happy anniversary!

warning: this post is LONG AF! next year i am so not gonna do this - will make a graphic or something instead - because i legit typed for hours. don’t feel obligated to read the whole thing - feel free to scroll down to the sections where you are mentioned.

holy ravioli, i can’t believe legacy is turning one! the last year was chaotic for me real life wise and legacy provided a great place to escape and enjoy writing with my friends. i chatted with so many of you wonderful people and have no doubt i’ll be missing some on this list. if i happen to skip you by accident, just know i love you anyway.

both of my muses went through a lot. yonghwa i’ve had since the very beginning and his journey did turn out differently than i expected. i created him to be perfect on the outside, slowly rotting on the inside. he has a lot of insecurities that he refuse to acknowledge and a crippling greed for money...to the point i legit created a list of free stuff available at legacy and still track his earning. he ended up not deteriorating horribly as i expected due to having an overwhelmingly strong support system. dang it, y’all, i wanted to fuck up my character.

as for daehyung, he’s proven to be the ticking time bomb comedic relief asshole that everyone can’t help but respect for not having his ass kicked out of the company already love - he’ll continue to be a pest and harass people that he find fancy in. career wise, i am surprised he is doing so well despite hating the world and most of the people in it. guess deep down inside he actually cares about acting and finds joy in it. one day, hopefully, he’ll be singing his own ost.

i would like to thank our cute sara, who played yonghwa’s brother @lgcyoon and currently plays @lgcseojin and @lgchana~ sara was one of the first people i plotted with at legacy and i really enjoyed the friendship between seojin & yonghwa. seojin was an adorable tsundere pupper and yonghwa is over-affectionate and secretly appreciated. they had their ups and downs and in season 2 of the future dreams, that really came out. i am glad they were able to work through their issues and i think that is why their friendship feels so believable to him. seojin also had a part in daehyung’s life...can we get that communal shower yet, buddy? yoon, though you are too busy to play him now, will always be yonghwa’s doting older brother. i don’t think i’ll put up that wanted connection again because yoon is so perfect and yonghwa already latched onto him with both legs and arms.

second up, i gotta thank my girl gabby for always being there. @lgcparkdohyun and yonghwa’s brotherly bond is incredibly strong and in fact, one of my best plots to date. we’ve essentially plotted them out from diaper days and they are as close as two guys could be without screwing each other, really. we’ve also been here since the beginning together and high fives man, our boys technically both made it.

@lgcxcharlie is yonghwa’s supportive girlfriend and she is so adorable. a much needed ray of light in his life. funny thing is that they met a long time ago, via bread. did charlie know that she’ll end up getting a boyfriend out of her kind bread donation? see, this is what happens when you feed a hungry cat - he’ll keep following you for more. now you are just going to have to keep him~

for my beloved rose who plays @lgcjude, @lgcjina and @lgcwon, i love youuu. with them on tour together and sharing a room, i hope jude is not annoyed yet by the fact yonghwa keeps on climbing into his bed. as for jina - hello, fellow season one winner, high fives. they might have to keep some distance due to opposite gender, but at least they’ll always have that respect for each other. now won, sorry, the devil is never letting you gooooooo. he’ll continue to harass you for years to come.

@lgcseolmi + @lgcichika & @lgckit - my typo queen nam~ we haven’t known each other for very long but damn did you rise quickly on my favoritism list. i love you lots, even though you are a dork who can’t spell anything right! :3c we’ve threaded already with the girls and now i am waiting for the new baby boy!

my al is the best person for cat gifs ever. every so often, i’d get a cute gif and feel my happiness grow. in fact, like we talked before, you send me so many cat pics that i believe you are a cat and will treat you like one. pet pet pet pet! @lgcinsoo and @lgcyue are both great babies, but you know i have bias towards our insoo. he is such a kind, loving puppy and both of my characters appreciate him. one more obviously than the other.

em, how the hell do you post so fast even though you got three characters? also, how on the earth have we managed to talk so long without doing a single thread together? oh wait, shoot, it is me isn’t it? @lgcaaron is still waiting on his starter and my ass typed this long af thank you note instead of that hohoho-

i still have so many boys i want to interact with for the project origin group but those i’ve already had a chance to thread with, i’ve all loved. our @lgcxpv is a wild child but so precious in yonghwa’s eyes. we’ll always have their shower scene to reflect back on. also, your precious max is one of dae’s only semi-acknowledged friends. our @lgcxhaneul is the sweet mandu that will keep on getting squished by his loving hyung. we love @lgcseul who deserves all the hugs and @lgcminjun, who will definitely become one of yonghwa’s favorites. @lgcjiho & @lgcharu are both soft cute boys that i am still planning on hitting up more.

though we’ve only had one thread, i strangely really enjoyed the interaction between yonghwa and @lgceunho. i feel like they still have more to explore and hopefully will find themselves together in a future event!

also jia, we’ve been around since the very beginning too. i miss writing together. @lgchyunjin should come and love on yonghwa more. ; v ; we are the early day boys ya knowwwww. i enjoyed chatting with you on twitter, can always count on you to be around liking people’s posts to show support.

lately, i’ve also gotten to plot with @lgcsubin, who is a sensitive boy with depth. i love his character and i hope to write more with you, nic! also, thanks for being around and asking what’s wrong whenever people are upset. i think it is so precious.

stef, i am so glad you joined legacy and see, it is fun, right? daehyung will continue to bully @lgcxjunghwan but he does it in an affectionate way, alright? love to lulu ( @lgcminseok) & simone (@lgctee) for always being there to chat about stuff~

jen, thanks for teaching me how to gif. i’ve enjoyed our chats via discord and we should do it again sometimes KEKEKEKEKE @lgcxjinah and @lgcxjongsuk both have their places on my character’s heart - i love them both!

here, i just want to acknowledge some of the people that dropped but still had a huge impact on yonghwa’s life. i don’t know how many of y’all will remember them, but back in the day, yonghwa had a best friend called kiyoung and a crush on yujin. when those two dropped at the same time, oh, that was a huge blow. thank them both for being a part of his life. also, jane was a heavy loss for me because i adore her quirkiness. bobby come back, you can blame it all on me.

lastly, i want to thank all of the mods for their hard working maintaining the rp! thanks so much, legacy wouldn’t be fun without you!

for the head admins, i have a few extra blurbs because we’ve been together for a whole year. for our admin l, you’ve worked hard. it is not easy to run events and i feel like i’ve definitely pushed you with some difficult questions before. i am glad we are friends and get to chat often about random tidbits. i am also happy you are taking time for yourself and taking care of real life concerns. your wellness is always the priority! character wise, i have a feeling @lgcmiso and daehyung will actually get along well~

marie because i can’t even remember what is your official admin letter OTL i just remember you as the mother of merlin and writer of @lgcxking. it is not like i don’t like jin, but that king is the one i had the most threads with. i really love yonghwa and king interaction because in a place where everyone must be civil and friendly, their hate for each other is so damn refreshing. i still think five years from now on they’ll be friends, but not before trying to claw out each other’s eyeballs first over their smutty fanfics. sorry for keep harassing hyuncheol and calling him papi, please continue to feed me merlin content. he is the best boy.

