No Dick Grayson AU

Alfred convinces Tatsu Yamashiro(Katana) and Dinah Lance(Black Canary) to join Batman's crusade when it starts getting difficult for him to handle crime on his own. Katana brings Barbara Gordon into the fold as Oracle because Barbara is determined to help the vigilantes.

A few years later, Bruce joins the Justice League(Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Flash, Cyborg, and Green Lantern). Dinah moves to Star City, and Katana disappears. Barbara starts to join Batman on patrols.

About a year later, Batman brings Jason Todd home. Jason tries to join Batman as a vigilante, but Bruce, Alfred, and Barbara convince him to wait until he's an adult. Bruce agrees to train him until then.

Jason starts helping Barbara with coms, Alfred with making sure they have the medbay fully stocked, and Bruce and Lucius with Wayne Enterprise Charities. Jason, as the top student, graduates a year early(age 16/17 since his b-day's in march) and goes on a world tour for extra training. He gets sucked into training with the League of Assassins, but leaves rather quickly via Talia tossing him to the All-Caste since Bruce knows where he is. He returns to Gotham as the vigilante Flamebat as a nod to his All-Blades and the dark red and black costume he created. As the All-Blades don't harm any non-magical being, he normally uses them when he wants to be dramatic or particularly threatening.

Barbara does get shot by Joker before Jason goes on tour and loses the ability to walk.

Steph also appears (at 15) on the vigilante scene briefly, but is talked out of it by Barbara and disappears for a while. When she gets back she decides to go out as Spoiler. When the others are unable to convince her to wait until she's at least 17 to start being a vigilante, Cass (as she's about 1 year older) is declared to be her patrol partner. (this happens just before Jason leaves)

Cass shows up a bit after Steph does. She's found by Barbara and is convinced to wait until she's at least 17 to start vigilantism. Bruce adopts her pretty quickly and gives her the tools to figure out who she is without the violence of being an assassin or a vigilante.

About a year after Jason returns, Damian (age 10) appears in the Bat's lives. He continuously sneaks out of the manor to prove that he's worthy and ready to become a vigilante and follow in his father's footsteps.

When Bruce disappears, Jason takes on the responsibilities of being Batman and CEO of Wayne Enterprise. Cass and Alfred take on the role of being Damian's primary caretakers. Tim figures out that Bruce is still alive after getting "lost" in Wayne Manor during a gala, and leaves an anonymous tip about it for the Bats to find. (Tim doesn't know that they're the Bats, just that somehow Bruce ended up in the past.)

After Bruce comes back, things mostly go back to how they were before. Except, they catch wind of a group of child vigilantes. Beast Boy (age 13), Blue Beetle (14), Impulse (16), and Raven (13). When interrogated, the adult heroes find out that: Beast Boy had joined a group called the Doom Patrol and been with them since he was 11 but left because of conflicting morals, then run into Raven and Impulse; Blue Beetle had been doing superhero stuff for a few months before he ran into the other three; Raven had been picked up by Beast Boy while running from a cult that wanted to use her to summon a demon; and Impulse is the one who pulled the group together to help prevent a future event from happening. Not knowing exactly what to do with the group of child heroes, they put Kon (aka Superboy; 17) and Spoiler (18) in charge of the group that's now called Young Justice.

Around half a year later, Damian(11 almost 12) joins the group along with Jon (Superboy; 12).

They also find out somewhere along the way that Billy Batson was 10 years old when he started superhero-ing.

I love favoriting GO metas that develop the Ineffable couple's relationship/situationship/cockup, especially ones that highlight that yes, both of them need to develop their communication skills together, get on the same page, and that doesn't pin the blame on just one Celestial; they both effed up royally in the Final 15 in their own ways...

I just wish everyone knew that neither one wanted this outcome, but because of a deadly combination of both of their collective traumas and the powers that scarred them... we got what we got. Now, we'll just have to wait and see what Mr. Gaiman will do with the fallout...

When he had his eyes off the game for even just a moment, wanting to see his partner but he was greeted with the sight of a random person hitting on them.

