⤷ IN WHICH, you arent in the mood to be talking to anyone, especially when jj makes an attempt to be his playful self

You’ve had constant bad days before but none like this one. This day for you was terrible, if that was the worst word to use.

It was as if a grey cloud had been covering over your head, the strong winds blowing your spark away again. Sometimes, you didn’t know why you felt like this ━━ an empty feeling in the pit of your stomach━━and it made you even more anxious.

This was one of those times.

You were walking home from summer work, keeping your head down as you quickly speed up when walking down the sidewalk to the chateau. You were almost dreading seeing your friends ━━ you don’t want to be mean! That’s not what this was. It was just━━you knew they would see right through you, and you didn’t want comfort, it was off the radar for you. You were never a clingy type of person, especially like JJ was. You didn’t mind it of course, but the thought of one of your friends looking into your dark eyes made you want to burst out crying all over again.

Finally reaching the chateau, you sigh heavily before opening the door. You expected to see Sarah, John B, Pope, Kiara, and JJ splattered around the small area like always or doing weird shit on the lawn, but to your surprise, they were nowhere to be found.

Well ━━ that’s until someone jumped at you from behind, tackling you onto the small sofa.

Your heart leaps into your throat. Holy━━you thought it stopped for a second! But that fear slowly started to fade once hearing JJ’s melodic laugh emit through your ears, then, you turned cold again.

“Get off me, JJ.” You pushed him off, not trying to hurt him. That psycho! He could've killed you!

The blonde boy laughed, raking his hand through his messy locks. “Oh━━oh my god━━you should've seen your face, oh, John B would have killed to see that.”

You scrunch your nose, turning around as your voice shakes. You weren't in the mood for his playful teasing. “Yeah, not before you kill me first?”

He laughed again, thinking you’re playing along, so you decide to kick off your dirty shoes that had mud covered all over them onto the mat, you would clean them afterwards. Then again, John B probably wouldn’t care.

“Okay,” JJ put his hands in the air with a smirk. “Alright, alright, I’m sorry.”

You could hear the smirk plastered on his face, was he━━?

Before you could realise what he was going to do, he tackled you to the couch again, wrapping his arms around you comfortingly to get what he would call ‘a good cuddle in’, as he buried his face in the nape of your neck, smelling your sweet aroma that melted him.

It wasn’t JJ at all, and you wanted to tell him, but you couldn’t as tears filled your eyes. You didn’t want to talk to anyone today, you just needed to be alone. “JJ, I said━━I said stop, okay?”

Your voice sliced through him once your voice cracks, as if it reached his heart, he stopped in place and winced, slowly untwining his arms from around your figure before slowly settling up and placing his thumb at the bottom of your head to turn it towards his.

His heart shatters when seeing tears roll down your face, redness already pouring into your face as panicked gulps heaved in and out of your chest.

Then, he started to panic.

“Holy fuck━━did I hurt you, baby? Oh m━━shit, I was just playing━━” He cupped your cheek, eyes blazing as his mangle breath intertwined with yours.

You tried to speak, but all you did was cover your face again, ashamed. You didn’t know why you were so ashamed when you had a bad day, but one thing you hated most was crying in front of other people because you knew you never deserved any comfort at all.

You just kept shaking your head, hoping that he knew he didn’t cause any of this, three shuddering breaths splurging through your chest. You couldn’t breathe.

JJ appeared to have relief wash over him for seconds before his eyes were back to darting all over your face, as if it could give him a clue to what was going on, but he found nothing.

But JJ was patient, wrapping his arms around you again━━which you didn’t push away this time━━until you stopped crying, and all you were left with was a nasty case of the hiccups, which were a pain in the ass even though nothing hurt more than your heart right now.

Deciding to look at this boy you loved so much, you pulled away, gazing into his blue eyes━━like the ocean, a beautiful sunset in the horizon full of beauty.

“I’m sorry.” You managed to choke out between hiccups, trying to breathe slowly. JJ was nodding along and rubbing your back. “I’m sorry, this wasn’t on you━━I was having a bad day and I just wanted to be alone but I snapped━━”

“Hey, hey, hey━━it’s okay, (Y/N). I didn’t take the hint, I should've left you alone in the first place.” He rubbed his thumb across your cheek. “I would never want to do anything to hurt you, you know that?”

