I personally find Bakugo to be a really good character, because he has confidence in his own abilities but doesn't grow complacent. I enjoy the fact that he is a strong character that had to work for that kind of strength and continues to do so (I'm talking about the positive side of this, so not the occasional arrogance he adds with his bragging) I find a lot of the time with rival characters or strong characters there the whole natural talent vs hard work debate but I feel that Bakugo is more towards the hard work side.

💥Least favorite thing about them.

He's an asshole.

Flat out, there are times where it is really unnecessary and he is just being a little salt ball for nothing 🤣 Understandable he hides a lot of his worries and insecurities under bravado and aggression. He is just a salty onion, but we still like him. 🤣

Bakugo and Kirishima, as well as Sero and Bakugo.

Kirishima has his own ideals and passion working towards his goals, and admires Bakugo but its nice that the two of them train and always help each other out. Especially with the scene when Kirishima was the one chosen to get him back, I just find its a really nice balance between the two.

Sero is understanding and accepting of Bakugo's personality but still doesn't hesitate to call him out on his crap. I find he sometimes acts both as a joker and conscious to Bakugo which puts things into a bit of perspective.

So, this is about the Give Me a Character ask game, and I’m ready for destruction!

How I feel about this character

He’s such a dramatic, mentally twisted disaster, how can I NOT love him dearly? True talk though, Gansey in my opinion had a great “peel this multilayer onion” reveal through the books. At the beginning you have him as the Obvious Endgame Love Interest and the Goofy Leader, but then all the idiosyncrasies came up and it was impossible not to like him. And then there is the final rush of “I would do everything for my friends but they don’t want it and they don’t need me” and BABY YOU GOT ME IN YOUR CORNER FOR LIFE!

(Nervous laughter) I’m a terminal multishipper, asking me this is like getting a shopping list...But okay, whatever! I mean, for sure Ronan, Adam, Blue, and Henry (all together or in whichever mix and match you might desire them). Declan as well as far as I’m concerned (and I think he could join into some Ashley stuff, more sexytime then romantic 1.0). He could also end up in a dubious Fox Way sandwich with Orla and Blue because why not, he’s stressed, he deserves some fun (more sexytime then romantic 2.0).  Basically, JUST TRY ME!

Noah for sure! And I also really liked the messy relationship between Gansey and Helen (which shows from the way I write them probably). And I like to think of Gansey and the 300 Fox Way ladies too, I think there is potential for the “You’re now The Boyfriend which means we get to bully you even MORE”

My unpopular opinion about this character

People sometime acts as if Gansey is either a genius mastermind or a total disaster. He’s very clever, very well-studied and also a disaster and all things should be balanced equally. Also, the general Blusey “soulmate true love” thing never really cracked it for me, the canon material has him too strongly codependent on the whole ensemble of people for getting the one girlfriend and that’s it. 

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

Correlated to the previous one, obviously and predictably, GIVE HIM THE POLYCULE HE SO CLEARLY CRAVES. At the very least a Sarchensey, I’m not picky. Also, I wish we could have seen him going more deranged, or got more glimpses of absolutely dysfunctional coping mechanisms and/or batshit crazy ways to obtain information. Because I really think HE WOULD.

How I feel about this character: I love monsters so I’ve p much been smitten with him since his trailer dropped hghgdfjk I like his design and concept quite a bit tbh I just think he’s neat. And he’s definitely one of my favorites to play in MK11 he’s so much fun. As far as story/lore goes I wasn’t expecting a whole lot but he does actually have kind of an interesting backstory, though I think I’m less interested in Kollector as an individual and more interested in the Naknadan and what he brings to Outworld lore in general, if that makes sense? I also think that despite being basically in love with him for me he’s a character that falls into the category of “I’ll be happy if he’s in more games but I won’t miss him too much if he’s not”. Like, I like him, just don’t think he’ll leave much of an impact on me in the long run, the way other characters like Sub-Zero and Kitana or even like D’vorah have, you know? But for now I’m glad he’s around

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: Honestly, when I saw his trailer even though I liked him I also thought he had “jobber” written all over him I really didn’t expect him to have much in terms of story, he actually got a bit more than I expected since he at the very least has a slightly more complex motive than most villains in MK, so I mean. I didn’t wish for or hope for anything really and I got something anyway, even if it was small. He is still very... unnecessary in the game’s story though, so I guess I wish he’d had more of a role, but I could say the same for a lot of characters. That’s just how it goes with MK unfortunately only like half the roster gets to have focus in the story and the other half get to just. be there I guess. But anyway that’s its own tangent lmao uuh as for what I would like to see in other games... well that’s assuming he’s in any more games which I feel is unlikely but then again I fully didn’t expect to see Jade or Noob Saibot again but they’re both back for better or worse so what do I know. Idk, would be fun to see Kollector come around to Kitana’s side, though I think that’s an idea that only works in fanon lmao

Being 4+ years in the fandom?