A frown took on his face was immediately visible, looking around for a moment before he snuck off to his partner. "Hey, love. Are you feeling okay? Do you need anything?" Smiling at his lover, ignoring the stranger as he cut them off mid flirting.

"Hm, doing better now with you're here. The team is doing great, " smiling at him, happily answering with the person now feeling awkward and walking off silently. "Mhm, I'll be back later." Moving back on to court where Kuroo hit his shoulder with a good laugh, being proud of him for standing up.

There was a break between the sets, and he wanted to spend time with his lover now when he had the moment. Now, when waddling closer, there was a clearly unpleasant expression on your face.

His famous grin turned down along with his eyes narrowing, walking up to you anyway with a slight speed in his steps. "It's kind of cold, don't you think?" Asking you out of the blue, cutting the person off. Taking his jacket and placing it around your shoulder with a kiss on your forehead, wrapping an arm around your shoulders as he sat down.

Looking at the person acting oblivious, "Oh hey, you were saying?" Only making them shake their head and walk away quickly. You laugh at this interaction. "Thank you, Tatsu"

~ Akaashi Keiji ~

He had sent you a few small waves throughout but wanted to wait until the end to talk to you, but plans got changed when bokuto pointed something out to him. "Akaashi? I think someone is flirting with {Nick-Name}." Which he looked over. "Hmm." Luckily, there was a short 5 minute break for the moment.

"Is everything okay, lovey?" Speaking in his calm, collected tone. Wrapping an arm around your waist. "Yeah, even better with you here." Smiling up at Akaashi. With the stranger now feeling rather awkward so they walked away without much of a word.

"Thank you, they wouldn't listen to me." You mumbled appreciating the aid. "You did good out there, ashi." He appreciated your compliment with a nod, "Thanks, I should get back now." Kissing your cheek, taking his jacket off, and lending it to you before he jogs back to the team.

He'd won a round and celebrating amongst his team even tho there were still maybe 2 more rounds, looking for you immediately after wanting to hear what you thought of his performance.

He felt a ping of pain immediately when seeing someone else talk to you in that way. Shaking it off his mind as he jogged up to you since you'd be sat with the benches near where his game was. Placing both hands on your shoulders with a not so happy expression, the stranger finally noticed the tall volleyball player.

"Uh... I should leave." Could be missed if you blinked, then they we're gone. "Kou, you did amazing." Looking up at him from where you sat. "Jealous?" You cood lightly as he stumbled and shook his head. "Me? Never." Crossing his arms with a pout.

Seiko Ayase's Appearance

I've gotten a few people wanting an elaboration on this so I figured I'd compile a post of what we know so far + implications in the manga

MANGA SPOILERS AHEAD!

Unfortunately the dandadan and heros wiki aren't super helpful, so it took me a bit to gather everything.

Alright so already we know Seiko looks unnaturally young for her age. However, some people aren't realizing it's intentional. It's heavily implied, albeit not outright state yet, that the reason Seiko looks so young is due to her abilities, interactions, and position of spiritual power in her region. I recommend reading the second half of [this post] talking about the potential meaning of the word "dandadan" as it connects directly to this post too.

Tldr; the word dandadan is likely relating to the interactions between humans and spirits along with the resulting side-effects of it

One of the biggest tip-offs that Seiko's appearance isn't just for reader preference is the multiple references to her appearance by other characters

Unfortunately I don't think we've seen Kinta, Vamola, Rin, or Kouki actually around when Momo mentions directly that Seiko is her grandma.

Mostly it's only been mentioned in passing around the others, so it's likely none of them put together the pieces that "granny" is actually Seiko

In addition to this, Seiko makes a point to wear a mask when she goes on TV. Not only that, almost all of her visible skin is covered. Knowing that she doesn't appear to age, it's likely that this is done to reduce the chances of people catching on. With no visible face, giant cloaks, and even metal armor on her hand to reduce the visibility, it seems intentional so Seiko can hide her true age/appearance.

Another point is that Seiko does have supernatural abilities, even to some degree outside of her regional abilities. She's fast enough to evade the Evil Eye and even put a crater in the ground when she hits him with her bat.

