I am Skaro of Shra'kt'lor, though I haven't called that place home in a long time.

3. Tell me about your Creche:

No creche, a monastery in the midst of Chaos. One of many. There isn't much to say. There we were trained, and there I learned to harness my psionic energy to better defend my mind and body, though I left to pursue a different path once that training was complete.

4. I need to know how you fight::

You may be expecting a monk, but the blade says otherwise. A fighter, then. But don't get too comfortable -- how many wizards do you know that can also swing a sword? I am a Zerth. I may prefer a blade to fists, but there is more to my fighting than meets the eye.

Skaro started life as Xa'rok's Dream Guardian, so you'll often see him in the Guardian's armor, but I got too attached to him, so he gets to exist on his own now, too.

In the AU in which he exists alongside Xa'rok as himself and not just the visage of a prisoner the Emperor once met, Skaro was born in Shra'kt'lor and became both a philosophical student of Zerthimon's and a practitioner of arcane-focused fighting, earning himself the honorary and hereditary title of Zerth. He has been around for quite some time -- age undefined but his physical body is somewhere in his 50s -- and in that time grown tired of the us against them mentality that keeps the gith people splintered instead of whole. He left Shra'kt'lor to follow this desire for unification, interplanar-traveled often, and found himself invited to and then a part of the sha'sal khou. He has been working with the organization for years and after meeting Xa'rok in his travels, brought them along into the fold. In this universe, he and Xa'rok are partnered and they continue Xa'rok's work alongside their work for the Sha'sal Khou, as some of their interests align.

So for context Minthara’s husband of the Underdark and father of her daughter’s Guardian form is Minthara. And I can’t get over how she looks because she would absolutely look at @menzoberras like this normally, so? No wonder he got manipulated so easily.

OKAY BUT THIS SCENE SUMS UP BUTCHER IN A HORROR SETTING. Like this whole scene could fit a horror movie perfectly. And you sure as hell know Butcher would be the type to taunt and even make fun of the enemy, no matter what it is. But also, look at him getting bodied but also being crafty enough to even the field. AND how Hughie helps him back like aaaaa, I love it.

so #1, an undeniable slay.

#2, how long do we think he was sitting in the confessional booth waiting for the guy to wake up from ellie's fake vision quest. like an hour? checking his light, practicing his Big Reveal Pose TM? he probably brought a book with him and just shoved it underneath the seat cushion when it was time to show off.

#3, knowing how intensely he studied & continues to study in order to teach himself magic at such an absurdly advanced level without any teachers to formally guide him? and how that level of dedication would absolutely carry over into researching a mark / making sure he had every corner of a confidence scheme nailed down pat? i like to imagine that the day before this meeting was spent with his severely under-caffeinated ass parked at a public library computer, squinting at articles for 'most important things to know about vatican city before you travel' or 'top 10 little-known facts about vatican city' and using the back of his boarding pass to take notes on what would be the best throwaway line to blow off all the usual questions with.

also, he probably woke up still in his travel clothes less than two hours before this scene and had to hustle to get suited up in time for his Dramatic Apparition. the demon blood was boiling so bad in that chapel that it was giving him a killer migraine. he didn't get breakfast so his stomach was growling the ENTIRE time. but all that meant was he had plenty of room to eat UP the runway and that's EXACTLY what the fuck he did.i'm

Stormclaw: Medicine cat by training, but warrior at heart

Meet Stormclaw! A ShadowClan warrior, who’s fate seems to be hanging in the balance every day and has been convinced to become the new medicine cat of ShadowClan. While not a medicine cat by training, he learns quickly from his mentor and quickly succeeds them once they pass on to StarClan.

Despite his new role inside the clan, Stormclaw still possesses a will to fight and die for his clan, despite the fact he shouldn’t be on the front lines. Because of this, he has gained a reputation around the clans to never underestimate him if he is out collecting herbs, as he is more than willing to fight an incoming patrol to protect his clan.

However, he has had talks with ShadowClan’s leader and deputy multiple times in order for them to try and convince him to forgo his old warrior ways and focus on helping the clan as a medicine cat should.

While he agrees to this, he hasn’t stopped partaking in battles, despite the clan holding him back at camp to wait for his time to help.

He does have a softer side to him though. He is very comfortable around clan mates, other medicine cats, and some other cats he has met at gatherings, thus being more open to them about his fears, any aspirations, and of course his feelings towards some of the cats in his clan. While a medicine cat by training, his heart will always lie as a warrior.

And because of this, his ferocity is only matched by his compassion for his clanmates and the love for someone special in his life.

While I don’t have an actual OC just yet, mainly due to me trying to find a good adoptable and not finding any I liked currently, I decided to go to my roots and make an old Warrior’s OC I created back when I first starting roleplaying.