FINALLY admin g our grace you are so awesome. i can always count on you to hear me bitch for the two minutes before my angy fade and for last minute cramming. on the week before date lottery is due and i am wailing pathetically for my points, grace is always here to pull through! @lgchanbyul and yonghwa as on screen couple is actually pretty adorbs. also @lgcjaesun, thanks for dealing with daehyung as a dorm mate. the devil is gone now but his influence will always be there

i have so many more people i want to mention but only so much time. just know i appreciate everyone. thanks for a great year, hopefully there’ll be many more!

V Watches MagiReco - Episode 8 Review

*Spoilers for Magia Record Anime Episode 8*

Okay, I was not expecting to enjoy this week’s episode as much as I did! :O From the anime’s pattern so far, I was fully expecting a slower episode with less action as they introduced the next main character (in this case Sana), but this episode had a lot of deviations from the game that did a lot of good, in my opinion!

Lots of positive things to say again for this review ^0^ And no, it’s not just because of that Kanagi “cameo” (even though there WILL be at least one paragraph of me screaming about that LOL you have been warned) xD

I think the slower pace of this episode gave us a really good chance to see how the main characters have adjusted and truly integrated themselves into their new lives. We see Iroha starting at her new school, Felicia starting her part-time job at Banbanzai, Tsuruno visiting to deliver bento boxes for Iroha and the two going to school together... so many small details that seem unimportant to the plot but really give us a good picture of the characters’ new lives and relationships. And that’s really important stuff. They seem to have taken a longer time and really drew out the introduction of this new Rumour rather than immediately rushing into the next one, and this gives the main cast some room to breathe and just be themselves, and also gives the audience a sense of some time having passed as well.

It was also really nice to see Rena back! Seems strange to me that Momoko wasn’t with her, but I was starting to worry that Momoko’s team would be forgotten and pushed to the background, so I was quite pleased to see them still popping up every now and then. The episode also gave us some quality Iroha and Rena bonding, which is kind of bittersweet when you consider that both of them either don’t have friends or always find themselves somehow isolated from the crowd. Rena is still a prickly little tsundere, but seeing her waiting for Iroha and giving her more information and talking with her really put a smile on my face :) I really want Rena and Iroha to be able to make more friends, and it’s super cute when the new friends are none other than each other ^^

Also, the thing about Kaede is really interesting. I’m sure this is an anime-original plot point, but I’m wondering how this is going to tie in with Sana’s arc, or any other part of the Main Story. Rena confirms that Kaede hasn’t actually disappeared; she still comes to school, but rushes home immediately after and doesn’t talk or reply to anyone. We also see her at home with all her plants at the beginning (cute!). I’m guessing she’s still traumatised from that Doppel experience and hasn’t figured out what’s going on, so is too afraid of getting close to her friends in fear of hurting them? Whatever they’re planning, I hope it has some relevance to that post-credits scene in episode 5 so we get some closure to what actually happened and the scene won’t seem so “cool but random” lmao.

Alright imma get this out of the way. (Feel free to skip this paragraph if you’re not interested in hearing me gush about my queen.) K A N A G I I Z U M I. If anyone reading this has been following my past MagiReco posts or knows anything about me at all, you’ll know that I’m absolute trash for Kanagi Izumi xD My best girl may be Iroha, but Kanagi is a character I really admire, respect, and adore. Anyway, I saw the official MagiReco Twitter account post about a Kanagi rate-up banner and was hella confused but excited because my queen was not supposed to appear until... at least until Tsuruno is captured by the Magius and Felicia and Sana have returned. So I guess it makes sense that it was in the form of a “mysterious person on the phone” rather than an actual debut, but gosh as soon as I heard her voice I almost lost it AHHHHHHHHHH （♥>ｏ<♥） This eases any fears I had of her being cut from the anime (I would have hunted down the studio if they made that decision LOL); not only is she not gonna be cut, but they gave her a surprise, mysterious, early introduction, too?!?!? YASSSSS (ᗒᗨᗕ)

Yachiyo’s phonecall with Kanagi is a surprising change to make because Kanagi’s presence is really “not very relevant” at this point, but I guess they really wanted to show how big the Wings of Magius' influence is. As Kanagi says, they’ve taken most of the girls from the East by now. I’m wondering what anime-onlys would feel about this scene, since they probably have no idea who Yachiyo is talking to. If anything, it would probably add to the mystery surrounding Yachiyo (which I hope the anime goes into soon). I was a little conflicted at first because I really wanted Yachiyo’s first contact with Kanagi to seem like a “we haven’t spoken in ages but desperate times call for desperate measures” kind of thing, because with this scene, the next time they "openly” contact her won’t have that same impact. But then the more I think about it, the more I think this might actually be for the better. Kanagi’s introduction into the cast won’t feel like such a “random” thing (like, “oh wait, who are you and since when were you so important?”); Yachiyo has been in some degree of contact with her and she was “there" all along. So yeah, a good change in retrospect, and I’m never gonna say no to seeing (or hearing) more of Kanagi so I’m all for this change either way LOL

Okay enough rambling about Kanagi (OTL I’m so sorry). Felicia working at Banbanzai is just SO CUTE!!! She’s like a cute little gangster omg those glares and “HUHHH?!?!?” (I’d be scared too, Iroha) xD I think the character that’s gotten the best portrayal in the anime so far really is Felicia. And also the reveal that the reason for her getting into a fight and being sent to the police station was because she was defending Yachiyo and Iroha? CUTEEE OMG I LOVE THIS CHILD!!! She also has a really good sense of fashion hehe :D

The little snippet in there with Ui, Touka, and Nemu may seem a little out of place, but I was actually quite relieved to see them. Every week the anime is throwing new characters at its viewers, so I was worried that anime-only viewers wouldn’t even remember who Touka and Nemu are when they’re eventually revealed to be the Magius. I think it’s good to keep drilling them into viewers’ minds so as not to lose that “OMGGG” factor when they make their proper debut. Also it’s adorable how Ui throws teddy bears in their faces to stop them from arguing LOLLL

The radio show was a really good way to not only sneak in tiny “cameos” of other girls (I think it was Rika and Kanoko this week), but also give a nice picture of life in Kamihama. There’s a sense that Iroha really is a part of this city now, and it’s such a nice feeling to see everything “falling into place;” we’re no longer in those inconsistent and uncertain “introductory” episodes anymore, even though we still have one more major character to bring in. And the laughter coming from the phone is super creepy--cute, but in a really creepy way. All the illustrations for when they were talking about the Rumours this week were also really, really well-done. I have nothing much to say about them except “sasuga Inucurry” haha xD

I really was expecting Madoka and Homura to appear this week, but I guess we may have to wait a little bit more for that >_< BUT Tsukuyo did appear again in her “civilian” form! Iroha chasing her into that building was also a really nice change the anime made; some things really need to be animated for full impact, and I’m loving these minor changes and how much more they add to the characters and atmosphere! Anyway, Tsukuyo seems a lot more menacing here compared to her dine-and-dash incident in the game lmaooo, and I wasn’t expecting a Witch battle!

