I would love to see an AU where Rick did his ‘Two Crows’ plotline with Balthromaw instead of all the creepy shit we got with Morty. We deserve Rick running away to pursue his homoerotic monsterfucker partners-in-crime dream.

Or even better, Rick using a dragon as a rebound after Birdperson rejected him for that extra Birdrick angst and to have the same vibe without having an adult character who made sexual advances towards Morty r.

If it did take place as an alternate ending to Claw and Hoarder (e.g. Rick and Balthromaw leaving together without having to have the whole ‘soul orgy’ shit happen), I think it could be interesting to explore Morty’s reaction in that case to compare it to his reaction in Forgetting Sarick Mortshall. There’s a lot of change in his character and experiences between early S4 and late S5 so it would be very interesting to see his reaction reflect/parallel that.

Hazbin Hotel Redesign - Nifty

My girl, my baby. I'll be honest, I had so much fun figuring out her colors and a backstory

Niffty died in a hoarder house that she desperately tried to keep clean. I’m trying to go for ‘charlie kelly but he does his job’.  

In the show, Niffty acts like a child. I’m not the only one who got that, right? I saw her and how she acted and thought she couldn’t be any older than 16. I’ve seen on some places (like the hazbin wiki) that she is 22 but like, idk. In my version she died as a teenager. I think making her young helps contextualize how dumb she is, because in the show she really isn’t that bright – in my version she isn’t stupid, she’s a child. Specifically, either 14 or 15 in junior high. She is Japanese and lived in Japan all her life. She’s also from the 1970s instead of 50s. 

I’m assigning sins to each human in hazbin, and Niffty’s sins were Wrath and either Sloth or Lust – subject to change. 

I’m basing what led her to sinning and going to hell off what the show presents, and making Niffty in her human life a, for lack of better term, yandere. She had a crush on lots of boys in her school, but one boy in particular caught her attention. She began to stalk him, collecting things of his like pencils and pens and notes, which escalated to chunks of his hair and pieces of his clothes. She would take photos of him and constantly followed him. Niffty eventually became so obsessed with him, she began plotting to kidnap him and keep him in her basement. She tried but hit a road bump when things didn’t go as planned. She tried to explain what she was doing to him, and confessed her ‘love’, revealing she’d been the one taking his things and stalking him. He is, of course, horrified. Niffty, perceiving this as rejection, attacks and kills him in a fit of rage and hysteria but also sustains multiple stabs in the fight, which she succumbed to. She died in her house, surrounded by trash and roaches. 

Her house was a hoarder house due to her mother’s deteriorating mental health. Niffty is constantly cleaning and hates the filth she lives in. I think if an episode was to show her backstory, the state of the house could reflect her mental decline as her obsession becomes deadly – the roaches and bugs become numerous as she becomes so obsessed with that boy she stops cleaning. 

Now for her design, the spots of what looks like blood make sense – in my version of hell the sinner’s wounds that killed them never heal so those blotches are Niffty’s actual blood from where she was stabbed and that are constantly bleeding. I’ve taken some inspo from oni in her design with the tusks. Her clothes beneath the apron are her school uniform, mainly because I want to show she is a child underneath the cleaning lady job she’s assigned to. In hell, she’s a bug, which she hated in life. 

I’m struggling to fit her and Alastor’s connection in this. She still is under a contract with him, and he basically owns her as he does Husk and – since he’s an overlord – torments her regularly.

People REALLY liked my Scottho post, which I thought might get maybe 17 notes if even that, so, uh, here’s a dabble based on literally one line towards the end of Etho’s 5th episode of Wild Life.

“Best Decision I’ve Ever Made” -Etho

The rain lashed against the cobblestone roof above Scott’s head. For the sake of privacy and as a defense mechanism against Impulse and Cleo’s snoring, Pearl and Scott had put up cherry wood walls between the four color coordinated beds in the small base. Scott had thought about putting a window by his bed, but he figured it was best to keep his enemies from being able to see into his base in a death game. The blankets were heavy, and Scott was lying on his stomach, completely limp. His cerulean eyes drooped. Grian’s games were fun, but they were also exhausting. If he was being honest, his favorite part came after the games, when he was curling up in his bed with his cat and sleeping for hours and hours after a whole pot of pasta.

There was a knock on the door.