We've seen Seiko produce a number of abilities, but the biggest note about her physicality is that it's outside her area of work. This means she's already significantly weakened but she still manages the strength to perform like this

All in all, it's heavily implied that this is all stemming from Seiko's abilities. Along with the phrase dandadan and how the entire series seems to be focusing on the religion-body relationship of the characters, it makes it even more likely that Seiko's appearance is a result of her spirituality.

Hopefully we get more elaboration in the manga, but this is what's known so far. With the current arc ending soon and the foreshadowing of even larger battles coming up, we'll hopefully get to see more of her in action plus an elaboration on how Seiko's abilities effect her physically.

While some of this may have been influenced by ageism and Japan's beauty standards, we can't know for sure unless Yukinobu Tatsu says it specifically. So far, though, there's been genuine hints of why Seiko looks this way so it seems to be more than just "not wanting her to look old"

I don't think people understand how subversive Dandadan is when it comes to having a main character that's female and not having romance be the main premise in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine.

A lot of this is because the main way that mainstream anime watchers learn of these manga series at all is from anime, somewhat removed from the context of their original publishing. But i need to emphasize that a lot of the Battle Anime that has gotten insanely popular over the past decade, nearly all of them started in Weekly Shonen Jump. Not shonen manga in general (which is the publishing genre), Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. Weekly Shonen Jump since the 1980s had a very strong editorial hand in deciding what kinds of manga got published in their magazine, and despite their editor of the time Hiroki Goto saying that he wanted stories that appealed to "everyone", much of the stories centered male main characters and boyhood as default.

Almost all of the shonen battle manga coming out of WSJ is led by a male main character (no, for real, go through this list of titles published under WSJ for the past 2 decades and see how many have a female protagonist). Female characters can be deuteragonists but more often than not they are there as support characters, or main love interests. If female characters are the main character, its almost always in a romance-centric story instead of a battle manga.

Dandadan's author Tatsu Yukinobu wanted to have a girl main character and had to compromise by adding Okarun (and likely the romance elements as well) to get it through the door in WSJ. Momo being a girl as the main character of a shonen series from WSJ is so rare yalls.

On prior posts where I criticized/complained about Vamola (Dandadan) saying she wanted to marry Okarun, people said I didn't get it, that things would be explained later. "The translation is incomplete and a lot of context is missing from it." "You have to look beyond the surface, to understand Tatsu’s vision." That kind of stuff.

Well, I finished the Space Globalists arc, then the rest of Dandadan, and apparently I should have made this post after the Space Globalists arc, because they were talking about the really basic stuff in that arc.

I'll start with the people who implied there was some deeper reason for Vamola wanting to marry a strong guy. Chapter 105:

For the record, if you had asked me to guess why Vamola wanted to marry a strong guy when I read chapter 72, I would have said "eugenics" in a half-sarcastic way that refers to pretty much this exact scenario, except for it being something she wanted and not something her de facto mom told her to do.

Wanting to marry a strong guy to have strong kids is the obvious hack answer for why the super-strong lady wants to get beaten up and then marry the guy who beat her up. It's not interesting unless you find a new angle to dig at it from. It's especially not interesting if it's just something the lady was told to want.

Next, the people who said Vamola didn't just go for Okarun because she attributed the Great Kinta's victory to Okarun. Chapter 106 explains why.

So Vamola didn't decide to marry the person who beat her in a fight. Her suit says Okarun's power level is over 8,000 and decides that he must be the strong guy she should marry.

On one hand, marrying a guy you just met makes more sense than marrying a guy who spent several minutes beating you senseless. And it didn't make sense to attribute Great Kinta's victory to one of the guys who fell out before the fighting got serious.

On the other hand, this doesn't mate Vamola's interest in Okarun interesting. I was expecting something like "Vamola saw Okarun do something nice" or "Vamola saw Okarun being isolated and felt kinship," not "Vamola saw Okarun and his high power level".