Speaking of Witch battle, I think this might be one of my main letdowns with this episode: I just really want to see Iroha fight more. I appreciate that she’s proactive in seeking answers and brave enough to jump into these situations despite knowing that she’s weak, but she hasn’t really contributed much in battles so far except a few Connects and using her Doppel. I want to see my girl Iroha go all-out and kick ass with her arrows!!! But it was nice to see the rest of Team Mikazuki showing up so quickly; there’s a real sense of them being an actual team now, and they’ve always got each other’s backs! It would have been nice if the rest of the team got to fight as well rather than Yachiyo taking all the spotlight, but at least Yachiyo was super cool haha (as usual). But the battle clearly isn’t the point of this episode, so I won’t pick on it too much :)

By the way, that Mami appearance was super random. When I saw the ribbons and flowers, I almost thought she was going to appear as Holy Mami for a second. At least we know she hasn’t lost her head just yet ;) The appearance was random, but from what they offered, at least we know that Mami is still either in Kamihama or coming to Kamihama regularly to investigate, and while she was suspicious of Iroha in the past, she went out of her way to help her this time, which was a nice touch.

Anyway, now that Iroha has finally replied to the mysterious messages, we might really get to meet Sana (and Ai-chan) next time! Maybe Madoka and Homura, too! But yeah, this episode is a prime example of one where not much seems to happen, but a lot actually does happen and there’s plenty to pull apart and discuss when you really think back on it. Clearly Kanagi took half my attention and feels this week, but I’m definitely having lots of warm and fuzzies seeing Team Mikazuki doing normal, everyday things together. Seeing Felicia added to the OP was expected but still a treat (the way she bobs around on the spot is SO CUTE!), and I can’t wait for the family to finally be fully formed!

(Also, Yachiyo looks gorgeous in anything she wears, seriously.)

Babylonia Section 12~Section 13

Back again with another 9 more chapters to complete this Singularity! And another 10 to 2 weeks+ before the final Singularity... With the amount of apples coming to complete up to the latest, looks like the Final Singularity feels sort of a good place to grind from what they’re implying? Only time will tell when it comes!

Section 12

The game plan to start defeating Quetz begins! Before heading to Ur, some disease affecting people in Uruk... And woah, that’s really nice of Quetz to give the gatekeeper food despite butchering people...

Guess with what the gatekeeper said, maybe there’s a way to come to a mutual understanding? At least without tossing us into the air first OTL

And... Before we could wonder further on Quetz’s motive to help Gorgon... THERE YOU ARE, GRAVE ROBBERY OR GRAVE ROBBER THAT STOLE DEAD BODIES OF URUK’S MEN!

Thankfully some reason or another, Jaguar Warrior doesn’t have that NP buff for this fight. So, blasting her to death shouldn’t be much of a problem! Other than her spamming her 1st skill most of the time >.>

While fighting her, Mama Emiya... You’re responsible for your words last time. Yes, Servants died too when they are killed... Oh okay, so she’s a rogue Servant and not an ally of Quetz huh...

Aaaaaaand done! We bribed our way with Jaguar Warrior by complimenting her. Are every Servant in Babylonia that easy to be bribe except Tiamat-Gorgon’s crew?

At least we got ourselves a good guide to get to Quetz’s temple! Though we have to deal with ex-allies after Jaguar man hit her third ascension before changing back later

3 waves of beating her ex-minions later, we arrived at Ur. Oh thank god! The soldiers were alive?! Woah, she kept you guys alive which is good but huh? Oh they died but they were revived... For her own army...

Damn, this is going to be difficult to convince her... And as we shifted to night, looks like Ishtar dropped by again. Some heart-to-heart conversation on the view of the strong and weak to survive. And Ishtar, you were there with us when we recruited Jaguar Warrior. Why do you sound surprised when we did it?

You know, every time she sneezes, she reminded me of Lunch from Dragon Ball. At least her blond-haired split personality is nicer than nasty black-haired one. By the way blond-haired Ishtar, the most effective way to beat the crap out of Quetz is when you got Servant who don’t even fall under good and evil

Because that’s how DW tortured us! Huh? Fou being a beast of disaster? You’re kidding that a cute companion is one despite him kicking ass at Merlin when the latter deserved it? Blonde-haired Ishtar is just as strange as her usual self

Next day, we arrived at Eridu. Five to four more days left before Gorgon invades Uruk... That’s some “unique” weapon to destroy Quetz’s divinity while the Servants fight with her... Regardless, let’s defeat Quetz and get her to join us! While 9 Wvyren and 1 Sphinx blocking our way to get to the temple!

Arrived at the temple with Marduk’s axe located, we’re greeted by Quetz who’s been waiting for us! And there’s a scary face for someone who keeps prisoner as punching bags for Luchador!

Definitely angry at Jaguar Warrior for her betrayal but... Quetz really have a screwed up view on humans there!

And with the hooded man’s words... Yeah, for once I really agree for the second option to not come to mutual understanding with her. Humans aren’t your fucking toys to play around when you’re bored!!

With Guda’s given their own view in the meaning of fighting, time to kick some Luchador with her!

I changed again for the setup at least in attempt with a borrowed Herc-chan and his Bond CE and Jeanne to keep him alive... All Taunters unleashed to avoid her NP on both Herc-chan, but her crits are a fucking bitch when it boils down just with her second option!

While the rest are dealing with her story wise, we reached the top and...! The Gudas which I also could understand... Despite her views, she’s still a decent person too.

Now this is interesting, a human Master vs a Goddess in a wrestling fight! XD And they regret their words too, so much for that courage LOL Landed into her boobs.... Seems like she saved us after that happened and even earned her respect to join us now!

Section 13

After calming down from that skydive jump, Quetz has joined the party. Again, everyone excepts Mash and Gudas knows who Ana is, but looks like it’ll still be a while before we find out her True Name.

Ishtar and Quetz gets along well expectedly, also finally about the axe... Of course Jaguar Warrior behind the background for a while... Was thoroughly ignored LOL Or at least that way, no bloodfest is needed since their lores are eternal rivals

Back to the axe, seems like getting axe is not a issue... Until 3 Spriggan who hates Divine Servant used as a defense system against Gods that wants to misuse the axe!

Now that’s gone, guess we just need to wait 3 days for Quetz to bring the axe to us. We get a leeway to have a tour around Eridu by Quetz herself! In there, looks like more cryptic warnings about our fight to Tiamat was translated with Merlin’s help in the Cylinder seal.

Yo Emiya, looks like the Gudas really learned well from you in getting their harem here! XD You’re having a tough life here, Gudako in particular for her harem with women XD

Night has arrived again, blonde-haired Ishtar decided to drop by visit us again! Other complimenting and scolding us about the goddesses, we still need to be careful of Gorgon-- WOAH WOAH, YOU’RE HAVING A FEVER GUDAS!

Seems like we get a day off to rest while telling her stories about all the 6 singularities

Glad that she enjoyed it regardless, even glad she likes humans too. Ah too bad we have to end things when sun’s getting up... A pity regardless :/ But 4 days of Gorgon’s arrival isn’t something to enjoy and relax about!

Home at last in Uruk! But... Wait, what’s going on? Gatekeeper isn’t there to greet us like before...

.................................... WHAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaT?!!?!??!?!?!!?

K-K-KING GILGAMESH... NO... NO WAY.... HE PASSED AWAY?!!!?!?!?!