Scott’s shoulders had just settled into the mattress, but he shoved himself up from the bed. His chest was heaving just from pulling himself onto his knees on his bed, and he took a moment to decompress from that effort alone. Nobody else was going to answer the door. Scott is nothing if not selfless. He puts his weight onto his left hand, feeling it sink into the sheets, and swings his legs over the edge of the bed.

The teal haired man stumbled his way to the door of his room and leaned against the frame, running his hands through his bed head. If he was going to answer the door in the middle of the night, he may as well look the best he can manage to represent his team. Scott’s feet dragged themselves to the front of their base, shoulders sagging. Impulse’s snores were faint, but they were audible. Scott pulled his head up to look through the small window in the door. A black eye and a red eye looked back at him. The blue haired man shot upright.

“Etho?” Scott swung the door open towards himself. The poor man’s white hair dripped and sagged over his headband, covering it completely. Etho’s eyes were as sunken in as Scott’s, and they were almost hidden in the dark of the night. Water rushed down his skin, dappled with sun and age. The torches covering the base were like a bonfire outlining Etho’s lean frame. Scott was starting to think he had overdone it with the mob spawn-proofing.

“I know this-” Etho couldn’t finish his sentence, before Scott was dragging him inside by his dripping vest. Scott was too tired to notice how Etho’s eyes dropped to look at his lips, momentarily confused as to the blue boy’s intentions.

“What are you doing out here?” Scott slammed the door shut behind them and practically threw himself into his team’s storage. He fished out the thickest wool blankets they had. Cleo had prepared them for the team during the early days of the game, before they had walls and a roof over their heads to keep out the wind. They didn’t need such heavy blankets now that they were in a safe little abode, but Scott was a hoarder. This was exactly why. He wrapped them securely around Etho’s shoulders, and his hands brushed Etho’s neck. The white haired man was ice cold, but he wasn’t shaking. Scott knew cold like nobody else. Etho should be freezing. His teeth should be chattering, and his nose should be running. Maybe Scott would never understand how Etho had managed to reach such a point in his life that such conditions were normal to him.

“Bdubs stole my bed,” Etho shrugged, hugging the blankets closer to him, digging his fingers into the fabric. “You have- uh. Thank you,” Scott would not have been surprised if Etho was about to admit that he hadn’t seen a blanket in weeks. “I know that I was the one who said that we- uh, that we would keep it, keep this alliance on the downlow, but…”

Scott blew on his hands several times and pressed them against Etho’s masked jaw. It was tense. That must be why his teeth weren’t chattering. Etho stared at Scott. The tension in his shoulders, even under the thick wool, visibly relaxed, and his head dropped into Scott’s palms, which felt like a fireplace on Etho’s face. The stiffened joints in Etho’s neck audibly cracked, and Scott could practically feel the knots in Etho’s shoulders and upper back unraveling.

“You don’t have to apologize for wanting to be warm,” Scott murmured. Thumbs rubbed Etho’s cheekbones, which seemed to jut from his face. The blue haired boy made a mental note to feed this lanky man.

Part of Scott wanted to pull Etho’s head into his neck and cradle his shoulders, letting the man put all his, admittedly very minimal for such a tall survivalist of a man, weight on him. He pulled away instead. Scott pulled a towel out from the chest monster and draped it over Etho’s head. A surprised little “oh!” squeaked out of Etho’s throat, as Scott dug his hands into the towel and mussed Etho’s soaked hair, doing his best to dry it. Trying his best to keep his head still, Etho squeezed his eyes closed, as Scott bunched the towel in his hands on Etho’s scalp. The redstoner’s hair was pretty short. Scott didn’t have to try too hard to get it dry enough.

“Uh, do you have an extra, an extra bed?” Etho shuffled in place and rolled his shoulders. Scott did not have an extra bed, nor did he have the resources to make one. The G’s had yet to move their livestock, so shearing sheep would require a fifteen minute run to and from the island far from the rest of the bases in the rain and darkness.

“Yeah. It’s in that room,” Scott handed Etho a water bottle and nodded to his own room, pulling the blanket off of Etho. “You go ahead. I should set up a hook in here to dry this.”

Reluctantly, Etho pulled his mask down. Scott turned away respectfully, but he could hear Etho drinking. He sounded like he hadn’t had fresh water in a year, before he made his way to the ‘spare’ room. He stood in the doorway for a moment and looked back at Scott. The dry man did his best to ignore it, pretending everything was normal. Scott wrung the water out of the blanket in his hands and draped it over his shoulder, opening the chests to look for the materials for a tripwire hook. Etho’s eyes softened, and he crossed his arms, leaning against the wall.