You let out a choked laugh, feelings still caught up in it. “Yes, JJ.” You sniffed and wiped your eyes once more. “You’ve told me that many times.”

“Good.” The boy laughed along before a faint, but sad smiling taking over his features. “I won’t stay anymore, if that's what you want?”

Immediately you shook your head. An hour ago, all you could think about was how much you hated people━━not your friends━━but everyone else in the world. Everyone else who didn’t save you, when really, this boy who was sitting in front of you was your whole world, and you needed him more than you could've ever imagined, especially right now.

“No ━━ please, don’t go.” You pleaded, running your thumb across his hand, before tracing the yarn of his beaded bracelet. “I don’t want to push you away━━ever.”

“Even if you did━━” He chuckled teasingly, “I would wait around until you came back.”

Of course he would.

Gamma Gal/Amy...has a sleeper build. Buuut it's nothing too insane, she's just got buff arms. She's also physically stronger than Shadow Guy/Sam.

Jet Pack Guy actually talks to Flash! He greets him right when he comes back from work and tells him about his day while he's doing stuff around his igloo. Sometimes he'll even sit next to his fish bowl on the floor and do some of his work so they can hangout. He also makes pop noises at Flash, the same way we'd meow at a cat,c in hopes that he'd understand him better. Of course Flash can't respond but he actually fully understands JPG and likes listening to his little rambles.

Here's another Jet Pack Guy headcanon for the JPG nation (y'all are eating GOOD tonight huh?): He puts his jet pack on a puffle-sized race car bed. I don't CARE if canonically his jet pack rests on an ACTUAL puffle bed, this idea has taken over my mind. I don't care how silly or ooc it is, it's my truth (/nm btw im just overexaggerating for comedic effect. i rlly love this hc)

You might've noticed this on some of my drawings but I headcanon that G Billy has a beauty mark on the lower left corner of his mouth. There's no hidden meaning behind it this is just me claiming him as a pretty guy lol. I wouldn't be lying if I told you guys that this hc was inspired by Shizuku Hinomori, you know, from Project Sekai (im not rlly into pjsekai anymore but when i was talking to oomf about it this hc just poofed into existence. so uh ty for that sort of former fav character shizuku)

Ok so I saved this one for last because it's a lot darker than the rest of the hcs. So buckle up, we're in for a mood shift: During Frankys execution simulation in Penguinronpa, The Penguin Band weren't dead beforehand, but rather they died during the execution. They were brought out to the edge of the new island, having been informed that Franky was on his way to them. When they were able to see Frankys silhouette in the distance that's when they were brutally stabbed by the icicles. And as they saw him getting closer, from where they were standing, they tried to reach out to him witht heir flippers with what little energy they had left. But we all know how well that must've turned out. They were already dead when Franky finally made it.

And that's all for now! kinda short but whateves! I obviously have more ideas bouncing around in my little brain but I'm thinking of saving them so I could draw them instead.

Extra: Novels and audios

I haven't read any novels (yet) but I've listened to a few audios! Not many, I'm slowly getting into it. HOWEVER

If you're into thoschei you definitely need to listen to Master. It's just. GAHH. It consumed my braincells. It will never leave me. Plus it made me want to listen to more from Beevers and McCoy. I consider it essential if you're deep into thoschei tbh

AND. The Natural History of Fear. I went blind into this audio, from the 8th Doctor... It's one of my favourite stories ever, which I didn't add up there to not repeat myself. It changed my brain chemistry. It made me wonder how tf is it humanly possible to come up with all that and write it so well. The acting is sublime, the story is undescribable. Anytime I try to explain what it is about I fail tremendously. I don't think I consider it essential but I really do recommend it! In fact I recommend to listen to it twice at least.

and then when you import it into tumblr, you just put one transparent PNG first, then your desired pic, and then a second PNG after it (so it’s three pics in one row) and it’s small so it doesn’t take up your whole screen !!

so itachi still went through with the massacre, still became and missing-nin and still joined the akatsuki. the only difference would be that itachi didn’t suck sasuke into that horrible genjutsu as a kid, because sasuke is supposed to be our good guy, yeah? 