Both Gudas and Merlin are equally angry at what had happened to him too. With a flashback with King Gilgamesh being himself as always, seems like he overworked in his new project to protect Uruk.... Which eventually, for that 5 minutes of rest....

With heads cooled down, someone did assassinated him. But, along with people in Uruk too... Hold on, Ishtar isn’t part of the alliance!! And now we finally knew the third goddess’s identity, Ereshkigal!

Seems like a bit of backstory of Ishtar and her sister.... And turns out because of Ishtar being summoned, her sister was summoned too.

Once again, it’s time to take a trip back to the underworld and save King Gilgamesh! As usual, 3 days left with one of it to save King Gilgamesh out of that hell!

I’ll end it here since the following chapters are more or less split up in different post to keep this blog alive. Especially Christmas event is coming, I’m going to grind those lottery boxes for my JP Servants!

Thoughts/Review: Beyblade Burst ChouZ episode 30 (THANK YOU SUOH)

Man, these next few eps are gonna be intense ^^ It’s still a fun ride though ^^ You never realise how much you miss characters until they reappear again...

As ever, spoilers ahead, so under the cut, we go~

To sum up the episode, Hearts beats Aiga’s ass (THANK YOU), Aiga doesn’t respond well, and Suoh calls Aiga out on his bullcrap (bear in mind Suoh departed before Aiga’s resonance went out of control), also telling Fubuki about Aiga. We also get a further look into what happens physically when someone’s resonance deepens.

If I didn’t want to smack Aiga over the head before this ep, I do now. The boy was the epitome of a sore loser this episode and it irritated me to no end. If he lost, he ran away. That’s not how you deal with it.

Props to the principal for at least trying to get through to Aiga, he was saying really encouraging things that I think Aiga needed to hear...Aiga just wasn’t around to hear them OTL (I am surprised Shinoda hasn’t keeled over from stress by this point tbh). Eventually, the message will go through, it’s just a matter of when. So far whenever anyone tries to get through to Aiga, it’s always interrupted (Naru, Xhan, I love the pair of you but your timing isn’t brilliant).

I don’t think I’ve loved just watching a special move like Dead Gravity; spinning/circling things is one of my favourite things to watch (...okay my love of Bey now makes sense when I say that), and it’s an extremely satisfying move to me (the fact it’s purple makes things 10x better as well).

So Hearts introduces the physical bond between blader and bey; the bey takes damage, the blader feels it. Aiga feels this in the same battle, but unlike Hearts, isn’t used to it. (Hearts just seems to be used to it, in fact, accounts for it during this fight)

^ I don’t think I have ever been so happy to see the main protagonist lose.

It makes sense for Aiga to lose; he needs a wake-up call that there is always someone stronger than him, plus he has a lot to learn still.

Pay attention to the thing Evel talked about (the “Dead Gran” place), that’s gonna come up real soon. Not sure how, but probs through Aiga heading there. I am curious to see what it is, I’m hoping it's not a Snake Pit 2.0 bc yikes. The whole “you can get stronger here” thing makes me think it might be along those lines though. (Aiga took the letter at least, so that gives me hope it’ll be through him)

Suoh was just a gem in this episode and I enjoyed watching him react to the situation. He’s not really been involved with the whole possession plot, yet could pick up that Aiga had changed drastically. An outsider’s perspective can sometimes be the most useful (hell, this is why a beta reader/sth similar is so useful for writers because they have a different perspective to the writer), so Suoh’s view on Aiga’s situation is much welcomed. Suoh has a very straight-forward opinion on what’s going on and comments that Aiga’s changed, before provoking Aiga into having a battle with him.

After seeing that basically Aiga’s relying on resonance and getting worse, Suoh apparently decided to talk to Fubuki about it. (Probably since Fubuki is the one closest to Aiga that Suoh can talk to) Suoh makes it very clear during this conversation that Aiga is on a slippery slope and has potentially changed permanently. Fubuki seems to try to justify what’s going on and say that he’ll bring Aiga back, to which Suoh simply states that it is no use. I didn’t quite catch the last part but it’s overlaid with visuals of a clearly unhappy Aiga training, with these ominous purple eyes. (Note: Hair is not a red firework so Aiga isn’t in resonance form...but those eyes aren’t anything good)

As for next week... I’m gonna be saying this a lot but next ep is gonna be intense. Shu’s back, Free’s back, Kyle’s back, Valt is making Chouzetsu Valkyrie... A lot to deal with ^^ It’s gonna be good ^^

Overall: Fun ep, some hints at future events, but an ep I will go back to (mostly just to watch Aiga getting his ass kicked)

30 FIRE EMBLEM HEROES ASKS

1: how long have you been playing FEH?

Since its release. I think I waited for a week or something to actually download it as I was busy with exams and stuff so my boyfriend was the first to download it and was telling me too much stuff about it so I gave in.

4: who did you choose to summoner support, and why?

Chrom, because I couldn’t choose anyone else instead of my husband I’ve finally finalized his built some time ago and he’s a beast that survives everything apart from blue mages! (Totally not abusing this chance to show off my husband… he was so expensive, gosh)

(my pride and joy *wipes off tears* … Aether because he’s savaging TT atm, but usually he carries Bonfire. Distant Def was such a game changer as he survives red and green mages now and kills them in player phase… don’t underestimate that absurd HP pool)

5: do you ally support units based on ships, or synergy?

I’m so horrible at this because I swap units a lot so I ally supported only Chrom and Robin(F) (Ship obviously) and Xander and Reinhardt (Synergy). Although Robin and Chrom are also part strategy as in ideal situation I would ally support male Robin but Female is better in cleaning blue units which Chrom sometimes has trouble with. If one day feh brings back Spring event and I obtain Spring Chrom I would ally support him with Male Robin and build one Robin just for him. (^u^)

7: do you prefer using top tier units, or favorites regardless of tier?

I use my favourites whenever I can (the ones that I have) but you can’t obviously clear missions, quests and all maps without top tier units. But for arena defending team and active team I try to include as much favs as I can. I’m unfortunate that some top tier units I really couldn’t care less about and am always angry when thinking that some of them are so op but some of my favs really useless…

10: favorite cavalry unit?

My imaginary Leo that I don’t even have yet but has a prepared built for when he decides to come home.

A serious answer would be Xander and Spring Xander. Spring Xander is so underappreciated but he’s a wonderful wall and does wonders when used correctly. Mine’s build is not even finished yet but still kicks ass.

11: favorite flier unit?

Cordelia. Sporting a wonderful quad-hit build she’s basically the only flying unit I use. But I use her as often as possible and she’s part of my “main” team as she takes care of Chrom reaching all the targets he needs. :)But I wish to build a good Subaki one day (all for using favourites tehehe).

12: favorite armored unit?

This is the category of units I only use when quests ask for them tbh. The lack of mobility doesn’t suit my battle style at all. But Black knight is the one I use most often.

13: favorite infantry unit?