“This is your room,” Etho stated. Scott huffed and half-heartedly picked through a chest for string.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” Scott tried.

“I’m tired, Scott. I’m not clueless. The whole room is blue,” Etho argued. Scott threw the blanket onto the chests.

“We don’t have a fifth bed,” Scott mumbled, defeated, and looked up at the taller man. Etho shrugged nonchalantly. He hadn’t pulled his wet mask up. His lips had a scar running through them. It looked like it might have been from the same attack that scarred over his eye. Scott ignored that he was looking at Etho’s lips.

“So I’ll sleep on the blanket.”

“Absolutely not.” The blue haired boy sped over to Etho and practically tossed him onto the teal sheets. Scott closed the bedroom door behind him. “You’re not a stray fighting for scraps on the street anymore, sir. You’re my teammate, and no less.”

Scott tugged the blankets from under Etho and tossed them onto his frozen form. The warmth from when Scott was still under the sheets not too long ago seeped into Etho’s muscles. The older man had little time to react before Scott climbed in next to him, wrapping his arms around Etho’s neck and tucking Etho’s damp head under his chin. Etho didn’t know what to do with his cold hands. It seemed rude to press them against Scott’s warm shoulder blades. Scott’s neck felt scorching against Etho’s frozen nose. He doesn’t know when he had begun to let his body shiver.

“...If you insist,” Etho whispered. Scott’s hands ran through his damp hair. They felt like a mug of hot chocolate after a day in the snow. He felt like he was melting. “This is, like, the best decision I’ve ever made, I think.”

Sleepover w/ the digital circus cast

been a while since ive written this style of post for tadc, but im on my computer again so hopefully writing so much wont be too grating! reminder that i do not currently take requests for the entire cast in one post-

notes: reader is gn, not really romantic, written with the idea that everyone is having a sleepover in the main area of the circus

does not sleep but he wants to feel included, hes the one providing the games and activities for the night, as well as bedding for everyone to use

pretends to sleep, probably totally incapable of sleeping unlike the circus members... fake snores to try to sell it and make it convincing but all it does is it keeps everyone else awake

the games mentioned are usually an exaggerated and insane version of them- truth or dare but if you lie or refuse a dare you were given you get locked in the cellar/j

oh he definitely would try to get some juicy conversation with you or another circus member- god forbid you show some small sign that youre crushing on someone, hes not going to leave you alone

even worse if he finds out you actually do and who it is

his version of spin the bottle might get a little insane, knowing him.. definitely rigs it lands on whoever you like

not very interested, but if this takes place post episode 2 shes more inclined to join everyone for the night to get to know everyone better

if you two have grown close she sticks with you during the insane games caine has set out

completely opts out of any games that look way too intense but she probably gets roped into it by some of the others- or simply being swept into the chaos

sleeps off to the corner a bit away from everyone else so she can at least try to get a good nights sleep

if SOMEONE (jax, or even caine) gets too overwhelming or annoying she just gets up and goes to her room... you might be able to coax her back out

as mentioned in jax's section, she offers to let you lay next to her if jax is bothering you

if you ask her, she does your hair before you go to bed. brushing through it and if its long enough she ties/braids it up for you

if you have a sleep set- unlikely given that they cant take their clothes off but we can pretend caine snapped his fingers and changed everyones clothing or something- she compliments how it looks.. if its cute or if it looks comfortable

if youre still awake and open to it she talks to you quietly when she cant sleep, its actually a nice change of pace against the chaos of when everyone else was awake

you dont talk about much, you just check in on each other and ramble about nothing in specific... keep it down or caine will come on over and try to insert himself

hes the reason the cw is here, hes going to put bugs in your blankets if you guys arent sharing his room. if the two of you are in your room, or if you guys are in the common area hes going to do it.. or put something else thats unpleasant there..

thinks its funny, knowing him he might actually laugh a little off to the side as you thrash your sleeping bag around

snack hoarder, especially if theres candy- good luck trying to get more than a handful from him, hes not much of a sharer

tries to play everything off when someone offers to let you come lay down next to them for the night- likely ragatha

~Quasar AU background~

So… due to overwhelming support, yeah, I’ll make a part 2. Before that, some worldbuilding. There’s a lot here that feels impossible. Mainly Danny up and leaving like that. What about his friends, his family?