The fandom is meh to me, not really some amazing supportive fandom as you think but there are some good picks in the litter. Thought you would think to being a series some people would expect crossover city, that’s not entirely. Some people have established rules, like I will only interact or rp with people from Dissidia or FF9 or something. I know it probably for comfort (still can’t figure but if it makes you happy), but then you got others go everywhere. So I’ll say the FF does have a lot of crossover compatibility - even ships are rare outside their own brand.

rare ships all around if you go outside your FF? want to Ship Freya and Baltheir? or Freya and Fran? can do or perhaps Zidane and Balthier for team thief? it can happen especially how both her

AU’s - you’ll never have a boring day here. It could be anything most popular is modern AU’s and what not.

Groups - I think FF groups still are around, I know Definite Delusion is still one right now, though I think Phoenix down is another. To me, I don’t think they last that long in terms of longevity but it’s a good start if you’re looking for a group.

Quite a number of supportive people - they’ll help you out even the large blogs like Mogglepalooza are a good start to help, even for resources.

Popular FF’s - FFVII (overrated), FFVIII, FFXIII (only lightning), FFX, FFXIV ( Haurechant was my boy…..gonna miss him ), FFXV (sigh), KH (well for now cause of the game - but we’ll see in a few months.)

Some people will have a preference for a certain Noctis, that might be yours or another im just saying. Thought some might use you as a backup dupe.

art thieves - people will steal the art and use it on their theme sadly

M/M fetishisation - it still is high in numbers, nothing with M/M but a lot of people do make it a fetish. I recall one Cor actually sleeping with Prompto quite a while ago and that Cor having relations with

limitations/ selectivity - Nothing new, but some people limit their interactions to characters of a series and what not. Do expect just don’t get mad just move on with it.

Name one of your favorite tropes.What has influenced your writing and blog? What is a trope you’ve always wanted to subvert?

Favorite trope? I have so many omg... I guess one would have to be like.. As cheesy as this is going to be, rivals to lovers? Like. Real slow burn type of thing. Like sure they don’t get along all the time and have disagreements but that doesn’t mean two people can’t work together and/or fall in love. Which might be obvious from how hard I ship Moi.cy

What has influenced me? That’s a tough one. I read a lot of books when I was younger. Like the Twilight Saga, some of the Warriors series, and even reading some of my dad’s comics when I was a wee lass. I was always told I had a knack at writing, and really started getting into it around middle school. I met folk who had the same interests as me, and we’d literally write RPs together in a notebook instead of participating in chorus lmao. Those same ppl inspired me and kept me going, and even when I stopped writing for a while, it was always a thing I loved. And honestly, the people I’ve met here have influenced me a bit too, to branch out of my comfort zone, and just have a good fun experience all around.

A trope I want to subvert? I’m gonna answer this from a fandom standpoint rather than just in general cause honestly, I want to see this go away.

WARNING LONG ASS PERHAPS UNPOPULAR OPINION UNDER CUT

People in the fandom immediately write Moira as “evil”. Even tho a common theme in the series is small hints that “the world isn’t black or white” and whatnot. So they demonize the hell out of this woman. And yeah I’ll admit, she ain’t the nicest. She’s bold and brash and will kick you in the ass. Sure, she works with Talon. Sure, she has supposedly unethical ways of doing science but where’s the proof. All we have are some in game interactions and the common theme IS NO ONE LIKES THAT IRISH BEAUTY and I honestly want to see that go away. Like an onion, people have layers. And so do characters. And they instantly assume she made Widowmaker (AGAIN NO PROOF) AND Reaper. Hell some believe she betrayed Gabe and Blackwatch, but we literally don’t know. While I get people will hold onto the in game stuff dearly, I feel as though it should be taken with a grain of salt. Cause if I remember, the devs even said none of that is canon, just kinda like.. General assumptions?