so itachi probs just. killed everyone and put sasuke under a lighter genjutsu that made him pass out instead of putting him under the traumatizing experience of stabbing and murder and “ur too weak” and all that. since sasuke only has good memories of itachi then, he can’t view his brother as completely evil, but still vows to avenge his clan. 

i think the major difference would be that sasuke realizes he was never meant to step into his brother’s shadow, and after seeing the way he ended up, is determined to create his own ‘ninja way’, yknow? SO in a sense itachi is more... kind??? idk if that’s the right word for it, but he’s definitely not as cruel as canon (towards sasuke anyway).

i also love the idea of morally grey itachi. like, the fact that itachi doesn’t have as much qualm over practically ending his bloodline as he probably should. or using genjutsu to manipulate people; should he be more concerned over the fact that he uses it on innocents to get by easier? probably. does he do it anyway? oh yeah, without hesitation. akatsuki are broke and free food is free food when the vendor just happens to give you some without asking for pay...

mkay i dont get why autistic ppl usually have headphones/gen

it might be bc i have hearing loss so everything is quiet but rlly is there a reason?/nm

there is! tysm for asking, kind anon. also ty for using tone indicators! it makes me happy to see ppl use them bc while i personally can usually tell when ppl on the internet are joking or genuine, they do help me fully understand and most importantly i love using tone indicators bc it alleviates my anxiety of being misinterpreted. anyway, to the question at hand!

to understand the headphones thing we have to go back to that concept i spoke abt earlier abt autism being a Too Much Disorder. once again, the scientific definition of the autism spectrum is a range of neurodevelopmental conditions generally characterized by difficulties in social interactions and communication, repetitive behaviors, intense interests, and unusual responses to sensory stimuli. the thing about autistic brains is that they are essentially wired differently, causing some advantages and disadvantages. the disadvantages include issues with interpreting and organizing stimuli, as well as our senses being heightened. (which can be both a disadvantage and advantage)

because of the nature of the autism spectrum, our difficulties with sensory input plus our heightened senses make us very susceptible to something called sensory overload. this is when we get so overwhelmed by stimuli that we begin to freak out, be uncomfortable and/or in pain, and sometimes completely shut down. the stereotypical autistic meltdown you see of a little boy crying and screaming in public is usually caused by the sensory overload of all the sounds, movement, lights, and other stimuli in the environment. much like when wyw freaked out when she witnessed her client's death, being overstimulated can lead to the same distress.

on top of this, some autistic people, like my ex-gf for example, have something called misophonia. it is a disorder of decreased tolerance to specific sounds or their associated stimuli. it's a more specific and intense sensory issue that deals exclusively with sounds. for my ex-gf, the sound of chewing was a Bad Sound. even just seeing ppl eat on tv with the sound muted distressed her bc her brain supplied the sound. certain percussion was bad for her too and she couldn't listen to music she loved as her misphonia got worse.

some autistic ppl without misophonia, like me, don't necessarily have specific sounds that are bad even when just reminded of their existence. but we are more sensitive to bad sounds or volume of sounds. y'know how everyone hates nails on a chalkboard? many autistic ppl feel that way about a plethora of sounds. like i don't like the sound of silverware being used on glass or porcelain, so i use plastic whenever possible. but it can also be about how loud sounds are. like when wyw covered her ears and became distressed when a leafblower was turned on nearby. it can also just be abt the amount of sounds, too. lots of autistic ppl hate being in public because of the sheer number of overlapping noises. it’s not necessarily that the noises are bad or loud, but that there are so many that they overwhelm us. 

and the worst part of it all is that these bad sounds, volumes, or amounts can change. one day i might be totally fine hearing silver cutlery and another day i might feel like i'm dying when i do. sometimes i'll be fine hearing sounds in public, but then i start getting sensory overload because of the amount of noise and sounds/volumes that were okay just a minute ago become worse and worse. for example, today i was taking things out of my storage unit to move into my new apartment. i was completely fine with the jingling of the keys, the rumbling of the storage unit door, and the light clanging of my furniture against each other. but then the cart i used to haul stuff back to my car made the most horrendous noises and suddenly everything was awful. i clamped my hands over my ears while pushing the cart and almost had a meltdown when i returned to close the door and it made loud, metal noises. i was fine one minute and the next i was overwhelmed and suddenly nothing was okay.