Well, it’s pretty simple. This is far enough in the future that Jazz has gone to college. She’s no longer there, and his parents stopped feeling like family a long time ago. That’s easy enough to understand.

Meanwhile, for Sam and Tucker… I was thinking that the Gregor episode happens later in canon. So basically, here Danny is, his sister miles away, his parents hunting him down, and his friends seemingly turning their backs on him. Combine that with the fact that he’s FORCED to be a hero, that he’s failing his classes, that he’s bullied and often gets punished for it… It’s just the tipping point.

On the JL’s side, they can’t exactly do anything when they don’t know there’s a problem in the first place. The GIW were monitoring information going in and out. For example, they kept the knowledge of the Justice League a secret, but heroes were already known, so Amity Parkers simply figure that heroes stick to whatever city they swore to defend. Calling in another city’s hero? They’re all too busy.

There’s also a huge timeskip between Danny leaving and Batman investigating. I mention it in my tags, but basically, without Danny to stop them, the ghosts get bolder. Technus tells all the other ghosts, feeling pretty darn bad about what they did, except… not all ghosts care. Desiree, Spectra and Bertrand, Aragon, Undergrowth and Nocturn, to name a few. Technus sharing that was basically an invitation for any ghost with less-than-pure intentions.

The GIW put a huge ghost shield around the entirety of Amity Park, but only after some huge disaster. If that were the end of it, it would be fine. However, it’s not. The hunters don’t discriminate between harmful and peaceful ghosts, nor adult or child. While it isn’t the first ghost they’ve caught and killed, they do End a child, and it’s the first completely innocent afterlife they’ve stopped.

It took five years, but the Ancients finally declare war.

(Also! The name came from the astronomical phenomenon. Quasars emit 100-1000x as much light as a regular galaxy. I thought it was fitting considering Danny is one of the most powerful ghosts. Also, although I didn’t know this when I named it, there are also these things called “Quasar ghosts” which are basically glowing green markers of where a Quasar died out. Just made me laugh more because I don’t think I could have chosen a more appropriate name if I tried!)

THE 126 RACE INTO ACTION TO A HOARDER'S RAT-INFESTED HOUSE ON AN ALL-NEW 9-1-1: LONE STAR MONDAY, OCTOBER 14, ON FOX

The 126 are called on the scene to a hoarder's rat-infested house, then are trapped in an elevator as a woman goes into labor; Tommy and Trevor host his ex-wife Cassandra for dinner which goes awry in the all-new "My Way" episode of 9-1-1: Lone Star airing Monday, Oct 14

My analysis on lostshipping in "Land of Lost Things"! (DR EP16)

Hi, don't mind me yapping about Cole x Geo. I've been REALLY obsessed with them lately. I'm going to be analyzing the episode they were introduced in and providing a few theories about how cole and geo's relationship could (realistically) turn out. (I don't want to be too hopeful😭😭🙏)

This is gonna be a long one, so be prepared. (sorry if it's too long and if there's any grammar or spelling mistakes. I'm writing this at 1 AM😭)

ANALYSIS:

The first thing you see when Cole is introduced in DR is him being a rock monster. This raises a few questions:

1. Why was he in his rock monster form?

2. How did get get that ability?

And my response/theory is:

1. The hoarder was out there while the kids were exploring, so Cole and Geo got worried and Cole and (not) Geo activated his rock monster ability to find and protect the kids. (I'm saying this bcs Cole and Geo basically held hands right before Nya n Sora arrived there 😭😭)

2. Maybe Cole and Geo were in a dire/life-threatening situation with the hoarder and Cole felt lost. Perhaps Geo held Cole's hand to comfort him during the situation which did something to cole.... Maybe deep down, Cole wanted to find balance in the situation and Geo was his "balance" because of how comforting he felt. So he felt like he needed Geo at that moment. Then, it led to Cole activating his ability :p

After Cole was introduced they established the concepts on how the LoLT(land of lost things) work (people and things who end up there were forgotten and stuff like that) and Cole says something along the lines of "You don't get a ton of news in the land of lost things" which makes me think that Cole had stayed in the LoLT for quite some time and that he hasn't been able to get information outside the LoLT.

