the pranks that juniors would play on you when you’re asleep

Lan Sizhui

classic whipped cream on hand

firstly, i would like to clarify that this was 100% not Sizhui’s idea

it was his first sleepover with you (and the guys of course)

and he’d been peer pressured

because you were the best candidate after all,

being the second easiest person to prank (first was himself, according to the rest of his friends)

and plus

since it was the first time that you had actually joined the rest of the guys at sleepover, what better way to welcome you then with a classic prank (Jingyi had proposed)

and so

the guys make the effort to wake up a whole 20 minutes before you, 

to set up and help Sizhui really really do this prank well

though when it actually comes to the pranking Sizhui is still not that good

he flinches when he uses the whip cream bottle, getting a dash of it on himself

and also is easily surprised whenever you so much as breath a bit louder

but under Jingyi’s guidance and Zizhen’s extra advice

SIzhui manages to do everything up until the last step

when he’s tickling your nose with a feather, to get you move your hand,

he doesn’t really realize the problem with where he’s sitting (in front of you) until it’s too late

when your hand moves up to your face, it passes by him first, and Sizhui gets a gentle sleepy slap of whip cream on his cheek before the remaining bit of gets on your nose

you wake up to a sit of Sizhui’s face full of whip cream and your hand sticky sweet

and though there’s only really a dollop of the fluffy whip cream on your nose

but Sizhui calls it a win

Lan Jingyi

multiple alarms at 2 AM

this kid is a very elaborate prankster, 

a torturous prankster

you don’t know why you’re friends with him honestly

but anyways,

Jingyi likes to make everyone’s life difficult when it comes to his pranks

which is why

when he’d pick his victim (you) at tonight’s sleepover 

he has to think of the ultimate prank that would really really get to you

it’s nearly midnight when he finally comes up with this idea

and goes about setting everything ready

Jingyi is an expert in the pranking field

so he is efficient in his pranking schemes

since the sleepover tonight was hosted at Jin Ling’s house, there was extra room for all of you

you were in your own room because well, you were special (because how could you sleep in the same room with the guys ?? Sizhui would combust)

which was why Jingyi’s plan worked out perfectly well

in addition to the fact that you were such a heavy sleeper

it was so easy to steal all of the guy’s phones and hide it in various places in your room, 

set at 5 min increments starting at 2AM, you beauty sleep would be thrown at the window then

Jingyi’s too excited sleep

though he doesn’t expect the prank to back fire the way it does

where you end up just sleeping through all of his alarms

and he loses sleep waiting for a reaction from you

Jin Ling

drawing on your face

Jin Ling, the weirdo, likes how nervous he gets when he gets close to your face

because it was this weird tango of trying not to press the sharpie too hard (to wake you) or too soft (not enough ink)

and Jin Ling had never been the patient kind of guy

so, he’s grateful that he decided to try this prank on you

because you were knocked out (hehe)

you were a heavy sleeper normally, 

and he knew that for all of his antics, 

you probably wouldn’t be as easily embarrassed (like Sizhui and Zizhen)

or super angry (like Jingyi with a hot sauce prank that one time)

plus Jin Ling thinks it’s kind of your fault anyways, being the last one to wake after all

Jin Ling holds his laughter as he draws a connecting bar on your face, making a rectangular unibrow

the more he colors it in, the harder it becomes for him to keep his laugh in

he tries not shake his hand as he draws some funny dots and smiley faces on your cheekbones and at the bottom of your chin

when Jingyi lets out a particularly loud snort from behind, Jin Ling has to pause mid drawing to turn around and shush him

though unluckily for him, Jin Ling turns around to meet eyes with your deadpan stare

you raise an unamused eyebrow at him the finishing touch on your normal death stare

but with the way your eyebrow is connected and a rather comedically shaded in Charlie Chaplin at the top of your lips, Jin Ling finds himself laughing more at your attempt at intimidation

Jingyi’s boisterous laughter from behind you both just confirms it

Ouyang Zizhen

tickling nose, to get you to sneeze

ZIzhen’s the type of guy that likes an instant reaction sort of thing, can’t sit and wait in anticipation like Jin Ling and Jingyi

which is why

when it’s early (too early) morning

and the sun is just peeking behind the curtain,

Zizhen finds himself waking up at the first rays of light peeking in from the open living room window 

surrounding him on the couch and on one of the two mattresses are his friends

honestly he doesn’t think that he’d be pranking you

but he’d seen you first

your face was honestly the cutest thing ever squished onto the arm of the couch and the pillow

so Zizhen indulges himself in this little prank

because you wren’t allowed to look this cute

he tickles your nose periodically, finding himself more and more amused with your natural reactions

he doesn’t even realize the swooned face that he’s making at each nose scrunch and sniffle that you make until he feels a hard slap to the back of his head

Zizhen jumps, turning around to see none other than Jin Ling staring at him, a raised and unamused eyebrow

“you know this was supposed to be a prank on y/n right?” Jin Ling reminds Zizhen as you’re slowly leaving the realms of sleep

Zizhen spares one last glance at you before getting up, hiding the little feather he found in his sweater

“well....” 

and as you’re blinking your eyes open, Zizhen doesn’t finish his sentence