Hahahahahaa, this is like asking which is your favourite Pokemon. Well, Chrom would be the most obvious choice as my absolute fav, but as units I really appreciate Kagero, Arvis, Nino and Young Tiki. Also, I just recently got a +spd Takumi and am so excited about building and playing with Quadumi (like regular Takumi is okay but he lacks power… enemies keep staying alive and killing him in return as he’s weirdly fragile). Runner ups are raven tomes, my two Robins and Sophia, which are so fun to use, and new performing Azura as the extra buffs after a dance are sooooo useful (even tho she’s the least fav character out of the 4 performing dancers I ended up using her all the time). I don’t have a 5 star m! Kamui but he would fit my battle style well so I imagine he will be on the list one day that I finish him. :3

14: favorite limited unit?

Out of those that I have - it was Spring Xander for so long (well, to be honest, he was my only limited unit) but these new dancers are so gorgeous and useful that there is a competition right now for this prestigious spot.

I will take liberty and say that my fav limited units are Spring Chrom and Spring Leo, because they are obviously biased favs that I will never stop regretting not getting… AND CHRISTMAS ROBIN OH GOSH I CAN’T WAIT FOR THIS EVENT TO FINALLY HAPPEN!!!! I will be so devastated if I don’t summon him…

15: favorite dancer unit?

Ah, here we are… Performing Azura, as she’s the best support out of all but I really don’t like Azura as a character so I’ve got a problem with this. To be honest, my Inigo and Shigure are not finished yet so they are not performing the best they could. Atm, performing Olivia is the only dancer I’m using without regret and am quite happy with her (if only she had a slightly better attack to be a good user of a poison dagger). Plus her art raises the beauty of my team for 100000%, so that’s a plus as well.

16: favorite colorless unit?

Kagero. And performing Azura. And I have a feeling I will love my Quadumi once he’s finished. :3 (If only I had Kagero that wasn’t -atk that would be glorious OTL).

19: favorite voting gauntlet match?

Nothing will ever top Chrom vs. Ephraim. I’m so sorry for whoever thinks that anything can be more epic than that. That was a true battle between two same armies and even without multiplier that match so intense all the time. Also, no grudges afterwards. Even though Chrom lost I respected Ephraim’s team so much and was so grateful for that match.

20: any ideas for a future gauntlet?

Nohr vs. Hoshido has to happen someday. Other than that I wasn’t thinking about them that much. I would love to see more limited units voting gauntlets too. ^^

Oh yes, I just remember running into someone’s else post about the Fates retainers wars! That would also be so fun and unpredictable imo as retainers are really not in the top fav characters so I think the result would be really hard to predict here.

24: name one character you’ve always wanted to summon but have never been able to

Already answered so I’ll just copy-paste the answer:

LEO (both summer and regular) AND ALM! I had just the worst luck with summoning them when they were featured on the summon banner and I spent so many orbs… *cries forever when thinking back on all those orbs*I am still hoping to get them every time I summon red orbs regardless the minute chance for that happening as they are both 5star exclusives in red colour which is full of units. Oh, and BOEY as well… although he’s not that rare (as a 4 star unit) I still haven’t managed to summon him, even though I was summoning green orbs for multiple banners but no luck. I am not too worried as I guess it’s just a matter of time… with green pool not being that large and as he can be summoned as a 4 star unit. I just wish for my favs to come to me so I can build the most biased teams full of favs forever…

Spring Chrom would be here as well but as that was a first limited summon event I wasn’t that much invested and found the idea silly so I wasn’t really trying to summon him but now I regret not caring so much… So I wish I was trying to summon him back then and hope that event will be back.

25: which unit do you hate summoning the most?

Stupid Seliph oh gooooosh. I get so much of them it’s crazy…. and of course I summoned a 5 star of him… He sucks as a unit, can’t be used as a fodder and is from a game I haven’t played so I couldn’t care less about him… every possible con of summoning him comes together.

But Soren came really close recently as he fits some of the abovementioned categories as well... Plus, he could have been Boey, so that’s why I hate him >:C

28: which unit(s) would you like to see added in heroes?

KAZE. What’s happening with him not being in already, INTSYS????? He’s an avatar’s retainer for christ’s sake!

And I am excited for when they start including the second generation of Awakening/fates (with their regular designs that is). I’m so excited for Kiragi, Morgan, Faust and Cynthia! And regular Shigure oh gosh, just please let their art be beautiful. ;u; But basically, just give me Kiragi so I can ally support him with his papa ;;;;u;;;;

29: which units artwork is your favorite?

OOooooooh, a good one. But there are so many gorgeous ones and I am such a sucker for fe art diversity~

So the first that I thought of were Alm, Corrin(M), performing Olivia andAttack art of Takumi (so dynamic and full of details wow), but just to be sure to not miss anyone I went through all units and these are other units whose art I swoon over (I don’t have all of them, unfortunately ;;n;;): Ryoma, Boey, Robin(M), Spring Xander, Summer Leo, Arvis, Berkut, Felicia and Sakura.

Of course, I am also very biased so even though at first I didn’t like Chrom’s artwork I am now very attached to it (especially attack and damage pose oh gosh). I still wish he got some other artist to do him justice and make him less two-dimensional…

30: which units artwork is your least favorite?

This new Arden unit, Lloyd, Ogma, Eliwood and Jagen are the units I really despise looking at. But Lilina, Cecilia, Ike and Marth are my least favourites on the other end of the spectrum... I just very much dislike heavily saturated colours with simple shading (Roy is at least cute, so he’s forgiven). And Rebecca, holy shit what’s happened to her eyes... Soren is in here somewhere too because of the poor choice of colours and that weird shading technique.

aka my new trash fandom.

My friends and followers and various unfortunates that have gotten caught up in this blog, I have fallen into a trashcan into dumpster into a mostly metaphorical but technically literal fire and I cannot get out.

In other words, I’ve start playing this otome game that was released just a few months ago called Ikémen Sengoku: Toki wo Kakeru Koi by Cybird. I started in the first week of September and, guys, I’ve sunk deep. People in real life are like: “bro, u trash,” and I’m like: “nah, guys, I mean, like, yes, but also no. this thing is amazing and also, I have no shame in me left after my decade-plus years of internet adventures.”

But, tbf, Warhammer 40k----> Ikémen Sengoku is a bit of a dive.

Dive— geddit? “Dive”? Because you dive down. Into trash. Until you’re submerged??

I’m funny. I promise. And literally there is no shame in me about this because holy crap.

Personally, I blame 4am!me. 4am!me is highly suggestible and there was an advertisement for the game on Facebook when I was procrastinating and then I downloaded it and then yea.

But how could I resist once I started? It’s such an excellent game?? The storyline so far has proved compelling and the main character (MC) actually has a real and relatable personality. The art is amazing (everyone is hot lol) and the voices fit so excellently and I scream??? The dudes respect the MC?? The MC kicks actual ass??? There is no non-con????? <--- I mean, I’m fine with non-con but it was really weird to find out that there is no non-con that actually goes through with the, you know, non-conning.

And there’s an anime and the last episode came out just yesterday and I’m just waiting for the eng sub and there’s an instagram account it’s soooo fucking extra and ahhhhhhh.

Not to say I’m abandoning my sadsack sons of 40k, of course. How could I possibly when everyone is so perfect (at being disasters)? And Black Legion by ADB has been so 😃🔫🔫🔫!!!!! And I love it. Not that I have time for it, really, LOLOLOL the jacarandas are blooming and my life is the process of dying.

