.

⚘݄݃  Satan: Spite of looking angry by the first impression, since he gets comfortable around you and your house he will start to show a more calm way. Even tho if another cat try to get in his territory he will kick the other cat butt, he is really territorial and don't want to share with anyone besides you. He also is really close to you, sice you're the only human he trust you will never see he going to another person's room.

⚘݄݃  Asmodeus: Asmo really cares about his fur, if you mess it up he will be mad at you and probably attack your feet at night. If you just washed your hand or took a shower/bath and pet him, he's gonna attack your hand and clean himself because how dare you put a smell that isn't his on him. He will try to groom you and if you try to get away he will paw slap you.

⚘݄݃  Beelzebub: Beel really enjoys food, he wants all you can give to him, make some homemade food that are eatable for cats and give it to him, now he loves you forever, just don't do it all the time or he's gonna get really addicted to it. He is really close to Belphie and they cuddle a lot, he is very influenced by his brother in certains things.

⚘݄݃  Belphegor: Belphie is a really lazy cat, is always taking a nap in the most inconvenient places, like on the way to the kitchen, on your laptop/computer and way more places. Sometimes he even get Beel to go with him, so you have two cuddle up cats at places they aren't supposed to be.

⚘݄݃  Lucifer: Squishy mouse. Luci likes to hear the scream of his victims, wouldn't be funny to torture without them begging for help, but for humans the sound it's really annoying so it's recommended to you to go to a different room.

⚘݄݃  Mammon: Glitter ball. He enjoys shining things and what call his attention, so make sure to hide your money, wallet and any jewelry because he will steal them right in front of you.

⚘݄݃  Leviathan: Feather wand. Levi doesn't like toys that make noise, so the best option is a feather wand since even if you beat it on something, it will not make a sound.

⚘݄݃  Satan: Paper ball. It's not really a ball, but he enjoys playing with it so much, if you want him to play just make or find a paper ball and toss it in the same room that he's in.

⚘݄݃  Asmodeus: Mirror. For some reason he really like look at himself in the mirror, but sometimes he try to catch something in the mirror and starts paw slapping it.

⚘݄݃  Beelzebub: Food shaped toy. Any kind of food shaped toy he really appreciates it, just show him the toy and he will happily play with it, you don't even need anything else to make him entertained for a long time.

⚘݄݃  Belphegor: Pillow. You don't understand how he would play with a pillow that's bigger then him, honestly I don't know either but he totally would and after sometime he would get tired and fall asleep on the pillow.

A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?) Lucas can’t really go without affection. He needs a smooch at least before he leaves the house or when he says goodbye on dates. He wants to be reminded that their S/O loves him and that he loves them. It’s as easy as this.

B = Before (What were they like when they had a crush?) Dude would try to impress. With bad jokes. With flexing his guns. He would always ask his crush if they want to come with him and the guys to do whatever. And if they agree he wouldn’t really be able to hide his excitement. It would light a spark of pure joy in his eyes. It would be very obvious really.

C = Confession (What was their confession like?) Regardless of his looks and height Lucas still is a very childish man and he’s not that old either. I would honestly go that far and say that during his life he wasn’t the one confessing often. He usually got confessed to. So when it is actually his turn he would probably get all shy around his crush and he maybe asked Kun for advice as well on how to tell them and what to say since he is not the very best with words.

D = Date (What was the first official date they went on?) I am guessing something cheesy. Lucas may or may not be a romantic person but being all nervous about fulfilling expectations and doing a solid job he would take their S/O out to go an amusement park. He is a child really and his sometimes subtle playfulness is probably what attracts his S/O to him as well.

E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?) Please don’t come for me on this one but I recon he would choose a text. As I mentioned in section C = Confession I imagine him being this popular kid in school everyone had a crush on at least once a week. (We’ve all seen the pics he’s adorable.) That being said he maybe got too used to dumping people interested in him. I won’t say it is the same with his S/O as it was with high school sweethearts but he might just fall back into old patterns due to convenience. Breaking up would still hurt him and still be difficult.