But forreal stop demonizing her because you want a “bad guy” to blame. I’ll dip into this a little as well, but the Mo.icy trope that ppl take as canon that they instantly hated eachother? Don’t agree with. Even if I took out my personal hcs for each character, I still believe that perhaps there’s something more behind it all. Yes Mercy states Moira’s ways are “unethical” but we don’t even KNOW what she did that was considered unethical. Was it the experimenting on herself? Maybe. But even then, what was she supposed to test on? Lower class folk? 

I joke that Mercy and Moira were probably frustrated with one another at times, and poke legit fun at it. Cause they are just wildly different. Now I’m not saying Moira is a saint or w/e, no one really is in Overwatch. But people really need to look DEEP into characters and stop believing everything the fandom itself believes. Not to mention the trope w/ Moi.cy is usually depicted as a “functional and normal” relationship when it’s deadass destructive and unhealthy in that light. It sets a bad example, especially to the younger fans.

And honestly you can disagree with me, that’s valid. this is NOT ship hate or dissing other people’s portrayals of moira or mercy. Do what you want! But i honestly think like, supporting shitting on Moira without even considering her lore and her own motives. and honestly blizzard just might follow that trope, and I personally see it as bad writing. Like there’s SO MUCH MORE one can do. And the Moi.cy dynamic trope honestly explains itself. Just don’t idolize/romanticize toxic ass ships. If you’re writing it and acknowledge that it’s unhealthy, go off tho. not every ship is gonna be sweet n soft.

One last thing, the hate is so ingrained in the fandom over Moira that i’ve deadass seen ppl go to moira’s just to verbally harass her. with a character that wouldnt even KNOW she existed. so ppl gotta keep ooc n ic seperate and stop following a dumbass trend imo

My unpopular opinion about this character: I feel like I have multiple Unpopular Opinions that are entirely based on being the Izuku to [Redacted’s] Bakugo for 18 Years of Hell and most of them are “No, someone who is in an abusive friendship probably wouldn’t act that way you just wrote about in your meta.” One of them is definitely – you can be totally aware that someone is hurting you, and not like them very much, and want to get away from them, and still feel like they give you Something that nobody else can ever give you. not to get Personal or anything but @ everyone asking why Izuku sticks around – you can have 50 people telling you “that’s abuse” and you can still find a reason why you could fix the “relationship problems” you’re having with your abuser. just my onion, as someone who has rationalized away as “well I was being a snitch” after being sent a video of a bonfire created out of everything I’ve ever given someone as punishment for “tattling” on them.

Also I don’t see the big deal about his mom at all… she seemed to me to make The Best Possible parenting decision (giving up responsibility for him, the total antithesis of abuse) and then Anime Tropes are the rest (she slaps him in the episode and he doesn’t flinch. the previous episode had All Might punch Izuku in the face and there were stars and skin ripples. this is a thing that happens in anime all the time). Bakugo’s character reads to me as someone who has had an incredibly easy life, and the fact that he’s never really faced any sort of significant hardship as a child seems to me to be fundamental to how awful of a person he is.

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: I want him to keep maturing.

i feel that if i had to describe vex in a single word it would be this: compassion. she’s so compassionate to people in need, she’s a champion for the underdog and her heart bleeds for everyone who she sees herself in. people beat down by the world and too tired to get back up but who get up anyways because they have to keep moving forward, people without money or means and struggling to survive but clinging on to life because they have no other choice and because all they know is to fight, vex sees herself reflected in these people.

vex is a fighter. she’s fought for everything in her life. she’s fought for her wealth, she’s fought for her friends, she’s fought for trinket, she’s fought for her brother, she’s fought for her self-worth, she’s fought against and with the burning anger within her, she’s fought and clawed her way past every single obstacle in her life to get to where she is in life and i’m so, so proud of her.

everything she has, she’s earned through blood, sweat, and tears, and she deserves it all.

she’s not as perfect as y’all might think like she’s unquestionably a kind and caring person there’s no doubt about that but she’s also… pretty vindictive when she wants to be. there’s a reason why her character arc was centered on forgiveness because ya girl vex could carry a grudge like no one else (except perhaps her newfound boyf-turned-husband percival) she’s not perfect at all and to think she is does her character a huge disservice.