so! a preventive measure autistic ppl take so they don't go into sensory overload is using headphones. usually they're noise cancelling headphones but some people also like to play music or soothing sounds. so wyw wears headphones whenever she’s outside or in public and, correct me if i’m misremembering, plays whale sounds to soothe herself. i personally don't use headphones cause i can't afford noise cancelling ones, but earbuds playing music work pretty well! sometimes i have the issue of them not blocking out sounds well enough so when i play music it’s overwhelming, but they work well enough. now, i know headphones were your question, but this concept applies to other senses as well!! it’s sensory overload, not audio overload after all. autistic ppl can often be sensitive to light, especially rapidly changing ones or artificial ones. personally, i wear sunglasses outside even when it’s cloudy because i get very overwhelmed by sunlight. if not, i squint too much and then it’s a safety hazard, especially when i drive. so i’m always using sunglasses. some autistic people wear gloves in public to avoid touching Bad Textures, some of us actively avoid certain foods, etc, etc. 

so yeah! hope that helped and as always remember that autism is a spectrum that causes different people to experience different symptoms in different ways!

Angel was definitely the kind of person who would crack a joke to cover something up. Whether that something was an issue they were dealing with, or it was a little oopsie-daisy that they wanted to hide.

But, David “Davey” Shaw, Mr.Big Man Alpha of the pack, could see through all of their bs. Did he call it out all of the time? No, but he definitely noticed. Maybe some of the other friends Angel had made through the big guy weren’t as perceptive as David, but it wasn’t hard for him to pick up on jokes being made for the sake of faking a smile, or making sure only good attention was on them. 

Angel wasn’t a huge fan of having negative attention on themself. If it was a joke, or something stupid they and Asher pulled, then sure! By all means, they wanted to laugh it up. However, somebody asking if they were okay, whether that was physically, mentally, or emotionally? That made them feel... icky. They didn’t want that kind of attention on themself, so jokes would have to do.

Again.

David Shaw is more perceptive than most.

David knew it was going to be a long day for Angel at work. He knew they had been working on some big project for the company they were working for, but he couldn’t be too sure of any details regarding it. All he knew was there wasn’t really anything he could do but make sure Angel took care of themself when they had the time. 

He had tried sending them text reminders throughout their long work day, trying to remind them to make time to eat the lunch he packed for them, drink some water, and take a break when possible. All messages went read, but without response. 

It had already been almost 7pm by the time Angel walked through the door of their shared home. They were under the impression that David would be out on a quick job that night, so they promptly shut the door and groaned loudly while kicking off their shoes. Much to their surprise, David’s head peeked around the corner from the kitchen, eyebrow raised.  “Welcome home, Angel. Is everything alright?”  They stopped for a moment, looking to David as they dropped their work bag to the floor. A large grin overtook their face now, nodding their head rapidly. “Yep!” The ‘p’ was popped, the toothy grin quickly reappearing. “It smells good, Davey! Whatcha makin’ tonight?” Their bottom lip was now hooked between their teeth, and David could practically see the drool pooling at the floor beneath them. 

His eyes rolled, one hand now propped on his hip. “Tonight’s dinner is a surprise, Angel. I know you had your big presentation today. How did that go?” 

“Oh, wouldn’t you like to know, big man?” They chuckled nervously, swallowing the small lump that had formed in their throat. “I’m gonna go change into something comfy!” Angel was quick to turn their heel to lead them down the hallway, shoulders dropping as they could finally relax into the shared bedroom to change.

It didn’t take much for David to know that their presentation probably didn’t go well, but he wasn’t going to make too many assumptions. Maybe it went well, but there were a few hiccups? Who could know? He didn’t have a damn clue what it was about in the first place.

It was only a few minutes later that Angel sauntered back down the hallway wearing some very cozy pj pants and a loose t-shirt, work clothes having been discarded in the laundry hamper. They practically threw themself down onto the couch, stretched out as a lazy hand reached out to grab their phone that was on the coffee table.

“Angel, you never really answered my question. How did that presentation go today? You’ve been working yourself half to death, so I can only imagine it went well.”

Silence.

Yeah, uh, it didn’t go so well.

