Im celebrating testament’s birthday by sharing scans of 3 testament-centric doujinshi anthologies: totentanz (2007), gentle grim reaper (2014), and potatoment (2015), as well as a collection of short stories by 1 of the writers as a bonus. So he's content and at peace. And then he wakes up, confused and dismayed, inhabiting Megatronus's frame, millions of years in the past.

Being a celebrity in the pits of Kaon is an awful life, and Optimus Prime has done his time a thousand times over and certainly doesn't fear the Well, so—somewhat shamefully, in retrospect—the first thing he does next is get Megatronus's cannon and blow his own processor out the back of his helm. The next time he wakes up, Megatron—HIS Megatron—is sharing the frame with him, and he has some scathing opinions about Optimus Prime's decision making capabilities.

They're both still trapped in Megatronus's body in the gladiatorial arena of old Kaon. They're just older, debatably wiser, and also stuck together. There's no Optimus Prime without Megatron, you see. And the future of their species depends upon them both.