That's the issue I had with Vamola's romantic declaration overall. Some people seemed to misunderstand that, arguing as though I thought it was illogical or a plot hole orunderexplained, or as though I just didn't like moving the Momo/Okarun romance plot forward.

That's just not true, especially not that last one. A big part of why I find Vamola's interest in Okarun uninteresting is that it's not moving the romance plot forward. Vamola saying she wants to marry Okarun doesn't really push Momo or Okarun towards their big confession, or add new character dynamics to the pot, or do anything that Aira trying to confess to Okarun didn't.

We saw how Okarun reacts to a girl expressing direct romantic interest in him via an unwanted kiss, and we saw how Momo reacts to a girl expressing interest in Okarun. The big difference is that Aira's an abrasive headstrong wannabe-protagonist who accused Momo of being a demon, while Vamola is a nice alien who doesn't speak Japanese but does want to be friends with people. Also Aira kept trying to convince Okarun to go out with her for a while, while I'm not sure Vamola mentioned marrying Okarun after chapter 72. Maybe Yukinobu Tatsu realized they were repeating plot points...

And not only had I seen this before in Dandadan, I've seen it before, over and over. Adding a third wheel to an unofficial yet obviously official couple is, like, Baby's First Romantic Subplot Complication. It shows up in series where the romance is a contractually-mandated detail shoved into one corner and where the romance is the whole point of the story. It shows up in web serials published by timid first-time authors and Broadway musicals produced by household names. It shows up in romances good and terrible. It is unavoidable.

Part of why I tend to dislike romance subplots and romance narratives is the laundry list of unavoidable clichés. Stuff I've come across in the past, that I continue to come across because it keeps being thrown into stories I otherwise like. That's why I dislike it. So unless you think a good romance story is definitionally comprised of cliché, do not hop into the notes to insist that I just don't understand Dandadan is a rom-com.

Anyways, that's why I made the second post. I like Vamola, I want to like what she adds to the ensemble, but the very first thing she added was a romance-subplot cliché that couldn't do anything that Aira's didn't do and also kinda slid out of relevance.

If Vamola has to introduce romantic complications, they should be something novel. And the polyamory punchline I dropped into that second Vamola post (Vamola declaring that she'll marry the whole Great Kinta team) would be very novel! It wouldn't just be unexpected, it would open up a bunch of unique possibilities. For instance:

A low-key but continuous point would be members of the Great Kinta team trying to figure out what Vamola thinks it means for all of them to be her husband, what sorts of expectations she has of them. Vamola thinks this is all very straightforward and is amused by how clueless her husband is about this.

Vamola gets very distressed about any conflict between members of her husband-team, regardless of context. She's not familiar with Japanese (or Earth) culture and also didn't know anyone her own age on Planet Sumer, so she can't tell the difference between a potentially friendship-ending argument and Jiji acting like Momo's kid brother.

Vamola gets suspicious about a new character trying to join the friend group. They're not part of her husband, after all! What if they disrupt whatever makes them work together so well? Or what if one of them cheat on her?

Kinta Sakata is the only part of the Great Kinta team who's 100% on board with the marriage. He actively schemes to male Japan/Earth's wedding traditions fit the lopsided polymarriage, to the consternation of his alleged friends.

I kinda want to write fanfiction about Vamola's polyamory proposal. Pluralhusbandry proposal?

Probably nobody else cares about this and they're definitely not gonna do it but it would be nice if they fixed the minor discrepancy where Tatsu says he is 13 in a mid-game sidequest and then in a post-game sidequest (that is gated by the first one way up the chain) they say it's his 13th birthday bc surely nopon don't turn 13 twice

Who is Blast? How to character build step by step

Warning: Long post, tl;dr at the bottom

We've seen more and more of Blast lately, so Blast appears far less enigmatic in the manga compared to his webcomic self. I do like it personally that such a character is slowly dripfeeded to us so we grown to understand this character more and more in little instances.

One of the first proper appearances of Blast (besides silhouette) in the manga is when he appears as a memory to Amai-mask and helps him calm down, full space suit and cape and all sans his current glasses, which would put him before he sent Empty void packing in the timeline and snatched his glasses. (Chapter 135: Disgrace and fundamentals)

His second appearance is when he comes to save kid Tatsumaki from her cell and he seems to be doing something extraordinary there. (Chapter 137: Resonance.)

