The snarl that came from the red eyed dragon was not a quiet one, and the glare she leveled at the blonde was not the friendliest of gazes. Massive head lowered to be more level with the 'knights,' as she inspected him, disgruntledly blowing smoke from her nostrils at Rafael's face after a moment or two of tense silence. He wasn't easy to read and was certainly held in better graces than her master's other blonde friend, but Chione wasn't sure if she liked him or not yet.

Rafael wasn't afraid, in fact it was the opposite. Most people would find themselves fearful, but not him. He was actually curious as to why the dragon was in front of him, since well. She wasn't exactly in his deck and he wasn't sure if anyone else who owned her was around the area.

"Where did you come from?" He asked curiously, talking to it softly and calmly.

Day Two: Hangman Adam Page

🍓 her parents are high ranking executives for the rizzo’s corporation and she was supposed to be just like them until she decided she wasn’t going to do that

🍓 she has a massive sweet tooth! she was craving a particular dessert and wouldn’t accept anything else when she was pregnant with felicia

🍓 used to keep her hair extremely short during her mercenary days and she’s only started growing it out recently

🍓 decent cook, a lot better than rockwell is anyway so she’s usually in charge of dinner

🍓 kind of. spoils her daughter a lot. i mean, she’s an only child so it’s natural she gets all the attention but venus refuses to make the same mistakes her parents did so she always makes time for felicia and makes sure she feels loved

🍓 has a pet sprat named purpleberry! so named because they fed her too many purpleberries and it somehow permanently stained her skin. she’s still a happy lil sprat tho the color change didn’t do anything

Day 9: Favorite Choice

This day was something I was stuck thinking about for a bit, because the game is entirely made up of choices. So I kinda narrowed it down to which one engaged me the most.

This whole section with the stranger and finding out about the wend*gos was intense as f u c k. There was so many unanswered questions, and in the midst of all of it, everyone is losing their shit that Emily is going to turn into one of them like some kind of vampire. I remembered going into the playthrough I had watched, having no idea what these creatures were, and how the fuck they worked. So when placed in the shoes of Mike, and having to decide whether or not to kill Emily, I was genuinely anxious. The YouTuber I had watched play through it chose to spare her, I believe, so a new worry set in of "when was Em gonna change??"

Save from the actually decision, the whole sequence really just helps to characterize everyone. You can try and be a hero and do what you think is right by killing her as Mike, or being empathatic and thoughtful by letting her live. Depending on this, your relationship with Sam changes completely. She'll either hate you for killing Em, or be happy with your choice of sparing her. Then you have Ashley who's on the other side of the spectrum, utterly terrified for her and everyone else's wellbeings, which is a perfectly reasonable response when supernatural forces have been thrown into the mix.

AND if you do decide to spare her, you get one of the most iconic Emily lines in the game, as well as dialogue where she completely shits on Mike for pointing a gun on her.

It made his stomach churn and his brow furrow tightly in a mixture of morbid curiosity, existential angst, and plain moral disgust. Cas’ eyes, heavy with the burden of the old world, stared down at his feet.