also she can be pretty condescending??? at times i’ve noticed this in the way she carries herself. most of that is a mask she wears to hide her insecurities but some of that’s all vex. she can be petty, too, and she is greedy but that’s not a bad thing idk why y’all think greed’s so bad?? she knows what she wants and she’ll do whatever it takes to get it but she’s not a villain okay she keeps that shit above the table. (unless it’s a broom. or her brother’s boots. 😂)

you know i wonder if that’s why percy and vex gravitated to each other??? because both of them have masks (physically or otherwise) to hide their insecurities. if i thought more abt percahlia i could probably write better meta but that’s all i got for now i’m sure others have said it better than i ever could

ngl every character arc she had was kinda boring to me mainly bc 1) they were short as fuck 2) they didn’t focus as heavily on her as i wanted

e.g.: the only thing i remember abt the feywild was the conversation she had with percy and vax, and syngorn’s speech. that’s it. sucks considering keyleth, percy, vax, arguably scanlan, and possibly grog all had personal character arcs spanning either the entirety of the show or at least had a significant chunk of time dedicated to them. vex got like maybe 2-3 eps??? if even that???

i never got to see vex be absolutely furious and i’ll always regret that she never got/took the chance to be :(

fav characters: Ugh, I love them all, it feels like picking between children. My go to for favourite is Peridot, but I also love characters like Connie, Pearl, Steven, Lapis, etc.least fav characters: I honestly don’t dislike any characters on this show, and if I do they’re so insignificant I’ve already thought about them. I probably would’ve forced myself to pick someone like Marty or Kevin, but now after Kevin Party I even like Kevin dammit. :Vfav relationship: Oh wow, another tough one. I love how Steven manages to have an interesting relationship with pretty much everyone he interacts with, and all the relationships that don’t involve Steven are great too. If I had to pick I’d probably go Steven and Connie though, they just have such great chemistry and are able to be really close even with implied romantic feelings. Not to mention they get me the most emotional. XDfav moment: Ugh, this is so hard. My gut reaction is the ending to I am my Mom because of how tragic it is on so many levels, but seriously this show is filled with great moments and it’s really hard to pick just one.headcanons/theories: - Lapis is shady as fuck and she’s hiding something, people seem to really underestimate how dark and powerful she can be. I mean, even if we’ve just gotten to see a bit of her view on the Diamonds, we still don’t even know why she has yet to comment anything on Rose Quartz or mistake Steven for her. This is part of why the Blue Diamond fusion theory appeals to me, since even though it sounds outlandish on paper the analysis provided by @radioactivesupersonic and @mollinosis really suggests if the Crewniverse did something like this it would be a pretty compelling and emotional story. I mean, secret former co-matriarch or not, there’s a lot about Lapis we don’t know yet.- Rose was most certainly involved in the shattering of Pink Diamond, people appear to have taken “Rose isn’t responsible” at face value and just assumed it could’ve been anyone in charge. For what the show is going for Rose really still makes the most sense to have done the deed, even if she simply say masterminded it and Pearl did the dirty work (I’m positive Pearl was involved somehow, given how she refuses to speak when the subject comes up and her distress around it).- On the subject of Rose, I like the idea that she was Pink Diamond before faking her death, fight me. :V I’m not banking too hard on the theory, but I feel like it’s just got so much potential to shake things up narratively. Like, Rose would then have been avoiding confrontation and ruining things with everyone from the very beginning, even as a ruler, it just adds a whole new layer of messed up of what Rose has been doing.- Steven is going to have to come to terms with his reviving from death powers at some point and figure out how to be responsible with them.unpopular opinion: - Whenever people say “I hate X character or episode,” I never agree, and it especially bugs me when people use subjective reasoning and claim to be objective with it. Even if I have knee jerk reactions to things, I still try to think things through.- I like the slice of life episodes, and think they’re important thematically.- Lapidot is an overrated ship and I was not surprised at all when I saw what went down in Raising the Barn.- The quirk of having storyboarders’ styles influencing how the characters look is fine and not an issue, and it’s especially grating when people use this as “objective proof” the show sucks. At most, I only find it a bit distracting when two obviously different styles are shown within a close time frame (eg Raven and Lauren), but even there it’s really just a nitpick and nothing like the show breaking thing it claims to be.- Lapis is way darker and more interesting than people give her credit for, they always reduce her to either “waiter waifu” or “lol inconsistent, bad writing,” but she’s so much more interesting than that.- Steven’s perspective isn’t always right, people sometimes take what we see for granted and get angry at things that can really be solved by looking beyond the fact that we only see the world through his eyes.- The one sidedness people have in discussions about which character was in the wrong in X episode drive me nuts, because it’s always tried to be framed as a black and white issue when it pretty much never is.- Aquamarine is really fun and one of my favourite antagonists on the show, not just because of her general personality but also how she doesn’t even seem to want to be there and yet is arguably one of the most successful in doing what she’s done.- Onion isn’t evil and he is my sonion, give him a break guys.- #GivePeridotBackHerLimbEnhancers2k17. No, seriously, Peridot’s limb enhancers did nothing wrong and she’s allowed to have them back, they make things way more convenient for her and she doesn’t need to be eternally stuck without them just because “lol technology evil.”how’d you find it: People raving about it on tumblr, first when Jailbreak came out but then more discussion piqued my interest.random thoughts: Cartoon Network needs to sort out their airing schedule.