Blast may have the ability to read minds or surface thoughts or emphatic bonding with a person, in order to clearly see that Tatsumaki has a younger sister, and then encourages Tatsumaki to take care of her. It may be related to Blast sixth sense which allowed him to sense dimensional blade coming from hyperspace.

However, he also gives Tatsumaki some bad advice, being so independent hero who surfs across galaxies or something with his gang, he just told Tatsumaki to deal with her problems on her own and not rely on others. That can be quite damaging for a small child who still needs parental guidance. That and he does not seem know how to treat little kids in general. Sure, he may be speaking from experience but Genos came to Tatsumaki's aid and proved him wrong.

So far, he's still seemingly competent and kind enough, if a bit too independent and rough around the edges. He tries to be caring but does not seem to always know how, at least around little kids like Tatsu was.

His third proper appearance is when he comes to save Saitama, Flashy flash and Manako from the god's chamber where time moves slower when he portals inside. (Chapter 139: Abyss)

He seems equal amount concerned, confident in his abilities and little playful from the way he spins the cube. Not to mention powerful because the cube is extremely heavy and he can seemingly make it ignore gravity altogether. Blast hasn't shown us many abilities as of yet but you can tell this guy is very strong from the way he completely outblitzed Flashy Flash and portals like it's nobodys business. That alongside his sensing ability makes him quite powerful.

Blast then proceeds to portal our underground heroes back to ground level.

Blast appears once more in concern of Tatsumaki who had just been visited by OPM God and he's amazed and proud that Tatsumaki resisted OPM God's invitation for power. (Chapter 156: Divine Retribution). He acts like a surrogate dad to Tatsumaki, though whether they actually have any kind of familiar relationship is unknown, even if he told Saitama and flashy to say hi to them in his stead. .

Still a mystery how this kind of powerful dude got so many wounds in such short period of time, but he seems to imply that he had been fighting OPM God itself to hold it back. Blast honestly has middle-aged dad vibes at this point and seems pretty competent at his job. He has plenty battle scars to prove his experience of actually making it back home from even difficult fights and live for another day.

Blast gets some proper amount of screentime during the Garou fight however, where he and his strong abilities really starts to shine.

First thing he does is state the facts that Garou could possibly destroy the entire planet and its inhabitants and he needs to know how to proceed with the fight, because there will be less blood shed if Garou just came quietly to his portal. He goes straight to the point and does not mess around but he's also decent at negotiating. (Chapter 166: Squared)

Blast also asseses the situation fairly quickly, despite having only been on the scene for no more than few minutes, which makes it fairly obvious that he has a keen mind too. So far he seems like a kind, competent, strong, reliable and smart hero and no wonder he's 1# hero in OPM world.

When Genos attacks, Blast takes that opportunity to attack Garou back with his Gravity Knuckles and make him release his hostage in one go, that belays his strategic mind and he even manages to pummel Garou into his portal and shuts it. It could have worked too, if Garou just wasn't able to instantly copy everything, which was something Blast could not have accounted for. When Garou attacks with consecutive nuclear fission and gravity knuckles in tandem, Blast is still fast enough to portal direct them into the air and then suction the nuclear devastation inside another portal, proving he's also decently good at multitasking.

Blast also has his priorities straight when he wants to transfer everyone in the vicinity out first so they don't end up dying from radiation, showing he can still operate with sound mind even when under duress. Yet the one thing he is lacking in because he's so independant that he does not seemingly want to ask for help.

At this point, someone should have to be summoned keep Garou busy while he portals everyone away, because he really can't focus on doing both at the same time, with Garou being so strong, even if he were good at multitasking. Blast has leadership capabilities, but he does not know or want to delegate, even if he does not seem to be prideful or boasty about his own abilities.