F = Fights (What would fights look like? What are things that upset them?) Honestly: Fights with Lucas would be a pain mainly because he doesn’t see where he’s wrong or what the issue exactly is. He is a very loyal person once fully committed but maybe not the most understanding one.

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?) His emotional way is very gentle. His physical way in terms of hugs and holding hands is too. Simple mind - Simple showings off affection other things we don’t discuss here it is SWF, please

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?) Just like Johnny his arms are insanely long and wrapping them tightly around his S/O is just way to nice to not do it constantly.

He also really radiates the vibes of only being there for the fun and the people only. Lucas is very confident in the way he looks and he is aware of how many thousand people find him insanely attractive. I am pretty sure there are close to no problems when it comes to intimacy but that is something very personal because we know that everyone has at least one issue with themselves which we sometimes could never tell.

J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?) He gets jealous. Not much but he does in general. I am not sure how exactly that would display or how he would show it but overall: Yes he does.

K = Kisses (Are they a good kisser? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?) I hope he is. Okay no honestly, hear me out lmao. Lucas ... is either very excellent at kissing or he isn’t. I just look at him and I really hope he is because that would be so grate and elevate him one step closer to being the complete package. He meets the height requirements. He has the hands to hold his S/O. He surely has the lips as well. Which is also where they like to kiss/be kissed the most.

L = Little ones (How are they around children?) Lucas is the perfect personality type for getting along well with kids. He is goofy enough to play around with them and fun and fool but he is also calm enough to not out-child them and keep an eye on them. He is guiding their playfulness in a way only a few people can.

M = Messages (How often do they text his S/O?) He texts them A LOT when he’s bored. During practice or some random meeting he would get distracted by his phone and text them about how bored he is. Also he would often take pictures or snaps of stupid little things he wants to show them but they’re not around. Speaking of SnapChat: Filters.

N = Night (How are nights spent with them?) Nights out in clubs are hot and fun. Nights out in bars (if they are dates) are hot. Nights out in movie theatre would be so much fun. He would totally get this slushies that turn your tongue in different Colors but would also hold his S/O during scary parts of the movie even though he’s scared himself. Acting all tough

O = Opinion (Would they ask for their S/O’s opinion a lot? How important is it in terms of decisions?) He would ask for their opinion but mainly because he thinks he has to or that they would want to be ask. If it’s about his personal matters. When it comes to mutual decisions it’s different because well of course he asks for his S/O opinion. What they say matters to him and he wants both of them to be comfortable. So when they say that sofa is ugly - it’s ugly.

P = Patience (How easily angered are they?) Getting on his nerves is quite hard I assume. He probably would be the one getting on his S/O’s nerves (most of the time by accident tho.) If it’s something about them that actually bothers him he will be patient and ask them to maybe change that behaviour for a long time before actually admitting how much it is bothering him and eventually raising his voice.

Q = Quizzes (How does a bar trivia night teamed up with them look like?) A complete mess. Lucas once admitted he is not the smartest one and I adore people who are aware of that and own it in their own way. He would still try his best to not let his S/O and maybe other teammates down. BUT he is still an important part of the team: The one who chugs everything for the sake of the cause. IDK I just see him being able to drink a lot. He radiates this frat boy energy help

R = Remember (How much do they remember about their S/O or their relaitonship in general?) Lucas does his best but he is forgetting a lot. He writes it down in his phone. For example there could be a list for his S/O's family member’s birthdays and all their important anniversaries. He may still forget them tho. When it comes to memory Lucas knows it’s not his forté but he is trying hard.

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?) He is maybe one of the most protective boyfriends you will find in whole NCT. He shields his S/O from wind or rain, he corners them in crowded subways. He flags and gets in cabs first. He will shove between his S/O and other guys dancing at clubs casually so they don’t notice. He will tell people to fo k off if they are obviously bothering his S/O. He does it all.

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?) He might be sloppy with everyday chores but he will rather often take his S/O on spontaneous coffee dates or bring home take out aka steal something from the dorm Kun cooked.

