I would bet real money that we won’t ever get Black 2 and White 2 remakes, which is a shame because they’re probably some of my favorite pokemon games, but when we do get remakes for Black and White, I really hope they keep the World Tournament.

Specifically the Gym Leader and Champion tournaments, updated to include newer characters.

And, while this definitely won’t happen, I think it would be really fun if, the first time you go to Driftveil, you could meet different random gym leaders wandering around the town everyday even though you can’t do the tournament yet, and when Team Plasma show up, whatever group of 3 or 4 of them who happen to be in the city that day help you deal with them

I just think the World Tournament was really fun, and they could do a lot with it, especially in a remake that’s already trying to play on nostalgia