Which would be biologically accurate if I were just a few years older but anyway.

To the people I’ve sort of accidentally disappeared on in the middle of relevant things (e.g. rp probably. almost certainly just rp haha) rest assured I’ll return..... like, eventually. Definitely by December at the very latest but probably around mid-November which is, like, six weeks I think.

I spent a while wondering why I’m getting educated, too, dw and I have no real answer at the moment either. I mean, I do— education is good and useful etc. but like, also just kill me HAHAHAHAHA. It’s midsem break let me whine XDDD

Anyway, just letting you guys know why there’s suddenly a bunch of cute anime bishies and historically-inaccurate headcanon weird-ness about really dead Japanese dudes (gotta love that habit of aesthetic upgrades that anime gives dead people) that’s gonna start flooding my page. If you guys start playing, just let me know your ID and I’ll add you. I’m doing Masamune’s dramatic route at the moment (if that means anything to anyone) and it’s slaying me. Like asdkjf;slkj;

Also Sengoku Basara. Guys. I love Japan mainly for the absolute disaster that is what they do to their historical figures. Yukimura/Masamune FOR LIFE!! Or Masamune/Kojuurou for peak Lord/Vassal shipping like that thing with the sword is <3<3<3 And Samurai Love Ballad Party is sort of calling me, too, but the MC just isn’t as badass (which makes sense— there’s no time travel there but still). Idk, the fandom for that is bigger.

For the moment. Ikésen is still new so I guess we’ll see. Heh.

In all likelihood, I’m about to at least partially make-like that kpop blog meme except for otome games. Forgive me. I don’t regret my choices but I acknowledge that they’re bad for my life OTL

AAH OH MY GOD YOURE SO SWEET! thank you! :DDD about the webcomic, yes i understand its been a while since the last update and the reason for that being (which i should have probably posted before now that i think about it OTL) a lot of personal issues came up at once and i no longer had any drive to do anything. this school year is kicking my ass as well, but rest assured, i'm NOT putting this story to rest (me and @punpunsy worked real hard haha!), just trying to get back into the groove of things for now. i have a lot of school work and tests this week but i should be able to stream pages during the weekend! thank you for caring about this story even if its only a few pages long (for now) and i hope my art style will be even better when we return for regular updates. i'm over that huge slump now don't worry and i'm itching to continue that webcomic 24/7!

sorry for the late reply, i knew i wanted to take some time to answer this properly and i had to wait until now ;;;;;;;;;;

i hope you’re still around to read it ;;;;;

i’m gonna put this under a read more because i ended up rambling and wrote an entire essay (and it’s probably way too honest but that’s the only way i know how to talk to people and maybe someone can get something out of this lolol)

1. HOW THE HECK DID I GET HERE

i used to be stuck in a job a couple of years ago that not only bored the hell out of me but also gave me nightmares for the longest time for various reasons and it ended up draining all of my energy and for a while i wasn’t able to enjoy what i love most, which is, of course, drawing. i’m not good at leaving thoughts and worries regarding work at my workplace, i’m the type to take it all home with me and it made me become apathetic and unable to get excited over anything and i could practically feel my motivation to create anything leave me.

at that time i started noticing that my audience had grown quite a bit over the years and i was already doing a few commissions here and there and i had sold a couple of fanbooks, and those were things i really loved doing, but, as mentioned above, at that time i didn’t really have the energy to focus on that because i was still wasting most of my day with that unsatisfying job.

thanks to my partner, who kept kicking my ass for a while, i ended up looking for a new job, found a shop that was looking for someone to hire part-time, i applied, got it and quit my old job the next day.

part-time seemed great, because it meant i’d have double the time to work on art and commissions and also i was probably going to be able to sleep well again because i didn’t have to worry about what was going on at my old workplace anymore, right?

…. wrong.

while i really liked working at that shop, it took up a lot of time too in the end, due to extra-time, extra (non-paid) responsibilities and interpersonal problems. also i suck at saying no to people, so bye-bye time for art and welcome back nightmares.

while working there, more and more commissions started coming in, my audience kept growing slowly but steadily, people were actually interested in comics and products i made ?? and i didn’t make a lot of money back then by a long stretch but it was just. so. fulfilling. i love doing commissions, i love drawing stories and sharing them, and there’s no better feeling than making a thing yourself and ending up with the finished product in your own hands, and my wish to freelance more came from these experiences.

meanwhile the situation at work started pissing me off more and more and i was close to saying fuck it and quitting so so often and, well, last year i finally did (again thanks to my partner for listening to my rants and also kicking my butt to get the hell out of there LOL)

i was considering looking for yet another job but tbh after all these years i’m tired of having to deal with authority figures that pay you jackshit for your work but try to push you around 24/7 and bend you to their will because they don’t give a fuck about their employees and only care about $$$ (or maybe i’m just too stubborn and can’t deal with people who try to tell me what to do [i’m pretty sure that’s the main issue tbh lolol])

so i decided to try and become an independent artist full-time. which is still risky but

a) if i don’t try it, i’ll regret it for the rest of my life

b) i have no one i have to support financially except for myself, so in case i fail the only person who’ll get in trouble is me, which is very convenient ??

for various reasons i had no choice but to jump right into this without feeling prepared enough at all BUT i still think it’s gonna work out somehow. i’ve learned a lot these last couple of weeks/months and i’m positive that it’s going to be Just Fine.

2.) WHAT THE HECK AM I ACtuALLY DOING

i do still feel like i have no idea what i’m doing most of the time, so take everything below with a bit of skepticism but i think i’ve been doing some things right without even realising it.

like, even though quitting my job and deciding to work as an artist was a very impulsive decision, i think i fulfill the necessary requirements for it to work out:

i had some money saved up that could help me survive for a few months if i ended up not being able to make any money for a while

i already had freelance jobs lined up and projects i was working on that would provide me with some sort of income

and it’s been working out so far ??? (let’s talk again in a few months when i realise all the things i’ve forgotten or fucked up)

things i noticed during that time, that i need to fix/work on/learn:

i need to raise my prices again or come up with a better system like ?? patreon at some point in the future maybe (because at this rate i have to draw at least 20 commissions each month JUST to make enough money to pay rent and insurance, and while jobs are coming in, which is great, i’m going to kill myself sooner rather than later with this workload)

i need to figure out a way to reduce the time i spend each day with just answering emails/messages/asks/mentions because it takes away a lot of time that i should spend drawing and while i really want to reply to everyone who takes the time to write me, i just can’t do it anymore without losing too much time orz so i’m trying to think of a solution, like a ?? monthly post in which i just reply to questions i’ve gotten a lot or something IDK

taxes wtf

as much as i love doing commissions, i do need to find a way to be able to work just as much on personal projects, because in the end that’s what i really want to do and what gives me the needed motivation to wake up in the morning and continue to work hard on myself and my skills

speaking of mornings, i need to find a daily routine again, my hours are all over the place, which i had decided i would allow myself for some months but it’s time i made a proper schedule that i can stick to

anyway, my current income consists of commissions, leftover comic sales and nice people who send me donations through ko-fi ; ;

at the end of the month i have not actually made any money though, usually i have a bit of a loss but that’s fine since i’m just starting out and you can never expect to make profit immediately when you start a business. i’m still figuring things out and will hopefully manage to actually make enough money to live off soon lol;;;;;;;;;;

i hope this ?? answers your questions?? if there’s anything else you wanna know, feel free to ask &i’ll try to not take 3 months to reply LOL

i’m more than willing to share whatever little experience and knowledge i can offer, i don’t believe in keeping things to yourself just so that nobody else can benefit from them, i think it’s much better to share information and help each other out if possible ;;;;

also i’m sorry if this is too much information that nobody asked for, i have never learned how to get to the point quickly OTL

Can You Feel It? (pt 1/2) [M]

Summary: Yeo One is your true enemy. He tries to take over your student council duties daily. He’s always flaunting his popularity. He always has something smart ass to say to you or about you. So what happens when you find him tied up in the classroom after hours? You can do anything to him that you want. Revenge might feel great, but who would have the last word?

