After feeling sad and angry and helpless in regards to the evils at play that separate children from parents, I got myself together and wrote letters and signed petitions and did what I could do. It never feels like enough but if enough of us lift our voices we will be heard. While we have a democracy we will use it. Desde abajo subimos. To calm myself, and to take a moment away from the anger, I tested these handmade watercolors from @caseformaking on grey paper and had several moments of quiet and wonder.