Things are seemingly going his way but then...then his heroic persona seems to get little cracks on it, because he sure as hell did not bail out Genos for a second time. Maybe because he thought Genos was already dead before he could react when Garou pulled his core away? Who knows...but all Saitama saw was that everyone was dead and Genos was torn in half, with Blast standing there doing nothing. The least he could have done is not let Garou practically desecrate Genos's body like that, which could have been enough to actually save him too.

Not very heroic of him, with his space-time manipulation abilities.

Especially considering he has fast enough relfexes to make a barrier around Saitama and Garou during Serious Punch squared and portal them away before they could destroy the Earth. Doesn't really add up or make logical sense to me that Blast would just abandon Genos, but what is done is done.

Blast appears once more when Flash, Saitama and Manako go to meet with Sitch to ask if they can talk to Blast and he just happens to be there because they are experimenting with humans turned monsters to see if they can be turned back into humans.

Blast has taken note of Saitama's abnormal strenght in a good way, but he's also thinking about assessing him because he did not sense any malice in Saitama. (Chapter 195: Tenninto)

Interesting ability to note that Blast seems to confirm here that he has some kind of emotional/emphatic sensing ability, because he can sense malice and also Empty Void's attack from hyperspace later. Just overall some kind of sixth sense he also used to see that Tatsu had a younger sister when he touched her head and read her mind in some fashion or maybe sensed emotional connection.

Blast rebuffs Flashy's attempts to join the hunt on OPM God, because he is both independent, does not think Flash is ready for such a clash and he's also feeling responsible for the kids taken by Ninja villages. (Chapter 196: Threat)

However, the timeline just does not add up. Flash is already 25 years old and he was born in the ninja village, while Blast has been said to have fought OPM god for 20 years and fought and wounded Empty Void 15 years ago. Meanwhile, Empty Void is the ninja village founder, so Blast must've known about this.

He's also seen to be buddy buddy with Empty void before his monsterization, but Empty Void was the village leader all this time and Blast never did anything about it, well, except maybe hold hands with the devil itself. Perhaps he found out 15 years ago and decided to do something about it. Must be some wound to take whopping 15 years to heal up from though. (Chapter 173: Secret intel).

Regardless, Blast is omitting information because he knows people would look at him in bad light if they knew he was working with Ninja village leader when they were doing bad deeds under his nose. He needs to keep up the facade probably so nobody loses trust in their heroes.

Not a whole lot would be more damaging to his reputation than the knowledge that he was bit more than buddies with the devil itself. Saitama and Flashy Flash already threw slag on his rep by implying Blast fought Cosmic Garou while naked lmao. (Chapter 169: Daybreak)

(How adorable, they're definitely holding hands, otherwise Empty Void would be holding the map with TWO hands, it just means his right hand was occupied)

More cracks appear in that shining armor of Blast being virtuous number 1# hero, when he seems less and less heroic as we know more about him.

However, the worst is probably when he shows no visible signs of disturbance at Hamukichi's plight and watches indifferently, after suggesting with a smirk on his face that Flash and Saitama can watch as well. Interesting to note is that this characterization was different in the rewritten chapters where he has visible reaction and he's the one to observe how to turn back Monsterization. (Chapter 196: Threat)

He really does not even bat an eye in the current canon verse, unlike his rewritten self who seems more emphatic.

Blast had originally seemed kind, competent, strong and emphatic, but now he only appears very strong because his kind, fatherly facade has a bit too many cracks on it.

Scratch that strong too, because Empty void is using him as laughing stock after he absorbed Cosmic Garou's powers. (chapter 197: What only I can do). Blast says he hasn't just been twiddling his thumbs, but compared to this Empty Void who can create parallel timelines with couple ninjutsu signs, he seems woefully unmatched. Even worse, Saitama seems entirely too sure that Blast can actually handle Void...but Void has gotten even stronger than before and Blast may be even overly confident in his own ability to take Void alive. It will 100% come back to bite him unless he busts out something even stronger than space-time manipulation and 6th sense.