“Angel?”

“Yeah, Davey! It-uh, it went fine. Don’t worry about it!” 

Diversion is all they knew. They didn’t know how to focus on the topic, or how to tell David that their presentation was awful. Well, not that it was awful itself, but everything they had worked towards with it was completely shut down. 

Again, David rolled his eyes, placing whatever amazing smelling dish he’d been working on in the oven to finish. He walked into the living room, seeing Angel distracting themself on their phone. “Angel, what happened? Did something go wrong? Did you get nervous? You know you can just imagine everyone in their underwear. That’s what my dad always said, when it came to speaking in the pack meetings. ” They looked over at him, letting their phone plop screen down onto their chest.

“Well, technically everything went great! I gave my presentation, and that was it!” That really was it. I mean, the reaction and praise to their thorough project was incredibly limited, so they really weren’t lying. “Y’know, it would have gone waaay better if I could see you in nothing but your underwea-”

“Angel.” 

He was onto them. They knew it too, which only made them more nervous. 

Jokes? Try more jokes. 

“Whaaaat? I’m just sayin’! I mean,” They took to their feet, sauntering over to David, their fingers now walking up his broad shoulders to rest beside his neck, “I would do anything to see you in just your underwear. Or less than that.” They could only laugh at the low growl that left David’s lips. Not some sexy growl, but more of a warning. 

With a huff, David placed his hands on Angel’s waist, gently rubbing up and down their clothed sides. “Angel, can I ask you something?” 

“You just did.” 

David blinked, like, hard. It was a slow, hard blink because his patience was starting to run slightly thin. 

“Sorry, sorry! What’s up, Davey?” 

He sighed now, voice much gentler than before. 

“Why won’t you let me in? I mean, you haven’t done the most spectacular job trying to hide the fact that you’re pretty upset over something today. You got home, half slammed the door and groaned. You keep avoiding my questions about your project and making up shit answers, which half of, by the way, are filled with comments about me in my damn underwear.” 

David leaned forward, his head teetering to rest on Angel’s shoulder. “Listen, you don’t have to tell me what happened if you don’t want to, but you need to know that I’m here for you. If today was a bad day, then that’s fine. Just let me in. You don’t have to try and cover up your problems with jokes, especially not around me. Just let me help, Angel.”

His words were dripping with sincerity, and it almost made Angel tear up.

“Okay, Davey, I’m sorry. I... Let’s eat first and maybe we can talk about it later. For now, I just want to be home with you.”

I come here for words of wisdom. Every time I read a fanfic about Bakugou being a fuckboy I normally laugh it off because it sounds ridiculous in my mind, although sharing this thought with other people made me realize that some actually think he might be in the future???? So, I want your honest opinion. Not just about that, but I'd genuinely love to know your input on how Bakugou would be in his late-teens, early adulthood, before (for the sake of it) meeting X and settling. Would he sleep around? Would he try for a relationship and fail? What would fail? What would make him settle? Would he really just focus on hero work and that's it? So. Many. Questions.

i was shocked. aghast. completely bewildered. pls i even caved and searched up bakugou fics just to see if everyone else is treating him like that,, and like i dont even know why i did that, because ofc i knew the answer was gonna be yes!! the answer is always yes !!! like i just saw so many fics of him as such a “ooo daddy dom badboy bakugou 🥴🥴” and like why???? bakugou is such a frickin nerd?? and thats sooooooo funny?? whY STRIP HIM OF HIS COMEDIC POTENTIAL ???

but yes yes specifically about bakugou being a fuckboy..... yeah i have no idea where the fuck they get that from. like- did we watch the same show???? sex and especially being naked are such vulnerable things at their core, and they rlly think Mr. Anti-Vulnerability is gonna be the one to sleep around??? to willingly put himself into a vulnerable situation time and time again?? no. pls. c’mon y’all. sometimes i think even todoroki would be more likely.

and just- to sleep around you have to be very comfortable showing interest in other people, over and over and over again. and i just- bakugou doesn’t even admit that his friends are his friends???? and somehow they think that suddenly he’s gonna go around telling people “hey. i like you. and by admitting that to you, i am therefore giving you a slight bit of power over me.”