probably the biggest, and most fervent of my notps, is whatever the hell the ship name for ch.eren and b.ianca is. like, okay, not only does he read as clearly gay to me in both the anime and the games, but they have nothing in common! they annoy the shit out of each other! they don’t get each other’s jokes! they completely fell out of touch for two years after the protag peaced out to go looking for n so clearly they weren’t that close to begin with! as far as i can tell the ship is based solely on the sk8er boi phenomenon and i don’t! understand! it!!!!!!! the c&b ship is peak cishet culture & i am Not A Fan.

i have pretty strong negative feelings towards serena with lys or augustine. it just always seems to come down to skeevy older guy preying on young girl, and lord knows i have no particular issue with age gap ships in general if they’re handled right but i have literally never seen one with these two ships where it’s a relationship of more-or-less equals founded on mutual respect. (which, as an aside if you’ll bear with me for a second, you’d think would be more common in pkmn fandom? bc age has no bearing on one’s skills as a trainer? if we can have ten year old champions we can have people of different ages respecting the hell out of each other for their skills even in a nonshipping sense @ pkfandom get on this.) like, i’m not gonna begrudge people their manipulative sugar daddy fic, lord knows there’s plenty of it in perfworld, but like. keep it away from me.

pretty much any ash ship from the anime i’m just not a big fan of. i like misty, because i like misty, and i like clemont, because he’s my precious lemon son and i adore him, and i haven’t watched the sm anime yet but i’ve heard good things about kiawe? but like. real talk, ash is ten? talk about who you think he’d be cute with when he gets older, fine, but much like ash ketchum i was way more interested in pokemon than relationships when i was ten. let him worry about winning a league.

and i’m running out of salt but i think those are the main ones? if any of y’all want my onions on specific ships feel free to ask but those are the ones i see most frequently and hence annoy me the most

Steven Bomb 6 Impressions

Lion 4: I've seen the leak a month ago, and... I didn't like it. And it's not because "muh plot" (although yeah at this point I'm getting sick of Steven angsting, and I can't believe I just said this), it was just boring in general :\ It was just Steven talking to himself, like in Storm In The Room, but without all the tension. 

And besides, am I the only one who feels like the Nora tape... devalues the Steven tape? Like, in Lion 3 it was such a touching moment, Rose talking for the first and (maybe) last time to her son, expressing all of her love... and now we discovered she did the same thing twice. Now it feels more like a script, like she's written down what to say, with little improvisation. It sucks out all of the spontaneity.

The only thing that caught my interest was what looked like Pink Diamond's space ship. I wonder why her ship was in the desert while her palanquin was in Korea, though. Can't wait for the flashback of Pink's death!

Doug Out: I'm so glad they finally gave Doug more focus - he's suck a dork, but still not falling in the hated Bumbling Dad trope <3 I wonder if he was always like this, even in Season 1, or if he mellowed out after Connie expressed her frustrations to Pryianka back in Nightmare Hospital. I wish he had more presence sooner. The episode itself was tense and funny at the same time, and I didn't feel like there was too much mood whiplash, that's great. Very enjoyable :) I wish I didn't see the promo, or the ending would've made me go "OH SHIT". I've gotta admit, as much as I didn't like Onion Gang, I did warm up to the kid, so I did feel worried when he started muhmuhing to Steven near the end. So... good job, I guess? Now I just need a reason for Rocknaldo to exist. (also the Mario shout out made me laugh out loud) (and I spotted Steven's very old drawing of Purple Puma and Tiger Millionaire <3)