It got me thinking that maybe Cole was so occupied with his newfound family (Geo, Bonzle, Fritz and Spitz) that he decided to live several years protecting his "family" and didn't think much about finding the ninjas... so he was just stuck there and couldn't do much about it, even if he could leave :( So maybe he decided to make the most out of it, like bonding with his family.

Later in the episode we see Geo being worried about the kids (basically acting like their dad) and smiling at Cole when he enters the noodle cup. JUST LOOK AT THE WAY HE LOOKS AT HIM IM CRYINNNF THEYRE SO CUTE!!! T_T

And the way they exchange dialogue is sweet. They sound like they care about each other, like the first thing Geo says to Cole is "Are you alright?" and Cole warmly reassures Geo that he's ok to calm him down. This suggests that Geo worries abt the people he cares about a lot! ^_^

Another thing is that Geo says that he'd distract the hoarder and tells Cole and the others to leave. Cole doesn't even retaliate or express his worries, which shows that he trusts Geo. Then shortly after, everyone is on a cliff and Nya asks "What about Geo?" In response, Cole proudly crosses his arms says, "Just watch."

This scene alone already shows how close and familiar he is with Geo. Cole is confident about Geo's abilities and knows that he can take care of himself. However, Geo expresses his worries when Cole is potentially in danger. (we'll talk more about this later)

After the Hoarder loses its hand, the gang looks at Geo's artworks and Cole proudly talks about Geo's abilities (with geo smiling at him in the bg).

When they reach home they find the dragon core, but just as Nya was about to take it, Cole refuses to let her take it because he knew it would but everyone (including his family) in danger since it was the thing keeping them safe from the hoarder.

What I found really interesting about this scene is that Cole went quiet when Nya suggested that they could all leave right after taking the dragon core. Geo had to speak up and tell Nya that Cole could leave but the finders couldn't. Maybe Cole didn't want to admit that he willingly stayed with the finders even though he had the option to leave, and Geo stepped in since Cole seemed uncomfortable? But that could be a stretch, lol.

Then Sora makes a plan, blah blah blah, but then we find out that Geo is a mix of Geckle and Munce and that nobody accepted him, which led him to being forgotten.

Then everyone gets attacked yadda yadda yadda, but then the dragon core gets stolen and Geo doesn't hesitate to attack and get the dragon core back. But Geo ends up falling off a drone but then he falls on a dragon Cole was riding. Then Cole's like "Fancy meeting you here!" which could be read as suble flirting (but then again, this could be a stretch)

Then there's a scene where Cole asks Geo to power him up, and Geo tries to tell Cole the truth about his ability but Cole was in a rush so they did the holding hands thingy (yay!) and the glow makes a heart shape :3

Ok so after Sora captures the imperium sewage cleaner thing Geo confesses to hiding the fact that his powers doesn't work on living things and that he wasn't actually powering Cole up.

This scene is my favorite because it shows Geo's vulnerable side :D It also shows that Geo can be unintentionally distrusful at times. I mean, given his past experience with people not accepting him + Geo being literally forgotten i think we could get why he would be scared of losing Cole. He was scared that the only person who accepted him for who he was and made him feel loved—unlike the geckle and munce—would leave.

And our favorite line from Cole spoken here is "But I do need you." which FEELS SO SPECIAL TO ME CUZ Geo, someone who was never accepted by either races, was an outcast and was unloved, ended up being told that he was NEEDED by the person who made him feel loved and cared for. It's the sweetest thing ever bro I honestly got emotional at that scene

And that's the end of my analysis!!! But wait, there's more!!!

Here is how I think their relationship will end up like:

1. I think they'd be pretty close, like "kissin the homes goodnight" kinda close.

2. They'll DEFINITELY KISS 567 TIMES

3. THEY WILL CONFESS THEIR LOVE FOR EACH OTHER AND MARRY EACH OTHER!!!!1! THEY WILL BE WEARING WEDDING DRESSES ARRRRRRRGHHHH

4. But fr tho if they do actually have romantic feelings for each other, I think the show would try to keep it low-key and not too obvious. Like they'd make Cole and Geo interact with each other in a caring way and the writers would throw suble hints or something :p Sorta like Cole x Vania but gay and more obvious idk HSJSBSH

5. Y'all I cant even continue this bcs I'm crying about how cute they are I think I'm gonna puke rainbows😭😭😭😭😭 anyways thanks for your time and have a wonderfully epic day. (also make sure to manifest cole x geo to be canon PLEASEEEE))