Warnings: Bondage, orgasm denial, various kinks, exhibitionism, all sorts of lechery. It’s all in good fun, though.

Note: Extremely dirty. I would like to apologize for writing this in advance. OTL Read at your own risk. I know Changgu would never be a jerk like this but wouldn’t it be fun if he was? Also, I know nothing about Student Council so I just made everything up! Hooray!

As I walked into the classroom on Friday morning I saw the usual sight. Changgu hadn’t picked up the materials for today’s class and instead he was sitting at his desk with his friends surrounding him, talking animatedly and laughing. No doubt he was telling fantastic stories about his latest date.

I shoved my way through the throng of overly tall boys who were his friends. “Changgu, did you get the homeroom materials for today?”

Changgu sighed at having his story interrupted. He looked at me dismissively, straightening his tie. “Can’t you do it?”

“Why would I do it? It’s your job, not mine.”

“But I’m busy right now,” he said, having the nerve to give me his stupid aegyo face – the one with the big innocent eyes and puffy baby cheeks. “Can’t you do it?”

He always does this. He expects to get away with everything. He’s always shirking his duties as Vice President simply because he is hot and popular and everyone likes him. If he thinks the same childish act he uses on other girls will work on me, he can think again.

“I have to prepare for the student council meeting. I have things to do right now. So you go do it. Also, I need the agenda for today’s Student Council meeting,” I said, sticking my hand out.

He’d better have done it or I swear to God. The school festival starts next week and I have too many things to do. Not to mention my own VP will be no help at all.

“Uh….” He said, scratching his ear and looking around guiltily.

All his friends began to snicker, knowing that he hadn’t done it and that I would get angry, as I always did.

“Did you not do it? Again?!” I cried. “How hard is it, Changgu?”

“I just got busy last night. I had a date with a very hot girl. I mean you should have seen her. I was just in the middle of telling everyone about it, but then you ruined it,” he told me, frowning dramatically.

“How can you say something like that with a straight face?” I questioned.

“Come on, you’re a straight A student, it’s nothing for you to write up the agenda right quick,” said E Dawn. “Right?”

I stared at him so coldly it made him visibly wither. I pointed a finger to Changgu. “This jerk right here is a straight A student too! And even if he wasn’t, he should do the things he’s responsible for, right?”

Everyone began to sigh and go back to their seats, complaining that I killed the fun and ruined their joy, calling me a killjoy and a warden. Changgu fake coughed into his hand while saying the word “Buzzkill!”

I sighed and put my hands on my hips, waiting, but Changgu still didn’t get up to get the supplies. He just made himself comfy in his seat, stretching out his long legs and then popping some fruit-flavored gum into his mouth. He chewed it loudly while playing with his floppy black hair. All the while I stood there, eyes burning with hatred.

“Seriously, Jia, if you stick with this uptight routine of yours, you’re not gonna have any friends,” he said, casually.

My fists clenched at my side. I wanted to say something but I was furious beyond words. I just let out a tortured scream and left the room.

I stomped down the hall to the teacher’s lounge to find out what materials were on the list for the day. Then I gathered those from the office. The list was huge, but I just wanted to get it done so I lifted the giant stack of books and handouts and scurried back to the classroom.

I was almost through the door when I tripped on my own shoelace and found myself going down. “Whoa,” I blurted out, trying to shift the weight in my arms to correct my balance, but it was too late. “Whoa! Whoa whoa whoa!” I cried, as I fell and everything went sliding across the floor. Including me. The room erupted in laughter.

Thankfully a few of my friends ran over to help me. As I got to my feet I spied Changgu, hiding behind his hands, laughing.

I narrowed my eyes at him and he shut up, glancing away.

“Are you okay?” asked my friend, Chanyeol, who had easily helped me to my feet and was now brushing me off and checking me over for injury.

“Yeah, I’m okay.”

“You need to be more careful. Next time you need to carry this much stuff just come get me, okay?”

“Okay.”

He started to pick up the books. “I’ll hand these out for you. You just sit.”

“Thanks oppa,” I said.

I heard a little scoff and I glanced over to see Changgu sneering in our direction.

I flipped him off and went to my seat to sit and mentally strike the past 5 minutes from my memory forever.

Later that morning I was in the student council office waiting for the others to arrive. All the junior officers filed in a bit early, and as the time came to start the meeting, only Changgu was missing.

“Should we start?” asked the Secretary.

I sighed and tapped my foot, my arms crossed over my chest. “Yes. Let’s just start anyway,” I said. “As you all know, the festival starts next week and in keeping with the season we’ll be having a Halloween theme –“

“Check out my costume!” bellowed Changgu, as he came running into the room. He didn’t even care that I was speaking or that he was late. He was holding up his costume. “I’m gonna be a pirate!”

“No way! That is so cool!” our Treasurer cried. Everyone else leaped up and gathered around Changgu praising his costume, calling it sexy. “Where did you get it?” they asked.

“Heein from the drama club made it for me. She’s great with sewing.”

I rolled my eyes. Of course Heein volunteered to hand sew a whole costume for him. When does Yeo Changgu not get his ass kissed?

Yet the members chattered on excitedly.

“I know! That is so cool! Her work is amazing. I saw it in the school play. She made these french renaissance ball gowns that were incredible! This material is fantastic!” On and on they went.

They then moved on to discussing their own costumes and all of them were chattering about the haunted house when I finally lost patience and banged the gavel extra loud like six times in a row making everyone jump and stare at me with edgy wide-eyed looks.

“Order! Order! This meeting has come to order here!” I cried wildly. “What is wrong with you people? This is not free period! Pull it together for gods sake!”

“Okay okay!” people began to say, scurrying to their seats.

“Please take your seat, Vice President YEO?” I seethed, narrowing my eyes at him and pointing to the vacant seat at my side.

Changgu strolled over and sat, turning in his seat to air kiss at me.

I frowned and shuddered in revulsion. He just laughed and blew bubbles with his gum. Then he propped his feet up on the nearby empty chair.

It was a nightmare. He was so horrible, yet I couldn’t even call him stupid since aside from his aforementioned wonderful grades, he wrote witty and entertaining essays for the school paper weekly, and had beaten me on the college entrance exams just two weeks prior. He was 5 points higher than me, which he never failed to mention. Everything he actually cared about doing he was great at. His Student Council duties just didn’t seem to make the cut.