The Good Lars: Oh Lars, I never know whether to love you or not - you're certaintly one of the most interesting humans, that's for sure. ngl, the title gave me The New Lars flashbacks. *shudder* When Sadie said "They like you!" I expected Lars to say "No, they like me if I act like Steven", just as a somber call back. ... and later Steven says happily "I spent a day in you body", with no reaction from Lars, just to piss me off. (although I laughed at "I wish I had a way to contact him with my mind... oh, wait, or with my phone!") The episode touched Lars' tendency to act like someone he isn't... and it's so weird that I wished the plot didn't get in the way of character development. I can never be happy, can I? :^) But seriously, maybe Lars' Head will accomplish what this episode only started, and make Lars learn to be himself. I never realized Sadie never interacted with the Cool Kids, and I love how welcoming they are :) they're like "cool, paper plates! Sit with us on the bean bag!". Go Sadie, make some friends! "When did you learn to be so mature?" "Somewhere between learning to summon my shield and finding out my mom is a war criminal" And Steven took a lesson from Sonic Boom and went full meta. Also Lars almost confessed to be in love with Sadie and stop being cute Lars nobody gave you the right to be cute So yeah, this might be one of my favorite townie episodes, and definitely the best Lars episode :)

Are You My Dad: Maybe is an unpopular opinion (I stayed far away from the SU tag as soon as the sneak peeks came out), but I really don't like Aquamarine's design. She looks like a fan character of someone who thought it would be nice to have a pixie Gemsona and took too much inspiration from Lapis. Her teardrop-shaped gemstone being near the eye was a nice detail, though, and I like her cute but flat voice. As for her personality, I have the impression I'll love to hate her, she's a spoiled brat but she's so endearing <3 As for Topaz, I don't like her (their?) design either, too blocky, but my first impression was kinds drowned by WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU ASSIMILATING THEM (and the way she does is clever, I admit) "We should preparing for a fight!" I think I heard every fan shouting "NO FUCKING SHIT" And Pearl building a sand castle and calling it a tiny house for crabs cured my anxiety, cleared my skin and made the sun shine outside Nothing else to say, another good episode that built up the tension pretty well.

I Am My Mom: SO MUCH GOING ON AAAAAAAAA "Why is Homeworld stealing humans from the boardwalk?" Uh, didn't Ruby, Sapphire and Steven hear Yellow Diamond say that there's still time to pick more humans? Why are you acting like that conversation happened in private? D: Connie has Alone Together as her ringtone, I love her <3 Now that the theory that Aquamarine and Topaz are kidnapping the people that Steven mentioned waaaay back in Marble Madness has been proved true, that's such a bit of clever writing <3 it explains why they're right here in Beach City, it's a wonderful domino effect, and it's all Steven and Peridot's fault! Because Steven absolutely didn't need another reason to feel like garbage! =D Such a gut punching moment, both in- and out-of-universe. Love it! I wish Peridot was here to feel like garbage too. (wow that came out wrong) Aquamarine is such a wonderful, horrible, at times scary bitch. And here I thought Holly Blue Agate was detestable. I wonder, what is her purpose on Homeworld? She looks like a little version of Lapis, but she has a telekinetic ray (?) to move objects, so... does she terraform in a much smaller scale? And they brought her to collect humans because she can fly and she can trap things with her ray without hurting them? (also I noticed that all Gems from Blue Diamond's court are at best prideful and at worst arrogant. Maybe they're all valuable Gems. Aquamarine is definitely much higher than a Quartz, judging from how she talks to her. Blue Pearl seems to be the exception, poor thing :( ) Alexandrite, my favorite eyesore! =D Now you're up to two speaking appearences and a non-speaking one. That's a lot for a Fusion. The ending was magnificent. All of the angst, all of the shocking revelations, and Steven at the end accepts that Rose is part of him, but he can be better, and fix what she's done, not because that's his purpose but because it's the right thing to do. And everyone was devastated, the lightning was so somber, Pearl was crying, and good thing this is the last episode for now because Steven's going to Homeworld where he will be this close to getting ground to dust and I can't handle this THANK YOU PLOT AND FEELS FOR COMING BACK

... wait, Lars is there too :o He never got out! Now I don't know what Lars' Head will be! I’m expecting a truckload of character development either way.

Conclusion: HOLY SHIT I'M SO HAPPY WE'LL SEE HOMEWORLD AND THE PLOT AND THE ANGST WITH A PURPOSE