Blasts last appearance so far is him coming to knock some sense into Empty void, literally. (Chapter 201: You pass)

Blast then proceeds to show he also has a silly, endearing human side when he blows a raspberry at Empty void and then contemplates how dangerous it almost got because he lost visual contact when he followed Flash around and almost started to panic haha. Then he proceeds to grab both Sonic and Flash into a group hug and gongratulating them on a job well done.

He makes one crucial mistake though: he thinks Flash broke out of the cube's mind control on his own, when it was only Sonic and his fist who broke him out before he could accept. It will probably come back to bite him in the ass.

So overall, Blast seems like competent, kind, strong, emphatic, funny and strong hero...at least that is how one could perceive him if we did not know better that he's hiding something important and he has the capacity to be amoral and even unscrupulous. Webcomic readers know.

But hey, least the space daddy is not one dimensional character nor too mysterious anymore. Hue hue.

I'm glad Blast has been fleshed out in the manga this much. It allows the readers to relate to him so much more when his character has been actually fleshed out.

Tl;dr Overall Blast is very strong by using space-time abilities and 6th sense, competent, emphatic but also too independent to a fault and he's hiding some big secrets considering Empty void, the ninja village leader.

That's when he started to explained why he believed in aliens. He didn't have any friends because of his nerdy face and seemed untalkative. So he really tried to believe in aliens, even trying to call them but failed

(Fun fact: the hospital he stood on trying to call aliens is the same hospital that Momo went!)

He ready to give his body to the aliens, but if they are trying to hurt Momo, his first friend, that is unacceptable! So he is ready to sacrifice his body to Turbo Granny if it means to save Momo!

(Wow what a gentleman :3)

But eventually, going all-out meaning that he already reached his limit (he's a human after all...), that just give Granny a chance to easily taken over his body.

Meanwhile, the Serpos were trying to hypnotize her when all sudden, she just had flashbacks of when she was with her grandma doing the ritual. That's when she realizes, she actually regrets saying bad stuffs to her grandma.

Some how, when she remembered what her grandma taught her about the ritual, all of the sudden, she just beamed out her green aura and the surroundings cracked and explodes!

From blue, the whole area around her become green, that's when you know, green mint is taking the spotlight!

That's when we know, she has hidden psychic power!

What amazed us is that the Serpos' telekinesis powers don't match her ability! Probably because they are not the same soundwaves, her powers can nullify their power! After all, technology can't match supernatural abilities.

SPOILERS!!! I want you to remember this detail, because this is proof for the future chapters/episodes!

(I won't spoil this yet, but if you are a true fan of Dandadan, you might know what I'm talking about!)

She used her powers and kicked them outta here! That's when she knew the truth, she announced: "Grandma was a real spirit medium!"

The same kick she hit her ex-bf, except the latter one has more strength and will power!

(matte, I realize something, Tatsu-sensei may purposely draw Momo's hair seemed short, but actually, her hair is longer than we might think!)

(There is this scene that the manga actually didn't make it clear: When the spaceship is broken, the anime made it clear that it was actually a moon in disguise!)

After she kicked the Serpos, Momo's aura was gone, the whole screen seemed to turn into gray color, except Turbo Granny.

Then out of control, Granny has trying to attack her! She used her power to drag Granny out of Occult-kun but realized that she only dragged Granny out, not the curse!

(oh, her aura is back!) (one hella scene out there!)

(Wait, if you look at Granny's true form, her eyes' pattern kinda look like an endless deep hole, right?)

Granny told them that if they want to take his "body part" (kintama and the "we-nee"), return to the abandoned tunnel/bridge.

After that, the whole spaceship fell because running out of engine, and no one is driving it :)))

They managed to escaped, and they both now admitted that aliens and ghosts are real. I mean, Occult-kun was cursed by a high-level spirit, Momo was abducted by aliens.

(the anime made them look less worse :))

Then, after those 2 having some coversation abt clothes and other stuffs, our boy is too generous! Ready to lend his uniform to Momo, even telling her to go home while he would return to the tunnel.

But since being a gyaru, Momo has a strong personality. She wouldn't let that happen! So they decided to get going together, but first, go home, get dressed, and be prepared!

And then we have this SCENE!!!!

AND THEN THISSSSSS!!!!!