U = Unique (What makes them unique as a S/O?) What makes Lucas unique as a S/O is definitely his awareness of his ... stupidity? Now I can see people coming for me for saying this but he once said he is not very smart and he is probably correct about that. His abilities lay more in the practical and emotional/empathic area. So what makes him special is is ability to pull his S/O’s guard down. If they come home from work super stressed he will put their mind at ease by simply talking to them about not so heavy or challenging topic. He will be their save heaven. A place where they don’t need to pretend or to impress. Lucas loves his S/O 190% for their character or quirks and maybe even for their intellect as well but he doesn’t compete with it and is real about himself.

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?) SO. MUHC. He has sloppy days tho but they will mostly never catch him with greasy hair or anything. And also he is in shape and plans to stay that way.

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without their S/O?) He would. If he is not with them for a long time he can feel how he is losing his inner center or balance. Lucas would be fine on his own but honestly exactly just fine.

X = X-Ray (How transparent are they?) Lucas is an open book. He can’t hide anything and he is so easy to fool on like April 1st or some prank they want to play on him. If he’s feeling down they’ll see it. If he’s happy they’ll know it. if he truly loves them it will be on the local news.

Y = Yuck (Everyone has flaws. What is theirs?) Bruh okay. Well. He leaves his underwear everywhere. Or his socks. and he leaves the toilet seat up.

It all started when you stumbled across Not Another Teen movie on your Netflix recommendations while lounging around with your boyfriend one night.

You had heard vaguely about it and mostly seen screenshots of that one scene with the whipped cream still floating around the internet even though it was almost two decades since the movie came out, but you had never thought of actually watching it until now. It was harmless fun, and you two were just trying to find something to serve as background noises while you cuddle anyways. You had your head on Osamu’s shoulder, fiddling with his fingers mindlessly as your mind shifted away from the movie.

Then one and only scene that you could quote from the movie came up, and you perked up temporarily from the comfortable position on Osamu’s chest to see what the hype was about. You snorted when you saw the actor walking out with whipped cream very hintingly located on the body, “God, that is stupid.”

You shifted around, leaning on his arms as you laid down, your attention on the screen weakening now that the one thing that piqued your interest was done and over with. What you didn’t saw was Osamu’s eyes lighting up at the scene, sitting just a little bit straighter as he started scheming in his mind.

His schemes were usually... questionable but for now, you were in blissful ignorance as to what was starting to brew up in his running head.

The movie itself was not life changing by any means and you quickly pushed it to the back of your head. You hadn’t thought of the whipped cream scene ever since you absentmindedly laughed about it that one night and it didn’t come up in any of your conversations either. 

Until the night of your birthday came around the corner.

You had tried so hard to arrange a day off but it seemed like the hr department was not in your favour. Not only did you not get a vacation, but you were also told that everyone in your department was to stay behind until all work was cleared. Needless to say, this had severely dampened your mood. 

You kept whining to Osamu throughout the day, lashing your exhaustion out into your texts. Being the one to stand right in front of all the customers, he could not check his phone often and the number of unread messages he saw when he finally got the time to take a breather had him shook. He stared at the walls of emojis and incomprehensible noises converted into words that were on his screen, his phone still buzzing from time to time as he was scrolling down nowhere near the bottom of the chain of texts.

He had had other plans on what to do that day until everything was blown off because you were stuck at the office, but that didn’t mean he couldn’t do something to make it end on a bang. He thought long and hard, watching as new messages pop up in the chat every now and then, each one with your frustration dripping off of every word.

I have no idea what Bakugou would have done if Izuku died in the sludge Villain accident. Katsuki would definitely be traumatized at this news, so would most of their class and they’d probably do some kind of memorial deal, and over the course of a couple of days Katsuki would slowly descend into madness at watching his class act like they have ever given a single fuck about Deku

Then he would speedball into it, because how dare they grieve over him, non of them deserve to especially not him

He’d be angry for as long as he could, at himself and everyone else, but eventually that’d putter out without anyone stoking the fire, no one else blames his class for feeling sad and no one blames the heros for not existing on every single possible street corner