i- no. he’d never. period, end of story. he would rather be fuckin’ dead. so the answer is no, as he currently is, i cannot for the life of me see why he’d ever become a fuckboy. he just doesn’t have it in him lmaoooooo

ooo but about the what makes him settle question- THANK YOU IVE BEEN DYING TO TALK ABOUT IT.

okay so how i see it, is bakugou is probably totally and completely fine being alone up until his like mid 20’s. sure he thinks maybe it’d be nice to have somebody, but he works so hard that it’s always a fleeting feeling. but then he gets a little older, settles into his spot on the rankings (#3 btw, im soRRY kats but its the truth!!) and watches all his friends get into meaningful relationships. and then, a few more years down the line (think late 20’s/ early 30’s) he’ll be sitting back and being like “shit. i don’t have anybody like that. somebody who’s just for me. who’d pick me first always.”

and i think that is what he wants most of all. i mean, he’s clearly chock-full of insecurities related to that idea, and i cant imagine him ever settling without that need being fufilled. like, i think eventually he’ll probably abandon the idea of being #1 hero, but he’ll still keep that dream of being #1 somehow. so once he finds somebody that always has his back, always puts up with his shit and still loves him at the end of it?? still looks at him with stars in their eyes day after day??? pls. mans is putty and will never even dream of leaving

but that being said- i dont think he’s gonna find The One on first try. i think he’ll be aiming for that, but i cant see it working out. even when he starts seriously dating around his mid 20s, i think he’ll still be too caught up with his hero work. it’ll take him a good few years and one/two failed relationships to finally find a balance that works for him and whoever he ends up with

hi!!! first of all tysm !!!! this srsly means a lot, i rlly put a lot of effort and care into my characters so ty again :,)

for my character making process i’ve been using notion to organize my info and i’ll show some pics of how i have it set up below the cut if ur interested in using it too!! i’ve tried character questions from like pinterest and stuff but I find for me when i’m making a character it’s easiest to ask three questions; what makes them angry, what makes them feel shame, and what are they afraid of? i also rlly love pulling traits from my character’s backstories and vice versa. i’ll throw an example of that under the cut though cause this is getting kinda long lmao.

for example from my witch sims, i knew i wanted kestral to be selfish, a bit unrealistic, and dreamy so her traits more or less shaped her backstory of being so set in her own ways. but virve’s backstory shaped their personality, they’ve always just wanted friends and they love to love. so naturally they’re always looking to make others laugh, a class clown kinda thing, and they instantly latch themselves to other ppl like right after meeting them.

When it comes to colors, the way you match the glint of light with the direction of light and shadow (like the fire glow with caldera!) is incredibly well done! The way you use colors always has a brightness to them, but it also feel natural. When you draw your characters, it feels very hand-drawn and very distinctly cute (anime nostalgia), but also has a refinement that comes from royalty-core. I enjoy how chaotic and (as you said a few times) mentally-ill/j you make your characters. For characters like Andreas and Kendrick, their scarring past interwoven with their pettiness makes them very intriguing characters to mess with to follow. Then, there's the big brain who made the art and characters—you. You are chaotic as you are humorous, you have a very developed sense of direction (in the lore you want to establish), and sharp sense of royalty-core aesthetic. I probably took up a lot of your time with this, so apologies for the lengthy ramble. Don't forget to take a break an rest—your health come first!

THERES SO MUCH TO SAY TY ABT LIKE AUGHHH. My rendering style is always changing sometimes so it’s glad to know I have a kind of trademark for it!!! Same thing goes for my style as 90’s anime have always been in the back of my mind when it came to developing it! (sailor moon was like my very first anime)

Royalty core has also been such a big part of my artwork because well. Fantasy is my favorite genre and greatest inspiration in my life. So many of my characters are drawn from some of my favorite archetypes in both fairytales and myths! I’m also super happy you love my Hellhaven siblings😭😭 their dynamic is so fun to think about and write since their relationship is so complex!

GOD THE DIRECTION PART WAUGHHHHHHH. To be honest. When it comes to my characters by themselves I know exactly what I’m doing, but when writing a while story connecting them (AKA the chapters.) I end up struggling rlly bad💀 but !!! My little backstory set ups for all of my ocs are so fun and I’m happy you enjoy them too!