“As I was saying. The festival – “

“Is gonna be lit!” Changgu crowed, causing everyone to cheer and begin to chatter again.

I sighed and just sat there rubbing my forehead as Changgu proceeded to preside over the meeting however he saw fit. He was making all sorts of plans that were stupid and that we didn’t even have the money for, but he wouldn’t know that because he never checked the budget like he was supposed to.

I just sat there rubbing my nose and praying to every deity that might possibly exist for the strength to resist killing him.

Finally, someone remembered I was there. “So, who is going to oversee the organizing of the booths?” the Secretary asked me.

“That is VP Yeo’s job,” I said.

“Yeah, but about that. I don’t really want to – “ he began.

I turned my head to glare at him; my eyes were like two burning coals. “Just do it!” I growled.

“But why?”

“Because I said so.”

“But I would rather just -”

“I don’t care what you would rather do! Just do what I tell you to do! Do it! Why? Because I am the President and I’m telling you to do it!” I yelled at the top of my lungs.

Everyone fell silent, staring at me like I was some kind of heinous sea monster.

“Fine,” Changgu said, frowning. He sat there with his shoulders low, moping and nibbling on his fingernails.

I couldn’t stand it anymore and just banged the gavel. “Meeting adjourned,” I said.

Changgu got up in a huff and slunk his way out of the room. Everybody else followed, quiet, but shooting me accusing looks.

I tried to just put it all behind me and focus on the things I had to do, but after I packed up and left the room I saw a group of Student Council members in the hallway gathered by the stairs talking. I heard my name come up and as I got near them I heard them badmouthing me.

“She’s so mean.”

“She didn’t have to yell at him. That’s so embarrassing.”

“I know, right? Poor Changgu. He doesn’t deserve that.”

“Changgu is so nice. He’s like so sweet.”

“I know right? He is a total sweetheart. How could she yell at him like that?”

“She probably also kicks puppies.”

“She probably kicks lots of puppies. She looks like a puppy kicker.”

“I wish Changgu was President instead of her.”

“Me too.”

“Me three. I didn’t even vote for her. She’s evil.”

“She’s always trying to show off. It’s like ‘okay, you’re smart, we get it.’”

“Right. There’s more to life than knowing everything.”

One of them saw me walking past and they all dropped their voices and carried on walking, eventually turning down another hall while still shooting me accusing looks until they finally disappeared.

Unbelievable! He has managed to turn everyone in the Student Council against me. The Student Council was mine! They should be my friends, not his! They don’t even know half the stuff this guy does to me, and yet I’m the one they hate? It’s so unfair!

Ugh. I’ll get you for this, Yeo Changgu. I will! If it’s the last thing I ever do!

The most wretched day of my existence had finally wound down to a close and I was looking forward to just going home, after spending some time helping teachers and tutoring some younger students after school in Math. As I left my locker, I saw Pentagon gathering in the hall looking sneaky and giggling. Well, Pentagon minus one douchebag. Then I heard Yeo One yelling from down the hall.

“Yah! What is this?! Guys? Guys, this is not funny! Come back here! You let me out of this! This is not funny! Yah, I don’t have time for this, I have a date later!”

Pentagon just laughed and laughed, then turned to leave.

I cleared my throat alerting them to my presence before they could pass me. “What happened back there?” I asked, nodding towards where Changgu could still be heard mumbling threats.

“Oh Changgu was taking a nap on the desk in the student council office so I tied him up with my mummy costume,” E Dawn said.

I laughed and laughed, So did the rest of Pentagon.

“Do you think he’ll get free?” I asked.

E Dawn shook his head and snickered. “He can’t. I tied both his arms and legs pretty tight,” he said, then cackled with glee. “This is perfect payback for what he did to me last Wednesday. I still have rug burn from that,” he said, rubbing his arm with a frown.

“Guys, I don’t know. Shouldn’t we let him go?” asked Kino. “I’m starting to feel kind of bad now. Everyone’s gone home now. It’s getting creepy in here.”

“That just makes it even better,” giggled Jinho. “Let’s go get food and come back in like a couple hours?”

“Okay!” said Hongsoek “He’ll be really pissed by then.”

With that, they all moved out, headed to get food.

I couldn’t believe they just left, but I was far too curious. I had to go see for myself, so I went down the hall to the Student Council office, where Yeo One had finally gone silent.

When I opened the door, a beautiful sight met my eyes: there lay my enemy, tied up on the desk totally immoblized.

“Oh ho ho ho ho ho!” I squealed in rapturous delight. I got so excited I had to fan my face a little.

Changgu’s brow lowered and he glared at me. “You,” he growled.

“What have we here?” I mocked, sauntering into the room with a smug grin. “Look at you, all tied up and left on my desk like a big old present. All that’s missing is a bow.”

Changgu struggled in his bonds as I approached but he could not get free.

“Look who’s not so powerful now.”

I dropped my bag onto the floor and hopped onto the desk beside him, looking down at him with joy. I laughed. Then I laughed some more. Then I laughed some more.

“Yes, it’s funny. It’s so hilarious. Laugh it up all you like. But just do me a favor and untie me? Get me out of these ropes.”

“Do you a favor? Now why would I do that?” I asked, my eyes never leaving his. “When have you ever done me any favors?”

Changgu couldn’t seem to recall a single instance, but that didn’t stop him from whining and doing some bad aegyo. “Come on, don’t be like that? This desk is really hard. I’m so uncomfortable. Come on? Let me go? Have a heart?”

“Oh don’t you know? I’m the infamous puppy kicking killjoy, I don’t have a heart! There will be no favors for you today. In fact, this seems like a perfect opportunity for me.”

His head cocked to the side. “To do what?”

“Well, to exact my revenge, of course.”

He started looking around for an escape. “Uh…revenge for what?”

“For torturing me daily. You know, I never wanted you as my Vice President. You were voted in due to the popularity you bought with your pretty face and your parents’ money. And who had to suffer for it? Me. Now, it’s my time.”

Changgu went stiff, looking like he was finally catching on to what was about to happen to him.

“What’s wrong? Nervous?” I asked, leaning closer.

“Look, I know that I’ve taken my duties a little too lightly – “

“A little?”

“And I’ve been a bit of a jerk to you….”

“A bit?”

“Okay, a lot! But its only because….”

I waited.

He struggled for words.

I waited.

I started to think he was going to say something unbelievable, like that he liked me or something. As he continued to struggle I leaned closer.

He still didn’t speak, he only chewed on his lower lip looking flustered. “It’s because….” He continued.

I leaned closer, eager now to hear why he’d made my life so unbearable these past months.

He frowned then pouted. “Because I really don’t like you,” he finally said with a devious little smirk. He then snorted a little as he tried to hold in his laughter.

I laughed heartily but rage bubbled up in my chest.

“You’re no fun at all. Seriously, what’s wrong with you?” he giggled.

“Oh my. Okay,” I said, smoothing my hair. “Well, you really don’t know when to quit, do you? Fine. Okay. Let’s play, Changgu.”

Part two is nowhere near done yet but it will come eventually! Hope you enjoyed it so far
